Its so clean & comfortable...my city view was awesome...super cold air-conditioning and water preasure is great...hotel is walking distance to lrt which was so convenient and near by Central Market & Petaling Street

Parking for guest is RM10, could have been free or cheaper 😉

It was just okay

Het is een prima hotel als je na een nachtvlucht wilt bijslapen en de volgende dag weer vroeg moet vertrekken. De locatie is top met het overdekte winkelcentrum Central Market en genoeg andere eetgelegenheden letterlijk heel dichtbij. Als klap op de vuurpijl hadden ze een geweldige verrassing georganiseerd voor mijn jarige dochter: ze kwamen speciaal zingen en brachten taart, een kaart en ballonnen mee. Superlief!

Belle chambre, bien équipée et très propre. Possibilité de petit déjeuner dans l'hôtel avec le choix entre repas malaisien ou continental.

Poor room, laminate flooring coming up. Pillows very hard and lumpy, they had spare pillows in a draw but they didn’t have pillowcases on them and they were so disgusting, they really need new stock. We asked for an extra towel, the guy said that was chargeable. What a joke. And we won’t talk about breakfast, absolute filth.

Overall it was ok, but there was a lack of Hairdryer in the toilet, and it was slightly noisy due to the Pasar Seni Station

The location is perfect. Close to two train lines and bus. Across road to Central Market. Walking distance to plenty of food outlets.

Maybe time for my room to have a serious deep clean or refurbish. Like scrubbing bathroom tiles, cleaning walls etc. However surface clean was OK and didn’t trouble me. Nothing nasty.

La posizione di quest'hotel è perfetta per chi deve partire l'indomani con navetta Han Travel verso Taman Negara. La partenza dei bus avviene proprio sotto all'hotel, dove c'è anche l'ufficio Han Travel a cui ci si può registrare. Situato a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi dal cuore di Chinatown. Reception bella, ristorante dove si fa la colazione molto carino, abbiamo ordinato nel pomeriggio degli ottimi succhi e un piatto di frutta. Anche la colazione ci è piaciuta, semplice ma OK. La camera dell'hotel è essenziale, va bene per brevi soggiorni.

Struttura in zona ottima, a pochi passi da Chinatown. Camera delle dimensioni corrette, con bagno a parte e accessori per il bagno (saponi, spazzolino da denti). Buona colazione a buffet (un po internazionale, essendo italiano sono abituato a yogurt, biscotti e robe più semplici) ma se ti piacciono gli spaghetti con le uova e würstel e’ il posto ideale. Si possono comunque mangiare pancakes, dei cereali, e pane tostato con marmellata). Inoltre ci hanno fatto lasciare i bagagli un giorno in anticipo (senza pagare) perché abbiamo fatto una gita fuori KL e tornavamo a dormire lì il giorno successivo.

L'abbiamo scelto solo perché vicinissimo al punto dove si parte con un'agenzia che si occupa del viaggio per raggiungere le isole Perenthian. Ci abbiamo dormito solo una notte. Sufficiente direi. Vicinissimo a Chinatown. Per una notte va bene...non di più!

La nostra stanza era al decimo piano, con una bellissima vista sulla città. È dotata di bollitore, tè o caffè, phon, asciugamani, televisore con canali nazionali, shampoo e sapone. Viene regalata una bottiglietta di acqua al giorno. La camera è come nelle foto. La zona è perfetta per muoversi con i mezzi pubblici e a piedi.

Avrei gradito la pulizia quotidiana, non solo su richiesta.

We arrived early and there isn't any early check in, which is fine, but after we checked in at 3pm, the room does not have towels and bath mats. Aircon are not working well. We have to wait for the in house technician to fix it and that made us late for our dinner reservation. 3 wall plug sockets were not working as well. The floors are not really clean and the toilet smelled of urine - we suspect the cleaning was not done thoroughly before we entered. Wasnt offered a room change after all the complaints

Location is unbeatable for international tourists.

The train station is right next door. So convenient but it's a little noisy, as trains run 24/7.

Très bien placé. Nous partions avec han.travel le lendemain matin tôt et le lieu de rdv juste derrière l'hotel, ce qui est bien pratique.

Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes (2 adultes et 2 enfants), mais la chambre n'avait que 3 lits individuels. J'avais envoyé un message à hôtel en leur demandant pourquoi ils louaient cette chambre pour 4 mais je n'avais eu aucun retour. Et en arrivant j'ai juste eu comme explication qu'il n'y avait pas de lit supplémentaire, que c'est possible d'être à 4 car on peut reunir les 3 lits. Mes enfants étant grands, la nuit n'a pas été des plus confortable pour moi...

L'emplacement, à quelque pas du Central market, près du quartier chinois, le MRT et 300m du Bangunan Sultan Abdul Samad et Place Merdeka. Les personnels sont très souriants et accueillant.

Même pas de bouteille d'eau gratuite dans la chambre à ce prix. Je suis resté 5 jours 4 nuits, pas de ménage. Il n'y avait même pas papier-mouchoir dès 2e nuit mais ils l'ont même pas remplacé par une autre boîte. Le petit-déjeuner est le pire dans cet établissement, pas beaucoup de choix, il ne faut pas réveillé tard surtout. Tout est froid, aucun plat qui est bon. Le café est dégueulasse. Je vous conseille fortement de ne pas prendre le petit-déjeuner et il vaut mieux d'aller prendre le petit-déjeuner ailleurs car il y a plein de choses dehors, le quartier chinois, le central market, des cafés du coin ou même dans les supérettes autour. Ce sera beaucoup mieux.

De lokatie, we vertrokken de volgende ochtend vroeg met Han Travels. Het ligt ook leuk tov chinatown. Bed sliep redelijk.

Er was lekkage in de badkamer, waardoor de wcrol nat was. Toen we het meldden kregen we wel snel een nieuwe rol. Er lag nog een leeg zeepje van de vorige gast. Het ontbijt was slecht. Alles wat warm hoorde te zijn was koud. De koffie was niet lekker en er was ook geen melk bij de koffie. Ook geen eieren. Maar toen ik erom vroeg kreeg ik wel een heerlijke omelet. Dus dat is een tip. Al met al vond ik de prijskwaliteitsverhouding niet goed, maar verder wel te doen om een nachtje te verblijven, voor een korte transfer.

location wise is superb. next to pasar seni LRT/MRT station. I ditch my car and took the train wherever i wish. So near to Central Market and Petaling Street. My view fron the room was Merdeka 118. What a view especially at night.

We got lost using google map from Port Dickson at tbe end part as the hotel riad uslayerex below another road. Not anybodys fault but took us 20 minutez of going around and finally a helpful soul, a cleaner pointed us the way. Room horrible strong smell of cigarettes. Hotel staff gave wrong direction. You said city view, we get facing walls at 8th floor. Finally a Rm10 for parking as carpark is kinda small for such a large hotel. All in all a bad experiance.

Great location, easy access to the bus station to Taman Negara and in the centre of Chinatown. Comfortable bed and good shower facilities. Would highly recommend staying here for easy access to the city! Very close to the central market and laundry facilities. Haven’t tried the breakfast so no comment on that.

Room cleaning and rubbish bin cleared only upon request. Toilet was too small.

the location is good... but after a 15 hour flight the last thing i wanted was music playing out loud until 3am on Sunday night!

the hotel is shabby... not 4 star as advertised on booking, not even 3 starts.... the breakfast is a joke... no cereal, fruit or yoghurt. you get bread and butter and sliced apples or watermelon depending on the day. and we got one day rice the next pasta... odd

Excellent location with Surau, LRT and Bus station just 5 minutes away and this hotel is right in the city center. Staff is very good. Very clean and well maintained rooms. Service by Mohammad Alam from housekeeping is excellent. Good city view as well

Terrible breakfast- shouldn't charge one sen for it. I also didn't get hot water shower. The water is luke warm, too cold for a night shower. No hand soap for washing hands. Other amenities unavailable is fine.

Can't remember of any, although it is the same hotel chain I stayed in Bangkok and quite like it

No hot water shower, blocked drainage, the floor (especially in front of the fridge) was very sticky. The TV is useless for international tourists as it has no English channels, including news. Moreover the provided breakfast was probably the worst quality of all 3 stared hotels I've stayed (I skipped most of the days).

Hotel close to Central Market and Petaling Street. Many restaurants and convenience store in walking distance. Strategic hotel if you want to explore these areas. They have a carpark inside but in limited numbers.

Location superb, near to those mrt, Central Market, petaling street. hotel room facilities is new n good. Sound insulation good. Room is big enough for 5 of us.

I didn’t get the garage parking because it already full. I need to go down tu level 1 just to iron mu clothes. It is better if each room got iron.

Room was very affordable and in a good location, close to MRT/LRT for travel elsewhere. Was upgraded from Deluxe Queen to a Triple Room at check-in, although would have much preferred my original booking as I was looking forward to the balcony. Room had a full length mirror in the hallway and large mirror in bathroom. Mattress and pillows were firm, which I prefer. Only one pillow provided per person. WiFi and air-con worked well. Most reception staff were friendly. Irons and ironing boards available in the laundry room on Level 1 - didn't use these but they were there if needed. Floor length curtains were mostly black-out.

Housekeeping issues: 1) Policy states that linens are changed every 5 days and the room is tidied (bins emptied, bed made) every 2 days. Our room was not tidied at all across our 4 night stay. Housekeeping was only seen on day 3, at which point it made no sense when we were leaving the next morning. 2) Previous guests ear cleaning cotton buds/receipts/mess were left on the floor. We saw housekeeping lifting beds onto chairs in other rooms to clean underneath, so it was even more bizarre that we still had previous guests mess in our room. 3) Shower gel completely empty, had to chase up for this basic need. No hand soap/hand wash at all, despite previous reviews recommending it and hotel responses stating this will be taken into consideration. 4) Placed bottled water into a mug, for the water to turn murky with a film on it. Disgusting. All four washer dryers out of order, not mentioned at check-in. Absolutely no wardrobe space, all luggage left out in the open and clothing hanging on very limited hangers on a ceiling-mounted clothes rail. Hotel states no prepayment is required, however they attempted to take a payment from the card on file (which didn't work). I updated the card and the full payment was taken. The day after, another payment was attempted - which began a very stressful few hours a day before travelling getting in touch with Booking.com, who confirmed that the hotel should not be attempting to take any full payments as this was against their policy with Booking.com, and they should refund the full amount - to only be paid upon arrival. Hotel stated that they hadn't updated their system to show that the second card was accepted and to ignore further requests. They did not refund the full amount, however they also did not attempt to take another payment. Unhoused people sleep outside the hotel and will bug you and follow you for money if you attempt to use the ATM in the laundry opposite the hotel.

Front desk Staff Aini was very friendly & helpful. She's always there to assist whenever we need assistance. Kudos to Travelodge Kuala Lumpur for having Ms Aini on board. MS Aini is a excellent as an ambassador. Keep up the good work.

Pillow was rather thin & flat. I had quite a sleepless night using it.

English translation: If you plan to stay at this hotel, I would not recommend having breakfast here as it is not worth the money. The breakfast provided does not match the price charged. On weekends, guests should be served a wider variety of nutritious breakfast options, not just fried rice or plain spaghetti. They even serve banana cake that can easily be bought from a Mydin supermarket, and tap water.

Je moet vragen om de bakken te legen. Misschien wel fijn als je kamer even dagelijks nakijken ! Erg gehorig ivm een festival van drie dagen.

The main reason I booked this hotel was because it offers parking. However, when I arrived, the parking lot was completely full (the space is very limited) and I had to park somewhere else at four times higher the price. The receptionist was unhelpful when we asked about the parking situation. Also, the breakfast selection was quite limited, and the server was not friendly.

We stayed at the Travelodge Kuala Lumpur City Center for one night in May before catching a flight home after a month traveling around Malaysia. The location was ideal for us, in Chinatown, quick walk to Petaling street, and with many restaurants and shops in every direction. Check in was easy. The room was clean and soundproof. Comfortable mattress, clean bedding, and bedside tables.

* The Superior Twin Room was fine for one night, but it’d feel pretty small for 2 people for much longer. * There wasn't enough leg room for a tall person to sit on the toilet comfortably. * Breakfast was uninspired; if you enjoy a good breakfast, have it somewhere else.

Не было горячей воды, было немного грязно и плесень в ванной.

A localização é ótima, fica bem no centro. A cama é bem confortável.

Achei a limpeza do banho mal feita, muito sujo dentro da ducha,nos azulejos. Não vale a pena pagar pelo o café da manhã, muito mau. Vale a pena tomar em outro lugar.
