Das Frühstück war leider Massenabfertigung und nicht gut.

We enjoyed our time here. We spent a lot of time by the pool and ordering food at the bar and room service. We had an issue with a leak and the front desk took care of it right away. Everyone at the property was welcoming and nice!

Amazing hotel with close distance to everything around. The room was clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable! There was a nice equipped gym, not just treadmills. And a nice swimming pool area. We’d love to come back here again!

Os elevadores são extremamente lentos, e se o hotel estiver bastante ocupado, a opção mais fácil é ir pelas escadas.

Las piscinas, los desayunos con variedad así que geniales, la atención de recepción tan amables y serviciales saludando con una sonrisa. Se agradece por mi parte, una trabajadora del montón, pasar unos días en un paraíso asi😘😘 Ojalá algún día pueda volver…

Echt een geweldig hotel. Fijn dat ze familiekamers hebben waardoor onze dochter niet op een opklapbed of bank hoefde te slapen. Super schoon en vriendelijk personeel. Kamers zijn ook ruim. Je kan ook handdoeken halen bij receptie voor de thermische baden. Echt ideaal.

Chambre triple très spacieuse avec balcon, 3 lits individuels très confortables, propreté de la chambre...salle de bain très spacieuse et équipée. Personnel très accueuillant et à l'écoute des clients, bons équipements, jacuzzi, piscine intérieure et extérieure très propres. Grand parking fermé, sécurisé...Hotel proche du centre ville, on peut y accéder en marchant un peu. Petit-déjeuner continental varié, excellents fromages de l'ile, appréciable.

Il manquait dans la chambre une armoire fermée pour ranger le linge de 3 personnes (même s'il y avait un espace de rangement dans l'entrée). Le petit-déjeuner était varié mais simple et le café de mauvaise qualité.... il nous a manqué l'ananas dos açores, plus de produits locaux, dommage...

Excellent location, newly renovated to a high standard. Lovely pool. Really comfortable beds and a delicious breakfast. I was so sad leaving!

Renovated and with a nice pool area

breakfast was poor and they didn’t refill the things during breakfast time. Also, there were no towels available almost at no time for the pool.

The hotel was recently renovated and it looks amazing. Initially we were worried it could be AI generated pictures, but the room excedeed our expectations. The staff is very lovely and accomodating to any requests.

They had major problems with the elavators while we were there ( we were waiting for minutes on end). The breakfast buffet (despite having many chooices) feels very chaotic due to lack of staff.

Fantastic hotel, central to PontaDelgada, 5-10 min walk in. Great staff, helpful and friendly. Beautiful rooms, bathrooms and facilities, would definitely stay again.

Man merkt, dass das Hotel erst renoviert wurde. Es ist sauber und alles in einem guten Zustand. Unser Zimmer war schön gross, das Bett bequem. Das Gym hat eine genügende Ausstattung und war sauber. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Beim Indoorpool hat es zu wenig Liegen. Das W-lan ist etwas instabil, bzw. fliegt man immer wieder raus.

Emplacement idéal au cœur du centre historique de Ponta Delgada. Très belles.prestations dans sa globalité

Die Lage des Hotels ist tip-top.

Das Check-in ging fast 1 Std. - Grund war, ich hatte ein Zimmer 2 x reserviert, davon 1 Reservation annulliert. Das war im System nicht hinterlegt. Die Klärung wollte man mir übertragen :-( Das 1. Zimmer hatte 2 Einzelbetten, obwohl in meinem Profil ein Doppelbett hinterlegt war. - Uns wurde nach dem wir angefragt hatten, dann ein neues Zimmer mit Doppelbett zugeteilt.... das hat aber auch wieder seine Zeit beansprucht. Die Zeit hätten wir lieber am Pool verbracht. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig... jedoch für ein 4 Stern Hotel hätten wir uns etwas mehr gewünscht.

Die Insel ist wundervoll.

Das Frühstück wäre noch ok gewesen, wenn nicht einfache Dinge ständig vergriffen gewesen wären und nur nach Aufforderung evtl. ergänzt wurden ( heißes Wasser für Tee, Honig, Obst) Die Bedienung in der Bar war nach 22.00 Uhr sehr lustlos........dann besser schließen.

Great location within walking distance of Ponta Delgada's main attractions. The hotel was super clean and comfortable, with plenty of breakfast options. The indoor and outdoor pools were a nice bonus. We'd definitely come back.

O quarto muito arrumado e bom aspeto

Piscina interior sem espreguiçadeira, pedimos para colocar pelo menos uma cadeira para pousar as toalhas e nem isso deixaram. Piscina com obrigação de toucas mas ninguém usava, o chao sempre molhado e disseram que iam limpar e ninguém apareceu . Pequeno almoço sempre igual e empregados nada higiénicos e usavam a loiça que os hóspedes não usavam para fazer mesas novas, sem saber se alguém tinha usado ou não. Todo o edifício a necessitar de manutenção. O autoclismo do nosso quarto estava constantemente a verter agua. As escadas de acesso aos pisos estavam degradadas, paredes lascadas, sinais de infiltração e humidade. Quando fizemos o check-out questionaram se a estadia tinha sido agradável, ao que respondemos que nem por isso e simplesmente não quiseram saber o que estava mal. Para um hotel de 4 estrelas deixa muito a desejar.

A remodelação ficou muito bonita sem mexerem no bem estar que já era característico deste hotel.

A falta de iogurtes magros e de comida regional no pequeno almoço, com excecao do bolo levedo, nao havia mais nada. Mas havia bastante fartura e diversidade. Os hotéis bensaude, sao sinónimo de qualidade e bem estar.

L'accueil à la réception n'est pas chaleureux. Dommage qu'aucun membre du personnel ne parle français

Personeel erg attent en aardig, ontbijt en diner zeer uitgebreid, binnen en buitenzwembad met jacuzzi, alles werd keurig schoongehouden en was aangenaam om te zijn.

er is qua verbeterpunten voor ons werkelijk niets op te noemen, het was uitzonderlijk goed.

This beautiful, newly-decorated design hotel is located in the heart of Ponta Delgada. The room was very comfortable and charming with a comfortable bed and pillows. The shower is amazing. There is a good breakfast buffet. There is also a lovely swimming pool.

Stayed for a very short, 1 night visit. Room was fitted to a modern standard and appeared to be recently renovated. Breakfast was perfectly adequate. Location was very convenient for dinner and drinks in the evening. Very convenient from the airport too.

In our room, the shower thermostat wasn't working so it was either scalding or cold. The toilet was also dripping throughout our stay, but wasn't worth complaining about at the time.

-Il n’y avait pas de bancs à la piscine intérieure pour déposer nos affaires. On déposait nos serviettes à même le sol. Pas très hygiénique. -Il manquait les étiquettes avec le nom des aliments et jus au petit déjeuner dans le restaurant. Pas idéal pour ceux qui ont des allergies.

O quarto era excelente, e super limpo. O hotel apesar de ter bastantes hóspedes era super sossegado e tranquilo. A localização central em Ponta Delgada possibilita passeios a pé ou uma rápida saída de carro para fora da cidade

L’emplacement est super! C’est tranquille .On peut facilement aller au restaurant dans les ruelle près du port. Grand stationnement. Bon service à la réception .J’y retournerais même si l’hôtel est vieux. On ne reste pas longtemps de toute façon

L’hôtel est vieillot. De la moquette dans les chambres et les matelas sont très fermes. Le buffet déjeuner est juste correct sans grande variété . Il pourrait y avoir plus de fruits.Le service est bien.

This property is tired. We learned that they are starting renovations next month. Once the renovations are completed, we would stay here again. It is in a good location with many great dining options close by.

Pequeno almoço sem reposição a partir das 10h o que condiciona muito a escolha dos produtos. Pouca variedade e qualidade de produto a desejar para um hotel desta classificação. Maquina de bebidas instantâneas sem opção de galão (foi possivel mas manualmente). Ausência de tostadeira para pão sem ser tipo forma.

asked for early check in and a call for when room was ready, never received call. Desk service not friendly at all.

The room was not up to par and did not meet expectations or the pictures shown on their website. The room was really dated, the carpet was old and looked very dirty. The washroom countertop was old and stained and our sheets were never changed in the six nights we stayed despite leaving the maid a decent tip every morning. We booked a family room and we got a room with four single beds with one of them a cot that was subpar. We kept our room very clean. And to add fuel to the fire, upon checking in we explained that we only needed the hotel up to Sept. 8th not the 9th and they said they couldn’t refund us for the extra night and that we had to pay the full amount of our stay up front! I explained to them that normal protocol is pay at the time of checkout. They later explained that they would refund the extra night and we thanked them but once again at the time of checkout on Sept. 8th they again refused to give me my refund and told me that I would have to call Expedia if I wanted to be refunded for the night! I was extremely upset and frustrated and vowed never to stay at that hotel nor book through Expedia going forward. Very disappointing.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gros,an ruhiger lage und nur 3 minuten zu fuss ans Meer.Das Frühstück hatte genug auswahl.Für mich persönlich hätte ich gerne mehr Joguhrt auswahl.Die anlage ist Idilisch eingerichtet.
