Zimmer hat ein wenig feucht gerochen. War aber nicht schlimm und durch das öffnen der Fenster war die Luft schnell gut.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Talisman! The location is excellent, making it really easy to explore the area on foot, while still being in a quiet and relaxing setting. The swimming pool is fantastic and a great place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Our room was also very quiet, which made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. The bed and pillows were really comfortable, something we always appreciate when travelling. Breakfast was another highlight: a nice selection, good quality, and a great way to start the day. Overall, a lovely hotel with a great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent facilities. We would happily stay at Hotel Talisman again!

De kamer had slechts twee raampjes bovenin, en het ontbijt (dat we meekregen ivm vroegtijdig vertrek naar de luchthaven) was van matige kwaliteit. En dat voor toch een flink bedrag (170 euro).

What a gem! The space and staff were so kind and welcoming from the very first minute. The room was comfortable and the property is just beautiful- truly a unique hotel. I loved that our room overlooked a neighboring park with beautiful flowers! The location is perfect for wandering downtown Ponta Delgada. Breakfast was also one of the best we’ve had on this trip- good variety and fresh! We were only here one night, but hope to return. Would highly recommend!

Our only disappointment was that we were staying only one night!

The room was big but the matrass of the bed was not confortable. And the bathroom was small with step to entry the bath that its dangerous.

De parfum die in de kamer wordt gespoten is vreselijk sterk. Je kunt het zelfs proeven. Het was noodzakelijk de hele dag het raam open te laten staan.

Airco op kamer werkte niet waardoor het heel warm was. Hotel was zijn prijs niet waard.

We loved the character of the hotel. It was very comfortable and everything had excellent quality. The pool was an added bonus.

Die Innenstadt, Hafen und Botanische Gärten lassen sich gut zu Fuss erreichen. Verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe.

Unser Zimmer glich einer Abstellkammer mit Baustellenlärm und mit Blick in einen Hinterhof. Das Frühstück war mittelmässig. Instantkaffee aus dem Automaten ist sehr unbefriedigend. Keine Parkmöglichkeiten am Hotel.

We stayed at Talisman Hotel for 5 nights. Essentially it's a 3 star not a 4. The staff at the reception were not extremely friendly, did not help much with booking close restaurants and every time we were passing by the reception either they were busy doing ( ora pretending to do ) other things and there has never been any of the receptionists asking " how is your holiday so far", or "are you happy with your room" or even going out "have a good evening"... just "hello" when passing or good night when returning to the hotel. It is quite strange that all the 3-4 people at reception were behaving the same especially when on the island most of the residents are very kind and friendly ! Also in a 4 star hotel you expect to be able to use A.C. due the high humidity of the climate and the smell of old furniture in the room (it definitely needs a renovation )but we were told that the a.c. was on "hot air" and that was only controlled by the central system ! Almost every night at the hotel restaurant there were receptions of even 40-50 people having dinner and celebrating loudly until 11.30

A little minus for spoiled visitors - no free parking nearby. The free car parks are 500 meters walking distance. It did not trouble us, though. Street parking places cost only about 1 Euro per 90 minutes, when we wanted a short car park near the hotel.

Room was nice and clean , the hotel amenities were great, very clean , breakfast was very good

Uns wurde ein Breakfast Lunch Paket versprochen da wir früh zum Flughafen mussten, leider gab es das dann nicht, da wir uns darauf verlassen haben, haben wir uns nichts anderes besorgt. und zu der Zeit ist am Flughafen auch nichts geöffnet - war sehr ärgerlich und sowas darf nicht passieren.

Moc hezký hotel, na dobrém místě, letiště je kousek, taxi bylo za dobrou cenu, se vším na hotelu jsme byli spokojeni, pokud se vrátíme na Azory,tak určitě do tohoto hotelu.

Beautiful and classy look all around the hotel, rooms are very modern and comfortable. Centrally located in the city centre. Wonderful and very friendly staff that are very accommodating.

We stayed for 9 nights and our 2st room was at the back with a view on a chimney. Thank full we were able to move to a much more pleasant room

Good location. Room is newly renovated. They have an affiliated car rental business on next door, so it was very easy to rent a car. They also have parking place for a fee. If weather is good, the rooftop pool and sun deck would be excellent.

Probably it’s better to install some hooks for towels in the bathroom.

The hotel is in a great location. It is in the city center so you don’t have to rent a car if you don’t want to. It is less than a 10 minute taxi ride from the airport. The rooms are very clean and comfortable and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. A delicious breakfast buffet is offered with a nice selection to choose from. There is also a lovely rooftop pool over looking the city and a workout room. The Hotel Talisman is a super cute, boutique style hotel with old charm.

Clean spacious room. Located right downtown which made it great for walking tours. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Excellent breakfast buffet. The hotel itself is beautiful in appearance and is well kept.

A minor issue is it took a long time to run the hot water tap to get it warm enough to shower. We felt like that was a waste of water.

Breakfast was great. Location perfect. The rooftop pool area was wonderful.
