Exceptionally clean. I loved the power of the shower. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well .The furnishings and facilities met all of my needs The temperature in the rooms were excellent. Delicious breakfast at the Lawrence. Good value for money. All staff very attentive

A little disappointed the t v remote wasn't working on the TV in the dining room.. The movie room stank of garlic from the other guests resulting in me not using the facility.

Location was great. It was very easy to check-in thnaks to the kind Clarence, he treated us exceptionally. The kitchen has everything you need and the room was perfectly clean.

It was a pity that we couldn't stay a bit longer.

I really enjoyed my stay! The room was top-notch, and both the kitchen and shared bathroom were very clean.

Wir verbachten eine Nacht im Hestia House in Derry. Den Schlüssel und freundliche Erklärungen bekamen wir im ca. 5 Min. Fußweg entfernten Lawrence Hotel. Das saubere, kleine Zimmer war, wie alles andere auch, sehr opulent und extravagant und mit hochwertigen Materialien eingerichtet. Die Dusche funktionierte sehr gut mit Durchlauferhitzer. Im Untergeschoss war eine vollständig ausgestatte Gemeinschaftsküche mit sehr gemütlichem und großzügigem Essbereich. Milch, Kaffee- und Teeprodukte standen zur freien Verfügung. Einen kostenfreien Parkplatz haben wir wenige Gehminuten entfernt gefunden (Academy Rd. vor dem Seniorenwohnheim). Das Hestia House lag ideal, um Derry zu erkunden.

Das Bett war schmal und für uns auch zu weich.

Fantastic location, close to the university and many restaurants and shopping locations. Staff where kind and helpful. Room was clean, secure and comfortable.

La décoration, l'agencement des pièces, la fonctionnalités, et même une pièce cinéma que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de tester mais impressionnante! Très proche du centre ville. La chambre et salle de bain assez spacieuses.

Peut être la pression de la douche un peu faible quand on a des cheveux à laver c'est mieux avec plus de pression.

Por un problema nos cambiaron a Art House. Ubicación muy buena para aparcar, personal muy amable que nos enseñó las instalaciones y llevo el equipaje hasta la habitación, había a nuestra disposición cafetera, bebidas, dulces….cama muy cómoda.

The way the rooms were decorated was amazing. The bed was very comfortable. The little snacks and drinks in the kitchen were greatly appreciated.

En realidad estubimos en Clarense House, ya que en Hestia House no podian darnos el nivel de habitación contrado. Casa muy bonita, reformada hace dos meses. Buena situación en zona tranquila y cerca de todo. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la contratada.

La casa se encuentra arriba de una cuesta, para nosotros no fue inconveniente pero es bueno tenerlo en cuenta para personas mayores, familias con carros de bebé o personas con movilidad reducida.

Tutto perfetto, personale gentile e disponibile, camera eccellente, struttura meravigliosa. Quando sono arrivata, per problemi al bagno della camera che avevo prenotato presso Hestia House mi hanno assegnato una camera in un'altra loro struttura, la Art House. Location favolosa, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro città, in una zona molto tranquilla. Stanza grande, luminosa, pulita, letto e cuscini comodissimi, bagno funzionale. In camera c'era l'angolo per il the ed il caffè, con tazze e bottiglie di acqua di benvenuto. Manca il frigobar nelle camere ma è a disposizione un frigo per gli ospiti nella cucina comune. Soggiorno perfetto in una città splendida. Tornerò sicuramente❣️

Établissement très bien situé, chambre confortable et cuisine bien équipée si besoin. Je recommande. Nous avions une chambre incluant une salle de bain.

Schönes House mit toller Inneneinrichtung. Die Gemeinschaftsküche war gut ausgestattet und gemütlich. Ins Zentrum sind es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haupthaus ist ca. 5 Minuten entfernt, dort bekommt man den Schlüssel und Türcode. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und unkompliziert.

Es gibt keinen Aufzug und das Treppenhaus ist relativ eng. Mit schwerem Gepäck kommt man ins Schwitzen 😅. Das Frühstück wurde am Morgen in einer Papiertüte geliefert. Für knapp 10 Pfund/Person hätte man hier mehr erwarten können. Geschmacklich war es aber gut. Die Gegend der Unterkunft ist nicht ganz so gepflegt.

Clean and comfortable. I had to check-in at a nearby hotel (2 minutes walk, no issue), and the recepcionist was very kind. It's not super central, but then the city is small and the center is really a very short walk away. It's also a bit hilly (but then it is a hilly city!).

My room was in a basement floor, and foodsteps from above could be a bit noisy. Earplugs recommended if you are sensitive to noise.

Nous avions la chambre familiale au dernier étage qui était splendide. La chambre est bien située, le centre reste assez proche. Nous avons adoré la cuisine partagée ou nous y avons pris nos petits déjeuners ainsi qu'un repas du soir. C'est très bien équipé et très propre !

La literie mais c'est visiblement un peu partout en Irlande, nous l'avons souvent constaté, cependant la chambre est vraiment bien 👍

Good location and close to the city centre. Lovely decor and a high spec finish. Nice touch with the coffee machine.

Rooms were very hot, we could have benefited from a fan in the room, but most disappointing was that the room wasn't cleaned for the entirety of our stay (3 nights). We saw the cleaners most mornings, but they never came in to our room to clean.

Flat pillows and a too-soft mattress (and I never complain about a soft mattress) and bedding that’s pilly and needs updating. Window opened up a crack 🙄 Checking in at one house then being sent out and about to another property not that close by.

Clean, good location, great interior design, kitchen facility and above all the cinema room! I'd definitely go back! On top of that David at the reception was great and also the person in charge of the cleaning was awesome!

It depends on the other visitors how they treat the kitchen... that's a draw of luck!

Absolutely unique and beautiful decor, nice and quiet, a feeling of security, not overcrowded with guests. Kitchen facilities downstairs where I was free to use cutlery or tea/Coffee facilities. A nice sense of autonomy and being respected as a guest.

I was not asked about breakfast options and there was no staff at the property. This was both good and a slight inconvenience, however there is more than enough local services for food anyway.

I loved the immaculate and quirky furnishings and decor, it felt very high end considering the reasonable cost. An extremely well equipped kitchen including a washing machine and dryer with the added surprise of a cinema room in the basement. The location in Derry was quite central so easy to walk to all that the city has to offer. I received a very warm welcome from Connor with lots of information when checking in.

It was a bit of a faf checking in at another property called the Lawrence Rooms then making our way to Hestia House, it was a few streets away so quite a walk with lots of luggage. Parking is very limited and we only got a space later in the day, thankfully it was free to park for the 2 nights so no walk with luggage when we left. Little bit of confusion about where to leave the key when checking out, this needs to be made clearer to guests, perhaps some in room information would have been useful.

Very convenient to walk pretty much anywhere in Derry. Clean room and a soft but comfortable bed. Good size room and access to full size kitchen which was very convenient. We took advantage of access to the washer and dryer as well.

I had a great stay! The place was clean and comfy. I had everything I needed.

The property was in a fantastic location, within a few minutes walk you’re right in the centre of town. The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The room was perfect for the weekend, very clean and comfy bed. We would definitely stay here again if we were to return to Derry.

La chambre était très spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Tous les équipements nécessaires étaient présents. Les rideaux sont bien occultants et il y a le necessaire pour boire un thé/café dans la chambre. Les hôtes d'accueil pour le check in ont été très sympathiques et le petit déjeuner était très copieux et délicieux (porridge et irish breakfast). Commerces et restaurants à moins de dix minutes à pieds, hôtel situé dans une rue au calme.

La posizione è ottima e l’albergo è davvero molto bello.

Tuttavia, la colazione inclusa lascia parecchio a desiderare: consiste semplicemente in un succo e uno yogurt portati in camera. La “colazione stupenda” pubblicizzata è in realtà a pagamento (15 £). Per quanto riguarda le bevande calde, bisogna accontentarsi di tè o caffè solubile disponibili in stanza, che non sono di grande qualità. Il bagno è minuscolo e decisamente scomodo. Inoltre, l’hotel invia un numero eccessivo di messaggi sia nei giorni precedenti che il giorno dell’arrivo, risultando piuttosto invadente

Location was great, super friendly front of house staff. Room was well decorated and the place was immaculate.

Housekeeping were keen to get into the room even before official checkout time. Felt a bit rushed to leave.

I've stayed with the group in Derry 4 times now and every time has been excellent.

Awesome property, I always love staying here when back in my home city. Hestia provide beautiful well facilitated properties in good locations with comfortable rooms.

Couldn't ask for more!

Lovely room with two comfortable double beds. The kids loved the cinema room downstairs where we could watch a rugby match on a big screen. Staff very friendly and accomodating. We got our breakfast in bed which was lovely. And they also made pancakes for my younger son.

There is no lift which didn’t bother us but could be a challenge for someone with mobility issues. The price - thought it was a bit too high for the place with no reception and no facilities.

All the staff we encountered were lovely, both the man at reception at night, and Emmett the manager. The room was lovely, in a good area of town and close to everything you need.

We had a wonderful stay. Upon check we actually got upgraded to the Jazzhouse and it was fantastic. The staff were so friendly and approachable, lovely breakfast and great location to the city. Will definitely be back!

We got a free upgrade from a room to a full apartment and the apartment was absolutely amazing. Had everything we needed and even provided tea, coffee, milk, etc. Cooking facilities etc for longer stays. The bed was really nice and comfortable, we didn't want to leave it! Emmett and his colleague who helped with the parking were both very welcoming and really helpful. Especially the man who helped me park my car (there is free parking right outside or just down the road)

Had an absolutely fantastic time. The Art House was lovely, really well presented. Staff were brilliant. Derry is absolutely phenomenal. Love the history, the people, the vibe of the city. Absolutely brilliant stay. And the car remained parked up the entire weekend as the property is so close to everything. Thanks for the recommendations and hospitality. 5*.
