Very little to be honest.

There was a violent row in the room next door in the middle of the night. It ran for over 90 minutes and I was concerned that domestic violence was taking place. I was unable to contact a member of staff. I was unable to sleep and eventually left the room and went to the car to try and sleep.

Threw me out inside first 2 hours of being in there whilst asleep and very tired by pretending I was smoking. I was not at all I do not smoke. And I've had no reimbursement

The location was good. The check-in was easy.

The room had no external window. The bathroom fixings were corroded. The sheets were rough.

Even though they dont have a desk and was online check in only when I rang the owner she was kind enough to take my bag and leave it in my room. The room was quite cheap for being in the centre. It was only around the corner from bus station, bars, local shop and city centre. Room was basic but decor was really modern and they have tea and coffee station.

There was alot of stairs and lift very slow, the code to unlock the door was very long would have been easier with a key card and would have liked a fridge in room if im being picky.

Beyond noisy at night outside. A continuous traffic jam until 2am with people shouting and music coming from cars. Noisy residents who left food strewn outside my door and on the stairs. No reception so nobody to complain to directly It's classified as a hotel but it's just rooms with no supervision and no hotel services Towels were really coarse and water was not warm enough for a shower at 8am

Si tratta di un hotel senza reception, con check in fai da te, privo di personale sul posto. Questo ovviamente rende impossibile controllare il comportamento degli ospiti e probabilmente attira un tipo di cliente molesto: abbiamo passato la notte in bianco perché nella stanza di fronte, la numero 15, c'erano urla, rumore di mobili spostati, schiamazzi e musica, con toni di voce chiaramente alterati da qualche sostanza, cosa che ci ha dissuaso dall'andare a lamentarci di persona. Una nottata spaventosa, con anche la preoccupazione che potesse succedere qualcosa di veramente pericoloso (incendio accidentale, ad esempio).

Good communication, self check in online and a key code to enter, super clean, comfy bed, bathroom well designed. Excellent location with handy parking and close to everything

The only downside was other people - the building is an open design around an inner courtyard which means noise travels so we were disturbed quite a lot during the night with noise from other people in the stairwell and courtyard. Only other tiny thing would be that a bedside lamp or low light would be good

The room we were in was directly above a taxi stand, the room wasn’t properly insulated for the street noise- it was 2.30 in the morning before we could get any sleep.

Zentral gelegen. Sauber. Leider kein Fenster nach draussen. War etwas stickig und mir zu warm.

The location was spot on soo central to walk everywhere.

The only thing would have liked to be able to have had a window in apartment which could have been able to open. Bedside shelves very small

I think peoples stay would be improved greatly from haveing a vending machine with water and other drinks..

Online check in was extremely handy as was access to the room. The room itself was comfortable and located within a few minutes walk of restaurants, bars and shops.

Would have felt safer if bedroom door could be locked from inside.

Location was perfect, we opted for a city room view but if back would go with inner courtyard view as the road was quiet noisy at night but it didn't hamper our stay. Would recommend hotel and would return.

Ik was er 3 nachten. Kamer werd niet opgemaakt. Geen schone handdoeken. Er was geen receptie. Dat was mij vooraf niet duidelijk.

Left bags in room and when I went back someone was in my room. They said that the code they were given was for that room and so it was their room. The code I was given was given was the same room. They had threw my bags out and stayed in the room. Therefore I couldn't find my bags and had no room. Had to phone the contact and get it sorted out. Not great .

The location is amazing! Very close to the bars on Waterloo street. Very comfortable and beautiful

Great location, easy walking to city centre and a reasonable walk to the train station. A fan was in the room on the warm days.

Street noise and crowd noise outside, but it settled down around midnight. Want soft towels? Bring your own. The supplied towels had the ‘softness’ of newspaper on the skin.

The location was good but because it was in the city, it was a little loud....traffic noise, etc. The accommodations overall were good: comfortable bed and clean bathroom, etc.

The email with the code to enter the building was confusing and we needed to call for the actual code. Staff was helpful with that though. The room was small and VERY warm with no way to cool it off...no windows to open, fan, air conditioning. Pillows were so flat...not comfortable.

There was no teabags no milk and no toilet paper, stayed for two days and room wasn't cleaned or bins emptied very disappointed ☹️

No 9 isn't a hotel,prob best described as a airb@b,no glasses in room for a drink of water no sugar for coffee,got some in hotel next door,good bed and shower,400 euro for 2 ngts,bit of a rip off

The rooms are clean, well laid out and the bathroom was spacious.

The location is great in that it is smack bang in the centre of the city. However, the road it is on is seemingly the main meeting point for every alcoholic and drug addict in Derry. Having a room overlooking the main street that you dont get much sleep over the noise of screaming, shouting and fighting.

Loved the location, and checking in was very easy. Beds were comfy.

Another place that does not highlight it is self check in (probably because people would've less inclined to book if they knew). Shower towels are not much bigger than my drying up cloth at home. Only a glorified shoe rack with hooks for hanging clothes - totally inadequate.

Excellent location for visiting Derry. Clean and comfortable room. Easy self-check in process.

Very basic room without toiletries/hairdryer/other facilities/services you would expect from a hotel. Nor did it have a kitchenette facility to make it an aparthotel. The price of the room was very expensive for such basic facilities but there was a festival on in the city that weekend which may be reflected in the price. No staff on site in the hotel but thankfully we didn't need them!

Location and cleanliness

I felt it was a bit expensive for the room size. Tea and coffee provided but no glass to have water/drinks. Also, the radiator and towel rail didn’t work no-matter what I did to the regulator.

Easy to accessible. Excellent location.

My only negative is there was no hair dryer in the room
