Great spot right in the middle of Wadebridge. Staff were exceptional at check-in, dinner and breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
Nothing
Staff were fab, food was excellent, breakfast excellent. The location was perfect. 10 /10

Location good, food good, staff very friendly.
We liked the food and the design.
Parking was a bit difficult to find.
Very friendly and helpful staff during all shifts, nice meal and breakfast, surprisingly quite although just above the bar/restaurant, bed very comfortable We used the time for the Camel trail which is highly recommendable by bike.
We missed partly the Folk Festival.
Great central location with parking. Helpful staff and comfortable room.

Friendly staff Lovely location in pedestrian area
Ottima posizione. Struttura caratteristica.
Historic and quaint pub. Quiet room in annexe at back of pub. Comfortable large bed. Central walkable location.
Rather chaotic check-in. Vegan breakfast was small. Difficult to find parking lot
Very romantic small rooms, friendly atmosphere.
It was ideally situated for my stay in the area. The breakfast was extensive and tasty. The staff who I encountered were helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable, with good amenities.
There was limited parking.

Location
the location was good and the staff were friendly
the room was extremely small. barely roo. for the double bed. and very hot.
Location - good value
Car park is terrible - blocked in regularly
The fact it had parking and a nice look to the place
It was a quiet hotel from 10am until 8am I found that bad as we were on holiday The breakfast was really bad value And very bad service
The room were in was a bit dated. The rest was ok!
Excellent location, rooms, staff, parking and evening meals.
Breakfast was good but a little expensive.
Great location, excellent breakfast friendly staff
the staff were friendly and the food was very good
The bathroom needed an update
Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was lovely Room was clean, well stocked, refreshed every day Fish pie - lovely
the steak frites meal - overpriced for what you received - but it tasted nice the small portion we had. Car Park - wasn't the biggest - this was explain on booking, so not their fault - the staff did give us alternatives - is just when we go on holiday we like to arrive park the car and leave it for whole stay.
Just about everything...the service, the food , the location and the friendly reception
Location is perfect. Right in the centre of town. We were up graded to a lovely Family room. So stylish, comfortable beds, sofa , good TV & fridge. Bathroom is excellent. Shower & bath . Bottled water replenished daily. The breakfast was delicious. Definitely 5 stars. For freshness, choice. variety. The best thing was the genuinely friendly & very hard working staff. They were all a real team. It was an absolute pleasure . No faults. Molesworth Arms should run courses in how to run hotels/ bars & customers service. Thank you all .
This is a lovely old Pub with very good food and was perfect for our team for the event we were working at. Comfortable rooms and really nice staff. We plane to retrun next year.
Nothing really to not like though the parking was a challenge!!
Staff were lovely, however the room I had wasn’t very clean - lots of hair in the sink drain hole, cushions on the bed badly stained and mattress dirt all over.

there was nothing
All in all was a good experience.room was good.staff spot on.just little things the shower head wouldn't stay up but otherwise great.
Nothing.
The room was far to hot. Only given a little desk fan. Lots of cobwebs in the restaurant, with dirty cups. Complained to reception but the response I got was ' oh yes it is hot'
Room lovely, a bit noisy in the morning sue to early deliveries, nive and cean, bed vet comfy
Breakfast rather underwhelming, good choice but cheap ingredients especially the bread, soggy muffin and overcooked poached egg. Limited cereal choice. Could be so much better wirh a few tweaks.
Nur für eine Nacht. Das kleine hotel ist mitten in der Stadt, hat aber einen guten Parkplatz
Keine Klimaanlage
Nice clean hotel room, plenty room and quiet.
First morning breakfast was great, but tea and breakfast lukewarm on second morning.
The room are nice and large and very clean. And dog friendly
I did found the pillow’s lumpy and hard
Location and friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Finding the car park!!
location
no air condition, just a room fan. sliding door to bathroom
Big ground floor room with own entrance and outside table and chairs. Very comfortable bed. Great breakfast choice. Excellent location.
We would have to say that we did not enjoy our stay at this hotel in room no. 7 and will be lodging a complaint and seek a refund for the 2 nights we did not stay at the hotel. On arrival at the hotel we found that the small double, was extreemly small not much bigger than the small double bed in the room. very little space either side of the bed, so difficult to actually get into the bed. No where to actually put suitcases apart from the bath. 3 coat hangers on a rail, no realistic draw space. No where to put anything in the bathroom. Infact we had to put the towels in the bath as the rail kept falling off the door. The room had a very small window with little privacy and the room was overlooked by a walkway. The curtain did not fit the window so difficult to maintain privacy. The biggest problem was the room was unbearingly hot. We estimated above 30 degrees c. with no way of cooling the room down apart from a small fan which had to changed from a less powerful one. It was impossible to sleep as way too hot. We requested to change our room and was told it was not possible as the booking was made through Booking. Com. We requested an upgrade this also we were told was impossible as we did not book direct with the hotel. We spent the first night of the booking in the hotel which was unbearable as it was so hot in the room to sleep. Further to this i would add that the room was not particularly clean, thed furnishings were old, jaded and damaged. The next morning we decided to find another hotel which we did. We checked out of the hotel saying we were not happy with the accommodation for the above reasons. They stated that if we had told them this they would have moved us to another room. However when requested the night before we were told that this was impossible. We informed the reception that we would be seeking a refund for the two nights we didn't stay and complain to Booking.com. We would recommend that anyone staying at the hotel to avoid Room 7 because of our experiences there. We cannot say what the other rooms were like as we were not given the opportunity. The manager was not particularly helpful in this matter. Our weekend break was completely ruined because of our experience . We informed her that we would be seeking redress.
Great location friendly staff.

Very dispointment about TV but it was no subtitls
Very friendly staff and the food looked good though we didn’t eat there
Located in a quiet pedestrianised street in this not very interesting town.
We arrived at the Molesworth Arms Hotel last Monday, managed to get a parking space, checked in, paid then went to our room which was on the Ground Floor, close to the garages/car park and what I think was enclosed fridge's because I could hear the noise constantly but as we were staying 3 night's I got used to it. Our initial thought's were what a nice room. A large fan was available ( it was quite warm while we were there). Great size bed and what looked like an adequate bathroom with walk in shower. Next morning we went to breakfast and Claire (apologies if I have spelt your name incorrectly) advised that we had been overcharged the previous day and I mentioned that we were having dinner that night so she gave us a credit voucher. I mentioned that I was quite disappointed with the metal shelf unit in the shower which was covered in rust and was not good. Claire apologised and said she would get it looked at. I believe that Sharon did try to clean it but for the rest of our stay it remained an eyesore. Surely it would have been easy to replace....... When we got back to our room that evening our room had not been cleaned. My husband always turns the bed down to air and leaves it tidy. Well it remained like that. I went to reception and explained and the young lady said she would replenish our towels. I said just one bath, 1 hand and the floor towel would suffice. The young lady said that the cleaning staff had finished for the day but she would deal with it. This was done before we returned to our room. We had booked a table that night and our friends who live in Wadebridge joined us. Everything was going well then a couple turned up with a dog ( I know the hotel is dog friendly) but the dog started yapping every now and then which kind of spoilt our evening. Not everyone is a dog lover. Other hotels that we have stayed in have a separate area for them. I still do not agree with animals being near to where people are eating. The next morning at breakfast, Claire said that they had raised out room cleaning issue with the staff and they said that because we had not put the towels in the shower then that is why they had not been changed. Fair enough, but surely the floor towel should be changed every day.......also the bed should be remade unless the client has asked for it not to be. So, we did enjoy our stay, would we stay again - not sure. However, breakfast was excellent thanks to Sharon and Claire was really attentive too. Sorry for such a long review but please change that rusted wall rack in the bathroom.
Friendly staff, very clean, beautiful food and a perfect location with free parking

Lovely overnight stay, enjoyed evening meal, desert, cider and cocktails. staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast in the morning with lots of choice. We booked a small double which was practical and had everything we needed. Nice en-suite, shower had good water pressure, Tea, coffee, biscuits , bottles of water and mints. My only complaint would be I wish we had stayed longer as our evening walk showed Wadebridge had lots of shops I would have liked to explore plus next time I would like to try the Italian restaurant, Bellini’s their sister property and the fan provided in the room was a bit noisy, we had very hot weather. We will definitely stay again thank you
Sharon the staff could do amazingly break fast her poached eggs were excellent the other cook not as good think she's needs to train them
We found Molesworth arms (Wadebridge) really central to Cornwall. Really friendly staff, clean rooms and services. Really outstanding food, especially Shazza's amazing poached eggs 👌👌💯. Real value for money, brilliant atmosphere! 💯. Shazza your amazing!!! 💋💋💋. All staff are a credit to the establishment - especially Shazza oh and daughter 😬😘😘. Thank you guys!!!! Thanks, Mick and Sue (Lincolnshire)
The room was large, clean, stylish and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. There was a large window in the room that we could open which allowed us to get that fresh Cornish breeze in the night. Everything you need is in the room. Tea and coffee and bottled water. The staff were fantastic, friendly and so attentive to all of our needs, despite us arriving late. Food in the restaurant was fantastic.
The shower was easily adjusted for temperature but the shower head could do with replacing due to questionable flow and it slowly slides back down the pole when showering. There is a huge step up into the shower which is tightly placed next to the basin which proved difficult.
Location good for central town. Room overpriced even for summer rates. Breakfast was ok, although the table was extremely sticky but clean. Evening meal was typical pub food slightly overpriced. Probably because they offer discount on the food to some residents. Some staff were friendly others very off hand. Have a policy of not letting the rooms available until 2pm even if they are ready. Overall decoration and building in need of attention.
We were lucky and found a space in the hotel parking each night but could be a problem. Good sized room in annex. Happy with the food and ate in 2 of 3 nights there.
Parking tight and not guaranteed. Lack of view from room.
We liked ; The location was right in the town. The twin room that had two sections to the room was nice touch. The pub itself had a nice atmosphere. That we could park on site.
Breakfast was not included.
Convenient. Lovely staff. Room comfortable but small
Food on Sunday was disappointing.
Breakfast was lovely and waitresses very friendly. Nice hot breakfast and just the right amount.
Good location to a party we attended
People next bedroom were very loud at 2 am in the morning. Arguing .Wall very thin x
Nette kamer, vriendelijk personeel
Prijs wat aan de hoge kant
Great location along bus route. Friendly staff.
Did mention to staff that shower wasn’t draining very well and had to turn it off intermittently so it could drain without overflowing the floor tray! Net/sheer curtain in window for privacy (while still allowing daylight) would be helpful as window overlooks right into properties across the very narrow street! But very comfortable bed.
Wonderful atmosphere, great food!!
Not a thing
Location, staff, food, room all great

Sauber freundlich Essen gut Hunde freundlich
the staff were very helpful and friendly the beds were soooo comfy slept the whole night!! 😊
the back way to get there was difficult!! needed a separate postcode!
What a great find! Booked for my boyfriends birthday! Plenty of parking round the back of the hotel - great location onto the high street! Lovely clean room, had everything we needed! Breakfast the next day was fantastic, great menu to choose from! Had the brioche bun and avocado and eggs - both brilliant! Before we left, they filled our water bottles up for us due to the heatwave which was awfully kind - nothing was too much! Served by Claire who was fab!
The room was excellent, spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very professional and happy to help. The food was amazing. We have already planned to return.
Location was great, perfect for shops and close to Camel trail. Great food menu and breakfast was yummy! Cut little dog snacks for sale in bar area.
Our room was down the hall from the ladies toilet and could hear the hand dryer going off in evening and morning
The lady that checked us in didn’t seem too welcoming/friendly. The younger staff were lovely but came across nervous. The room was smaller than expected and update needed, a bit grubby though beds were comfortable. Morning staff were much better at breakfast. Food was good evening and breakfast. The carpark was a nightmare to find and wasted a lot of time in a hot car trying to get to it. Did not thing it was worth the money we paid ☹️
Warning people about carpark, pedestrianised area and one way streets. A friendlier welcome. Small room that wasn’t aired.
Good location, near to Padstow. Staff were friendly and pleasant
Facility needs updating. Loo seat was completely loose, did not fit the pan. Shower was poor. Smoke alarm was dismantled
Good location,food and friendly staff.

Great location for the Camel Trail, lovely traditional atmosphere. Our room was lovely spotless and comfortable the shower was first rate and after a hard days cycling very welcome. Food was really good and every one of the staff helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be coming back.
Excellent service staff very warm and welcoming ,excellent breakfast, nice and clean comfortable room.

Old fashioned but comfortable
We seated in a newly renovated room and it was really lovely.
Sadly, my vegetarian pasta for dinner was disappointing. Otherwise the stay was wonderful and much appreciated.
Staff were awesome, food was fantastic. Room was outstanding
The shower was the only thing lacking, no power and poor drainage.
Friendly staff, good breakfast, excellent central location.
Room a little tired and bed quite short even for someone under 6ft.
Trevligt boende med parkering. Jättefint rum bra mat på kvällen o en god frukost
Exceptionally comfy bed, slept like a log both nights! Staff were all amazing and friendly and up for a chat, breakfast was absolutely brilliant too.
Hard to fault anything but I would say the shower was not the best, quite a dated unit I think so hard to get any real pressure but other than that had a fantastic stay
Large comfortable bed. Place to store bikes. Good location.
We spent 3 days here with another couple, and had an amazing time. Staff approachable, attentive and friendly. We had excellent food , and cocktails in the restaurant on our first night, and enjoyed breakfasts throughout our stay. All perfecty cooked. I even managed to get perfectly cooked crispy bottomed eggs 🙏🤣👍. Rooms were spacious, cosy and comfortable. Couldn’t have asked for more. We were able to park throughout our stay, and took the bus into Padstow. We would definitely recommend staying here, and we will certainly look forward to returning to enjoy another few days away.
Wadebridge is a lovely town. Absolutely spotless. Granary cafe exceptional.
