I would like to compliment the hotel staff. They were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel’s location is also excellent and very convenient, which is definitely one of its strong points.

⭐️⭐️ **Disappointing Stay – Housekeeping Needs Improvement** Unfortunately, my stay at Zenith Hotel was below my expectations. The check-in experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, only one room was ready, while the second room was only ready around 4:00 PM. There were also several housekeeping issues. One room had no towels, the hand towel provided had a very unpleasant smell, and some rubbish had not been cleared. The extra blanket requested also came with a **fresh blood stain**, which was very unacceptable. In addition, the bathtub had no stopper, making it impossible to use properly. I expected a much better standard from Zenith Hotel. I hope the management will seriously look into the housekeeping and room inspection process to prevent this from happening to other guests. **Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not match the standard I expected from the hotel.**

We booked this hotel for the Merdeka Parade, and the location was absolutely perfect! It was within walking distance to the parade, making it so convenient and hassle-free. Overall, it was a fantastic place to stay for a weekend getaway. Highly recommended, especially if you’re looking for a convenient, family-friendly stay with a great atmosphere! 🇲🇾✨

Breakfast was good. Location was convenient. There was water taxi pitstop ar the hotel.

Room cleanness need to be upgraded.

The most I like was the view. It was spectacul bridge & beautiful lake during night time. Secondly, the breakfast was so good. So many varieties of food.

Kenapa tak ada 'lock' tandas? Bilik air nak mandi pun even though ada tirai, can still see through... For couples okay la, but for family? Awkward.

Insgesamt alles war sehr gut, Zimmer mit direktem Blick auf die Pinke Moschee.

Ho soggiornato due notti e non è accettabile in un 5 stelle che non ti venga rifatta la camera ( considerando che siamo usciti alle 11 del mattino e rientrati alle 20)

Nak suggest untuk lebihkan lagi kepelbagaian juadah buffet breakfast. Sebab kebanyakkan section dan makanan hanya repeat juadah yang sama seperti section lain.

The aircondition in the room was so not cold at all. I slept at night sweating as the room felt so hot. It's not the first time i experienced this. I stayed at this hotel few times and had the same issue everytime. So disappointed kbowing that it is a 5 star rated hotel.

If you would like to take a picture of the pink mosque or the bridge lit in the night sky, this is the hotel you need to book.

Le calme la gentillesse du personnel et la proximité direct avec la magnifique mosquée de granit rose visible depuis nos fenêtres Le petit déjeuner est très varié et calme pas d’attente À l’arrière de l’hôtel vous pouvez prendre le taxiboat pour quelques ringgit il vous emmène aux points d’intérêts autour du lac (finit à 17h35) Il y a une base nautique pour faire du kayak et autre pas loin (putrajaya lake récréation center) Des jardin illuminés la nuit (secret garden)

Drôle de situation de voir que la salle de bain est séparé de la chambre par une vitre transparente 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 il y a un volet roulant mais vraiment pas à l’aise …

The electric plug were far from the bed but not that deduct point.

The room was not ready even when it a late check in and I had to wait for more than 45 minutes before I could get the keys to the room. The quiet room was not great as the rooms are not sound proof and you can hear the people next door chatting away.

Before our stay, I emailed the hotel to request a birthday setup. They replied quickly and informed me about the extra charge for the birthday cake. The hotel is in a good location in Putrajaya. Check-in was smooth, parking was easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The lake view from our room was beautiful and calm.

The room was decent, but the bathroom hygiene was disappointing. The bathtub had dark stains, the toilet bowl yellowish, the towels smelled unpleasant, and the TV was not working. Since we only stayed for one night, we didn't report it. Breakfast was also below expectations for a 5-star hotel. The food selection was limited, and the nasi lemak sambal tasted sour. For RM4XX per night.??

立地場所が目的地に近かったこと。 浴室が広くて清潔だったこと。 フロントの方の対応が良かった（Booking.com経由では領収書を出してもらえなかったが、宿泊証明の代わりとしてインボイスを発行していただいた。）

初日ー２日目に部屋の清掃をしておらず、従業員を呼んでタオルなどを交換してもらった（翌日からは交換されていた）。

Very dusty. Left my phone overnight to charge woke up with dust on the phone. Hates the black thing on the floor that I thought was worm when I first took a shower. I hated the air minuman came from the pipe instead of bottled.

The aircond is not really cool enough. It was too hot in the room. We called the admin , and they sent us the engineers after so long. They did something , but still the same. After 5am the aircond still the same and we called the admin and the engineers came to room after an hour plus later. He came and talked to himself and left room. Poor service definitely

Facilities kurang.. sampai bilik kettle , body shampoo tiada, glass sepatutnya 2 nos, hanya ada 1.. Kali ini agak kurang tak mcm 5 star.. Sebelum ni kami ada menginap di sini semuanya ok..

Shower is problematic. Water is soo hot n unadjustable. Need to drink water from drinking water filter, a bit uncomfortable i must say. Breakfast food had limited choice n tasteless. Literally inedible.

الفندق جميل ولكن يحتاج الى صيانة الأجهزة لقد جيت الفندق منذ اربع سنوات وهذه المرة الثلاجة لا تعمل الخزينة كانت لا تعمل واصلحوها يحتاج صيانة دورية للحفاظ على مكانته

From the moment we arrived, we were truly impressed by their warmth and exceptional hospitality. Same words about the staff we’ve met along in the hotel. Our room was absolutely amazing, offering a breathtaking direct view of the beautiful Putra Mosque. It was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and very comfortable, featuring both a walk-in shower and a relaxing bathtub. We also appreciated the practical layout, with the toilet and vanity area separated from the bathroom. The breakfast was outstanding, with an impressive variety of delicious local and international dishes. Considering the quality of the hotel, the service, and the facilities, the value for money was exceptional. Putrajaya itself is a stunning, peaceful, and remarkably clean city. It certainly deserves more than the single night we had here. If you’re planning to visit, we wholeheartedly recommend staying at the Zenith Hotel. Náš pokoj měl úžasný výhled na řeku a mešitu. Pokoj byl akorát veliký, personál vstřícný, lokalita super. Bazén s výhledem byl úžasný. Večeře v restauraci dobrá.

I arrived very early I was able to check in and get some breakfast. Perfect after a very long travel day! I also loved the location - it was very central to what I wanted to see. The breakfast terrace down by the lake was a lovely place to start the day.
