ביום הראשון שהגענו היה קצת קשה למצוא את המקום כי אין שילוט ודבר קטן שחסר- מקום ליבש את הבגדי ים.

One thing is they don’t have a lift so if you have a lot of baggage be prepared to carry up stairs

C’est la troisième fois que je séjourne à l’Hydroussa et, une fois encore, je passe un excellent séjour. Chaque année, ils entretiennent l’hôtel et l’améliorent. Le petit-déjeuner est super !

Although the staff are gracious, it Lacks a bit of “lobby warmth”.

Rooms are tiny depends on which one you get and a bit basic, some have nicely renovated bathrooms some not, so chose wisely

Ma demande de lit double n’avait pas été honorée mais le personnel a pu nous changer de chambre par la suite.

I like the location, it’s very near to the port but it’s far enough away to be quiet. I like the shady outdoor courtyard where breakfast is served and the 24 hour reception. I also like the food choice for breakfast and it’s nice to be given towels for the beach each day. And generally it was very quiet at night.

Incredible hotel in Hydra! Perfect central location, beautiful facilities, comfortable beds, great breakfast choice, lovely courtyard for breakfast and relaxing. Staff was incredible!

The hotel is well located in Hydra. Only a few minutes walk from the ferry, and not too far up the hill. Lots of shops and restaurants just a short stroll away. The hotel has a lovely courtyard where we had breakfast in the mornings.

Although the bedding was of a nice quality, our mattress was rather tired and saggy, so we didn't have the most comfortable sleep. Our daughters were in a room on a lower floor, and it looked like their room had newer and firmer beds. Breakfast was included and offered a nice range of options. However it seems like someone forgot to turn on the heating devices on the buffet so the foods which should have been hot - eggs, bacon, sausages etc - were cold and disappointing.

J’ai adoré le style traditionnel de la chambre respectant la bâtisse dans laquelle se trouve l’hôtel. L’hôtel est situé à 5/10 minutes du port au calme. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié avec des produits faits maison.

Loved the location, the staff were great, breakfast was exceptional. We had an amazing time and would highly consider using the hotel again.

We had a little sting with the laundry where we weren’t made aware of prices before getting many items washed.

Καταπληκτικό ξενοδοχείο. Πλήρως και πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο. Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο και πολύ εξυπηρετικό. Τα δωμάτια πεντακάθαρα και πολύ όμορφα. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική!! Το πρωινό υπέροχο, σε μία δροσερή, σκιερή και τόσο όμορφη αυλή. Ο χώρος του πρωινού μας άρεσε και πήραμε και απογευματινό καφέ και καθίσαμε και αργά το βράδυ μετά τη βόλτα μας, πριν μπούμε στο δωμάτιο για ύπνο.

Απλά για να πω κάτι, μου έλειψε ένας χώρος ή κάτι τύπου απλώστρα για να απλώσω την πετσέτα θαλάσσης και το μαγιό μου.

Friendly staff, a good breakfast, and a convinient location close to the port. The room was clean and comfortable although the interior is a bit dated. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Apart from the below mentioned it was a lovely hotel, central with easy access to everywhere

Room 603 the bathroom need renovating as there is mould in the corners of the shower and on the wall.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hydroussa. The room was ready early for us and everything was immaculate. The rooms are well appointed and the shower was also very nice and spacious. The breakfast spread was lovely and included lovely fresh fruits and plenty of sweet treats. The hotel is very well located just a few streets back from the port. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Θαυμάσια αρχιτεκτονική και ιδιαίτερα προσεγμένη η ανακαινιση. Πολλά από τα παλιά κινητά στοιχεία του ξενοδοχείου έχουν διατηρηθεί. Πολύ ωραίος ο εσωτερικός κήπος, όπου σερβίρεται και το πρωινό. Φιλικότατο και εξυπηρετικό προσωπικό. Καθαρό και φροντισμένο και ήσυχο. Σε ιδιαίτερα προσιτή θέση.

Θ προτιμούσα να μου είχε συσταθεί να πάρω κάποιο μεταφορικό μέσο για τις βαλίτσες. Η μετάβαση από την αποβάθρα στο ξενοδοχείο με βαλίτσες δεν είναι εύκολη

Il y avait un cafard dans la chambre ce qui n'a pas du tout emu le personnel de l'hotel. Le petit dej n'est pas de grande qualité. Les chambres ont été refaites mais n'ont pas de charme

Wunderful Hotel, clean, facilities well kept, breakfast in the wonderful courtyard with excellent coffee, staff very friendly. Fyi: all rooms face the streets, there are no rooms for guests facing the inner courtyard. Streets can get loud, but the windows are excellent, and block out all noise. Next time, I would try to get a Room in the second floor. We slept with aircon which was a convenient one.

interiour noise, the doors to the rooms are really heavy and make huge noise when closed. The Hotel could improve the Situation by making the doors closing more easy and silent if they like.

We asked for a room with two twin beds. The hosts were unable to facilitate, said they did not get our request. In general, the communication can be improved prior to guests arriving.

The Hydroussa Hotel is in a great position, away from the busy port but an easy walk before all the steps of Hydra. Our room was huge, as was the bed. We had views on all three sides and we also felt part of village life as we could hear all the activity of the shop keepers as well as muleteers and their donkeys, mules and horses. Our windows shut out any noise at night. The breakfast was delicious and we loved sitting under the lemon trees watching all the activity. The staff were also great - special thanks to Felicia for all her kindness and great restaurant recommendations.

The room that we stayed was not very comfortable although it was the same category and same price with the other double rooms There are stairs in the room to reach to bathroom which is not very convenient

Beautiful courtyard hotel, former mansion. Mostly very attractive rooms. Largely very sweet staff. Nice breakfast, which could be taken in the beautiful courtyard.

When we initially checked in, we were given a Double room despite prior agreement to provide a twin. We queried it and were moved to a smaller twin. Having looked at the pictures for the Superior double, it was undoubtedly the worst of such twins. Really quite pokey. The twin beds were about 5cm apart. We immediately flagged how hot it was to be told that if we opened the window, it would improve. I asked about the listed air conditioning to be dismissed. We headed out for a walk about town and dinner. When we got back from dinner the room was 25 degrees. I immediately called and explained how unacceptable this was for an expensive hotel and air-conditioned room. We went in circles, for a few hours. Only one window, but a lack of cross-breeze, meant it didn't really cool the room. There were tons of mosquitoes and no net despite them claiming otherwise. No fans avaialble. They ended up calling for an engineer late. After hours of going in circles, it still wasn't working after numerous visits and incorrect information/gaslighting. I really couldn't sleep in that temperature, so I found myself sitting in the courtyard at 3am trying to cool down, having expressed my deep frustration to the gentleman on the front desk on the way outside. We were moved to a new room the next day. That room had some functioning air conditioning. 22 rather than 25 degrees. This was also a much nicer room and much closer to reflecting the majority of the pictures. The only major drawback was a weird shower with rusty bolts and bits of wood, which struggled to stay closed. We were offered a meal (which we couldn't do), but were given a single round of drinks to apologise for the inconvenience. It's a shame, as I can see how good this hotel could be, but they need to take patrons' concerns seriously about the heat. I appreciate it was cool (25 vs. 30 degrees) by Greek standards, but a stuffy, small room at 25 degrees overnight is not conducive to sleep for...

La estancia ha sido maravillosa! realmente perfecta. La ubicación es maravillosa, el hotel súper bonita y la gente fantástica! Totalmente recomendable!

Lo único fue que desayunando en el patio de hotel, el gato estaba merodeando nuestra mesa con demasiado ímpeto y pasando entre nuestras piernas mientras comíamos, lo cual no fue nada agradable. Por lo demás, un 10!

Aucun produits de courtoisie dans les chambres à part 1 bouteille d’eau à l’arrivée. Ni coton tige, bonnet de douche, coton … C’est un peu juste pour un hôtel 4 étoile de ce prix.

We arrived early, way before check-in time and it was raining. The hotel kindly found a room that had been cleaned and allowed us to check in early. The breakfast is very good. The beds are extremely comfortable.
