The breakfast was a little disappointing because of a poor selection of fruit.

Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel was sehr praktisch ist.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, allerdings braucht es einige Reparaturen. Das Badezimmer ist stark abgenutzt und sollte dringend renoviert werden, da mehrere Elemente beschädigt sind, wie der Duschschlauch, der WC-Deckel und der Spiegel mit Flecken. Auch das Frühstück könnte besser und vielfältiger sein. Leider entspricht das Zimmer nicht den Fotos auf Booking, was sehr enttäuschend war. Insgesamt ist die Lage gut, jedoch braucht die Unterkunft deutliche Verbesserungen in der Qualität.

Großes Frühstücksangebot, aber qualitativ und geschmacklich sehr schlecht! Zimmereinrichtung sehr abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig. Auch die Poolanlage war nicht ansprechend.

Beautiful property and pools Lobby and rooms are depressing I would not come back and don't recommend it The place would amazing if it was updated with a good designer but it's far from that now. The bathroom smelled like a sewer for a few hours and door key sticks

Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Die Anlage/Zimmer sind nicht so, wie es die Bilder im Buchungsportal suggerieren: zur Sichtseite hin sieht es ansprechend aus, die Rückseite und die Zimmer sind jedoch in einem vernachlässigtem Zustand, um es freundlich auszudrücken. Unser Zimmer war sehr abgewohnt und nicht richtig gereinigt, Bezüge auf Sofa, Stuhl und Bett waren fleckig und speckig. Steckdosen defekt, Vorhänge zum Teil abgerissen, gebrochener Toilettensitz. Und es kann kein Einzelfall sein, da wir das Zimmer wegen einer nicht anzustellenden Klimaanlage gewechselt haben. Das andere Zimmer war noch übler. Die Klassifizierung als 4-Sterne-Hotel ist ein schlechter Witz.

A limpeza diária do quarto, foi apenas despejar o lixo! Às toalhas foram trocadas quando solicitado e não diariamente é às mesmas estavam rotas! O pequeno almoço só tinha de fruta maçãs e laranjas! Os croissants são de pacote, tal como os doces(Madalenas)!

Jeg likte beliggenheten p.a. strand og restauranter rundt. Ut området på hotellet var veldig flott. Personal var veldig koselige.

Hygiene i rommet var veldig dårlige, spesielt på badet. Toalett børste var ødelagt og utbrukt/skittent, det samme var beholderen. Flekker på hånkler og kunn en hånd håndkle for to personer. Sofaen var skitten med synlige merker og ødelagt. De øvrige møbler gammelt, bordet til balkongen var full av gammelt merker, det var en stol til 2 personer og den var ødelagt. Jeg tok bilder av de tingene. Prøvd å få nyter rom, men ble tilbudt et rom som ikke var bedre en den vi hadde. Det var veldig skuffende og jeg vil verken dra ditt igjen eller anbefale det til noe andre.

Las sábanas estaban sucias de los anteriores huéspedes, pedimos cambio y no las cambiaron. La habitación estaban sucia y el baño tenía la taza rota y el suelo lleno de sangre y sucio. Las toallas estaban usadas y nos las cambiaron por otras más sucias todavía. El desayuno no incluye alimentos aptos para personas con intolerancias.

O hotel está decadente, tem bolores, muita sujidade e as paredes a cair com humidade. Há lixo, insetos vivos e mortos no chão, corredores, escadas e acessos do hotel. Os bares do hotel não estão a funcionar, não havendo opção nenhuma para se comer durante o dia, apenas pringles e bebidas. O ar condicionado do quarto não funciona. A casa de banho cheira mal e a canos. A fechadura da porta de entrada do quarto não funciona a não ser que seja trancada à chave por dentro. As espreguiçadeiras da piscina estão sujas e estragadas. O pequeno almoço apenas serve comida embalada. Nada é fresco. Durante uma semana não teve uma peça de fruta comestível . Um hotel destes não devia estar em funcionamento. Em vários aspetos não é seguro. Paguei 200 euros por noite. Já estive em sítios melhores a pagar 15. Apenas não cancelei porque não havia nada disponível na zona naquelas datas. Acho que o booking tem obrigação de fazer alguma coisa em relação a esta situação.

Má conservação das instalações...sofá do quarto muito velho e com nódoas de gordura...o mesmo para o assento da cadeira....almofadas boas para deitar para o lixo..frigorífico muito barulhento...

Property was very clean and relatively easy to find. Had a beautiful large room with a a great view overlooking the pool on the 1st floor. Comfortable accommodations and would stay here again

Check in was a bit unorganized. One host checking in about 8 guests and also manning the bar. He was professional, maintained his calmness and was polite. Many of the rooms were not ready yet at 3pm, hence I think that’s why he was juggling things….but did a good job,, but having help would have been good.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Nice hot showers. Firm bed. Easy walk to restaurants and beach. Wonderful hike up to the cliffs! Lots of trails.

Our air unit was not controllable. But the staff helped as best they could. Need more fresh fruit at breakfast.

The receptionist on my arrival was surly and refused to help me with my luggage to my room which was up steep, narrow stone steps. The safe in the room was broken, so I had to ask a friend who lives in the area to store my passport, house keys and other valuables. There were no tea-making facilities in the room. There was not even a waste-paper basket. It was pared to the minimum. I stayed for 11 nights during which they never changed the sheets!! This is rated as a 4 star hotel and that is unforgiveable. It clearly does not merit anything near 4 stars. The room was serviced in the late afternoon when one returned to one's room for a shower and wanted privacy - clearly they have insufficient staff to service the rooms, like other hotels, in the morning when guests are out. The chamber maid never "made" the bed, just pulled the covers up over a crumped bed! Breakfast had no fresh fruit salad or selection of fresh fruit. The cereal was cheap cornflakes, no muesli or healthy cereals. I ended up buying fresh fruit and taking it into breakfast. Breakfast only ran from 8.00 - 9.30. I've travelled the length and breadth of Portugal and never stayed in a hotel where the service was so poor.

Hotel was friendly and had a lovely atmosphere... staff were lovely. Breakfast was nice. Overall, we enjoyed staying here, as it was quiet and relaxed.

It was tired. Understaffed. Nothing was open. Pool bar closed, none of the extra services available as advertised. Pool needs re-tiling (last year). Seemed like the place was being ran on skeleton staff.

Location was great within walking distance to Luz beach the promenade with local restaurants, shops etc.

Firstly when I arrived and checked into my room and opened the balcony sliding door, it came away from the rails. I then asked help from reception and was told that the maintenance person had gone home (1pm in the afternoon!) The receptionist said there wasn't another room to offer me so he came up to the room and managed to fix and lock the patio door leaving me with only the other side that could be opened. The room safe lock had been removed, holes in the curtains, a hole in one of my hand towels and the pool sides were dangerous with broken white bars just before you enter - very dangerous for children I would imagine.

I was pleased with my stay.

That the restaurant was closed in the evening.

Services are top quality. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and very welcoming.

It was excellent.

The hair dryer could have worked and the staff could have been knowledgeable regarding the days that the nearby restaurant (the only one they mentioned) was closed - our day.

The rooms were good nice and clean could probably do with an update the beds were clean and comfortable the staff apart from one young man were very friendly and helpful

On the downside there were no tea making facilities in the room which we missed otherwise everything was ok I know it was winter which made a difference also breakfast times could be extended it finished at 9.30 10 would have been better.

The location is great, you can walk to the beach, cafes and restaurants. The pool area and gardens are very nice. Breakfast is perfectly fine and the staff are very nice.

The room, though quite big and with a nice veranda, was very dated. The towels are threadbare, the soap (?) was distilled into an unmarked plastic dispenser and the pillows are not pleasant.
