The apartment was a good size for us as a couple and located next to the pool which was really good. The facilities were amazing - pool side bar and restaurant were very good. I have said some negative comments below but we would definitely come back.

One of the things that let it down for us was that we were there for 10 days and towels were only changed twice, the floor towel in the bathroom definitely needed changed more frequently. There were rugs in the living room area that weren’t very clean. And there were tiles at the pool that are broken and a bit dangerous for tripping over.

Great location. Our apartment was excellent with all the amenities and space for a group of six adults. The restaurant was really good value, with good quality food.

Everything was fabulous I just think they need another pool or sun lounger area because they were usually full.

Riesiges Appartment mit toller Ausstattung! Wir hatten noch nie so ein großes Appartment zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Teenager)! Sehr empfehlenswert! Auch großer Balkon/Terrasse!

Leider hörten wir ab 8.00 morgens die Baustelle daneben - sowohl im Schlafzimmer bei geschlossener Türe als auch auf dem Balkon. Ein ruhiges Frühstück oder ein gemütlicher Vormittag auf der Terrasse war leider nicht möglich. Aber dafür kann das Hotel selber nichts. Im nächsten Block der Apartmentanlage war es gleich viel leiser - wir hatten also Pech, dass wir so nahe an der Baustelle waren.

Apartamento super bem cuidado e bem localizado, o trajecto para a praia era super fácil de se realizar! As piscinas foram uma agradável surpresa com capacidade para as crianças estarem super à vontade! Alojamento com capacidade para todos e as varandas também foram uma agradável surpresa!

Durante a estadia houve corte de energia e conforme ligava mos certos aparelhos a energia também ia a baixo!

O apartamento era óptimo, muita luz, espaçoso, cozinha com tudo o que foi preciso. E a decoração era acolhedora e bem escolhida. Parece uma casa onde se vive “a sério” e não só um local para alugar para as férias.

Utrolig velholdt og flot lejlighedskompleks. Vi havde en skøn lejlighed med 2 dejlige terrasser. Køkkenet er meget veludstyret, og skønt med poolhåndklæder og det meget rene poolområde. Også en hyggelig restaurant på stedet.

Very central near beach and main restaurants in pria da Luz. Our apartment had lovely sea view and was extremely spacious. Our children are older so happy to lay around and have pool and beach but not a lot for younger children. But was perfect for us 2 adults and 3 children 10 to 16yrs. I would return the adult only pool was great for my 16yr old too. Loved these apartments.

We have been here more than 10 times now and we absolutely love it. Apartments are lovely, staff are wonderful, the onsite facilities are excellent and the Restaurant is very good. Its less than a 10 minute walk to the centre of town and beach and they have nice cool underground parking. We'll be back again in August looking forward to it already.

The accommodation and facilities were ideal. I had to contact the owner directly to request a cot; it turned out there was one already there but he was very efficient and was prepared to provide one immediately. We could not fault this accommodation. Sea view from living area and plenty of room for our toddlers

The apartment gets 5 stars, clean, spacious and has everything you need and the beds we’re comfortable- staff weee nice and so helpful, pool areas are great and there is always a sun lounger, bar area has food and it’s perfect , beach is beautiful, everything within 15 mins walking distance

If there was a shop nearer it would be helpful but supermarket is only 15 mins away

The apartment is very spacious & has all the kitchen items you might need. Towels were regularly changed & pool towels also provided. Ample sized bedrooms with comfortable beds & pillows. Air conditioning in each room & very secure & safe. Pools were gorgeous & kids really enjoyed it!! Restaurant is also very accommodating & food is delicious 😋

The walk from pool to our apartment was on a hill & was grand for us, but for people with buggies etc it would have been annoying I think. Going to the pool needed a bit of planning. Pool was great but became more crowded as more guests arrived later in the week.

Perfect in every way. Great wifi, excellent clean, quiet and interesting place with access to local shops, stores, beaches, Lagos, Faro, etc... I want to buy one of these!!!!

Los aparatos exteriores del aire acondicionado estaban en las terrazas, hacían ruido cuando estabas fuera y estéticamente los nuestros estaban feos, oxidados, todos los baños tenían bañera, solo había uno con ducha, y la cocina aunque bien equipada, no era nada moderna. La zona de piscina por lo general un poco descuidada, pero por culpa de la gente que es una guarra y deja la basura tirada.

Visited with family for summer vacation and had a lovely time. The apartment was clean, comfortable, with fully appointed kitchen and appliances. Great location with pool and walking distance to the beach and restaurants in town. Would definitely come back and stay again.

Great location, spotless and the staff are its main asset, so friendly and helpful. The pool bar is great for food and drinks and inexpensive.

We’ve been many times and love the place but the duplex we got this time was a bit tired, the beds were a little uncomfortable and as it’s obviously someone’s holiday home many of their items were in the cupboards which limited our storage space.

Went to resort as base for a local wedding party. Very suitable venue. Staff friendly, restaurant venue and pool worked well. Apartment spacious, well equipped and very clean.

We had the most amazing stay at these apartments and would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Portugal, especially larger groups travelling together. The apartments were incredibly spacious, and the two-bedroom duplex was fantastic — the extra mezzanine floor almost felt like a separate apartment all on its own. The whole resort was really clean and well maintained, including all of the communal areas, and the location was perfect — only around a five or six minute walk to the beach. The restaurant on site was lovely in the evenings and also great value for money for drinks, snacks, and casual lunches during the day. The staff were all super helpful and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, this is a wonderful resort that we’d absolutely recommend to friends and family, and we would definitely stay here again.

The only slight disappointment was that the room cleaning felt a little hit and miss at times, and that would probably be the main area we’d suggest improving.

No real shade available at the pool. (Fixed umbrellas). Could possibly have had additional facilities (indoor pool, sauna) but not essential.

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was fully equipped with everything we needed, very clean, comfortable, and incredibly spacious. The accommodation was well maintained and thoughtfully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. We would definitely recommend it and would happily stay again.

The only downside was the third bedroom upstairs, which felt a little unsafe as there was no door or proper barrier. It seemed possible that someone could accidentally slip or fall down the stairs, so this is something that could be improved for added safety

Le ménage n'est pas bien exécuté. 2 fois par semaine, mais on ne passe pas la balayeuse, juste nettoyer sur la saleté comme si on étend la saleté à un autre endroit.

Overlooked the pool. It was quiet, access directly to the pool. Spacious, comfortable, access both sides to the property so you could sit in the shade or sunshine. Close to the village.

Bathroom on the first floor so one had to negotiate the steps when in bed which was on the second floor to access bathroom. Freezer in the bedroom having to go upstairs for ice etc you could also hear it clicking in and out at night. There should be a rail on the wall of the bath to hold when using the shower for shower. A bath non slip mat and bath mat should be in the rooms. We were supplied but had to ask for it. Had a few ants but I suppose hats to be expected and we dealt with them.

This resort is exceptional. The apartments are outstanding, plenty of room and very well decorated. Staff were very polite and helpful. The pools are beautiful and well maintained. Onsite restaurant is fabulous and plenty to choose from. Will definitely be returning.

Just back from our yearly trip to lovely Praia da Luz, one of our favourite holiday destinations. We stayed again in these apartments as we find excellent accommodation offered here. Spacious, clean, very well equipped, regular linen and towel change. Appreciate provision on arrival of water, milk, washing machine and dish washer tablets.Pool area is quite peaceful. All the staff are welcoming and friendly. Alloro restaurant on site provides great choice of delicious food at reasonable prices. 10 minute walk to the beach ( less if you’re more mobile than me), fabulous nearby restaurants, choice of 2 supermarkets. Regular bus service to nearby town Lagos.

Heerlijk ruim appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer compleet, tot strandlakens aan toe. De wasmachine was top voor ons al gezin :) We hebben een week verbleven en er werd twee keer schoongemaakt tussendoor. In een minuut of 5 ben je bij de boulevard en het strand waar gezellige restaurantjes te vinden zijn.

Appartement met 3 badkamers, echter was het warme water snel op als we allemaal wilden douchen na het strand. Een aantal schuifdeuren gingen lastig open en dicht

Great location. Easy walk to Fishermans Trail, beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Good size apartment with adequate supplies for our stay. Underground parking a plus. Weekly bed linen, towel service was appreciated. A weekly supply of washing and dish washer pods was nice too. Alloro Restaurant at the resort was excellent.

Location was perfect, the apartment was huge, very clean with everything you would need.

The children’s pool was out of use due to maintenance therefore all the kids were in the adult pool. Understandably the pool needs to be maintained but wish we had been forewarned as some days families just treated it like their own private pool with shouting/screaming/bombing.

We've been renting hotel rooms, apartments, and houses for over 20 years, but this is the first time I can give our stay a 10/10. It wasn't cheap, but the apartment (ours was number 15a2B) was worth the price: six people stayed in comfortable conditions. Cleanliness was a 10 (including the terraces, staircase, and elevator), amenities were an 11 (if such a rating is even possible), and the views from the windows were unforgettable. Parking was easy. We considered various locations in the Algarve, but the town of Luz turned out to be an excellent choice: apartment, beach, bars, restaurants, and, surprisingly, it wasn't crowded with tourists. We'll remember this short vacation.

Superbe appartement de 80 m2 avec une belle chambre, 2 salles de bain, une grande cuisine toute équipée et un grand salon salle à manger. Très propre et avec des matériaux de grande qualité. Très confortable, clim et chauffage au sol, en décembre c'est appréciable. La piscine extérieure est chauffée mais à cette saison l'eau était un peu fraîche. Les serviettes ont été changées et le lit fait en milieu de séjour (5 nuits) c'était parfait. Il y a beaucoup de places de parking et même possibilité d'utiliser le garage gratuitement.

Les seules choses manquantes seraient une table et des chaises dans la cuisine et un peu de liquide vaisselle (pour les courts séjours ça rendrait service)

Very clean, spacious and lovely views. Having the garage and lift were super helpful, especially with the bad weather and baby. The apartment was much bigger with an extra floor. Had all the facilities you need and some complimentary offerings on arrival. Maid service was exceptional.

Minor negative feedback- The shower glass allows water to flood the bathroom floor. Shame the restaurant wasn’t open during our Christmas and NY stay. However, nice surprise that one of the pools were.

We stayed for two weeks. The apartment was very spacious and clean with all the facilities. Top maid service. Complimentary gifts on arrival. Aesthetically pleasing and a great location to walk to the seafront.
