Top Lage, sehr viel Platz, über zwei Etagen, die Ausstattung, gesicherte Tiefgarage, Waschmaschine und Trockner auf der Etage, Waschmittel konnten wir an der Rezeption im Hauptgebäude kaufen

Lage am Rand der Fußgängerzone. Großes Hotel mit mehren Gebäuden. Garage und unserer Zimmer waren im Nebengebäude. Geräumiges Zimmer im EG mit Balkon, war etwas dunkel, aber sonst ok.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was in a great location.

There was only one bedside cabinet for the double bed so I had to use one of the kitchen chairs.

The staff at reception really made our stay. They were very welcoming and helpful. The apartments we had (255 and 263) were of very good size and had everything one would want. For 255 some light by the bed would be helpful as the lights in the frame were not working and there was no bedside light. Good location.

The apartments are very dated. They were clean but everything was very 70s without it being trendy 70s.

The hotel is excellent; the room was spacious and split-level, featuring a living area with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen—complete with appliances, dishes, and cutlery. The bathroom was nice, and everything was spotless. The location is great, allowing you to explore Whistler village on foot.

Sehr freundliches Personal, herzlicher Empfang. Lage ideal mitten im Ort, trotzdem ruhig. Eigene Garage. Kurzer Weg zu Restaurants, Geschäften und den Gondelbahnen in der Ortsmitte. Zimmer ausreichend groß und blitzsauber. Kaffeemaschine und Kühlschrank vorhanden. Schöne Pflegeprodukte im Bad. Es gibt einen Außenpool, einen Hot Tub und eine Sauna, die wir nicht benutzt haben. Ich stelle mir das aber nach dem Skifahren sehr angenehm vor. Waschmaschine und Trockner sehr modern, können mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden.

Die Einrichtung ist sehr alt und abgewohnt und die Dusche in der Wanne mit Vorhang und Teppichboden sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Das wussten wir aber vorher und deswegen war es für zwei Nächte in Ordung.Aber der Preis ist dafür etwss zu hoch. Kanada ist aber generell teuer.

Schönes Hotel, super Lage!

We had a good stay and felt comfortable overall. The room was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we needed to replace the toaster, it was taken care of without any problem. The location is excellent – very central and only a few minutes’ walk from the gondola. We also appreciated the reasonably priced laundry facilities. After a day of hiking, the pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing tired legs. The hotel is a little dated (but charmy), but that didn’t really bother us as we spent most of our time outdoors exploring Whistler.

The main downside was the Murphy bed and the sofa bed. Both mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and we could feel every single spring. We also found the hotel parking rather expensive, so we decided to park elsewhere.

Bed was a pulldown bed from a wall cupboard, which felt a bit like a sofa bed style with the mattress thickness etc. it was okay for a few nights. Pool was closed sadly whilst we stayed

It is in a great location in the heart of the village, but not in the noisy area. Easy access to restaurants, the mountain. Workout facilties were fine.

The hot tubs were small and underwhelming with AWFUL hours - we wish they would have been open earlier than 10am in the morning.

Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen Das Ausziehbett war unbequem. Dafür relativ teuer.

L'hôtel est situé dans le centre du Village Centre de Whistler, à proximité des commerces/restaurants/activités proposés. Il propose également une piscine chauffée extérieure, accessible toute l'année en plus de deux jacuzzis (extérieur et intérieur) et les chambres sont confortables.

L'accueil expéditif par le personnel, presque méprisant face à nos questions pourtant légitimes. A notre arrivée, la soi disant piscine ouverte toute l'année était fermée pendant un jour sur les deux que nous avons passé sur place et sans aucune explication. Avoir à payer le parking fut une mauvaise surprise également. Quand on voit les hôtels autour, beaucoup paraissent de meilleurs standings.

Location, staff and hot tubs and pool are great.

The outdoor hot tub and pool were in a different building so we had to walk across street, through another lobby and upstairs to access. The room was not very clean. A nice large balcony but only 2 old chairs to sit no table. Very little light in bathroom and frying pans were dirty when I pulled them out to use them. Hair dryer was in a cupboard right next to a dirty plunger (in a bag) .

Die Lage ist absolut zentral. Der Swimmingpool ist klein, war aber eine tolle Ergänzung für unsere Kinder.

Das Zimmer war im Nebengebäude, sehr alt und abgenutzt, Waschbecken im Raum, Badewanne und WC separat. Für eine Nacht war die Ausstattung ausreichend und vor allem sauber.

Considering the size of the room and the location, the price of great. The individual twin sofa bed mode is better than the old double type. Check in staff was friendly and provided great info.

Facility is older but for the price, it’s well maintained.

L'hôtel est vraiment trop vieux... La salle de bain, la cuisine, tout mérite une rénovation! Je ne le recommande pas pour ces raisons.

Excellent location, close to public parking , Gondola Transit Ecxhanng (also the free shuttle to the Lost Lake in Summer) and lifts. The underground parking fee is also reasonable.

The staff were great

The stairs smelt of urine and room smelt of curry. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and there was a disco until 2 am that kept us awake.

Bett ist im Schrank versteckt, man muss es selbst herausklappen, nachdem man Tisch und Stühle weggeräumt hat!

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber in Ordnung.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut mitten in Whistler, alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen, unser Auto durfte also bequem in der hoteleigenen Garage stehen bleiben. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt, überhaupt war das ganze Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Unser Zimmer war gut ausgestattet und sauber.

Leider hatte die zentrale Lage auch Nachteile: vor allem Samstag Nacht zog viel lärmendes Partyvolk um das Haus. Für unseren Geschmack waren die Betten zu weich.

Für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise hat es für unsere 4-köpfige Familie gut gepasst.

Hôtel bien situé. Nous sommes tombé sur une personne à l’accueil qui n’a fait aucun effort pour la langue, nous ne maîtrisions pas très bien l’anglais. Elle ne nous a même pas parlé de la piscine et pour le parking nous avons abandonné de trouver celui au plus proche de notre chambre qui était dans un autre bâtiment. Le logement en lui même était bien, très grand et confortable.

Die Grüße des Zimmers hat uns angenehm überrascht. Für zwei Personen war es mehr als ausreichend. Für größere Familien könnte es eng werden. Das Schrankbett war sehr groß und bequem. Das gleiche gilt für das Sofabett. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, alle relevanten Einrichtungen, Läden, Restaurants sind bequem zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Das Parken im hoteleigenen Parkhaus ist leider nicht kostenlos. Das sollte man bei der Anreise mit dem Auto berücksichtigen.

There's two buildings but you can only check in at one of them - a little difficult to find when you don't know where you're going

Like that everything was walking distance. He was beautiful that way. Didn't have to move the car once Enjoyed that. I had the room to sleep upstairs in the loft and then downstairs to have all my other stuff and a cute little patio to enjoy in the morning and the evenings

The fact that we were in the second building and you had to walk across the street to go swimming but it's such a minor thing.

Vores værelse er nærmest blokeret af en anden dør, så det er svært at komme derind med sin kuffert.

The hotel has a great location in the center of Whistler. We could walk anywhere we wanted in minutes. It's a great value for money hotel. We enjoyed the indoor hot tub. A bit outdated, but clean and relaxing after a day of hikes.

Die Zimmer waren geräumig. Durch die zentrale Lage war man direkt im Ort mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, außerordentlich bemüht.

Top Lage, alles zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten ein zweistöckiges Zimmer mit Bett oben, Schlafcouch und Schrankbett unten. Sogar einen kleinen Balkon und Kochecke.

Das Bett oben war ziemlich durchgelegen in der Mitte. CAD 32 pro Tag fürs Parking ist ein stolzer Preis, dafür direkt angrenzend in der Tiefgarage.

Building and room decor was clearly dated and a bit worse for wear

We stayed at Whistler Village Inn & Suites during the summer, and unfortunately it didn’t live up to the expectations or the price we paid. The lobby and especially our room felt very dated. It seems the hotel is mainly focused on the winter ski season, while the rooms receive little attention during the summer months. We even joked that they had forgotten to put a bed in the room, but it turned out to be a small fold-out Murphy bed with a rather uncomfortable mattress. For the nightly rate, this was a real disappointment. Our room also included a kitchen, which we didn’t use, but it clearly looked like it could use a complete renovation as well. The location is excellent, and Whistler itself is a fantastic destination with plenty to do in both summer and winter. That’s exactly why it’s a shame that the accommodation doesn’t match the quality of the destination. Overall, the hotel feels overrated for the price. With some investment in the rooms, it could be a much better experience.

De locatie is geweldig! Personeel is ook zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Je moet extra betalen voor parkeren, omdat ik de prijs/kwaliteit al niet in verhouding vind had dit inbegrepen moeten zijn. Personeel geeft wel aan waar je voor minder geld kan parkeren, erg attent!Veel geld voor een erg simpele kamer. Je hebt een slaapbank en en bed die je uit een kast moet trekken voor ruim €230 per nacht. Maar je zit wel op een perfecte locatie en daar betaal je voor. Geen ontbijt.Wellness is beperkt en eenvoudig .

Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das Zimmer ist für 4 Personen sehr eng gewesen obwohl es ein Loft war. Betten ziemlich durchgelegen. Wenn das Schlafsofa ausgeklappt war, konnte man sich in dem Zimmer fast gar nicht mehr bewegen.
