Staff at reception were lovely - room was great - breakfast was good and location was perfect for what we needed.

The only reason it hasnt had a 10 and this is a personal picky reason - the coffee came from a machine at breakfast and i couldnt order a proper coffee. Not really a dislike just something important to me!!

This is not 4* hotel. Lobby - is OK, but rooms - are old and need to be renewed. Look photos. It wasn’t comfortable to stay there and used bathroom.

The lobby and outdoor area is very modern and picturesque, I also like that the hotel had a sauna. The gym was tiny with barely any machines or free weights

The rooms and bathroom were rather dated, and major signs of wear and tear. The overall cleanliness of the rooms and the bathroom was not good. There was a lot of dust all over the surfaces, mold in the bathroom, broken light fixtures and unsightly stains on the floors, bathroom. I ended up cleaning the room to my comfort. Also the coffee and teas in the room wasn’t very good. The pool was not heated so everyone got out when the sun went down. I had breakfast once because the hot items were stone cold, cold beans and eggs, limited choices. The staff were not very friendly. I was routinely ignored in the restaurant and the menu is very basic and expensive, not good value of money for the food, best to eat out!

Pool and location

Dear Hotel Manager, I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding our stay at your hotel. We discovered a significant number of bugs/insects inside the lighting fixtures in our room. This was extremely concerning from a health and hygiene perspective and made us feel that the room was not suitable for us to stay in. We have videos showing the bugs inside the lighting fixtures, which we can provide as evidence. The situation was serious enough that we had to leave the hotel and stay at another hotel to sleep that night. We ultimately cut our stay short by one day because we did not feel comfortable remaining at the hotel. In addition, we were very disappointed to discover that the sauna and steam room were both out of order, without any prior notice. These facilities were an important reason for choosing your hotel, and we should have been informed of their unavailability. Considering the health and hygiene concerns, the condition of the room, the unavailable facilities, the additional expense of having to stay elsewhere, and the fact that we had to leave one day early, we feel that the experience was completely unacceptable. We are therefore requesting a full refund for our stay. We believe this is a reasonable resolution given the circumstances. We would appreciate your prompt response and confirmation of how you intend to resolve this matter.

La instalación bonita, incluyendo las piscina pero al fondo del la piscina tenía mucha arena le faltaba como mantenimiento.

la habitación no fue la que me salía en la imagen. Demasiado antigua se veía nuestra habitación. Y el baño no se diga. El piso como manchado.

Un hotel relativamente desactualizado, las habitaciones necesitan una mano de pintura. Mi habitación tenía manchas muy feas en la pared. La cafetería- restaurante fatal. No me esperaba copas de plástico sentada a la mesa para cenar.

El termostato de la habitación estaba apagado y hacía un poco de calor, pero por todo lo demás estuvo genial

En esta ocasión la habitación no estaba muy limpia, las paredes de la ducha tenían manchas y las esquinas tenían suciedad, y lo siento porque he estado otra vez y me gustó mucho.

El cierre "temporal" del restaurante para comidas y cenas. Abierto para desayunar y como siempre, un 10.

La piscine est grande, bien propre et j'ai vu de ma fenêtre qu'un employé la nettoyait tous les matins. Les chambres sont nettoyées tous les jours. Salle de sport bien équipée mais....Les étages sont accessibles avec 3 ascenseurs. Le personnel de l'accueil était très réactif suite à une réclamation que j'ai soumise à propos de la chambre à lits triple qu'on nous a attribuée au lieu de lit double. La permutation s'est opérée de suite dès le lendemain de notre arrivée.

La salle de sport est bien équipée mais malheureusement plusieurs appareils ne fonctionnent pas. Une réparation est à effectuer. Le hall de l'accueil ne se distingue pas trop.

The location is not good enough to me, the taxi driver that they call for us to take us to the airport charged 45 Euros when it was no traffic at all. The barroom was not very clean. Lots of mold in the shower. It was also very noisy around de room.

La habitación es grande y cómoda para familias. En recepción son muy amables.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, nettes Personal, dass wenn möglich auch einen kostenfreien late checkout möglich macht. Für uns bis 14 Uhr top, weil wir erst abends mit der Fähre weitergefahren sind. Sehr zu empfehlen für Familien mit Teenagern:´Neben Shopping Center und Sportanlagen in der Nähe auch zum Sightseeing Barcelona geeignet (Anbindung mit Bus oder Zug). Kurzer Weg in die Stadt Castelldefels und auch zu Fuß zum tollen Strand nicht zu weit.

Pool direkt neben der Autobahn, dementsprechend laut. Als Relax-Hotel für längere Aufenthalte ist das eher ungeeignet.

Reserve una habitación y me dieron otra más incómoda y peor, cuando yo soy un cliente que ya ha ido más de 4 veces a ese hotel y he reservado habitaciones mucho mejores y otras más normales

No me gustó el sofa-cama. Incomodísimo

Falta de mantenimiento del hotel. Pedí cambio de habitación. Teniendo en cuenta la ubicación no hay servicio ni de agua a la habitación. Relación calidad precio no cumplida.

La cama muy cómoda.

Escogimos la suite del hotel durante una semana, no nos renovaron los sobres de té. Una sola botella de agua de cortesia y nada más. La limpieza de la habitacón fatal, no nos cambiaban ni las sábanas durante 1 semana entera. No repetiremos.

For us its a great location as it only 10 mins in taxi from airport so its great for a short get away holiday.We like the location of the hotel in castelldefels as its about 20 min walk to the front.(flat walk) The hotel has a good vibe about it.Stayed here twice now and always find the staff very helpful,professional and good at their job.We like the pools and the pool/ bar area.Different areas to sit and relax. Our room is good and is very clean Facilities of the hotel...we hired bikes for 20 euro each one day as there are bike lanes which go a long way left and right on the front.And if we had more time we would use the gym and sauna.We hired pool towels for 10 euro each at reception.Lots on offer at breakfast.

When we stay here again we would prefer a room with a balcony.Also a mirrorin the room( only one in the bathroom).Breakfast has lots on offer but I don't like the coffee.I would prefer a fresh coffee seeing its a 4 star hotel.

Modern hotel but needs redecoration

We’d requested a cot on booking two rooms. On arrival the cot was not in the room and we had to visit reception twice to get the cot by which time it was past the baby’s bed time! Restaurant was closed only poolside dining available. Hotel is effectively in an industrial estate, so not much around. Staff very slow at check in and very slow with the cot enquiry. The cost was higher than quoted by booking.com as they added tourist tax! Breakfast, which we paid for separately was average and not worth €17+ euro.

Todo excelente. Lo único como en la mayoría de los hoteles cobran parking de moto al mismo precio que un coche. Algo que deberían reveer en todos los alojamientos.

Tema parking moto y precio excesivo. Cómo puse más arriba. La discriminación a los moteros debe cambiar.

Camas confortáveis e café da manhã bem servido e com muitas opções, área da piscina maravilhosa e ótima localização.

Achei um pouco desorganizado, fila no checkin, falta de informações como horários e dependências do hotel.

Hotel był bardzo fajny, łóżko wygodne, jedynie dla dzieci które spały na kanapie rozkładanej było mega niewygodnie. Reszta bez zarzutu.

El personal de recepción y las instalaciones

Había un congreso de una academia de inglés que se creían los dueños del hotel, borrachos bebiendo, fumando y molestando. Abandonamos el hotel con un día de antelación por el ambiente qu e había. Fue lamentable. La dirección de eventos debería de tener en cuenta lo sucedido y no permitír estos comportamientos en un hotel de este tipo.

Accueil à la réception froid et très long. Réservation préalable par booking ou toutes les informations sont déjà renseignées. J’ai commandé le petit déjeuner lors de mon l’arrivée directement à l’accueil. Mais la commande n’a pas suivi jusqu’à l’entrée de salle pour prendre le petit déjeuner. A nouveau 15 minutes de perdu.

The staff were all incredibly friendly, especially Desire at reception, who was always kind and attentive. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful.. The hotel's location is perfect; if you walk behind the hotel, you'll find a complete shopping center just 3 minutes away, with supermarkets, several bus stop, and even connections to Barcelona.. There are many benefits you get from staying here, I would definitely repeat the experience.

The pool toilet, the latch was broken. Perhaps it's the least important thing, but it's unsettling to think that someone could open the door.

J'ai payer un petit déjeuner pour 2 et à chaque fois il me disait de payer car il y avait que 1 compris alors que ma réservation 2 adultes . C'était vraiment pénible de me répéter tout les jours .
