Ria Park Garden Hotel

The room was fantastic. Lots of space, very comfortable bed, beautiful terrace overlooking the garden and great air con. The pool and garden was beautiful and complimentary shuttle to the beach really useful.

There was a great spread of foods available at breakfast but the quality was not great, particularly the hot food. Most of the staff were lovely but some on reception weren't that friendly. I also noticed the jacuzzi wasn't available which was disappointing as I would like to have used it

Fomos muito bem recebidos e estava tudo impecável quando chegamos. O pequeno almoço é excelente, o espaço exterior bonito e a piscina. O pessoal do restaurante bem como da receção fomos super atenciosos.

Talvez pela dimensão dos corredores e pelo elevado número de vidros nos edifício o barulho dos corredores ouve-se demasiado nas suítes, para quem leva crianças pequenas, durante a noite pode ser um bocadinho incómodo. O pessoal da limpeza deixa um bocadinho a desejar na simpatia. O pessoal da piscina podia esforçar-se mais na recolha de tabuleiros e lixo no espaço.

Great hotel, facilities, location.

Needs a renovation, can feel slightly outdated, the breakfast buffet needs to be much more curated, adding fresh hot orders to the options. Value for money is not there the location deserves new investment and more staff.

Muitas escadas

The greeting you recieve when arriving is wonderful , stayed before and how lovely to be recognised. So helpful , kind and polite, not all hotels have these wonderful staff.

fica em uma região muito boa, proximo a praia, pequeno almoço muito bom, o quarto que ficamos muito confortável e espaçoso, área da piscina e do jardim muito arborizado e agradável.

ascessibilidade, não há. tivemos muita dificuldade quanto a isso pois estavamos com o bebé e precisavamos estar sempre com o carrinho pelo hotel. Do lado do hotel que ficamos nao havia elevador, e nosso quarto ficava a 3 lances de escada, só havia escada na parte externa, da saida da area dos quartos para o jardim, da recepção para o jardin, fora que na entrada principal nao havia rampas, ficamos pensando nas pessoas que tem pouca mobilidade que precisasse das rampas para ir ao jardim por exemplo, teria muita difculdade.

I liked the friendliness of the staff, who were very attentive and ready to help. And the temperature of the pool water.

The coffee quality on breakfasts could be better and the variety on the pool food menu as well. There was also no need to change our towels everyday. We would also suggest a recycling bin on the rooms.

Upgraded to Ria Park Hotel and Spa

Breakfast was good with a large choice of food. I did not like the self service coffee machines.

I did not like the large group of middle age French men behaving like teenagers around the pool. Throwing ice buckets of water over each other and pushing each other into the pool. Evidently there was no pool management to stop them. I considered this a couples and family hotel not a hotel that caters for groups of 10-12 middle age men who did not know how to behave. It is a lovely hotel but needs some control around the pool area.

Attention to detail… no milk in room for morning tea or coffee. Water to room hit or miss. Staff were okay but didn’t seem happy or engage. Inconsistent menu port 6.50 (very reasonable) while lime cordial with water 9.00 (very expensive)

Le personnel aux petits soins et très gentil, bel hôtel. Le restaurant est très bien, avec une piscine très bien entretenue, le petit déjeuner est bien aussi mais peut-être pas au niveau d’un 5 étoiles

Beaucoup d’anglais très bruyants et mal élevés, en sachant que les chambres sont très mal insonorisées. C’est dommage.

Absolutely stunning. I think the hotel has just been refurbished so it has a really modern feel. The breakfast was great every morning and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The bar staff were equally as polite and friendly. It was a brilliant experience, really refreshing to see a team that cares so much about their guests.

We really enjoyed the pool area but we were sometimes left for quite some time without staff so it was difficult to order food/drink. We also noticed that the pool area can become quite messy as they don’t seem to clean up until the end of the day.

Le cadre et l’environnement c’est calme et très beau! Une petite bulle de paix!

C’est mon expérience personnelle mais on nous a informé qu’ils ont changé l’hébergement et j’étais assez déçue à l’arrivée par rapport au choix que j’ai fait et payée sur booking. Et 2eme point c’est loin de l’aéroport si on veut juste passer une nuit à Faro car je devais partir en Espagne le lendemain.

Food was excellent. Staff superb and so helpful. Close to Faro airport.

Parking was very restricted

We actually stayed at the Ria Park Hotel & Spa - an upgrade offered by The Ria Park Garden Hotel - and accepted willingly. Slightly disappointed that our room wasn't upgraded as the hotel was very quiet and I had informed them that it was our anniversary. Having said that, we had a lovely stay and the service from all staff was generally excellent. Housekeeping was a little random!

Gürültüsüz bir ortamdı. Sarhoşlar, bağıranlar yoktu. Çocuklar havuzdan memnundu. Havuz çevresinin büyük ağaçları ortama sıcak bir hava veriyordu. Kaldığımız oda çok büyüktü. Balkondan havuzu, ağaçları, aya, yıldızları görmek huzurlu idi. Hava sıcaklığı oldukça ılıman idi.

Bölge özellikle İngiliz turistlerin çok ağırlıkta olduğu lüks bir yerde imiş. Otel'de canlı müzik, happy hour vs hiç bir hareketlilik yok. Yakınlardaki restoranlara vs araba ile gitmek gerekiyor. Fiyatlar oldukça yüksek . Tesis fotoğraflarda görünenden daha küçük. Otoparkta yer yeterli değil. Otelin özel plajına shuttle ile gidiliyor. Orada havlu veriyorlar, ama şezlong ve şemsiye için yarım ekstra günlük 20 euro istiyorlar.

Loved the hotel, breakfast & ambience. Only disappointment was the coffee at breakfast. It really was very inferior & could be so easily improved (in my opinion). Cafetieres for filter coffee would have been good or a better grade of coffee machine.

Situated in a quiet area with not much in the surrounding area being accessible by foot but courtesy bus available to shuttle you to the beach. Good breakfast buffet selection and friendly helpful staff.

L'hôtel est très beau, petit coin de paradis et le personnel aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner rien a dire. Propreté excellente. Nourriture à toute heure. Chambre spacieuse.

Aucun aménagement pour les familles avec poussettes. C'est un vrai parcours pour accéder a la chambre alors que j’ai signalé un bébé. J'aurais apprécié une chambre au 1er ou 2eme et proche d’un ascenseur. Les escaliers étaient insupportables mais cela n’a pas gâché le séjour juste un peu bousculé. Le plateau de jeux pour enfants est loin de l'hôtel il faut marcher 10 minutes à pieds c’est un peu décourageant mais les animatrices sont chaleureuses. L'eau de la piscine était froide mais apparemment cela ne semblait gêner que les adultes, les enfants s’en donnaient à cœur joie c'était intriguant et rigolo.

Dinner menu was very limited. House keeping was a little hit & miss. Somedays no milk left, no glasses, no bath mat .

Super relaxed resort, good choice at breakfast and never felt busy even at a peak time of the year. Beds were comfie and family room was super spacious. Never felt I need to tell the kids to be quiet it was really welcoming. The beach is great!

The laid back vibe went a little too far with the pool area not being tidied during the day, half eaten food left on trays by the pool. Lots of staff at breakfast and very attentive but no-one looking after the pool area which was still a little messy from the day before. Bathrooms and bedroom decor look a little tired/dated. Broken table tennis bats need to be replaced.

Chambre spacieuse, confortable, le calme, nous n’avons séjourné qu’une nuit de passage donc pas plus de détail à donner.

Il manque un ascenseur ou du moins du personnel pour les valises car sans ascenseur avec enfant devoir monter les valises par escalier pour un hôtel prétendant ce standing c’est un peu dommage. Décoration ancienne à revoir.

Hotel tranquilo. Buen desayuno. Buena ubicación si tienes coche. Aparcamiento sencillo.

La limpieza muy mejorable. Hacían la cama, algo en el baño y… nada más. Incluso un día bajamos a desayunar y dejamos el cartel de no molestar. Las chicas de la limpieza estaban en el pasillo, sentadas en las escaleras, y al regresar habían “limpiado” la habitación. Mala imagen.

Lovely pool, good breakfast and excellent location for the beach and exploring the area.

The rooms were very warm despite the air conditioning and the decor and style of the hotel feels out-dated. Also the pool would be improved with a shallow end for children.

Fundamentalmente la chica de supervisión llamada Carolina, mal educada y sin atender a lo que se preguntaba. Hablaba rápido y bastante mal, no permitiendo entender lo que decía. Nunca me había encontrado así en hotel de esa categoría.

Excelente quarto com uma ainda melhor varanda numa moradia independente do principal edifício do hotel - total descrição e sossego absoluto. Bom pequeno almoço. Simpatia do pessoal. Por outro lado, a navette para a praia é a melhor do mundo! Está sempre disponível e os motoristas são impecáveis. A concessão da praia é excelente, e mesmo na semana de 15 de Agosto, a praia estava pouco concorrida — uma verdadeira maravilha!

Discloser: Sou cliente habitual do Ria Park & Spa e noto imediatamente algumas diferenças entre um hotel de cinco estrelas e um de quatro. A zona do bar e o restaurante onde são servidos os pequenos-almoços mereciam uma renovação, e a esplanada melhor ventilação. Apesar de estar bastante satisfeito com o hotel, o ponto negativo vai para o Wi-Fi no meu quarto — foi simplesmente inexistente!

Localização, espaços verdes, simpatia dos funcionários, quarto muito confortável.

Pouca variedade ao pequeno-almoço e nalguns horários tornava-se caótico.

It’s an excellent hotel, swimming pool is fantastic. Not far from the beach and they have shuttles to take you in and out of the beach.

It can be pricy given the prime location in Algarve and the excellent facilities, but guess that is expected when you stay anywhere in Vale do Lobo.

Transporte para a praia. Quarto grande.

Poucos funcionários. Muita confusão no pequeno-almoço. Quando cheguei deram-me um quarto que não ficava dentro do hotel, tinha se caminhar 10 minutos pela rua para tomar o pequeno-almoço e usufruir da piscina. O que não correspondia a minha reserva. Mas acabaram por arranjar uma solução e mudei de quarto. Os funcionários não são muito simpáticos.

Some staff were excellent and very helpful. Some were incredibly grumpy and others were very young and inexperienced.

Pequeno almoco qualidade media baixa. Espumante flop. Ovos mexidos flop. Salsichas pessimas.

Nao gostei do atendimento na recepcao.. nao gostei em particular da atitude orepotentezinha.

Les chambres sont agréables et modernes. La salle de bain (ou de douche) est équipée d’un système simple et moderne pour faire couler l’eau. Le hall d’entrée est très grand et très beau. Il y a beaucoup de places pour stationner. La piscine est très agréable et il y a de la place pour s’installer en famille. Le personnel est agréable et professionnel.

Il faut sortir de l’hôtel pour aller dans l’espace destiné aux activités pour enfants même si cela est proche. Il faudrait racheter des terrains autour de l’hôtel pour agrandir le lieu selon moi.
