Loved the ambiance, excellent location and of course wonderful staff. This hotel is ideal for anyone seeking a relaxing gateaway. Guests can also enjoy the spa for more rejuvenating experience. There are many Instagram-worthy😅 spots for taking photos aroubd the property.

Well! Almost everything at this hotel was perfect, especially the private suite pool. The staff were friendly and supportive. Ms. Caca had everything ready for our check-in and was very helpful throughout our stay. Thanks to Ms. Caca and all the staff for their excellent hospitality. If I come back again, I will definitely book the same hotel.

I recommended the hotel management to only improve their breakfast menu, as it was very limited.

منتجع رائع ونظيف مو بعيد مرة عن الجبل بونشاك هو في الجهة الثانية باتجاه ساكوبومي وقريب من كل شئ

المكان جدا حنون و راقي بمعنى الكلمه عبارة عن اكثر من مبنى سكني بطابقين فقط تشعر و كانك في منزلك بدون ازعاج و لا أصوات المصاعد و غيره.. كما انه يقع في منطقة باردة مرتفعة مناسب جدا للاطفال و خصوصا البنات لانه يحتوي على غرفه العاب بنماذج راقية جدا و يحتوي على قرية الأرانب كذلك

الصعود و النزول لزياره المزارات السياحية و الإفطار كذلك غير متنوع بالنسبة للعرب

Curtains don't block the sun. Walls are too thin and you can get woken up by other residents. Shower head doesn't have a high stand. Bathroom smells of mold

The location has been there since 1997 as told . The hotel was perfect for an indonesian vibe . Breakfast was the best .

Privecy of teras view room Water runing from the nighbers so annoying . The quite time not there so noise of your next doors after 10pm .

لم استلم نوع الغرفه التي حجزتها من خلالكم وطلبتها ولم يقبلو لعدم توفر نفس الفئه المطله علي الوادي والمساحه المحدده والنضافه غير مناسبه يوجد حشرات كثيره

الإطلالة من الغرف المطلة على الوادي بعض الإطلالات عادية أو متوسطة لكن التى على الوادي جميلة جدا والمطعم عنده خيارات حلوة إيطالية

الإفطار محدود جدا اغلب الموجود اكل أندنوسي

Upgraded interior, stunning architecture, and amazing facilities. The staff is friendly, and the breakfast is quite good. Great views and very clean, fresh air.

We could only watch YouTube on the TV, and there is no elevator in the main building.

Semua staff sopan dan ramah dari bagian reseption, cleaning servise, restaurant dan yang mengatur parkiran. Tempat breakfast di Soeasana restaurant sangat nyaman, tamu masih diperbolehkan duduk bersantai disana walau waktu breakfast sudah selesai.

Di kamar yang kami tempati saluran pembuangan air di bath tub kurang lancar mengalirnya .. air agak lama surut, mungkin ada sumbatan .

Je suis parti en weekend avec ma copine pour son anniversaire, le personnel a été adorable et nous a même apporté une part de gateau dans la chambre.

مكان مريحه جدا اللي يدور الهدو والنظافه والفخامه لاكن ينقصه الاطلاله فقط مع العلم اني سكنت في لو منيسان كانت اطلاته افضل بس كان مزعج صوت النهر

الغرف جميلة وفخمة اخدت غرفتين بينهم حديقة وكانوا ممتازين جدا فندق فخم ونظيف وكل الادوات موجوده فيه وموقعه حلو بصراحة

الفطور كان بسيط بس الاومليت كان لذيذ
