Food was excellent. Staff were very helpful. Lovely view from the balcony.

The hotel needs to be renovated. It is old and tired. There were no activities for children.

إطلالة الغرفة على منظر جميل موقع مطعم الفندق وإطلالته ووجباته. الغرفة كانت نظيفة وأثاث مناسب مقارنة بالفلل يقع أعلا جبل بونشاك والمكان بارد وفي أشهر الشتاء يكون أشد برودة مقارنة بالفلل في المنتجعات إللي أسفل الجبل مثل منتجع كوتا بونجا و..

الحشرات - الوزغ فالغرفة مع اني نبهتهم من بدري ولاكن البنغل يحتاج الى ترميم لسد الفجوات ويحتاج الى نظافة اكثر من كذا للاسف توقعت اني راح امدد السكن زي المرة اللي فاتت ولاكن لسوء التجربة المرة هذي كنت افكر اطلع من الليل واسكن بمكان ثاني لان معاي اطفال والوزغ مليان فالسكن

الموقع يعتبر الأروع في كل بونشاك ، المطلات متعددة والمكان ساحر خاصة في هذا الوقت من السنة من شهر يناير . يعتبر الفندق في أعلى نقطة في بونشاك. الموظفون متعاونون وبشوشين . المرافق نظيفة ومرتبة . قائمة الإفطار متنوعة مابين إندونيسي وغربي . لا تكاد تجد أي ملاحظة على الموقع إلا ما ندر. هذه هي الزيارة الثانية لي بعد عام 2017

سكنت في كوخ عائلي غرفتين وكان بعض الأثاث يحتاج إلى تجديد مع صبغ بعض الجدران الداخلية.

عدم توفر سائقين من التطبيقات الحشرات تخش الغرف من تحت الباب ومن باب الشرفه طبعا باقي المنتجع لا يعمل كا المسبح وا الحديقه الخارجيه فقط للنظر غير صالحه للمشي عليها الغرفه 104 تسمع كلام الناس في الحديقه لانها الدور الارضي غرفه 306 تخش الحشرات منها لانها اقرب شي من الاشجار

Pesen makan diresto, tapi lama banget dianterin kekamarnya. Kamarnya sedikit kotor. Makanan untuk sarapannya juga banyak yang habis, langsung diisi lgi sih, cuma perlu beberapa waktu.

الهدوء والتعامل

الموقع جميل والحديقة والمرافق التابعة للفندق رائعة جدا .. البوفيه لابأس فيها اذا كان عدد المتواجدين بالفندق كامل اقل من 18 شخص يلغون البوفيه ويقومون باحضار فطور حسب الطلب

الموظفين سيئين للغاية يريدون مبلغ على اي شيء يقومون به وهناك رسوم اضافية طلبو مني مبلغ 400 الف لليله الواحدة عند طلبي لبطانية اضافية لولدي

الصراحة الموقع حلو وبارد الكوفي اللي فيه قهوتهم لذيذه الصراحة والموظفين عسل وخدومين

استقبلنا الوزغ صراحة لان وسط الجبل وهذا الشيء ضايقني لانه كثير وناديناهم بخوا دواء والحمدلله ماعاد طلع المكان مافيه مكيف ما انتبهت وانا احجز انه مافي تكييف

الموقع جبار وزاد من جماله الامطار وجمال الاجواء . يوجد مسجد داخل الفندق وتقام فيه صلاة الجمعة.

النظافه كانت سيئه جدا تفاجانا بوجود فيران في الفيلا شيء لايطاق اضافه الى ان المكان قديم

يوجد حشرات وقديم جداً جداً ولا يوجد تكيف وريحة عفن ورطوبه داخل الغرف

الموقع ممتاز . الفندق قديم ويحتوي على مناظر طبيعية جميلة . المقهى له اطلالة رائعة والجلوس فيه ممتع خصوصا في قبل الغروب يعيبه ان الجلسات محدودة

المفارش قديمة . النظافة ليست على المستوى المطلوب وجنا نمل صغير في البلكونة ، الاسرة غير مريحة بل سببت لي آلام في الظهر ، يبث الفندق موسيقى في الممرات وارجاء الفندق تجلب الكآبة للنزيل وتشعر كأنك تعيش مأساة . بالمختصر يحتاج الفندق الى التجديد الشامل واستغلال هذا الموقع الجبار.

لم يعجبني ابدا الاطباق كلها محلية وعليها كثير من النامس فقط الموقع جميل

الفندق قديم جدا وليس هناك صيانه باب البلكونة مثلا يضل فيه فتحه واسعة حتى وهو مقفول فدخول الحشرات سهل جد فضلا الغرفة مليئه بالنمل الصغير جدا في كل الجهات الحمام فية تقشير وتكسير وإضائة ضعيفه

الفندق او المنتجع موقعه اختير بعناية واطلالته روعة …المكان بارد وامطار او غيم معظم الوقت اختيارنا كوخ او فيلا غرفتين نوم وصاله وحمام …بصراحة نظيفه ومناسبة الإفطار نطام ست منيو …عندهم نوعين اماً إندونيسي او أمريكي المناسب لنا الأمريكي عباره عن اومليت … قطعتين توست ..مكعب زبده وجام .. نقانق دجاج …بطاطس مقلية …صحنً فواكة …صحن حلا …عصير برتقال او تفاح او أناناس حسب اختيارك ..شاي او قهوه حسب اختيارك طبق كورنفلكس للأولاد الإفطار الأندونيسي … أنا جربت بعض الأصناف كانت كويسه مقبوله بالنسبه لي زي البوبو رايان … وكمان الدره المسلوقه الفندق فيه ملعب كره قدم وطايره وسلة ومسبح كبير وصغير للأطفال … وكمان في حديقه حيوانات مصغره طيور أرانب دجاج وبط …في ألعاب أطفال في أماكن متفرقه ..وجلسات خارجية تستمع بالأجواء

الحمامات تحتاج أعاده تلميع لرخام الأرضيات والجدران polishing and re grouting المناشف كمان تحتاج استبدال لأنها قديمة

افطار ليس بالشكل المطلوب طابع اندونيسي لايناسب العرب سوى البيض فقط ومعي طفل اخذ عليه مبلغ ١٢٥ ألف روبيه ومااكل سوى كورن فلكس الأكواخ قديمه وتحتاج تجديد وصيانه الفوط غير صالحه للإستعمال الأدمي

This is a lovely place to stay, very relaxing. It has a beautiful garden with lots of nice areas, great plants, play areas and a big pool. The restaurant was also very good and the staff all round very helpful and friendly. The views are great too.

Other than mentainance everything is good. If you allow small pets, would be gr8 for us to choose tgis property always.

we came to the restaurant and had pre-ordered a gluten free meal. they seemed friendly and immediately bought out separate food - but it contained wheat and was very visibly wheat noodles. Had I eaten it without knowing and checking I would have been very ill. The manager said "what you can't eat that?" when explaining no it was clearly wheat noodles all he wanted to do was instead bring out rice noodles. They took no responsibility for their error, no concern, no duty of care and I would not recommend eating here with any food allergies. Staff knowledge is terrible, especially when I was only being served by the manager. So dangerous when they say it is gluten fee and clearly was not.

My wife and I, together with our son and his wife, stayed for two nights at this nearly a century old Puncak Pass Resort. This was the final stop of our marathon Indonesian holiday visiting 5 towns in Bali and in Java. The Puncak Pass Resort is located at 1500 metres above sea level. The weather can get very chilly in the evenings. In fact, at about 3 pm the stratus cloud begins to blow from over the mountains and soon shrouds the whole area in mist or fog..The concept of the Resort is an open layout, spread over lush green slopes.The open spaces are carefully balanced with the built up spaces so as to preserve the natural beauty of the resort and prevent overcrowding, so as to maintain the privacy of the guests staying in the resort. We were allocated a two bedroom studio suite, the Bangkung. The studio suite had a spacious living room, en suite bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a fireplace. It had a classic wooden style which over the years had become old and dated. The floor had become difficult to clean properly and was dirty. As it was a bit challenging to negotiate the steep and winding road leading to the restaurant located at the main building, a buggy service is available for guests. The dining area of the restaurant is spacious. Indonesian and western cuisines were served there. The service was excellent. Waiter Sasmita needs mentioning; he was so helpful and very attentive to our needs during our breakfast time at the restaurant. Although the Resort was pricey, the experience we had during our stay was unique and memorable.

The location is great and the view is stunning! The garden is also very beautiful. The bed was great. The staff is very friendly and assisting, they even gave a free ride to the coloured lake. Breakfast was good with lots of variety. We enjoyed our stay.

The state of the accomodation could be better. Everything is quite old and there were some big cracks in the door so insects were able to enter easily. It really needs some better maintenance. Especially for the price that is asked.
