A localização muito perto da praia (250 metros) e da rua principal de comércio e restauração. A receção disponibiliza gratuitamente chapéus de sol. A oferta muito variada no peq. almoço e jantar com dias temáticos. Os colaboradores sempre muito simpáticos. O apartamento é muito espaçoso e tem todos os utensílios básicos necessários. O hotel está direcionado para crianças e tem muita oferta de piscinas e entretenimento todas as noites. Uma ótima opção para férias, sobretudo para quem tem crianças.

A insonorização dos quartos é o único ponto negativo a apontar.

Excellent location, just about 100 meters from Playa del Muro and close to Vall, the best ice cream shop on the entire island. The hotel is extremely well organized, with excellent facilities. Our apartment was spacious and in great condition, and it was cleaned almost every day. The hotel truly lives up to its Resort category — we always felt completely at ease, almost as if we were at home. On top of all this, breakfast was fabulous and dinner was excellent, always with plenty of options, great vegetables, and delicious fruit. Finally, we can't leave out the wonderful friendliness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff. We will definitely be back — in many ways, this hotel feels like a true 5-star experience.

J'ai adoré le cadre de vie, très arboré, les différentes piscines, le spa, le petit déjeuner tellement varié et copieux, le personnel toujours souriant, l'accès très facile et beaucoup de places pour se garer, la vue derrière l'hôtel, la literie très confortable, le calme qui règne, en fait tout !

Nous avons juste eu un problème d'odeurs de remontées d'égout dans la chambre et même dehors, difficile à savoir d'où ça venait ou si c'est parce qu'il faudrait qu'il pleuve...

Hotel położony w super lokalizacji, blisko przepięknej plaży z lazurową wodą i rybkami :-) jest to hotel typowo dla rodzin z dziećmi i nastawiony mocno na turystów z Niemiec (zdecydowana większość gości podczas naszego pobytu była właśnie z Niemiec). Obiekt jest bardzo zadbany, z małym ale pięknym ogrodem, pokoje duże i przestronne. Przed przyjazdem napisałm do hotelu maila z prośbą o zakwaterowanie od strony Rezerwatu Albufera i dostaliśmy wspaniały pokój właśnie z tej strony, w najdalszej okolicy. Widoki z balkonu niesamowite, żałowaliśmy, że nie mamy lornetki :-) Jedzenie bardzo dobre i duży wybór, codziennei inna tematyczna kolacja. Baseny i atrakcje przygotowane z myślą o dzieciach - bardzo duży wybór i na pewno nie ma nudy. Wieczorne animacje na wysokim poziomie. Cała obsługa od recepcji, po kelnerów i animatorów oraz osoby sprzątające pokoje bardzo zaangażowana i sprawiająca, że to miejsce jest właśnie tak wyjątkowe. Generalnie, rodzinny hotel, na wysokim poziomie! Bardzo dziękujemy wszystkim za wspaniałe wakacje!

Z bardzo małych rzeczy mogłabym wymienić np. brak lornetek na obserwatorium hotelowym, dodało by to atrakcji. Pokoje również mają rzeczywiście cienkie ściany i słychać sąsiadów, ale tak jest w większości hoteli. Komary były, ale wystarczyło się wypsikać środkiem na komary i nie było problemu. Mam też wrażenie, że nieprzychylne komentarze mogą wynikać z poczucia otrzymania servisu i wakacji w wersji Premium, zwłaszcza w Selection Club, a tutaj wydaje mi się, że cena za Selection Club może nie do końca odpowiadać tym oczekiwaniom, bo płaci się czasami dwa, trzy razy tyle za niewiele dodatkowych udogodnień.

Der var alt for meget støj i spisesalen ved morgenmaden, kunne slet ikke holde det ud… Heldigvis var der udendørs borde hvor der heldigvis var lidt mere ro… Der var en del myrer rundt på hotellet, og på vores bord i udendørs restauranten da bordene stod op af en busk… Det eneste at sætte en finger på men ikke overalt og ikke noget der generede som sådan!

3rd time here, kids love the pools and entertainment, bike hire is very good and staff are friendly.

Just returning as a family from Viva Blu after a fabulous 9 nights staying all inclusive. Pool is fabulous. The entertainment team are fun and proactive with the perfect balance of encouragement to get involved without being intrusive. Buffet restaurant offers a large range of options to cater for every taste the drinks menu and cocktails on offer in the evening was very much enjoyed. However, what stood out for us the most was the high level of customer service. Every member of staff we spoke to always went above and beyond to help. This was especially noticeable with Tony and the catering staff. Our 11 year old is gluten free and was given a card at reception to show to the kitchen team. She was soon well known by them.There was always gluten free options on the main buffet but they always happily supplied her with freshly cooked options of her choice. Breakfast was gluten free pancakes. Where she was also give a tray of gluten free snacks to enjoy during the day. During the evening she had pizza or pasta options cooked for her if she didn't fancy the buffet options and even supplied chocolate cake. Knowing she could choose from a broad range of food like the rest of us really made for an excellent experience. Thank you Viva Blu.

This is a good all inclusive, the kids team are friendly, there is a play area in the restaurant for kids when they're done eating and you want to continue with your meal which we appreciated. The swimming pools are good with a good variety. There is a kids playground with bouncy castles that is great and an astroturf that's open and available all day. The food quality in the restaurant is OK, it could be a little better but it's fine, same for free wine in the restaurant, could be a bit better quality. Mini disco is good and good entertainment in the evenings. Close to the beach for days out, and they provide a bus on a Tuesday and Sunday to a local market in the old town. We had a car and there was easy parking and it's a good location for going for day trips.

Our stay here was excellent. From the vast pools to the spectacular entertainment we were never bored here,everyday was a brilliant day with viva blue.

The hotel was excellent. We loved the spacious rooms and comfy beds. Everything was clean and the landscaping was lovely. Beach towels were provided. We personally found there was a good variety of food and enjoyed the small touches like the delicious fresh fruit. We enjoyed the unlimited drinks at dinner time - and these were proper branded drinks (as have previously had non branded at other hotels which were not good!) The pools were amazing, though the pirate kids pool was a little chilly. It is near an amazing beach and a variety of shops and bars and restaurants though we didnt eat out. We were half board plus which was plenty of food for our family with a 2 and 5 year old. We just ate bits from the on site supermarket for lunch which was largely competitive in price. We didn't use the entertainment much but there seemed to be a good atmosphere. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the loud leaf blowing at 7.50 in the morning one day - not ideal when your kids schedule is still aligned with GMT so that is like 6.50! It went on for some time too. The showers were incredibly hot so just something to be careful of with children- and no baths. We have never returned to the same hotel twice but would return here as it was so great. Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful experience.

The location is incredible, the sea was just across the road. The room was tidy and cosy. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and our experience was further enhanced by the friendly waiter Gabriel. The noise level was slightly higher due to the presence of children but it wasn’t a problem.

Our second visit and we loved it. It is such a great place with so much to do for children and adults. It has several pools to choose from, great buffet food with different theme nights, excellent evening entertainment and that is before noting the location. It is close to a national park where we observed flamingos from the hotel gantry but it is also 5 minutes from a fabulous sandy beach. We swam amongst shoals of fish in the crystal clear water. We received excellent service from Xavi on reception once again. Anaïs from the select club was incredibly kind and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Antonella a fantastic entertainer who our daughter loved as well as Alba. And Osemene the waiter who always gave my daughter a fist bump at our meals and general warm presence. While it was once again lovely I did note a couple of changes that were not for the better. Having to pour your own beer and wine rather than the staff doing it made it worse. The glasses are too small for beer and made it feel like a cost cutting measure to stop you having a few pints. It also takes a bit of skill to learn how to pour a beer without it being all froth. Table service seems to have gone at the entertainment. Only super minor issue is Bufo the mascot has changed, which is fine, but all the merchandise is for the old mascot. Most telling is that the old mascot has no left eye. The new mascot has no right eye. They look like two different things.

The hotel is amazing—very clean, with lovely staff, brilliant facilities and an excellent restaurant. Everything about our stay was perfect.

The only thing that bothered us was the mosquitoes. The hotel is close to a nature reserve, so the mosquitoes were horrendous. We all got bitten badly, and even mosquito sprays didn’t seem to work. Unfortunately, this prevented us from enjoying the hotel’s outdoor evening entertainment. From what we understand, this isn’t a common problem throughout Alcúdia; it seems to be more of an issue on this particular side of the area.

We had an amazing holiday at VIVA! Our little family (mum, dad, and our 9-month-old baby) truly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, with fantastic service from, in particular, Guest Service Anaïs, housekeeping by Flavia, and waiter Yessi, who really made our stay special. Overall, the staff were absolutely fantastic! The facilities and food were good for a small family like ours. We would happily come back again.

Amazing hotel and outstanding service. The hotel staff were incredible — always smiling, making our child happy, and helping us with every request. The view of the beach is stunning, and the food was excellent throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel to any family with children. The animation team is fantastic and takes great care of the kids. Your children will have a wonderful time, and you’ll have plenty of time to relax and enjoy your holiday as well.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brilliant hotel with outstanding customer care! We had a fantastic holiday at VIVA Blue, made extra special by booking a room with a private pool. The pools here are great for all ages, the pirate ship is amazing for young kids, and the entertainment staff work incredibly hard. Every staff member we encountered was attentive and personable. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is how they handle emergencies. Our eldest got a bad ear infection, forcing us to fly home three nights later than planned. The hotel doctor was at our room within 45 minutes, meaning we could get antibiotics as soon as possible. The hotel then showed amazing patience and support, allowing us to keep our room while our travel insurance sorted out the details. It is in moments like this that you truly judge a hotel, and they were incredible. We will definitely be back!

Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt komfortabel und die Anlage bietet grundsätzlich einiges für Familien. Besonders positiv ist uns der freundliche Umgang der Mitarbeiter mit den Gästen aufgefallen.

Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt insgesamt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen. Besonders die Sauberkeit im Zimmer hätte deutlich besser sein können. Die Dusche wirkte ungepflegt und teilweise schmutzig, zudem waren Schimmelstellen sichtbar. Auch der Spiegel war bei unserer Ankunft deutlich verschmiert. Die Pools empfanden wir als relativ klein und das Wasser war bei den hohen Außentemperaturen leider viel zu warm, sodass kaum eine wirkliche Abkühlung möglich war. Rund um die Pools gibt es außerdem tagsüber zu wenige Schattenplätze – zusätzliche Sonnensegel wären hier eine echte Verbesserung. Sehr störend war die Situation mit den Liegen. Obwohl das Reservieren laut Beschilderung ausdrücklich verboten ist, wurden zahlreiche Liegen bereits morgens mit Handtüchern belegt und teilweise über Stunden oder fast den ganzen Tag nicht genutzt. Eine konsequentere Kontrolle durch das Hotel wäre hier wünschenswert. Beim Frühstück haben wir außerdem Ameisen in einem Zuckerstreuer entdeckt, was den Eindruck hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit leider zusätzlich getrübt hat. Insgesamt hätten wir bei einem Hotel dieser Kategorie und dem entsprechenden Preisniveau insbesondere bei Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Organisation etwas mehr erwartet.

Pyszne jedzenie, fajne baseny (dzieci zadowolone w szczególności z dmuchanego toru przeszkód), duża dostępność leżaków, ładnie utrzymana zieleń i infrastruktura, lokalizacja blisko pięknej plaży i przystanków autobusowych. Dobre udogodnienie to dystrybutor z zimną wodą pitną w budynku i karafka w pokoju do jej napełniania.

Nie w pełni działające atrakcje wodne w strefie SPA oraz jeden z kilku basenów dostępny tylko dla wybranych mieszkańców - tylko z jednego budynku określonych jako Selection, o czym wcześniej nie ma informacji. Niemniej nie przekszadzalo to w dobrym relaksie w tym hotelu, który jest naprawdę godny polecenia.

Cleaning everyday, felt very fresh,, good breakfast choises, nice staff. Good for families with small children. Unfortunately my children are teenagers and didnt want to try the pool which was packed with small children. Also the pool chairs were all taken. We went to the beach instead. AC wasnt very cool even though we got a technician look at it. He made it a little better though.

There was a misunderstanding from my side I guess, when booking the hotel at booking.com. It was described as all inclusive but it was only free breakfast. We made a mistake and thought all the meals were free but they werent. The bill for that lunch and dinner was the size of another hotel night. Check carefully if you have the all inclusive option or not. Difficult to find parking place nearby.

The selection club pool was amazing apart from people who didn’t pay to be in it they were kicked out but kept coming back.the reception staff were rude but the selection club and costumer service manager was welcoming and nice. A chair broke when someone sat on it who weighed about 75kg and all they said is where is the chair not how are you.the food was alright at a push.the cleaners were excellent.it is nearby to shops and the shop in the hotel is good.it is average for the amount you pay. The waiters at the hotel were lovely.

Very nice as a vacation for families with young children. Lots of pools, especially for the age of 5-13 year olds. We could hear the family above us moving the chairs and takling loud. All inclusive is Great.

Very good but terrace facing east is too hot and there is no cover. Room is very good and lovely AC.

Spent a week at the viva blue with my family it’s was incredible from the moment we arrived everything was perfect, the hotel and its grounds were spotless and well maintained We travelled with our 3 grandsons aged 9 , 3 and 10 months so emailed the hotel before our arrival for a cot and rooms together which wasn’t a problem for the hotel, The rooms were perfect so spacious and spotless, great shower, air conditioning and small kitchen which was ideal with having a baby The highlight of our trip was the amount of activities for our 3 grandsons the entertainment team were excellent especially the shows of a night but the facilities for kids is incredible the pools cover all ages from small baby’s to teenagers then there’s a park with bouncy castles and swings plus arcade kept our 3 entertained all day plus the shop on site as everything you need for children and reasonably priced Dining at viva blue was also excellent there was something for everyone the main dining hall was very good but the poolside bar food was amazing but the à la carte food is incredible we had a wonderful meal on our last night Everything about this hotel is fantastic but what makes it perfect is the staff, every member is so friendly and carnt do enough for you nothing was ever a problem, always chatting to you and smiling

We had a fantastic stay at Viva Blue & Spa and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel itself is excellent, with outstanding service from the staff throughout our stay. We also had access to the Selection Service, which was a great addition. Anaïs was incredibly helpful, explained everything clearly, and was always available whenever we needed assistance. The WhatsApp communication was especially convenient and made everything very easy. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of options available every day, so there was always something for everyone. The hotel offers plenty of activities for children during the day, while adults can also enjoy a range of facilities and entertainment. The beach is only a 5-minute walk away, and there are several small shops nearby, which is very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Viva Blue & Spa to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable—it was truly a pleasure to be your guests!

La estancia en este hotel ha superado nuestras expectativas. A pesar de que todas las instalaciones y servicios del hotel han sido muy buenas, cabe destacar a su personal: atento, alegre, siempre dispuestos a complacer al cliente. Es un hotel totalmente enfocado a familias y niños, pero nosotros íbamos sin niños y aún así hemos disfrutado mucho de todo. Las comidas y los servicios son magníficos. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Xavi de recepción, porque desde la entrada al hotel nos hemos sentido acogidos y ha estado dispuesto a atender todas nuestras peticiones. Igualmente, agradecer a todo el personal del hotel por atendernos con tanta alegría y simpatía. Nuestra estancia ha sido para celebrar el 70 cumpleaños de nuestra madre. Prácticamente todo el personal del hotel que era consciente de ello, ha hecho sentir a nuestra madre especial en su día. Muchísimas gracias a todo. Exceeded all expectations! Everything was perfect: the food, entertainment, facilities, pool, and location. Plus, the staff were wonderfully friendly, helpful ,especially with the kids.

The only downside was the wellness center, which doesn’t match the high standards of the hotel and its team. Even though my wife booked early in the morning, they failed to respect her appointment time. To make matters worse, the receptionist was very rude. It’s clear they are an external company and do not reflect the welcoming mindset of the rest of the hotel staff

This is an excellent hotel, especially for families with children. The hotel is very family-friendly and customer-oriented. The breakfasts and dinners were excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. Despite the large number of children staying at the hotel, our room was quiet and peaceful. The FIFA World Cup atmosphere and the many football fans staying at the hotel added a unique and exciting touch to our vacation.

Overall, the hotel was nice, with clean rooms and friendly staff. However, there were a few disappointing aspects of our stay. The children's pool closed as early as 5:30 PM every day, which is far too early for families. After spending the day at the beach or sightseeing, our children had very little opportunity to enjoy the pool in the evening. Another disappointment was the restaurant's ordering system in the evenings. Last year, we could easily scan a QR code to order food and drinks directly from our table. This year, the QR code did not work at all. The app also had a "Call Waiter" button, but no one ever came when we used it. As a result, we had to walk to the cashier every time we wanted to order, which made the dining experience much less convenient. It's a shame that the overall experience has become worse rather than better. We have stayed at this hotel for three years in a row because we always enjoyed it, but unfortunately this will be our last visit unless these issues are addressed.

It is very god for the kids and adults

Just home from a lovely stay, we had stayed at viva sunrise previously and loved it so decided to give blue a try, hotel is gorgeous and clean, staff are all lovely and helpful, we had an issue with our room on arrival and it was dealt with swiftly by the great reception team. Kids club team are amazing, they work so many hours and always full of energy and a smile on their faces, cleaning and gardening staff do a great job. Lifeguards always around and actually watching - we have noticed at other hotels they can be distracted by phones but not here! Room was always cleaned to a good standard. Food at pool bar great, we never ate in the buffet so cant comment. We would return to viva again!

The location is brilliant.

The hotel is cozy with a nice swimming pool, but the rooms are quite simple and slightly dilapidated and unfashionable. Breakfast is plentiful but the quality is substandard considering that it is a 4 star standard and dinners are not worth 4 star standard - I will not give the restaurant my recommendation.

First time at Viva Blue and highly recommend to all families with young children! We had a 4 yr old and 2 yr old and everything they needed was provided for. From cutlery, bowels for kids at the restaurant to kid activities / night disco / arcade games to slushie drinks and cold snacks by the pool bar in the day. We were selection club which we also recommend as the oasis pool for those on selection club was lovely and cost and had sun poster beds to use which were always available. We did not have any issue with the mosquitos and none of us were bitten - we just ensure to wear long trousers in the evening and some mild spray on arms to prevent. The supermarket on site was a great help for us picking up pool toys and extra kids snacks or comforts. The hotel was very kind in providing us with children’s bed rail/guard to keep the children safe in the bed at night. Great air con in the room, black out curtains provided, and large shower area with seat ledge was handy for kids. Definitely recommended the Viva brand to have a family holiday!

Estrutura de piscinas e parques infantis excelente, localização ótima com fácil estacionamento. Recomendo o hotel, passamos 7 dias em família e foi ótimo. Meu marido ciclista, alugou bike e gostou muito.

A equipe de recreação, talvez por estar acostumada aos padrões brasileiros, achei muito a desejar. O atendimento da bike shop também deixou a desejar.

We were satisfied with this hotel. The food is delicious, the pools are great, the staff is nice. This hotel hasn't own beach, but it's really cloesed to the beach. We hope to return.
