Posizione sulla spiaggia piu bella, accesso diretto alla spiaggia, piscine belle e adatte anche a bambini. Cibo di buona qualità ma potrebbe essere migliore, presenza di griglia nel ristorante esterno molto buona e ottima idea.

Aria condizionata insufficiente, ci sono 40-42 gradi in estate, per il prezzo richiesto non si può non avere l'aria condizionata forte in tutti i punti dell'hotel al chiuso. Aria tenuta al minimo e utilizzo di ventolatori per risparmiare, a queste cifre non è accettabile.

MI é piaciuto la vicinanza al mare, il grande impegno per la pulizia nei locali comuni, ottima colazione, ottima ristorazione con cibo di qualità, grandissima scelta per tutti i palati.

Non adatto se si cerca tranquillità. Purtroppo le camere non sono insonorizzate.

I loved everything about the hotel except for the rooms. However, we arrived unexpectedly at this hotel as the House we had rented out turned out to be a complete disaster and we had to leave immediately and find the best first alternative. The hotel did their absolute best to accommodate our emergency stay and found the best rooms possible given that we arrived literally last minute. They even managed to find us two adjoining rooms, they offered us complimentary breakfast, ice cream for the kids on arrival and complimentary cocktails. The hotel staff is beyond friendly, they are great. The food is excellent and they had unexpected evening entertainment for kids which was wonderfully organized. The location on Playa de Muro was also fantastic with immediate access to the beach.

The doors to the rooms need to be changed, fixed...they make an awful noise when being opened and closed. The bathroom was not a separate room in itself, so, when one used the toilet, it was easy to disturb the other person in the room during night/early morning. The night stands could also do with a change, they were quite old.

We had a perfect stay with a 3yr old kid with many programs to do. Entertainment team really did a very good job with the kids and adults also, we really enjoyed our time during these 10 days

No busques más pero de verdad: este es el mejor hotel para pasar tus vacaciones. Desde el momento en que llegas, todo es perfecto. Las instalaciones están impecables, la limpieza es de diez y la comida es riquísima. Pero lo más importante, y lo que para mí hace que realmente te sientas como en casa, es el servicio. Nosotros no paramos de repetir en este hotel porque todos son súper amables, siempre tienen una sonrisa y están siempre dispuestos a solucionar cualquier problema con una atención increíble. Quiero hacer una mención muy especial a Yuri, Jun, Sergio, Toni, Gerardo, Elena, la chica encantadora que es encargada del desayuno y a muchos más de sus trabajadores pero no me acuerdo los nombres. La ubicación frente al mar es un sueño, pero son ellos los que completan una experiencia realmente perfecta. Te hacen sentir mejor que en casa y te alegran el día. Volveremos pronto! We had a wonderful stay at Iberostar Waves Playa de Muro! The staff were exceptional throughout our holiday. A special thank you to the lovely Hungarian lady at the reception (unfortunately, I don’t remember her name). She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. Her service was truly high-class and made us feel valued from the moment we arrived. The food was amazing with a great variety and excellent quality at every meal. The location is perfect, right on the beautiful Playa de Muro beach, with stunning views and easy access to the sea. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and ideal for a relaxing family vacation. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable. We would gladly return!

What didn’t we like? Having to leave! We genuinely enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again.

Jai trouvé la piscine un peu petite et le, buffet un peu limité, les memes plast ce repetent mais ca reste correcte et bon.

Some hotels give you a place to stay, but this one gives you memories. Everything was fantastic – the warm and friendly staff, the excellent service, the beautiful beach, and the wonderful atmosphere. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We can’t wait to come back!

I liked everything, it was a perfect stay. The rooms were great, the facilities were great, the breakfast was good. There was nothing not to like.

Първа линия, всичко е предвидено за деца. Храната беше отлична и разнообразна. Всяка вечер различна тема на кухня. Имаше много дейности за деца. Персонала винаги усмихнат и съдействащ.

Странно разположение на стаята, банята и тоалетната отделни и малки в стаята. Ако беше едно цяло щеше да е по-удобно. Но това е само една малка забележка, всичко друго беше много хубаво.

Das Meer ist wunderbar.

Der Rest. Fangen wir mit dem Zimmer an: - wird nicht gereinigt oder nur oberflächlich - das Bett ist eine Zumutung als Bett zu nennen: es ist auf Rollen, es bewegt sich es quietscht bei jedem umdrehen bei jedem hinsetzen. - Zudem stand bei unserer Anreise ein Babybett mit im Zimmer, das wir überhaupt nicht gebucht hatten. Da sich niemand darum kümmerte, haben wir es schließlich selbst auf den Flur gestellt. Eine Entschuldigung oder eine Reaktion des Hotels für diese Unannehmlichkeiten gab es nicht. All Inklusive Essen: - nach 5 Tagen hast du alles durch. Es schmeckt gleich. - speisen sind auch nur so lauwarm - Pasta & Burger beim Food truck: man muss vieles falsch machen um so eine grauenhafte Pasta oder Burger zu erstellen(kochen kann man es nicht nennen). Und Food Truck...wenn die echten Food Trucks das mitbekommen dass die sich als Food Truck bezeichnen gibt es glaube ich eine Klage Pool & Liegensituation: - wer hier entspannen will, muss früh aufstehen. Die Liegen am Pool sind bereits um 08:00 Uhr morgens komplett reserviert. Wer später kommt, geht leer aus. Das Hotel greift hier leider überhaupt nicht durch obwohl die immer wieder Zettel hinlegen dass du.dejne Handtücher verlierst. - die Sauberkeit war hier auch fraglich: zwar wird jeden Tag der Boden gewischt aber wir haben beobachtet die der Hausmeister seinen Putzeimer dann im Pool spült. Hygiene & Sauberkeit: Die hygienischen Zustände lassen stark zu wünschen übrig. - Ein absolutes No-Go: Abends wurde der Poolbereich gewischt und der dreckige Putzeimer danach einfach im Pool ausgewaschen! Auch im Sanitärbereich wird unhygienisch gearbeitet – in den Damentoiletten wurden die WCs und direkt danach die Waschbecken mit ein und demselben Lappen geputzt. Das Zimmer wurde nicht täglich gereinigt, und wenn, dann nur sehr notdürftig. Besonders das Badezimmer war in puncto Sauberkeit eine Zumutung. Auch im Restaurant musste man genau hinsehen: Geschirr und Gläser waren sehr oft noch schmutzig.

Gostei da localização, da alimentação e da limpeza. Também gostei de ver a animação para crianças, que é muito boa.

Não gostei de alguns pormenores na manutenção do quarto: Vedante inferior da porta do duche inexistente e depois colocada uma insuficiente. Uma das torneiras estava avariada, não dava água fria em quantidade suficiente.

Esperaba un hotel menos macro-hotel. Quizás fue error mío no haber investigado más. Está, como muchas zonas de Mallorca, masificado, con un alto porcentaje de extranjeros.

Le véritable point fort est sans aucun doute le personnel : toute l’équipe est extrêmement attentionnée et fait son maximum pour que les vacanciers se sentent bien, notamment pour les familles, car de nombreuses activités sont proposées tout au long de la journée pour les enfants comme pour les adultes, ce qui contribue à une ambiance conviviale et dynamique. Si vous cherchez le calme et la tranquilité, cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour vous.

La variété des repas est assez limitée et l’absence de restaurant à la carte est regrettable pour un établissement de cette catégorie. La propreté des chaises, assiettes, verres et couverts au restaurant principal pourrait être mieux contrôlée. Les transats à la plage sont payants, tout comme certains transats au bord de la piscine. Il faut aussi aimer la proximité car les transats sont collées à 20cm les uns des autres. Enfin, qui dit hôtel familial, dit aussi devoir supporter les cris et hurlements des enfants des autres, surtout au moment des repas puisque la majorité des parents semblent avoir "démissionné" une fois en vacances... mais ca, l'hôtel n'y peut rien.

Marga a recepciós Hölgy nagyon kedves volt, megadta az alap hangulatát az egésznek. Mindenki kedves volt, a hotel tiszta volt és minden nap programokkal kedveskedtek a vendégeknek.

Las personas super amables, buena atención, muy buena comida, todo muy limpio, buen entretenimiento para niños.

Fuimos en Mayo, el agua estaba muy fría incluso en area de niños, fuimos a la alberca del spa, que solo aceptan niños en la mañana, y estaba un poco mejor aunque también fría. Lamentablemente nos toco frio en Mayo y no había mucho que hacer con las albercas frías.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können das Hotel besonders für Familien weiterempfehlen. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit – von der Rezeption bis hin zum Animationsteam. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage sind sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Preise im gesamten Hotel waren fair und angemessen. Das Essen war hervorragend, abwechslungsreich und es gab für jeden Geschmack etwas Passendes, wir hatten Halbpension. Tolle Poolanlage und schöner Strand, ideal für Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Zudem bietet das Resort eine vielzahl an Aktivitäten an für Gross und Klein. Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit angenehmer Atmosphäre und einem engagierten Team.

Kleine Abstriche gab es lediglich bei der Dusche, da der Wasserdruck etwas stärker sein könnte. Ausserdem könnten einige Teile der Zimmereinrichtung nach und nach erneuert werden. Parkplätze sind zwar vor dem Hotel vorhanden, allerdings ist es manchmal Glückssache, einen freien Platz in unmittelbarer Nähe zu finden. Diese Punkte haben unseren insgesamt sehr positiven Eindruck jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt.

Buffeten hadde et stort utvalg av retter, noe som i utgangspunktet virket lovende. Dessverre falt svært lite av maten i vår smak. Etter vår oppfatning var mange av rettene unødvendig kompliserte, med mange ingredienser og smaker som ikke harmonerte godt. Vi ville foretrukket færre retter med større fokus på kvalitet og gode råvarer. Flere av produktene ga også inntrykk av å være basert på frosne eller ferdigproduserte varer, noe som var skuffende (spesielt dessert). Med tanke på prisen vi betalte for oppholdet, hadde vi forventet en betydelig høyere kvalitet på mattilbudet. Selv om utvalget var stort, opplevde vi dessverre ikke at kvaliteten stod i forhold til prisen. Vi syntes det var vanskelig å finne sunn mat til ungen, endte opp med å bare spiste pasta for det meste.

The hotel has an excellent first-line location with direct access to a truly beautiful beach: clear water, soft sand, and only a few minutes from the room to the sea. The territory is clean and pleasant, the restaurant is very spacious with many tables inside and outside, and breakfast and dinner were generally very good, with a wide choice of food, fresh orange juice, decaf coffee, good grilled fish, excellent desserts, and outstanding pizza that was honestly on the level of a good Italian pizzeria. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a very large bed, good mattress and pillows, working air conditioning, nice shower gel/shampoo/conditioner, and we appreciated that the hotel placed us farther away from the main stage area after I mentioned that sleep quality was important.

The hotel felt extremely family-oriented and entertainment-heavy, with many children, shallow busy pools, loud animation, music and shows throughout the day and often until around 10:30–11:00 PM, so guests looking for a calm holiday should definitely request a room away from the main pool and stage. Some details need improvement: sunbeds are often reserved with towels for hours while nobody uses them, beach sunbeds are paid separately, drinks are overpriced for quite basic quality, dinner water/tea charges were inconsistent, the spa is small, the jacuzzi functions did not work, and the heated pool was not very warm. In the room and buffet there were also small but noticeable issues: the balcony drying rack was too small, the wardrobe door was broken, there were no slippers, the water jug was impractical, the TV system was outdated with no Smart TV/Chromecast, the air conditioning felt underpowered compared to the 18°C setting, smoked salmon appeared only a couple of times, the toasters were slow household-style ones, some bread/rolls were touched by guests or handled without gloves, some fruit was served with skin on, and too much oil was used at the grill station.

We had one of the most amazing stays in a hotel ever. The place is clean, amenities are excellent, food selection was superb, activities for guests and kids were really interesting, great location as it is beach front and nearby a lot of restaurants, and staff were absolutely gracious. We highly recommend this to any family that is planning a vacation in Mallorca

Maybe the pillows could be improved and availability of a coffee machine. But other than that everything was excellent.

Excelente atención por parte de todo el personal, Jaume y Marga en recepción un diez, una cálida bienvenida nada más llegar. Las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas, la comida estaba muy buena y mucha variedad. L@s camarer@s del restaurante siempre con una buena postura y te quitan los platos de la mesa, en el buffet de desayuno y cena, con una sonrisa! Fue la primera vez y ya estamos mirando de volver. Nos hicieron sentir como en casa!!!

The service, the food, the location, everything was top-notch!

The suite we had had some air-conditioning issues, which the maintenance tried fixing (we think), but it did not function well still, so it could get warm in the evening.

The hotel is really nice, everything was clean, the staff is super friendly with the kids, the pools are big, the food is great!

The pools are not heated, we were there in May and the water was super cold we were not able to be in the outside pool, we went to the indoor pool (it was also cold but better that the outside pool). Everything else was good!

Nos tocó un día de viento y nublado, viaje con mi hijo de 6 años, la playa no era opción x el clima, quisimos ir a piscina cubierta pero “los niños solo pueden estar hasta las 3pm”, fuimos a la piscina de niños que estaba “apagada” porque nos dijeron q se prendía hasta 16:30… El kids club estuvo cerrado… Esto fue un poco decepcionante para nosotros… Los juegos electrónicos de pago si estaban disponibles. Si van con niños y el clima no ayuda… pensar alternativas….

La chambre était très confortable, le personnel très à l’écoute et gentil. Star corner!

Manque de variétés dans les buffets et piscine un peu trop froides pour se baigner en avril. Manque d’infrastructures pour les bébés au spa.

Very family friendly with lots of kids activities, helpful staff at the front desk and restaurants, indoor pool to use when the weather was not nice.

The only thing to improve is the room: 1) noise cancellation can be much better as we can hear others next door talking loud during the night. 2) bathroom water draining can be improved. Water can easily go out of the bathroom and get accumulated under the sink.

Essen super, sehr große Auswahl kann allerdings nur vegetarische Speisen beurteilen. Personal alle sehr freundlich. Check in super schnell. Lage perfekt am Strand. Perfekt für Radtouren. Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Sehr sauber. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder

Kleines früheres Frühstück wäre von Vorteil um Radtouren früher starten zu können. Bett etwas unbequem.

Las camas podrían ser más cómodas y está bueno que den servicio gratuito de lavandería pero funcionaba 1 sola máquina de lavar para todo el hotel. Ya que el agua es gratis es todo el hotel es irónico que te lo cobren en la cena .

Wir waren bereits mehrfach in diesem Hotel und kommen immer wieder gerne zurück. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen engagiert und freundlich; einige Mitarbeitende kennen wir bereits seit mehreren Jahren, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm macht. Das Buffetangebot ist vielfältig und hochwertig. Sehr positiv hervorzuheben ist zudem, dass im Essbereich wirksame Schallschutzmassnahmen umgesetzt wurden, wodurch die Atmosphäre deutlich angenehmer geworden ist. Die direkte Strandlage sowie der schöne Poolbereich laden zum Entspannen ein. Sowohl die Zimmer als auch die gesamte Anlage sind stets sauber, gepflegt und in gutem Zustand. Darüber hinaus ist das Hotel ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Radsportferien.

Die Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick, sind mit rund 20 m² eher klein bemessen, und auch die Ablagemöglichkeiten sind recht eingeschränkt. Der Schrank mit Schiebetüren bietet nur wenig Platz; praktische Kleiderbügel bereits von zu Hause mitzunehmen, kann daher sinnvoll sein. Weniger angenehm empfanden wir zudem die Kinderanimation am Pool, die teilweise sehr laut war. Etwas weniger Mikrofoneinsatz und zurückhaltendere Musikbeschallung würden die Atmosphäre deutlich entspannter machen. Auch der Einsatz von Laubbläsern im Aussenbereich bereits vor 07.00 Uhr morgens war störend. Insgesamt hat sich dadurch für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis im Vergleich zu früheren Aufenthalten etwas verschlechtert.

Das Zimmer hatte eine eigene Toilette, nicht im Badezimmer integriert, grundsätzlich sehr praktisch leider war die Toilettentür so nah an der Klomuschel dass man sie nur bei geöffneter Tür benutzen kann. An jeder Steckdose ist ein blaues Licht dass die ganze Nacht das Zimmer beleuchtet

Top Preis/Leistung. Wir waren 5 Tage da im Kollegenkreis für Rennradfahren. Perfekt dafür, aber auch gute Durchmischung zwischen Familien, Sportlern und älteren Reisenden. Super Buffet, schöne saubere Anlage. Einiges zuletzt neu renoviert wie die WC‘s. Italienisches Restaurant, Imbiss sowie Gelateria im Hotel auch top. Und das Personal sehr motiviert und aufmerksam. Kompliment, die machen da was richtig!

Znakomity obiekt, mieliśmy pakiet all inclusive - jedzenie naprawdę było genialne i różnorodne. Drinki serwowane w szkle i z alkoholi z których powinno sie je robić, a nie tanich zamienników. Piekny widok i plaża od razu przy basenie. Wart swojej ceny.
