Prinsotel La Dorada & Spa

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Großen und Ganzen als ganz ok empfunden. Das Hotel hat wirklich viel Potenzial, und wären da nicht die Probleme mit der Hygiene und dem Vorfall mit dem ersten Zimmer gewesen, wäre unser Urlaub sogar richtig gut geworden! Die Lage ist super – Supermärkte und Restaurants sind direkt in der Nähe, und auch der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar (wo man gegen eine kleine Gebühr Liegen nutzen kann). Der Poolbereich war zudem sehr sauber und es waren immer ausreichend Liegen frei. Auch am Buffet war es angenehm, da es nie total überlaufen war. Das Personal war teilweise sehr freundlich, und trotz vieler Kinder im Hotel war es angenehm ruhig. Das Essen hat geschmeckt, auch wenn es leider oft etwas kalt war. Die Musik (wie die Kinderdisco) war zeitweise allerdings etwas zu laut zum Entspannen. Die Idee mit dem Maskottchen (dem Frosch) ist eigentlich sehr nett, auch wenn die Kinder beim Essen dadurch verständlicherweise schnell aufstehen wollten.

Leider gab es beim ersten Zimmer große Mängel bei der Sauberkeit und Ameisen. Die Tür klemmte und als sie ganz kaputt war, kamen wir nicht mehr an unsere Sachen heran – leider ging in der Rezeption niemand ans Telefon, sodass wir unsere Sachen erst am nächsten Tag nach mehrmaligem Nachfragen zurückbekommen haben. Das neue Zimmer mussten wir ebenfalls erst anfragen, und auch hier musste ich selbst noch einmal nachputzen. Schade fand ich auch, dass auf unsere Anfrage zum Geburtstag meines Mannes (welche ich im Vorfeld bzw. unkompliziert per WhatsApp klären wollte, um im Urlaub nicht extra zur Rezeption zu müssen) gar nicht reagiert wurde. Da haben wir in anderen Hotels definitiv schon deutlich besseren Service und mehr Aufmerksamkeit erlebt. Fazit: Das Hotel hat definitiv schöne Seiten und eine super Lage, aber aufgrund der genannten Mängel bei Hygiene und Service werden wir persönlich nicht mehr wiederkommen. Mit ein bisschen mehr Organisation und Sauberkeit könnte es hier wirklich toll sein!

Todo! La ubicación (a 1 calle de las mejores playas de Mallorca), la comida (buenísima y muy variada), la habitación en sí y el plato de ducha (primer hotel que el agua tiene la presión adecuada), los jardines del hotel y su decoración, la limpieza de todo, etc etc etc. Repetiremos seguro!

Que la animación sólo se dijera en inglés. Habíamos muchas famílias españolas, y Mallorca es territorio español. No entiendo por qué los espectáculos o actividades no se decían en inglés y en español.

l'hôtel est magnifique les espaces verts et piscines superbes le buffet petit déjeuner et diner variés et complet Mention spéciale pour Carolina qui a eu la gentillesse de nous prévenir ( en français) d'une intervention dans notre chambre - Ajout cadre miroir salle de bain) et de nous offrir 3 cocktails en guise de dédommagement. W zasadzie jedyna rzecz, do której można się przyczepić to różna jakość codziennego sprzątania pokoju. Czasem tak jak należy, czasem niezbędne minimum.

Gauč na izbe bol špinavý..mali sme dosť postelí tak sme ho nevyužívali, ale nato ako čistili zvyšok izby bol gauč zanedbaný Káva je podpriemerná Mínusy sú za mňa iba zanedbateľné detaily, my by sme sem išli hneď znova.

Really great hotel for families with young children- remarkably clean considering the amount of young children there. The breakfast buffet made dining with a baby and toddler super easy- so many highchairs, easy to feed little mouths (fresh fruit, yoghurt, eggs, breads/ toasts/ pastries) and continuously cleaned around you. Lots of pools so we could mix up time between the pool and beach. Great that pool towels are given and changed for dry ones whenever needed. We recommend getting a car and visiting the nearby beaches and ports - Formentor was our favourite beach (although playa de muro was also nice just water not as crystal clear as Formentor) and the port towns with playgrounds on the beach made early dinners really easy. A great location to base yourself for exploring alcudia Formentor with kids.

We had a 2 bedroom terrace with balcony but our view was of the reception/ car park. As we stayed in with the kids each evening we sat out on the balconies in the evening so ideally we would have had a slightly better view- if planning to do this maybe request a room with views of nature reserve! We didn’t ask to switch and I’m sure they might of but just a tip if this is your plan!

Although location was close to the beach, the beach was often very busy. There was a ‘strip’ like road next to the hotel with shops that all sold the same thing, overall the area doesn’t have much charm but for little children that may not be what you’re looking for.

Todo. La habitación increíble. El personal amable. Las piscinas, el spa… todo cuidadisimo y precioso. Además, para nada sensación de estar lleno.

Funcionário na recepção na chegada ao tentar scannear meu passaporte amassou a página principal e por muito pouco não rasga meu passaporte. Eu insisti para ele parar a máquina de scanner o que ele não fez, até que eu gritei don’t do it , don’t do it ; ele demonstrou muito despreparo e apenas quando uma colega interviu ele parou . Nem sequer se desculpou, ficou estático em silêncio. Foi minimamente desagradável

Alles Bestens. Ein Hotel mit vielen Kindern.

Freundliches und super hilfsbereites Personal, gutes und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück sowie extra Barista Stationen. Gepflegte Anlage. Ausreichend Parkplätze vor Ort und Umgebung. Das Spa war auch toll mit der Sauna und dem Dampfbad, da wir ein Tag schlechtes Wetter hatten.

Støj i restauranten, for få udendørs siddepladser. Her er virkelig mange småbørnsfamilier, ikke et hotel for par. Lidt for småt fitness til så stort et hotel, men det var pænt og nyere.

Todo en Prinsotel es excepcional. Todo el staff es super amable desde el team de la recepcion hasta el personal de limpieza. Impecable. . El lugar es un lujo. Hay 5 piscinas, juegos y eventos para niños. Las habitaciones son amplias, comodas, equipadas y von una vista espectacular. Todo es perfecto para pasar las mejores vacaciones en Mallorca. El hotel esta muy bien ubicado, a una cuadra se playa de Muro y, si bien, hay diversas opciones para cenar dentro de Prinsotel, eñ hotel tambien esta cerca de resraurantes si uno quiere comer fuera. Es impecable!

Die Lage war ziemlich gut.

Also bei allen Respekt, keine Ahnung ob der Sumpf was gleich neben an ist oder die Kläranlage, in der Früh stinkt es bis zum Himmel. Parking ist leider nur für par Autos vorhanden. Zimmer Service bzw. Putzfrauen sind auch mal am Nachmittag um 16 Uhr am putzen gewesen, und das liegt nicht an. Putzfrauen selber die sind wirklich schnell, es liegt einfach weil wenig Personal vorhanden ist und die armen Frauen es einfach nicht schaffen. Hotel spart einfach am falschen Stellen. Klimaanlage kann man nur entweder einschalten oder ausschalten, temperatur und Wind stärkere funktioniert nicht obwohl es am tach screen vorhanden ist.

Die ganze Anlage ist sehr großzügig u schön gepflegt. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht und super freundlich. Die Animateurinnen sind hoch motiviert u geben ihr bestes. Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich zu schön für Mallorca, da man gar nicht raus möchte.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts negatives zu sagen.

Wir hatten einen wirklich wunderschönen Aufenthalt im Prinsotel La Dorada und haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das unglaublich freundliche und herzliche Personal. Egal, wem man begegnet ist, alle waren stets hilfsbereit, aufmerksam und hatten ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Ganz besonders möchten wir Hilde von der Rezeption erwähnen: Sie war unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Man merkt im gesamten Hotel, dass die Mitarbeiter mit sehr viel Herzblut dabei sind und sich wirklich bemühen, den Gästen einen schönen Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und lecker. Wir hatten ursprünglich nur Frühstück gebucht und waren während unseres Aufenthalts einmal zum Abendessen im Hotel. Im Nachhinein bereuen wir tatsächlich ein wenig, nicht direkt Halbpension gebucht zu haben, denn auch das Abendbuffet war sehr vielfältig und wirklich gut. Eine besonders schöne Aufmerksamkeit haben wir direkt bei unserer Anreise erlebt. Aufgrund einer Flugverspätung kamen wir erst gegen 23 Uhr im Hotel an. Für spät anreisende Gäste wurde im Restaurant noch ein kleines Buffet bereitgestellt, sodass man nach der langen Anreise noch etwas essen konnte. Das fanden wir wirklich außergewöhnlich aufmerksam und ist ein schönes Beispiel für die Gastfreundschaft des Hotels. Insgesamt hatten wir eine sehr schöne Zeit. Die gepflegte Anlage, das gute Essen und vor allem die Herzlichkeit des gesamten Teams haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Prinsotel La Dorada definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Eigentlich gibt es von unserer Seite nichts zu bemängeln. Man sollte lediglich wissen, dass das Hotel sehr familienorientiert ist und entsprechend viele Familien mit kleinen Kindern dort Urlaub machen. Dadurch kann es zu bestimmten Zeiten natürlich etwas lebhafter und lauter sein.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole al Prinsotel La Dorada & Spa. La struttura è molto bella, curata e immersa nel verde, con piscine spaziose e un’atmosfera perfetta per rilassarsi. La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla splendida Playa de Muro. Camere spaziose e pulite, personale sempre gentile, disponibile e sorridente. Molto buona anche la proposta dei ristoranti e della colazione, con tanta scelta. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente gli spazi esterni e l’organizzazione generale dell’hotel. Una struttura ideale sia per famiglie che per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno di relax a Maiorca. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene e torneremmo sicuramente. Assolutamente consigliato!

A localização do hotel é muito boa. Próxima a praia e de fácil acesso. Os quartos são modernos, limpos e aconchegantes. As instalações são bem cuidadas, e as piscinas são variadas. Várias opções para as crianças.

O frigobar do quarto não estava a gelar a contento. Reclamamos com a recepção que nos sugeriu usar o refrigerador da recepção, além de informar que mandaria um técnico averiguar. Infelizmente o técnico nunca foi ao nosso quarto. Achei o hotel muito parado. Não sei se por conta de poucos hóspedes. Apenas um dia vi uma atividade na piscina, mas pode ter sido uma impressão. O café da manhã que estava incluso na minha diária, não era ruim, mas também ficou aquém de outros hotéis que fomos.

I had a huge and very comfortable bed. The territory is very well arranged, with restaurants, pizzeria, very nice and clean pool. I only had breakfast included and I can say that all the food was very tasty. Just 5 minutes walk from the sea, in the area we had comfortable terraces and many restaurants with a very good assortment of food and drinks. I recommend 100% and we will definitely return to this hotel next year.

A great hotel for families with children! The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and very enjoyable. The rooms are comfortable and pleasant, and everything is well suited for a family stay. We had a really nice experience and would definitely recommend this hotel, especially for families travelling with kids.

Byliśmy w tym hotelu już drugi raz. Idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi. Na szczególną pochwałę zasługują personel hotelu jak i animatorzy. Widać, że każdy pracownik tego hotelu wkłada w swoją pracę całe serce. Wrócimy za rok!

To miejsce powinienem zostawić puste, ponieważ nie było rzeczy, która by mi się nie podobały :)

Чудовий готель з зручним місцерозташуванням, на пляж треба лише перейти дорогу. Пляж чудовий, чистий і не глибокий вхід для дітей. Відмінні сніданки та вечері, з велетенським вибором. Розважальна програма для дітей.

Everything, from when we arrived the staff were amazing and this continued throughout our stay , from the staff at reception , at the restaurants , by the pool and the maintenance staff . Each and every member we met were exceptional. Facilities were great , everywhere so clean .

Due to location , mosquitoes were bad at night .

Izby bolo priestranné, čisté, raňajky boli neskutočne, milý personál. My sme mali vírivku, bola to paráda. Super poloha. Blízko pláže. More krásne, voda super príjemná. Naokolo boli supermarkety, reštaurácie. Veľmi do dobre.

* Booked a ground floor room with a pool – and would book it again: - bedroom facing Canal d’Estella is quiet. - main bedroom is a bit noisy due to residents coming and going through the lobby entrance- the entrance door is not completely soundproof. - no audible noise or music from the main pool or restaurant area. - spacious terrace with a swimming pool and a shower next to it. * Spacious pool territory for children. * Safe, clean and supervised environment. * Delicious food. * Perfect white sand beach :)

- No water at dinner – you have to buy every drink separately. - Not on the seashore, but it takes only few minutes to walk to the sea. - Hotel does not have dedicated places near sea - you'll have to buy place under an umbrella with sunbed, or just enjoy the wide space by the sea without sunbeds. - Hotel does not have a parking space for the car.

L’hôtel est très agréable. Nous avions une chambre familiale spacieuse composée de deux pièces : une chambre séparée avec deux lits pour les enfants et une chambre principale pour les parents avec un coin canapé. Les espaces extérieurs autour de la piscine sont grands et agréables. Malgré notre séjour en pleine haute saison, nous avons toujours réussi à trouver des transats au bord de la piscine, même en arrivant en milieu d’après-midi, ce qui est vraiment appréciable.

Quelques points nous ont toutefois déçus, surtout au regard du prix payé, soit plus de 3 000 € pour 4 nuits. Tout d’abord, notre chambre familiale ne disposait que d’une seule salle de bain pour quatre personnes. Compte tenu de la taille de la chambre et du standing de l’hôtel, une deuxième salle de bain ou au minimum un second point d’eau aurait été appréciable. Nous avons également trouvé le buffet assez moyen. Il y avait certes du choix, mais l’ensemble manquait de raffinement et la qualité n’était pas toujours au rendez-vous. Lorsque nous arrivions après le rush, les espaces autour du buffet étaient souvent sales et de la nourriture traînait un peu partout. Les desserts étaient particulièrement décevants : peu de choix, qualité assez médiocre et présentation peu soignée.

Room was spacious and comfortable, especially the yard with jacuzzi. The SPA was excellent. Everything was clean and in excellent condition. Gym was well functional although small.

The kids club is not as user friendly and extensive as I would have liked. Whilst the buffet had a good selection, the quality of food was fairly average.

W restauracji hotelowej podczas kolacji serwowany był posiłek tematyczny. Codziennie inny. Jednak baza podstawowych dań była taka sama także różnica pomiedzy kolejnymi wieczorami mało zauważalna. Pojawiają się problemy z parkingiem pod hotelem.

Śniadania obszerne. Pokój z jacuzzi - sam taras i jacuzzi super. Natomiast pokoje trochę małe i surowe. Obsługa - super.

Bardzo dużo rodzin z dziećmi. Bardzo duży hałas.

Śniadania bardzo dobre i urozmaicone ,każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Hotel bardzo ładnie położony w bliskiej odległości od plaży.

Dobre położenie, blisko plaża i sklepy. Czystość w pokojach. Wygodne rozłożenie posiłków ułatwia zwiedzanie - śniadania od 8,.00 kolacja do 21.30. Hotel szczególne przystosowany do rodzin z małymi dziećmi - wiele basenów o różnej głębokości. animacje i minidisco. Wieczorem pokazy kierowane zarówno do dzieci i młodzieży jak i dorosłych.

Geen verveling! Genoeg te doen en het eten was perfect. Schoon en hygiënisch.

Podobał nam się bardzo pokój, cały obiekt zadbany. W pokoju wyposażenie w ekspres do kawy z uzupełnionymi kapsułkami. Jak to w spa - szlafrok i kapcie, kosmetyki, sprzątanie pokoju. Poduszki trzy wysokości, na szczęście dzieci wola większe bo dla nas były za wysokie i wymieniliśmy z nimi na płaskie. Bez dodatkowych opłat kort tenisowy. Otoczenie hotelu - przepiękna zieleń, pomocna obsługa. Na terenie jest sklep i restauracje, na lunch można zamówić na szybko pizzę, hamburger itp. Kolacje tematyczne (ale dla mnie wyrost formy nad treścią - sushi było suche, kanapeczki przesuszone, ryby smażone suche, ogrom jedzenia ale ...nie było zachwytu nad smakiem) reszta ok, super shotty owocowe na śniadanie, każdy rodzaj owoców, lody, desery. Smaczna kuchnia w wieczór meksykański. Przez to, że hotel ma formę bardziej elegancką, napoje do kolacji trzeba dokupować i długa kolejka do kawy do śniadania.

Okolica - zależy, kto co lubi. Kilka straganów z tym samym asortymentem pamiątek. Ale dużo sklepów spożywczych i kilka restauracji. Ale ...my następnym razem zamieszkamy bliżej Alcudia. Plaża - blisko ale nieładne wejście na nią, wąska ale strzeżona przez ratownika, i lepiej przejść się w kierunku Alcudia. Baseny - na zdjęciu wyglądało to na większy teren. Trochę ścisk z leżakami, trzeba zająć idąc na śniadanie. Ale zawsze jakiś leżak się znajdzie też i później. Dla maluchów do 6 lat większy wybór basenów i jest nawet jeden basen z winda dla niepełnosprawnych. Ręczniki dobrej jakości, duże basenowe można wymienić codziennie bez opłat. Pokój z balkonem ale trzeba mieć swój sprzęt żeby rozwiesić stroje kąpielowe a przynajmniej spinacze. Atrakcje - zależy kto co lubi: zamknięte w klimatyzowanym budynku z wygodnymi fotelami i przez to jest cicho na terenie hotelu. Ale już trzeba być w środku jeśli chce się korzystać z bilard i ping-pong, plac zabaw to już jest się poza zasięgiem. My wolimy na otwartej przestrzeni by oglądać a dzieci mogą się bawić. Na wieczór przy takiej ilości gości i dzieci trochę za mały a raczej malutki plac zabaw i ciągle kolejki do ping-pong i bilard. Kort tenisowy połączony z bramkami do nogi i koszykówki, trzeba rezerwować godzinę by pograć albo jedno albo drugie. Dla dzieci od 10 lat trochę mało miejsca i dostęp do aktywności. Mogę polecić hotel na czyjas odpowiedzialność ale tam nie wrócimy trochę za mały obiekt i nieciekawa okolica.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les piscines très chaude avec des enfants. Les différentes restaurants en plus du buffet qui après 1 semaine devient répétitif. (Comme partout).

Dobre położenie hotelu: blisko plaży (druga linia zabudowy), blisko do sklepów. Jednocześnie do hotelu nie docierał gwar uliczny. Atrakcyjne rozplanowanie przestrzeni wewnątrz kompleksu hotelowego. 3 baseny oraz duży brodzik dla dzieci. Animacje dla gości hotelowych. Obiadokolacje tematyczne kulinarnie. Na terenie hotelu dużo udogodnień: restauracja, grill, bar, foodtrack, sklep, lekarz (był drogowskaz DOCTOR).

Zapach w pokoju (zapach porównywalny do zapachu z zęzy na żaglowce). Biorąc prysznic trzeba było uważać żeby nie zalać łazienki (słabe uszczelnienie drzwi prysznicowych). W naszym pokoju kanapa a salonie miała bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach. Za napoje przy obiadokolacji (wariant z niepełnym wyżywieniem) należało dodatkowo płacić.

Très bon hôtel, le personnel est très attentif et c'est un super endroit si on voyage avec des enfants de 2-10ans. Merci à Daniel 'el Andalú' du restaurent, toujours très avenant et serviable. Tous les employés ont été très simpatique avec nos enfants. Nous reviendrions sans problème.

La douche est à revoir, l'eau s'écoule plus dehors de la douche que dedans. Nous l'avons indiqué mais n'avons pas pu empécher la 'piscine intérieure' dans la chambre.

Un hotel que parece que esté nuevo, con una reforma actual. Pese a estar al lado de una gran playa casi no apetece salir de sus instalaciones. Remarcar la atención y amabilidad de cada uno de los empleados, desde la recepción, en la zona de restauración de piscina, spa, etc…

Por poner algo a mejorar, quizás ampliar el horario de restauración o permitir un servicio de habitaciones hasta más tarde.

Al llegar al hotel tuvimos diferencias sobre lo que nosotros habiamos contratado y el servicio que ellos nos proveyeron. Tambien nos decepciono que no tenia servicio de playa.

Property is massive with plenty of options to dine. We had a room with terrace and jacuzzi which was stunning. Property is just 5 mins walk to playa de muro beach which made whole experience very smooth. breakfast was amazing so much options to choose from. Live omelette station was amazing

Even tho there are plenty of options to dine the only place which had good food was restaurant called grill. There is small cart serving pizza, hot dogs and snacks during the day that was good for light snack during the day. Else other restaurants was not really good food.

Great pools. Wonderful buffet breakfasts. Lots of different places to eat. Very kid and family friendly.

Rugalmas, segítőkész személyzet. Kiváló tisztaság és friss illat mindenhol. Jól szervezett gyermek programok az animátorokkal. Kényelmes és jól kialakított szobák, bőséges választék az étkezéseknél. Külön kiemelném a vacsora lehetőségét. Ennyire választékos és finom étel kínálat ennyi pénzért sehol nem elérhető a környező éttermekben.

Zimmer waren sehr geräumig und sehr schön. Das Bett super bequem.

Abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini 9 e 13 anni, si sono trovati benissimo. Posizione fantastica, spiaggia vicino all'albergo molto bella. Cibo in abbondanza anche troppo. Piscine e l'intero della struttura pulito . Tutti i servizi molto utili, ristorante a bordo piscina fantastico.

Perfect hotel if you stay there as a family. The double rooms were big, new and clean. The animation team offered plenty of activities. The breakfast and dinner are absolutely amazing! Every day a new theme for the dinner to keep things excited. Another good thing is that the beach is still close to the hotel, but not linked to the hotel. This is in our opinion safer for the kids, they can't really get lost inside the hotel area.

The doors to the halways are not fully soundproof. So you can hear doors open and close from other rooms.

Das Abendessen war leider nicht wirklich gut. Es war immer kalt und nicht sehr fein.

We stayed at this hotel for 10 days with our 3-year-old daughter, and we honestly had a wonderful holiday. The hotel exceeded our expectations in many ways. The first thing that impressed us was the design and atmosphere. Everything is beautiful, stylish, and exceptionally clean. The entire resort is thoughtfully planned, making it easy to get around. Even though there are several pools, including children’s pools, it never felt overcrowded because everything is so well distributed across the property. Our room was one of the most beautiful hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. The calm color palette, natural wood, matte finishes, and cleverly hidden kitchenette created such a relaxing atmosphere. Housekeeping was excellent and cleaned the room every day. The only small issue was the shower door - water leaked onto the bathroom floor because there wasn’t a proper rubber seal. It would be great if the hotel could improve this small detail. The entertainment team deserves special recognition. They are, without a doubt, the best animation team we have ever seen. You can truly feel how much they love working with children. They are full of energy, kindness, and genuine care, and the children absolutely adore them. Our daughter especially fell in love with Alex, who has such a natural warmth with kids. It was obvious that she genuinely enjoys what she does, and the children respond to that. The entire hotel staff was exceptional. Everyone was welcoming, helpful, and always smiling - from the reception team to the housekeeping staff. A special thank you to the chef preparing fresh omelettes every morning. He was always warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. It was always a pleasure to see his smile at breakfast. We’d also like to thank Marcus in the restaurant. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. His friendly smile and excellent coffee became part of our morning routine and always made us feel welcome.

Lokalizacja, sam obiekt. Mimo że to hotel z basenami, nigdy nie był przepełniony. Dużo miejsca, bardzo dobrze rozplanowany. Komfortowe pokoje.

В целом, персонал был отличный, но парень на выдаче полотенец - это катастрофа. Вечно всем недовольный, грубоватый. Стоит научить его элементарной вежливости

Very clean, well maintained large area. Beautiful pools. Activities for kids and adults. Multiple dining locations. Evening buffet with large varieties and theme nights. Especially noticed how friendly the staff was. There are a LOT of kids, its very family-oriented.

No direct access to beach (but in 5mins walking distance).

Barnen hade jätte roligt i hotellet, den är perfekt till barn familjen . Jätte trevligt personal som jobbar där speciellt dem som har varit på mini disco och aktiviteter vid poolen.

- Spacious, green outside spaces, with lots of sunbeds, giving a feeling that it's not completely crowded - great baby and child pools (and other pools are amazing too) - good food at the main buffet restaurant, with variety every night (different theme) - the staff is very very nice - you can borrow sun umbrellas for the beach - lots of areas to relax, eat your own food, buy snacks, etc - a lot of food amenities within the hotel: food truck, supermarket, coffeeshop, and many restaurants/bars

- when you leave the room the electricity turns off almost completely : good in case you forgot a light, but a little bit complicated when you want to plug a babyphone/camera to be outside while your child sleeps - the wifi is not great (also problematic for the baby camera) - the mini club is not a "closed" thing where you register your children and drop them off, it seemed more like a place where you come with your children

Staff was super friendly, the place is beautifully kept clean and has everything you need to have a wonderful stay with your family. Allot of avtivities for toddlers and kids, highly recommend it

Všechno. Dokonalý pobyt v super destinaci. Nádherný, čistý hotel, který předčil naše očekávání. Na recepci velmi milý personál, který nám vyšel velmi vstříc. Na snídani a večeři nevuěřitelně bohatá nabídka, která se denně obměňovala (africký večer, dezertní večer, mořské plody). Krásná zahrada a bazén, animace, večerní program, možost tenisu, volejbalu, posilovny atd. Kousek od hotelu krásná pláž. Už se těším, až se sem vrátíme. Za nás naprosto top hotel!!!
