Rooms were only cleaned every 2 days IF you asked, except they don’t tell you that you need to ask. On the 3rd day I had to defend my request to have the room cleaned. Unacceptable.

My sheets were not clean and fresh and they had to come change them before I could go to bed. The service person brought the wrong size sheets before being able to get it done.

The staff is phenomenal, and very welcoming environment. Rooms are great size.

Only downfall was the pool. Looked and felt like pool hasn't had a good full clean in quite some time. Other thing was the shower heads in room were very dirty.

None of the ice machines worked except in lobby. No safe in room which we were told there was. Pool was alot smaller than we thought.

Although I booked online and my card was charged, I arrived at the hotel after coming all the way from YYZ just to learn that they did not have any more rooms available. Do not trust that the booking.com reservation actually worked.

The staff was very friendly and the kids were excited the pool stayed open later, so after a long drive they were able to have a swim before bed.

The room was clean, nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable.

The air conditioner was very loud so it did affect our sleep.

The room was not cleaned properly before our check in. There was toothpaste splattered on the bathroom mirror and the carpets were not vacuumed and countertop in the room had white shavings of paper all over it. There was a black mark on the top of the second bed comforter as well. The pool was dirty as well.

There was a little bit of an odor in that room

The room was large with a wing back chair and a desk. It was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We arrived very late and checked in after 2 am. We did not take advantage of the breakfast as we slept in.

Buffet breakfast had a nice variety to choose. Property was clean in the rooms and public areas. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping refused additional tips. Convenient to the highway, near numerous shopping centers and restaurants.

Personal taste felt the breakfast was very salty. Slow drain in the bathroom sink. Reception was advised upon departure. View was an electrical station behind the hotel so I found the price was a little high for the view.

The location was good.

The breakfast was terrible and the dining area was really cold. The pillows were cheap and flimsy. The bed was too soft. AND to top it off....there was a loud squealing sound in the hallways and we could hear it in our roo. It was continuously going during the day. My partner went to check it out and it was an old washer machine making the noise. Plus, we were traveling with pets and they charged us an extra $75 onto the total when we got there..even though when I booked it online and received the confirmation, it said there would be no other fees (and they knew we were traveling with pets). We paid in total $310 for our room. Not impressed

I loved everything the staff our room was amazing for the price it was very clean the pool was excellent very much enjoyed my stay with my wife

If I had any feedback on things I didn't like probably only be that the ice machine was not working on our floor and there was no vending machine on our floor and the floor below only had a pop machine and ice machine and other than that we enjoyed the hotel very much and will definitely come back in the future

Comfy bed and clean room. Staff were lovely and very helpful.

The shower was difficult to use and there was a loud extraction vent near the room. It was ok for me as I was tired but it would be annoying if a light sleeper!

Breakfast food was cold. Waitress stood around talking to other staff for 20 minutes before making a pot of coffee.

I had a wonderful stay with my husband. Friendly, people, clean facilities, and wonderful breakfast. Definitely didn't leave hungry. I would definitely come back.

Breakfast was excellent...food was tasty, good selection. Large, clean, quiet room. Pool area was good. Really like location. You were right off the 401 highway and central to places we were going. Overall good experience.

Two complaints concerning the bathroom. Each time the toilet was flushed, the tank lid had to be removed to adjust the rubber flap. Otherwise it would run continuously. Also, the tub is a dangerous spot while showering. We found the surface extremely slippery to stand in while showering and getting out. It needed a rougher surface.

I would like to say that my stay was ok. However you need to make sure you have staff that know how to speak proper english as well are an English speaking province!

Our shower kept dripping all the time we could not tight it enough. Also I wished they would come do our room. We stayed 3 nights and housekeeping did not come once to our room to pick up the garbage, wash bathroom and make our bed. A bit disappointing.

Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

There was black mold on the corner of the tub, wall and in the drain. I didn't dare take a shower because I wondered if the cleaned the tub/shower at all. There was black mold in the sink drain, but I didn't take a picture of it.

Everything went very well, the server in the restaurant was very pleasant and efficient. Great personality :)

Great place.

First things first. Service was good and they accommodated us when we really needed it. That being said, we had to first change rooms because we were beside 20 different kids being incredibly loud and disrespectful. Then the room we moved too smelt musty. Non of the outlets worked but one. The airconditioning unit did not work. The shower was broken and the pressure was hardly there. For the price we paid (over 200) for one night we expected much better. One more thing, no continental breakfast or free breakfast but you had to pay 15 per person for a breakfast.
