Sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende, sehr sauber, gute Liegen am Pool, tolle Lage direkt am Strand, Frühstückbuffet gut.

Abendessen a la Cart für 14 Tage zu wenig Abwechslung und auch die Qualität der Menüs war nur mittelmäßig. Abwechslungsreiches kalt und warmes Buffet wäre besser.

Lo mejor la tranquilidad. El salón del desayuno y el desayuno muy bien. La copa por la noche en la terraza, genial.

El lavabo en la habitación no me gustó mucho. El hall un poco oscuro

La atención del personal.

Lage des Hotels sowie Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals top! Zimmer (Junior Suite) sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Preis-Leistung passt für ein 5* Hotel absolut.

Nur Kleinigkeiten. Duschtür im Zimmer schließt nicht komplett, ist leicht verzogen. Personal im Restaurant könnte teilweise besser geschult werden, z.B. wem zuerst Wein eingeschenkt wird, dass man Weingläser nicht überfüllt. Und bitte hochwertigere Weingläser anschaffen, die vorhandenen entsprechen in keinster Weise einem 5* Haus!

Das gesamte Personal war „super freundlich“ Der Blick aufs Meer vom Restaurant und von der Bar. Das Restaurant war besser als alle anderen in Maspalomas.

Die Liegen am Pool waren zwar außergewöhnlich breit und dick gepolstert, aber konnten nicht in eine Position verstellt werden, sodass man z.B. lesen konnte. Man benötigte immer ein zweites Handtuch für unter dem Kopf. Meiner Meinung nach eine Fehlkonstruktion. Wenn man kein Bargeld dabei hat kann man dem sehr gutem Personal kein Trinkgeld geben. Die Möglichkeit einen „Tip“ auf den Bon zu schreiben gibt es nicht. Die rooftopbar mit zwei coolen Überlaufpools ist öffentlich und nur gegen Gebühr zu nutzen.

los horarios de los restaurantes y del bar en la azotea. Es muy pronto cerrar a las 23:00 en una terraza que no molesta a nadie.

Las instalaciones son estupendas, así como la localización y la atención del personal. Son de agradecer los detalles constantes (bolsa de playa a la llegada, dulces en la mesilla todos los días…) y me gustaría destacar también el desayuno, excelente.

El ruido por la tarde-noche. Mi habitación daba a los bares que hay justo debajo, y la música es constante hasta las 23h como mínimo. Otros posibles puntos de mejora son la iluminación de la zona del lavabo y la limpieza de la terraza.

La posizione fronte mare, proprio accanto al celebre Faro di Maspalomas, è semplicemente spettacolare. Bastano pochissimi passi per ritrovarsi sulla passeggiata, circondati dai bellissimi negozi del centro commerciale e da un'incredibile varietà di ristoranti e locali.  La piscina riscaldata è una vera oasi di pace, ideale per staccare la spina e godersi un relax totale. La nostra suite era stupenda: elegante, moderna, spaziosa e curata nei minimi dettagli.  Parcheggio in struttura ( pochi posti presenti) oppure in autosilo dove vieni accompagnato in auto di cortesia dal personale, per portare e prendere auto . Un ringraziamento di cuore a José: la sua professionalità, gentilezza e attenzione verso gli ospiti hanno reso l'esperienza ancora più speciale. Un servizio da 10 e lode, merita assolutamente una promozione! Torneremo senza dubbio

The location is exceptional, the reception staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and professional, and the hotel was spotless throughout. The facilities were excellent and everything was thoughtfully provided to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with an incredible variety of choices. There were so many delicious options that it was genuinely difficult to decide what to try first! 🥐🍓☕️ A beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, with outstanding service, attention to detail, and a breakfast that truly exceeded our expectations. Einfach alles rund um perfekt. Das Personal ist unfassbar nett und zuvorkommend. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ich auch super. Viele Restaurants und Bars in Fußnähe. Ebenso ist der Strand zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Komme auf jeden Fall wieder.

This was our third time staying. The breakfast is exceptional, the rooms are sexy, the views are magnificent, staff go above and beyond - the details are all specific and thought out. We always have a magical time.

There is nothing not to like.

La struttura è bellissima situata in una posizione centralissima a Maspalomas. Piscina riscaldata e accesso alla spiaggia a pochi metri. Lo stafff è cordialissimo e la colazione ottima con ampia scelta. La vista dalla camera sull’oceano è insuperabile. 5 stelle meritate

Consiglio solo di prenotare in anticipo il Parcheggio perché hanno pochi posti dispinibili e in periodo di alta stagione non è facile trovar parcheggio nelle zone adiacenti all hotel. La struttura mette comunque a disposizione la possibilità di parcheggiare in un altra struttura Lopesan convenzionata (sempre a pagamento) con un navetta che ti accompagna

Las habitaciones. Lo del lavabo en mitad del pasillo es terrible. No hay un punto de trabajo, por la falta de una silla, solo un tocón. Todo intenta ser ultramoderno, pero es bastante incómodo.

Super Lage, direkt neben dem Faro von Maspalomas und den weltberühmten Dünen. Das Hotel hat direkten Zugang zum Strand, gleich neben dem El Senador Restaurant. Gleich vor dem Hotel fängt die Meloneras Restaurant und Einkaufsmeile an. Das Zimmer war Top, das Frühstuck sehr umfanfgreich und toll präsentiert. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Frühstücksraum waren stets sehr aufmerksam. Nicht verpassen: die Roof-Top-Louge & Pool

Im Bad war wenig Ablagefläche. Kaum Parkplätze direkt am Hotel, dafür gibt es ein großes Parkaus in ca 10min fussläufiger Entfernung, neben dem Busbahnhof.

il bagno è di quelli moderni destrutturati, in uno sgabuzzino il water, la doccia praticamente in camera e il lavabo una penisola attaccata al letto. Impedisce privacy e possibilità di dormire se qualcuno si alza presto e vuole anche solo lavarsi la faccia.

Es war in einer guten Lage, Zimmer sehr schick und aufmerksame Reinigung. Latecheckout für 30 Euro war auch top.

Restaurant könnte verbessert werden. Frühstücksbuffet und Abendessen sprach mich persönlich nicht so an. Es sollte viel mehr Auswahl geben und weniger Gäste die zeitgleich essen gehen. Dafür gabs neben dem Hotel ein Restaurant "El Senador" das ich empfehlen kann! Der Altersdurchschnitt in diesem Hotel ist min ü50+.

Absolutamente todo. La decoración , el ambiente, la ubicación, el servicio, el desayuno, el personal , la comodidad de las hamacas en la piscina ,volvería sin duda.

Otroligt rent, snyggt och modernt. Fantastisk pool och bubbelpool med uppvärmt vatten samt de skönaste solbäddarna. Lugn och skön atmosfär vid poolen men pooler på taket för de som vill ha hög musik. Nära en massa restauranger och strandpromenaden samt busshållplatsen. Mycket bra frukost.

Hade gärna haft ett vanligt badrum istället för tvättställ i rummet. Kan kännas lite mörkt i rummet.

This is our second visit at Hotel Faro. We were not disappointed the hotel is in a great location for restaurants & shops. The hotel is very modern very clean the sun beds are so luxurious. The staff are amazing nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was amazing we always ordered off of the menu and was never disappointed. In your room you receive a complimentary drink and a small bottle with magic beans if you take these home and follow the instructions you will end up with a plant with the hotel logo on the leaves it is amazing. A lovely reminder of our lovely holiday ,will definitely be back next year There are some photos of the plant I recommend you take your magic beans home and watch them grow. Also a view from the restaurant , I miss this view so much while enjoying my breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel enough all I can say is book it and try for yourself, you will not be disappointed.

Having had the luxury of staying in most of the Lopesan hotels in Meloneras, I can confidently say Hotel Faro, a Lopesan Collection Hotel, has got it completely right. I should start with saying that it is Adults Only, unlike the other Lopesan hotels in the area. Unlike other properties that require you to pay extra upfront for a "Unique" service tier at booking, Hotel Faro gives you total flexibility. You can simply add extras on the days you actually want them—like reserving double sunbeds or accessing the rooftop terrace, bar and pools. Accommodation - We stayed in a Junior Suite with breathtaking ocean views, it was worth the extra! The room was amazing with subtle lighting and air conditioning (which was a must). Room came equipped with a fantastic power shower (no bath), ample hanging space, and a mini-bar. We loved the complimentary extras in the room—sun hat, beach bag, flip-flops, and slippers were a lovely, thoughtful addition! Location - This was an unbeatable location with direct beach access, step right out of the rear pool gate and you are directly on the boardwalk. Ideally situated within seconds of great shops, bars, and restaurants (if you choose to venture out). No big hills or mountains to climb, mostly on the flat along the promenade. The overall cleanliness of the entire hotel was absolutely impeccable. Dining & Food - Great flexibility brilliant dining concept! Guests can choose between a fully served breakfast and in the evening a three-course dinner, and/or a mix of served and buffet, or just buffet. We originally planned to mix things up and eat out some nights, but the food was so good we didn't eat out once—even though we know from past visits that the nearby restaurants are great. Rooftop Terrace Pro-Tip 💡The views from the rooftop terrace are simply stunning! Book the rooftop day pass in advance on the Lopesan website for €40 per person. It includes lunch and a cocktail, which is incredible value! If you book directly at the hotel, it’s a €30 minimum spend per person that doesn't include lunch (though value depends on what you plan to drink). The Staff - First and foremost, special recognition must go to the team. There was not a single member of staff who wasn't incredibly helpful. Everyone consistently went above and beyond to make our stay special. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Great location being right on the front by Maspalomas lighthouse and only a short walk to many choices of restaurants if you wanted to venture out. The rooms were clean and comfortable The pool staff were extremely helpful and attentive making sure you had enough sun/shade for your liking and moving the umbrellas to suit

On arrival you have to choose your breakfast time for your stay. I didn't like this as each day is different and part of being on holiday is being able to relax with no real time constraints. My first morning I had to work so breakfast needed to be early but for the remainder of the stay I wanted a lie in so although I paid for breakfast, I only used the facility once during my stay

The Hotel is well located and well maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. We had a room with a stunning sea view and we could see the sunset every day, it was amazing. The breakfast was really good, there was a wide variety of food to pick from and the quality was also really good. We had a car and we weren't willing to pay for hotel parking, but luckily the hotel provided a very good (free) shuttle service from the hotel to free parking further out.

The building looked a little bit dull and monotone from the outside, it didn't really look like a hotel. Sometimes the breakfast area was really crowded and it felt like mass tourism. To be fair, the hotel staff did advise us that if you go late, it will be crowded. The coffee was not really good and they only had two types of Nespresso machines. However, in a hotel like this, i would have expected an espresso machine or even a barista.

This is an adult only hotel and is right on the beach at Maspalomas. I had a side view room overlooking the lighthouse and sea. It was quite a quirky room with a large wet room and washbasin incorporated into the main room. Everything about the hotel, rooms and pool was 5 star. The room had an extensive mini bar, Nespresso machine and kettle. The sunlounges by the pool had thick mattresses and these were rigorously cleaned each evening. Service by the pool was attentive and prompt. I had half board and access to the dining area was timed so it was never overcrowded. The view from the dining room and bar was superb The food was good with both a themed menu in the evening as well as a buffet. There was sky bar and pool on top of the hotel. I only visited once as it was noisy in the evening. This is accessed by a lift running outside the hotel at the side and I found the proximity to my room (1508) intrusive and would avoid next time. I was a solo traveler and was well cared for by the staff. Would thoroughly recommend.

My mum and I stayed at Hotel Faro Maspalomas for two nights, and we only wish we had booked a longer stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. Our beachfront room was absolutely stunning—spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, and with breathtaking views. The hotel’s location couldn’t have been better, right on the beach with fantastic restaurants just a short walk away. We also loved that it was next to the promenade, which was perfect for a lovely evening stroll, and just a short walk from the famous Maspalomas Sand Dunes. One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the beautiful rooftop pool. It was the perfect place to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the incredible views in such a peaceful setting. The service was truly five-star throughout our stay. A special thank you to Marcel, the concierge, who went above and beyond with his warm welcome and excellent recommendations. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made our stay even more memorable. The hotel was peaceful, luxurious, and exceeded all of our expectations. We couldn’t fault a single thing and would highly recommend Hotel Faro Maspalomas to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality stay in Gran Canaria. The only downside was that we only booked two nights—we’ll definitely be back for longer next time!

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Faro fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bienvenidos y cuidados, especialmente por Michael y Daniel. Lo que realmente hace especial a este hotel es su equipo. Todo el personal, sin excepción, fue increíblemente amable, profesional, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar con una sonrisa. Se nota que disfrutan su trabajo y hacen que los huéspedes se sientan como en casa. Las instalaciones son excelentes, la ubicación es perfecta y el ambiente invita a relajarse y disfrutar de las vacaciones. Cada detalle está muy bien cuidado y eso hace que la experiencia sea aún más especial. Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel al 100 %. Si están pensando en visitar Gran Canaria, el Hotel Faro es una elección fantástica. Nosotros nos llevamos recuerdos maravillosos y, sobre todo, el cariño y la atención de un equipo humano verdaderamente excepcional. ¡Muchísimas gracias a todo el personal por hacer de nuestra estancia una experiencia inolvidable! Position and services top quality

I didn't completely feel in a 5-star hotel for the service offered. Couple of examples: 1.Cleanliness: mirror stains remained despite many days; floor was not mopped every day; terrace wasn't cleaned; the linen change didn't happen automatically on the 3rd or 4th day (as we were staying 8 nights), I called to ask to change linens and the next day they did change. 2.Staff service was good but not brilliant, not going above and beyond as a 5-star supposed to do. As well I felt reception team is a bit rude when they communicate in english and also everyone is telling different information. NB: I am a Training and Quality manager of a 5-star hotel, I know what 5-star should feel like.

Por poner un pero, fuimos a cenar la segunda noche al restaurante que está en la terraza del último piso del hotel.. La comida fría y tardaron mucho del primer plato al segundo..

There is only one word to describe our 7 day break here - fabulous! From the start to finish the staff were brilliant - from the front desk, pool staff, cleaners and restaurant staff - all make you feel very welcome. We stayed in a suite on floor 2 overlooking the pool and sea - it is the best room we have ever had across all Of our European holidays it was simply superb - large comfortable bed, mini bar, walk in shower, daily towels and cleaning and our room maid always left us a nice chocolate treat. I can honestly say there is nothing to find fault with this hotel it’s definitely 5*. If I was to make any observation it would be that the entertainment in the hotel isn’t widely advertised meaning at times there may be 4-5 people watching - granted the World Cup is in motion and you could watch it in your room where there are London channels or alternatively watch it on the huge tv near the pool! Where have you ever been where they actually cook your eggs to order ? You get a great choice with breakfast and there can be no complaints whatsoever - thank you Lopesan Faro we will be back in the future

The hotel was great, the 8/10 represents the value for money it is one of the more expensive hotels in the area...the pool area is fantastic genuine 5 star , location is perfect near beach , shops (lacoste rolex etc) beach clubs and restaurants. room is fantastic for solo or couples - NOT for friends as the shower and toilet are both quite exposed to the rest of the room. I was upgraded to sea view.

1) my aircon was stuck around 22.5 degrees for 2 days and then fixed when requested...it got down to 21.5... which after a few hours in the sun actually isn't that cool. I think there is some sort of air con limit which is odd for a 5 star. 2) some pool waiters/waitresses are great others not so much, you have to wave them down for a drink and once - only once a sever got annoyed that I walked up to her vs waiting 20 mins to be seen (every other day it was 5 mins) 3)the reception area is very casual but had to queue every single time I wanted to speak. 4) gym had no water facilities - this is an urgent fix needed as I was in there with one other guy and he left after 5 mins due to this.

No podemos decir que es lo que más nos ha gustado, porque todo ha superado nuestras expectativas desde el momento de nuestra llegada hasta nuestra salida. 10/10

The breakfast was nice, repetitive but nice. The staff were excellent, rather annoying to have to pay to have an ice bucket but this was resolved after explaining the bottle was a gift from the hotel.

No es la primera vez que voy porque está ubicado perfectamente, en un sitio muy estratégico justo debajo del faro de Maspalomas ,al lado de la playa y las dunas al lado de la zona de bares y restaurantes, si puedes ir a todos los sitios andando con muchísima comodidad. Pero sin duda es un Hotel muy cuidado el personal extremadamente atento y además de solo para adultos es importante para mí porque viajo sola habitualmente

Sehr sauber, sehr gutes Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal . Die Mitarbeiter der Roof Top Bar können sich in Sachen Freundlichkeit und Bedienung noch verbessern, man fühlt sich nicht willkommen. Sehr schade die Bar ist super schön. Besonders lobenswert sind die beiden Pool Herren am Morgen und Salvatore speziell….. sehr aufmerksam und immer für das Wohl der Gäste bemüht😀

Wij komen hier al voor de 4e keer en het blijft genieten! Van het heerlijke uitgebreide ontbijt, de comfortabele ligbedden met de heerlijke dikke kussens bij het zwembad. Het lieve personeel wat ons weer herkende en echt alles voor je doen om je vakantie zo zorgeloos mogelijk te maken. De ligging van het hotel heerlijk aan de zee en mooie boulevard. Het was weer geweldig!

The room, the view, the massages.

Food can be improved, Car park space for guest check ins and check outs should be arranged. Too much relied on the app. People maybe want to go on holiday and disconnect, whilr like this they are obliged to stay on the app all the time, moreover the app does not give the right info. I had to skip dinner because the closure time of the kitchen on the app was wrong and also the employees at bar and reception gave me the wrong time! Dinner closing at 21h30 at buffet and 22h at rooftop is really too early for a 5 star hotel in Spain in summer when sunset is at 21h30!

Sobretodo su limpieza y la amabilidad del personal en general. Quiero hacer mención sobretodo a Salvatore el chico de la piscina y hamacas por su amabilidad en todo momento y su profesionalidad!! Estaba pendiente de todos para nuestra comodidad. Excelente trabajo!!

A place worth visiting. It's close to nature and offers a peaceful setting. Stunning views from the terraces on various levels. On the roof, there's a stunning infinity pool and a DJ deck.

Too few activities on offer before the season.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The hotel is so modern and is exceptionally clean. The location is right along the promenade next to the Lighthouse which meant that it was ready easy and very pleasant to leave the hotel and wander along the promenade to all the beautiful restaurants and boutique type shops.

I stay here every time I need to disconnect and it’s perfect. The staff is helpful and lovely; from reception to every single area, everyone is so welcoming. 100% recommended

Amazing stay overall! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and the room was stunning—clean, comfortable, and beautifully presented.

The only downside was the noise. I could hear running water from the room next door, which was a little disruptive at times. Aside from that, everything was excellent, and I would happily stay here again.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with plenty of bars, restaurants and shopping within close proximity. The hotel itself is spectacular, we stayed in a junior suite which was huge and equipped with everything we needed; toiletries, robe and slippers, hairdryer, complimentary beach bag, hat etc. On arrival we were greeted with a warm welcome and a drink of our choice. Our room wasn’t ready but we were offered a room to change in if required. There was a wide choice of food at the breakfast buffet, however it was the same each day, but it was all fresh and tasted good. The main pool is heated which is a massive plus for me! The loungers were very comfortable and there were always some available, no matter what time you arrived. The rooftop area was never busy, however the pools weren’t heated and there was a €30 fee for each bed, which is easily spendable if you have a few drinks or some food. We had lunch up there and the food was delicious. The only downsides for me was that the bed in the room was slightly too hard , but that is personal preference. As mentioned in other reviews the hotel would benefit from a poolside bar, or for the staff to be more visible for you to order. Overall I would rate this hotel a 9 out of 10 and would happily return!

We stayed at the big family Lopesan next door nearly 20 years ago, so thought we’d come back and try the adults only as empty nesters. The hotel is only 25 minutes in a taxi from the airport and as you embark it’s difficult to find the exterior of the hotel attractive. However, our cases were whisked away and we were greeted at reception and offered a drink of our choice. The lobby has an ultra modern design, with dark tones that surprisingly create a calming atmosphere. Our room was 1409 and had a double aspect balcony and had sun in the late afternoon. The room was again dark and had ample storage space for a week. Yes, the sink is in the middle of the room and if hubby was shaving and I wanted something in the wardrobe we both had to squeeze in. The bed was large and had clean, crisp sheets and two big fluffy pillows each. Personal choice but I did not find the bed comfortable as a little too firm for me. Free water for tea and coffee but the full fridge was chargeable. Two free cocktail bottles and chocolates on arrival. Turn down service around 5.30 with a chocolate bar. We were B&B and really enjoyed the breakfast (bar one thing, explain later). Lovely fresh orange juice and coffee poured on being seated. Fabulous fresh fruit, credit to the fruit guy! There is a menu to order certain things, eg porridge, omelettes, eggs Benedict, Croque Madame etc, which we can highly recommend. The pool area is lovely, the most comfortable sunbeds with a warm pool. It is windy but not all the time, it comes and goes but one really big gust covered us in a bit of sand from the beach! There is a towel hut, lifeguard and an umbrella man who is extremely helpful and a credit to the hotel. No pool bar as such, waiter service only and at times it was hard to get their attention. No music playing and no pool activities. There is a gym and Pilates classes but did not see much happening. If you go out of the back door you are on the promenade along the back of the beach. To your left are beach bars and restaurants and of course the beach. Lovely walk all the way to the sand dunes and back. To your right is the Lopesan boulevard with bars, designer shops and many restaurants. Our favourite restaurant was El Salvador and we ate there twice. Lots of supermarkets scattered about. This was a flop and drop holiday but we did get the bus into Puerto de Mogan about 5ish one day, where we had a walk about, a drink and then a fabulous dinner at a restaurant called I Love Mogan on the harbour. Mogan is well worth a visit, very different vibe. All in all a great week in a hotel that is so very nearly 5*. Most staff cannot do enough for you and are a credit to the management. Couple of moans coming up - I don’t drink coffee so at breakfast while hubby got poured his first coffee of the day I had to go up to the machine to make myself a cup of tea. Most 5* hotels would serve me this at the table. Secondly, the drinks pool service needs refining; I would have been happy to go to the bar myself, rather than trying for ages to catch someone’s eye but there isn’t one. Alternatively, as other hotels do, let us be able to order our drinks online which will surely be easier for the wait staff.

I don’t know how anyone can complain about this hotel. It’s absolutely beautiful. We have been lucky enough to have been to many hotels all over the world but this is absolutely the best. We were treat like VIPs from the moment we arrived. Taking our luggage to our room and a lovely welcoming from reception with a choice of welcome drink. We were wowed by the beauty of the hotel from the moment we walked in the hotel. Yes it’s dark but it’s classy and sophisticated. Our room is the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. The ‘sink and storage’ is not an issue. There is ample room to put your toiletries. The room is cleaned at least once a day and towels replaced. No issues getting sun beds. These are the comfiest we’ve experienced. All staff are amazing., friendly and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast is great. Good choice. Something for everyone., ( we stayed B&B) we booked the roof top one day on the condition you spend €30 per person. Well worth it as food, drinks and views are amazing. Location is great as you’re near to everything. My only recommendation would be to reduce the price of drinks as they are expensive and have a pool bar. Yes the waiter/waitress service is nice but we waited a long time trying to get drinks. A bar would have been nice. Wed would have spent more time in bar etc as it’s beautiful if drinks were more reasonably priced. Thank you for a beautiful stay 😎

L’hôtel était parfait. Les chambres sont magnifiques, le personnel très agréable, et le petit-déjeuner de qualité. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel (et il est aussi plus calme que le Lopesan Costa Meloneras à 5 minutes qui est par contre plus grand).

The Faro hotel was beyond my expectations From the time of arrival the staff could not have been more helpful. The pool area is beautiful as is the whole hotel. Agustin at the front desk gave me great advice on places to visit etc . I lost my sunglasses and contacted them a week later when I had checked out and they had found the sunglasses and returned them to me. I would highly recommend this hotel for location and enjoyable stay.
