Location is perfect. On the edge of the busier parts of the island but still tranquil.

The hotel started renovating the pool bar half way through our stay. The temporary facility was not good enough. The drinks were overpriced. The Piano Bar was also poorly organized, with people waiting a long time for drinks and staff looking confused.

The lobby with piano bar was nice. Size of pool was great and pool bar was great.

Pool was completely out of most peoples depth for the whole thing which is unusual now a days. Mattress was very poor on the bed and the bin in bathroom was rusty and broken which just says to me that they are not paying attention to detail. Cleaning was on average also.

The location is great if you want to stay away from the big crowds in Costa Adeje or Playa de Las Americas. The beach in front of the hotel is quite big and very nice as it's not overcrowded. The hotel is very clean and staff is amazing, very attentive and very dedicated to make your stay as nice as possible. There is a lot to offer inside the hotel and there is a different shows going on every night. There is a lot of amenities, especially for kids to enjoy themselves.

Parking is a bit problematic as there is a limited number of spaces in front. There is free public parking available all around the hotel, but it is usually quite packed over the day - people going to the nice beach and camper vans. If you don't want to listen to shows every night, be sure to take the room that doesn't overlook the inside yard of the hotel - the pool area. There is a show going on until 11pm most nights.

Très beau séjour au H10 Costa Adeje Palace ! Hôtel agréable, propre et très reposant, avec de belles piscines et une ambiance familiale. Le personnel était accueillant et notre fille a beaucoup apprécié les espaces pour enfants. Une très belle façon de terminer nos vacances à Tenerife ❤️

forse sarebbe il caso al check in mettere un braccialetto ai ragazzi da 12anni in su onde evitare accessi nelle zone proibite ai minori dei 12 anni come nella jacuzzi e nella piscina a sfioro dove i genitori se ne sono approfittati a più riprese.

Ligging buiten het drukste deel is pluspunt, aanbod bij ontbijt en diner is gigantisch, zeer vriendelijk personeel. Zwembaden zijn groot en vrijwel altijd een ligbed vrij.

Voor de rust moet je hier niet zijn, altijd druk rond het zwembad en in de eetzaal. Jammer genoeg iedere avond luide animatie tot 23u, boekje lezen op de ruime balkons is moeilijk

We really liked the hotel grounds — beautiful, green and very well maintained. The location is peaceful and quiet, but you can easily walk to a lively little village nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the cocktails at the bar were delicious!

We didn’t like that there were no available spaces in the underground parking, and it wasn’t possible to reserve a parking spot in advance. The food was quite varied, but unfortunately, the taste and overall quality of some dishes could be improved(squid)

Heel aangename zwembaden, lekkere cocktails. Het personeel was vriendelijk en sprak vlot Engels. Het optreden van de pianist op dinsdagavond in de piano bar was magisch. Top dat ik een nummer kon aanvragen! De 2 avonden À la carte in een restaurantje op locatie van hotel was heel sfeervol en smaakte heerlijk.

Dat het buitenzwembad met zicht op zee sloot om 18u... dat is wel erg vroeg. Bij de kids disco stond het volume te luid. Het eten in het zelfbedieningsrestaurant was vaak te koud.

Beautiful hotel. Nice if you are adults that want a quiet holiday far away from the centre.

The swimming pools were all too deep. Minimum 1.45m for someone 5ft 2 or kids its no use. Totally spoiled the holiday as my 10 year old who could only stand up in either the kids pool (which actually said he was too tall for) or the adult infinity pool which he got thrown out of by the lifeguard, even though he was with us and not doing any harm. Location wasn't great and food was not to our taste. The iberostar waves was much better I.O.O

We liked the food most of the time. The fan in the room was great too. Also, it was nice to have a kettle and the mini fridge. Great and friendly staff - always happy to help and friendly. The entrance to the hotel was very impressive.

The bathroom could be cleaned a bit better. The dirty tea cups were not replaced for the 7 days we stayed there. The pillows were dirty and old. The rooms were a bit dated and there was very little attention to detail unlike the main entrance.

Всё было на высоком уровне.Уборка номером отличная,кухня и обслуживание на высшем уровне,особенно хочу отметить Ибрагима и Алехандро(кудрявые волосы с хвостом)которые работали на кухне и баре.Еда всегда была разнообразная и вкусная,много морепродуктов и мяса.Шоу программы были очень интересные каждый вечер.

Большая проблема с шезлонгами возле бассейна,люди занимают шезлонги,а сами уходят и долгое время не возвращаются.И получается,что людей нет и места для отдыха тоже нет,так как там лежат чужие полотенца.Хотелось бы это как-то исправить.Не знаю почему,но на стойке регистрации персонал был неприветливым и лишний раз не хотелось подходить и задавать интересующие меня вопросы.

La habitación no me gustó. En otras ocasiones estuve y tenía una buena habitación, esta vez la habitación baño muy antiguo

Все было отлично всем рекомендую. Отдых был 10 /10. Официанты были приветливые и внимательны, номера убираются каждый день качественно, еда очень вкусная и разнообразна . Шоу программа для взрослых и детей тоже интересная .

Нам не понравилось отношение персонала на ресепшене , люди неприветливые. Что в день приезда что в день уезда люди нас встречали и провожали без улыбки. У нас была назначена морская экскурсия мы попросили помощи так как мы не могли понять куда нам нужно идти чтобы нас забрал автобус , персонал к сожалению нам не помог сказал на выходе и в этот день к сожалению мы так и не попали на экскурсию так как автобус был совсем в другой стороне , я попросила позвонить туда мне отказали.

Everything was great, the staff were really nice, the food was really good, and the all-inclusive package was excellent value for money. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a really nice sea view. Perfect walking distance from main Costa Adeje, close enough for a comfortable walk but far away enough to feel the peace and quiet. Also appreciated not having loads of activities in the pool all day, allowing the pool area to be relaxed without loud speakers and music.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les spectacles nocturnes pour les enfants, notamment avec la mascotte Daisy, qui ont beaucoup plu à notre fille. Les chambres étaient également très agréables, et le parc aquatique pour enfants a été un vrai point fort du séjour.

- Manque de places de stationnement, ce qui peut rapidement devenir très contraignant. - Nourriture trop industrielle, avec une qualité et une variété qui pourraient être améliorées. - Boissons basiques non incluses, notamment les soft drinks et surtout l’eau, ce qui est assez surprenant pour ce type d’établissement. - Bouilloire de la chambre désactivée, avec un supplément de 2 € par jour pour pouvoir l’utiliser. Il nous semble anormal de facturer l’accès à un équipement aussi basique. - Changement des serviettes de piscine propres payant, là encore un service qui devrait, selon nous, être inclus. - Salle de sport à l’accès trop limité, avec des horaires d’ouverture très restreints. De plus, aucun distributeur d’eau fraîche n’y était mis à disposition, ce qui est particulièrement regrettable et peu pratique pour un espace dédié à l’activité physique. - Fermeture de la plus grande piscine pendant deux jours de notre séjour, son accès ayant été totalement condamné. Cela a été particulièrement décevant compte tenu de l’importance des piscines dans le choix de cet hôtel. - Absence de véritable service au bord de la piscine, notamment pour les boissons et consommations. - Personnel globalement froid et peu accueillant, avec un manque de chaleur et de convivialité dans les échanges.

piscines molt netes, per sort amb poca gent a dins l'aigua, la gent passa més estona a les tumbones prenent el sol que a dins l'aigua. Una nit van haver de tancar la piscina per contaminació fecal, però en menys de 24h van tenir el tema solucionat, o sigui que molt eficços

no anava la cascada d'aigua del jardí que crec que donaria un plus a l'ambientació del voltant de la zona de les piscines, potser aniria bé posar ciment nou entre les lloses del terra per evitar que es descalcin, tot i que no molesta gaire. ALguna font d'aigua a la zona de les piscines també estaria bé

Came with family to this hotel 2 years ago and loved it so much had to come back again. We were not disappointed and if anything the second time was better Rooms clean, bar and catering service couldn’t do enough for you. Would highly recommend

I love this place! It’s our 2nd time here. The staff are very friendly & always happy to help. The food is of high quality and plenty of variety for adults and children. The entertainment is good and different every night. The hotel is right next to the beach and there is a nice walk along the sea. Highly recommend for a family trip and I will probably be returning again. Thank you!!

Great hotel' in graet place and spot. near to a special beach, the food was tasty and thay have a huge verayety of food. we recomand the island.

Myself, my sister and mum stayed for 10 days all inclusive. Staff were amazing, friendly and very attentive. Especially Jonay who personalised our stay everyday!

We have had a lovely family holiday in this hotel. It is very chilled and the bar staff are very attentive! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a chilled break away in a lovely location.

Lo único que no me gustó es que en la piscina infiniti que hay colocado un cartel de mayores de 12 años no se respete. Había muchos padres metidos con sus hijos pequeños ocupando espacio y molestando. Mi recomendación es que cambien la edad y lo pongan para mayores de 16 para que los adultos sin hijos también tengamos un espacio para disfrutar. Ya que para los niños hay 2 piscinas enormes mas la que tiene los toboganes que es exclusiva para niños. Gracias

Location - excellent. It’s far from the commercial busy bit of Tenerife and close to La Caletta which is a nice small fishing village and small restaurants. Close to Playa Del Duque and the nice parts. Close to nice hotels too. A nice walk to Fanabe. Atmosphere - typical resort atmosphere , big pool, calm lobby. Nice balcony. Rooms - basic but everything you need. You need to pay more to use the safe, no tea and coffee making facilities unless you pay extra. Bedding not changed in the 10 nights we stayed there. Cleanliness of the room is poor - big clunks of dust under the bed, wardrobe dusty, crevices not cleaned. Value - this hotel upsells everything. You need to pay to use the pool tables, pay for the safe, pool towels if you want them changed, kettle for the room. Buffet - not to our taste but has something for most preferences. Surprised the paella was flavourless. The service was poor especially from the guy who served the omelette and crepe - he is terrifying, my son was scared to order from him. The food is poorly labelled. It would do better if it had more variety for international palettes. It’s mostly a beige buffet with a salad bar and bread bar. No curry’s or variety of this sort. We were half board and was able to swap lunch/dinner. Entertainment - children disco every night at half 8 with the same playlist - kids entertainers were great. adult entertainment at 9:30pm - good variety and effort from the performers. Piano bar has entertainment at half 8 too. Our Favourite atmosphere in the place. Staff - mostly stern and unfriendly . Big shout out to Brahmin (buffet and bar service staff) such a lovely guy. Lucia at check in was abrupt and abrasive - impatient and didn’t provide any information or welcome when we arrived. Was told to read the website QR for info about the hotel and wasn’t forthcoming when asked questions. Gym - not well equipped! Half the dumbbells were missing. Bikes without tracking screens. One rower. Brand Bodytone. One cable machine. One kettlebell 16k - you’d be lucky if it’s in the gym. One leg curl / extension machine. For a 4 star hotel the gym Needs massive investment. No mats for stretching either. I did a few workouts just to get heart rate up and I used one dumbbell if I could get the right weight. The aircon was never on when I was in there either. The gym has a shower, Turkish bath and sauna and a small indoor pool connected to it. Pool - very deep. From 1.45 to 1.95m. Most of the pool is deeper than 1.55m. Just a small section is 1.45m. Large pool area. Nice fresh water section too. People Reserve beds from 9am so some days it’s hard to find a bed. There’s a kids splash bit which is good and a kids paddle pool. There is no pool side service so you’d have to order at the bar. Overall - pretty hotel, great location, great pool area if you can get a lounger. I wouldn’t book here again.

This hotel was nice enough, great for kids, the jungle pool is fab and shallow enough we could let our 4 year old in there without always being in there with him, there is a life guard patrolling at all times. Al a carte restaurants are lovely, buffet for breakfast is great, dinner a bit hit and miss, pool snack bar is nice that you can order food however the stuff you help yourself to could have a bit more variety. Things I had issues with - no tea and coffee making facilities in the room? I have never seen this even in budget hotels. We have small children and up really early, it would be great to have a coffee on the balcony looking at the amazing view. On a similar note - I have stayed in h10 hotels here and there have been water stations dotted around where as here you have to wait in line at the bar to get water and other soft drinks, pretty annoying when there’s long queues. Cocktails were mediocre and things like espresso martinis are not included on AI you have to pay for them. Just an fyi - preferred roof top bar is adults only so cannot see the value in booking preferred if you have children unless we missed something. This one is not the fault of the hotel but jet2, jet2 have this hotel listed as having a swim up bar which they don’t so please be wary of this if this is a selling point for you. Overall a nice hotel, very clean, staff nice and great for kids, close to Costa adeje and a lovely prom but could have easily for 5 stars with simple tweaks.

Hotel was lovely, three massive pools and a great kids jungle pool with slides! Views of the sea are fantastic! Easy wrist bands for room access and to pay for drinks if you’re not all inclusive! We will return as had a fantastic family holiday

Travelled for a wedding and stayed here. Rooms were okay but not as nice as photos, mini bar not part of the all inclusive, there were some really lovely staff in the restaurants but many of them were quite grumpy and unpleasant. Overall, it’s a good mid range hotel and the food was nice but if we were to stay again, we wouldn't go back here.

hotel staff are very nice and accommodating. however, in the room our balcony door didnt lock like it was supposed meaning we had to leave it unlocked and left is feeling unsafe at night. the pool with turn your swim stuff yellow if its white and walls are very thin. the fan in the room also makes a constant clicking noise that keeps you awake. overall very nice hotel and staff just small things amd is also very far from everything.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options, and the facilities, including the gym and pool, were clean and enjoyable. the service exceeded my expectations

A beautiful hotel located in a quiet location right next to the promenade and the black sand beach. The rooms are comfortable, tidy and nicely furnished. The hotel itself has several restaurants, meals included with accommodation are buffet style, with a special offer of traditional, international, Asian and other cuisine. A large selection of food for vegetarians and vegans, allergy sufferers, etc. There was a rich entertainment program until late in the evening, morning yoga, exercises in the pool, entertaining shows and performances in the evening, etc. A large selection of entertainment for smaller children from two amusement parks, etc. There are 9 pools on offer, the largest of which has a sea view.

The only complaint is that despite the notice that sun loungers are not allowed to be occupied, most of them did so by leaving towels on a large number of sun loungers, so we were without a single place to lie down for two days.

Not sure about the restaurants within but buffet dinner food was just not worth the money, go support local restaurants and you’ll end up spending the same money but on good fresh food with amazing atmosphere.

Номера очень средние в сравнении с остальными великолепными качествами отеля, за эти деньги ожидаешь лучшего . Еда разнообразная , но тоже очень среднего качества. Больше минусов нет, а многие, возможно, со мной не согласятся.

Las piscinas sobre todo la infantil ...parabirbcon niños es genial y el espectáculo de el payaso con los bailarines haciendo acrobacias un súper nivel.

Que no hay Internet en las habitaciones. No se podía ver Netflix por ejemplo en el televisor. Creo que esto en la época que vivimos no puede faltar en una estancia estar sin WiFi.

A 10h du matin on étais à l'hôtel ,on nous a dis que la chambre sera prête avant 15h et qu'on va nous contacter vers 11 ,on a eu la chambre vers 15h.pas d'appel à 11h. Pas de coton dans la salle de bain . On avait droit a une bouteille d'eau minérale le 1er jour.

I was there for night photography and wish the "Sleeping" sign on the door would make clear that loud talking in front of it doesn't help.

Just arrived home from this beautiful hotel, lovely to see so many excellent reviews and also chatting to people whilst away who also loved being in such a friendly hotel. As soon as we arrived, which was late in the evening, 9.30pm, we were met by Daniel who checked us in, got us a glass of cava each and was super friendly and accommodating - check in was quick, room allocated was 567 and our first time staying as privilege quests. We arrived in the room and everything was just perfect, super clean, modern, sea and pool view and then a cold platter of food arrived for us to enjoy our our balcony which was a lovely touch too. Each night we received lovely chocolates from the friendly team. We ate at the pool bar, main restaurant and La Tosca as well as fabulous menu A at Sakura Teppanyaki. Every member of staff we came into contact with was excellent and very friendly, no exception. Thank you for a fabulous stay and all topped off with a great room to make our holiday even better!

Had an absolutely wonderful 5 night stay with my 2 best friends. This was our first holiday as a group and we had the best time. We were so impressed by the friendliness and hospitality of the staff, they were always smiling and laughing, always asking us how we were enjoying our holiday. The all inclusive food was amazing, a lot of variety and gave us a chance to try some Spanish dishes. Our room was very spacious and extremely clean, we were prepared to be cramped together with our stuff all over, but the room was so spacious we all had our own beds and designated areas for our stuff. We loved having the choice of pools, and access to the sky bar on a night time. The mini bar in the room was also amazing and a treat we didn't expect. We felt like we were living a life of luxury! Although we didn't stay with the Privilege package, the Privilege areas looked lovely, the infinity pool and private bar overlooking the beach, and the rooftop pool looked amazing. I didn't want to leave the hotel by the end of the trip. But not to worry, as I have rebooked with TUI to stay with my boyfriend for 7 nights in July, so I cannot wait to be back and share the wonderful atmosphere of H10 Costa Adeje with him! I have been recommending this hotel to all my friends and family since we returned. See you in July! :)

TODO. Me he hospedado muchas veces en este hotel hace años. Las instalaciones se han ampliado. El bufet fantástico en cantidad y calidad. La ubicación tranquila El personal muy atento y pendiente tanto en recepción, como en piscinas y en comedor.

Mi única queja, muy fácil de mejorar. El check out, es a las 12:00 h. Pues a las 11:45h., el personal de pisos, tocó en la puerta y sin terminar todavía de tocar, la abrió, sin esperar una respuesta por nuestra parte de si podían entrar o no. 10 segundos antes, mi marido estaba desnudo... Pienso que no son maneras Dejamos la habitación a las 12:00 h. Al hacer el check out se lo comentamos a la recepcionista y nos dijo que lo hablaría con la gobernanta. Esperamos que no suceda la próxima vez

A környék nagyon szép, a sétány amit közvetlenül a szállodából kilépve el lehet érni reggel és este is nagyon hangulatos. Minden este sétáltunk, Los Cristianos felé hangulatos bárok, éttermek fogadtak. Lehetőség van hajfonásra, táskák és egyéb kiegészítők vásárlására.

A szobákban szerencsére nem, de a szálloda kinti részén voltak csótányok. Nem sok, de azért találkoztunk velük.

The hotel was generally very comfortable with many facilities. Beautiful location. Staff were polite and always ready to assist.

It is essential that the hotel gym should provide a water dispenser, floor mats, towels and a variety of weights. This was the only area of the hotel that needs to be addressed.

I have stayed in hotels across the world for forty years and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It’s got to be Spain’s revenge for Fawlty Towers. It was supposed to be a 4 star but it would struggle to meet one star. We were there for a week all inclusive. We arrived at 930pm when our flight was delayed and was told the restaurant was shut and we were told to go across the road to the restaurant and had to pay £150 euros for 6 people. We promised him a bad review but the man on reception said go ahead we’re not bothered. How can this dump claim to be a 4 star when you don’t even get a kettle in your room? The toilet roll holder was loose in the wall and there were silverfish in the bathroom. The food was mediocre with a limited choice of food. The entertainment at night was extremely poor and dated featuring an Elton John impersonator an acrobat and a magician. On another night they had a piano player playing 1940’s music out of tune. I couldn’t decide if this was a deliberate tactic so customers didn’t use the all inclusive. At breakfast my partner sat on a broken chair. She was told to chill by the Restaurant manager when she complained about it. The place was tatty with stains on the carpet. The main bar service is extremely poor with the staff hiding from customers in the back. It was busy during the evening but they rarely had anyone serving so you had to wait 20 minutes for a drink. The bar shuts at midnight and on one occasion we approached the bar at 2355 for a drink and were told the bar was shut. We complained to reception and were told it was now after midnight so they couldn’t do anything. I expected Ant & Dec to jump out.

This was our second stay at H10 Costa Adeje Palace, and once again it did not disappoint. There were four of us staying in two rooms (687 and 689). Check-in was quick and efficient, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Before travelling, we emailed the hotel to ask if it would be possible to stay on the same side of the hotel as we did last year, as we really enjoyed the location. We were delighted that the hotel accommodated our request, which was very much appreciated and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. Our rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. While the rooms were perfectly fine for our needs, they are starting to look a little tired in places and could benefit from some TLC. However, it was clear that the hotel is investing in improvements. We noticed that some areas had already been upgraded, including new carpets in the hallways. Given the size of the hotel, we appreciate that refurbishing all areas will take time, but it’s great to see that investment is being made. Everything else was excellent, just as we remembered from our previous visit. The staff across the hotel were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The pool areas were spotless, with plenty of sunbeds available, and the atmosphere around the hotel was relaxed and welcoming. The food was very good, with plenty of choice throughout our stay, and there was always something to suit everyone in our group. The bars were also great, especially in the evenings when it was nice to sit back, relax, and enjoy the entertainment. It was also nice to see that the hotel continues to invest in its facilities. During our stay, work was underway on what appeared to be a new Italian restaurant, or something similar, which will be a great addition. As we had a late flight home, we enquired about a late checkout. The hotel was able to accommodate this request for an additional fee of €53, which we were more than happy to pay. It made our final day much more comfortable, relaxed, and stress-free. This is exactly why we keep returning to H10 Costa Adeje Palace. The hotel consistently delivers a fantastic holiday experience, with excellent service, well-maintained facilities, and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. It feels like coming back to a place you know and trust, and once again, the hotel certainly delivered. We will definitely be returning again next year, and if we get the opportunity to visit sooner, we certainly will. Thank you to everyone at H10 Costa Adeje Palace for another wonderful holiday!

This hotel is gorgeous and very big, with nice clean rooms equipped with both air con and a fan, fridge and bathroom essentials. The balcony is also great for some outdoor space. The breakfast is delicious with every option you can think of and very friendly and helpful staff keeping the dining room clean and catering to your requests. The outdoor pool area is lovely and spacious, with plenty of sun loungers for everyone. The pool bar food is also very delicious and well priced. The hotel is walking distance from some restaurants but would need a cab to get closer to the central area. I would definitely come back to this hotel with my family or partner!

Personally - avoid this hotel if your a family. No water, no kettle absolutely nothing in the room (a surprise for a branded well known hotel and had it in other H10s) balcony door handle hanging off effecting the air con, children’s pool contaminated with something as our baby got poorly had a seizure and ended up in hospital, notified of this happening to another family during there stay aswell!!! Surely not a convenience? Don’t ask reception for help, rude and unhelpful. My baby was unconscious having a seizure and we was shewed away to get a taxi. No one checked in on us until I raised it with the jet2 rep and still waiting a response. Never ever will we return!! Bed sheets where our baby was sick wasn’t changed for 7 days. We have all images to prove this. Warning family’s with baby’s - personally avoid.

Just returned from a 7 night stay and definitely could of done 10 nights. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The food in the buffet was great every night with lots of choice. Plenty of pools to pick from and available sun beds. The room was comfortable excellent shower and hair dryer facility. Only slight niggle was no tea and coffee facilities until 7.30am if you are an early riser. Smoking area is only allowed on one particular area which meant climbing up and down stairs to fetch drinks to take with you. Easy access to beach and shops were local. Out of peak season so the place wasn't overly busy and the weather was averaging around 25 degrees to enjoy the outdoors and pool. Booked breakfast early on day we were leaving. Over all a fabulous place to stay and would recommend. Will be returning.

H10 Costa Adeje Palace is definitely the best hotel I've been to in Tenerife, very friendly staff and easy to explore the area and travel to the beaches ⛱️

I LOVED EVERYTHING

Another wonderful week spent at this hotel. Staff as always were absolutely amazing so hard working in all departments none could be faulted several going over and above to make us wish we were staying longer . We chose the privilege package and were able to dine in the à la carte restaurant breakfast and evening but we also used the main buffet at lunch time which offered a vast amount of choice. there is an italian restaurant due to be opened very shortly in the next week or so which along with the japanese restaurant caters for all tastes there is an entertainment area in the show bar and also a pianist in the main bar each evening or if you want to relax in the rooftop bar (open to all adults after 7 pm) this is a further option Everyday the animation team does a water aerobics session followed by cocktail making …: do go along it’s fun. Lovely walks in either direction from the hotel…… .la Caleta being a favourite of ours and if you wish to have an occasional meal out there are several restaurants within a few minutes walk or a short taxi ride away A lovely beach bar a couple of minutes away is another option Sunbeds are plentiful and no need to reserve in fact it is not allowed The hotel also caters for children but is not intrusive to couples staying …..we will return very shortly thank you

We’re just back from 10 days half board We arrived around 10pm so restaurant was closed, but they assured us they would give us a voucher for lunch on the day of departure, which they honoured We had a a problem with the electricity in our room on arrival, which was temporarily repaired within 10mins and fully restored next day We found the hotel to be clean, good choice of food in the buffet restaurant, both breakfast and dinner Sunbeds were plenty, with a good amount of parasols available We didn’t take the privilege option Not sure it entitled you to much extra The piano bar was nice with cooing fans well placed If I had to pick a fault we’d have preferred a walk in shower, instead of in the bath Staff were friendly and attentive Will definitely be back

This was our first time in a H10 hotel, and our first time visiting Tenerife. I’ll list the positives first; On driving up to the hotel, I could see it was very large and the entrance was very nice, lady at check in was pleasant and explained everything in detail, she asked if we had any allergies and I told her I was coeliac, and directed us to our room, the room was nice, clean, and had a mini bar stocked with soft drinks that we could use at no extra cost. The bed was huge and very comfortable. The tv was big and had some English channels, and the balcony was very big. Every member of staff were very polite and always had a smile. Drinks were served in proper glasses and had a great variety on offer. Sunbeds were plentiful and there are so many areas to choose from that each time we sat by the pool, felt like our first time. The kids area is massive but far enough away that you don’t get disturbed. The food was very impressive, lots to choose from and replenished regularly, even the snacks were table service and very good. Nightly entertainment was ok, there’s a piano bar that has a different pianist every night, I would say the piano needs retuning. The air conditioning works well, and there a ceiling fan in the room too. Ok, the negatives now; Check in was slow, and asked for details they already had, it felt like we were being questioned by the police. There two lifts to get to your room, both at opposite ends of the hotel. The room is big, but the sea view was actually a building site, I’ve attached a picture, the balcony got zero sun, in fact, most balconies got no sun and some were so low down in the trees it must’ve been awful to look out at. Our room had a rug that curled up that we kept tripping over, this is very visible and should have been seen by housekeepers. As I unpacked I noticed my dress needed ironing, I went to reception to ask to borrow an iron and was told no, they said they only iron clothes and it needs 24hr notice and one item is €5, this is not good, you can provide me with lots of bathroom extras but I can’t iron my clothes without waiting a day and being charged for each item? The room above us and to the side of us were being worked on, so ALL DAY, you heard banging and drilling, so you couldn’t sit out on the dark balcony anyway. Our first time at the restaurant I told them I was coeliac and a lady walked us round the dishes pointing saying yes, no, etc, this was the extend of us knowing what I can and cannot eat, as absolutely nothing is labelled. A waiter also brought me out a gluten free dessert which was lovely. Drinks are table service but once you have had your first drink it’s almost impossible to get another. When we went for our first evening meal , I mentioned to someone that I needed to know what was safe for me, and 3 different people told me, “you need to see boss”, then walked away. I ended up just guessing myself, even my gluten free dessert didn’t come again for the rest of our holiday, despite me asking, I waited and nothing came. Food looked and tasted beautiful, if you don’t have allergies you’ll love it, Daytime animation for adults was non existent despite there being a schedule, we were not able to do any of them. The hotel itself is quite secluded which we like, but if you like the nightlife it’ll always be a taxi ride to get to. Would I return to an H10 hotel? Yes, I’d bring my own bread though, because when I asked if they had any I was given a rock hard bread roll that was covered in melted plastic. The pools are plentiful and very clean so everyone should find one they like.

La ubicación, salida directa a la playa de la Enramada que es bastante tranquila, pero tiene bastante piedras, aunque te puedes bañar bien ahí mientras no tengan bandera roja. Relativamente cerca hay otras playas de arena (Playas del Duque). Hotel con buenas piscinas. Bien el piano bar y el rooftop de la séptima planta para tomar algo. La habitación en general está bien, pero cama un poco incómoda con colchones muy usados, te hundes por algunas partes, pedí cama grande entera, pero nos pusieron dos camas pegadas, más o menos grandes eso si. El personal en general bien, camareros/as, y demás trabajadores.

La comida buffet bastante mejorable, platos hechos con desgana, poco sabor, carnes y pescados muy secos, platos de cuchara sosos, y postres nada del otro mundo. A veces se meten pájaros que revoloteando por las mesas durante el desayuno. El bar snack de la piscina es la única opción de almuerzo quitando el buffet, y es tipo bocadillos, etc, de mala calidad y caro, con lo que no puedes disfrutar de un día de piscina con una buena comida, tienen dos restaurantes a la carta, uno comida mediterránea y otro japonés, pero son para cena y con reserva, en mi opinión tendrían que tener una opción de almuerzo a la carta con algo de calidad. Al menos en frente del hotel hay varios restaurantes para comer. La cama incomoda como dije antes, Para parejas hay opciones mejores en la zona por un poco mas de dinero, el alojamiento está enfocado a familias con niños, con zonas de toboganes, etc, uno de los dos tramos de piscinas tienen unas portería de waterpolo, lo que reduce las opciones para bañarse ya que juegan alli, otra parte de piscina es un poco más honda, con lo que si eres adulto que no tiene destreza nadando es problemático. La infinity pool ni probarla, el agua sucia, y siempre llena de gente, sobre todo parejitas. La calidad de este hotel ha caído completamente respecto a años atrás en los que me alojé, tenian animaciones al aire libre,etc. Si vais en pareja en el buffet se recomienda que siempre se quede alguien en la mesa, ya que a veces te pueden quitar lo que tienes en la mesa, incluido las bebidas. Nunca me había pasado que abran la puerta el día que tengo que dejar la habitación estando dentro a las 9 am para comprobar la habitación cuando el check-out es a las 12 am. Igual soy muy exigente, pero cuando te gastas parte de tu sueldo para disfrutar unos días tiene que serlo, para otros será suficiente. Espero que está crítica sirva para que mejoren, y no se pongan a la defensiva como me pasa en ocasiones cuando hago los comentarios de un alojamiento o restaurante.
