Lovely location, good rooms, friendly staff and above all, a genuinely small family operated hotel experience that stands out compared to process oriented business models. Well done!

Location and staff

The hotel is a two story "motel" right across from Eagle beach. The rooms are small. When we first checked in, the strong smell of cheap cleaning products was overwhelming. We had to open all windows and doors. Since that did not help, I found a cleaning lady and asked her to please just mop the floor with plain water. That helped. The toilet flush needed to be pressed for a few seconds otherwise the flush was not fully completed. Also, the shower water kept going from warm to cold several times during a shower. The bath towels were tidy white but they had a musty smell, same with the linen. The washcloths were not tidy white, they were almost beige from the continued used. There is a small fridge inside the unit. I found a small roach crawling on the bathroom sink in the morning. The pool was tiny, is a pool to sit and cool off, not to swim. There are palapas and beach chairs available for free across the street The breakfast consists of a tray with pre determined items. No changes. No options. So if you have any dietary restrictions. Tough luck. Orange juice muffin croissants ham cheese white toast fruit bowl. Overall, not a great value. Not a place I would return. Also if you get a room on the second floor, there is no elevator, just a Helix type metal stairway, so if you have mobility issues, that might be a problem. Free parking in the back.

Que no tenga sombrillas para los clientes

The best part about this hotel by far is the location directly across from Eagle Beach. Unfortunately the facilities and overall experience were far below expectations. The hotel is old and in need of repair and maintenance. It seems to attract large numbers of smokers who sit outside their rooms and other areas in close proximity to nonsmoking guests like us who were constantly being exposed to second hand smoke, which is a documented health hazard. When we brought this to the attention of staff, they basically shrugged their shoulders and said they couldn’t do anything about it. This was unacceptable. The hotel should state on their website that they allow smoking. We would have stayed elsewhere had we known that.

I didn’t like that you had to wake up super early just to grab a chair and get an umbrella provided by the hotel to come to find out people not even staying at the hotel grab them first ,didn’t think that was right. The pool, what pool the pictures are very deceiving beware if you’re looking for somewhere to put your feet into that’s about it. That was not a pool very disappointed.

Localização excelente, em Eagle Beach, bem silenciosa, praia linda, a Equipe nos recebeu muito bem, mesmo de última hora, guardou nossas bagagens enquanto não poderíamos fazer o checkin, e pudemos ir passear tranquilamente. O quarto é antigo mas muito confortável, cama boa, ducha boa, e tivemos um upgrade para um quarto que seria para uma familia, (dois quartos com um banheiro compartilhado). Frigobar, cofre, armário e amenidades no banheiro da Aloe Aruba, que gostamos bastante pela hidratação :D As estiradeiras e cadeiras, ficam disponíveis, mas até as 17hs, se quiser ficar para o por do sol, vai ter que chegar antes disso.

A cama estava um pouco barulhenta, algum plástico nela, não pudemos avaliar uma noite de sono pq não dormimos lá. O responsável pelas cadeiras e estiradeira vai embora cedo, e acabamos ficando assistindo o por do sol na areia mesmo, nada que gerasse desconforto.

This was our 5th annual vacation at MVC. We are fans. Staff members are cheerful and helpful. Room is comfortable and clean. Beach with chairs is across a small street and it is clean and beautiful. Our only criticism is the breakfast has remained the same and staying for 11 days is quite monotonous. Every day is the same tray.

Great location! Right across the street from the beach, one minute away. Eagle Beach is not overcrowded. MVC has reserved chairs on the beach for free use. Every morning there is a continental breakfast, included in the price. The front desk (concierge) is very helpful; we used them for taxis, car rental, and dinner reservations. Water pressure and volume and temperature stability in the shower is excellent!

The breakfast is not great: too much bread and juice and ham, no made to order dishes. We only ate about half of it, so much went to waste. The hotel is dated, but a better price and availability compared to others in the area.

Minha experiência foi muito abaixo do esperado. O café da manhã não é em formato de buffet — é apenas uma bandeja servida aos hóspedes, com porções mínimas. Pedi um ovo frito e um omelete, mas não foram preparados; veio apenas metade de um ovo. Além disso, o ambiente do café da manhã é mal higienizado, com muitos pássaros ao redor das mesas e limpeza precária. As fotos do site não condizem com a realidade. Mostram quartos com vista para a praia, mas isso só seria possível nos quartos das pontas, e ainda assim de forma parcial. A piscina exibida nas fotos é extremamente pequena, e a imagem parece ter sido feita com uma criança para dar a impressão de ser maior. Outro ponto grave é a falta total de segurança: qualquer pessoa pode entrar nas dependências do hotel sem controle algum. Em resumo, se você busca conforto, segurança e honestidade nas informações, evite este hotel. Se quiser viver uma péssima experiência, então o MVC Eagle Beach é o lugar certo.

Great place for the price you pay. Obviously you can find something nicer elsewhere with more amenities, but if you’re looking to conserve money, this place is perfect. Would absolutely stay again.

Quaint low-rise hotel across the street from beautiful Eagle Beach. This hotel has every convenience, including a good breakfast, swimming pool, and pleasant sitting areas with views of the sea. Staff was friendly and helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. If you still value staying at a place with a personal touch, this is the hotel for you!

We love that the property is small and quiet at eagle beach which is literally across street. Room and washroom are clean if you don’t care for the brand name hotels. I usually book 4-5 stars but this was a 3-star and I’m happy with the service and all. Thanks so much to Clinton who accommodated all my needs and to Anny and to the ladies who served us breakfast every morning. We shall come back and book the family suite when we bring our kids here. If you want quiet and less people stay here or anywhere along eagle beach. Palm beach is for the ones who like the night life. We took a bus and only took like 15 minutes to get to Palm. We also enjoyed dining at La Ramblas at The Cabana Resort just 4 minutes north of EVC.

Ubicación excepcional. Personal muy amable, atento y resolutivo. La cama es muy cómoda. El desayuno abundante. Hamacas disponibles en la playa. El wifi llega a la playa, aunque también dispone de wifi gratuito. La habitación tiene espacio suficiente para dos maletas. No mide 6m2 como indica la descripción. Es más amplia.

Las escaleras de caracol que suben al segundo piso. La piscina es muy pequeña. Pero nada de estas dos cosas hizo que la impresión que me llevé del alojamiento sea muy buena. La pena es que sea tan caro, pero la ubicación se paga...

La ubicacion, amabilidad delmpersonal, limpieza. Silencioso de noche. Eagle.beach es el.mejor lugar para quedarse

Friendly staff, clean rooms and commin areas and walking distance to the beach

Abbiamo scelto questa struttura perché situata ad Eagle Beach e diversa dai grandi hotel internazionali. Il primo impatto con la stanza assegnataci non è stato troppo positivo perché ci aspettavamo un'esplosione di colori mentre la stanza era completamente bianca. Essendo in tre, ci sono state assegnate due stanze comunicanti al piano terra e così abbiamo iniziato la nostra permanenza ad Aruba. Ad oggi possiamo dire che la struttura e tutto il personale sono eccezionali! La colazione è super abbondante e viene servita nella sala affacciata sul giardino con fiori stupendi e mille uccellini da una signora deliziosa. Appena si attraversa la strada si entra in paradiso: la spiaggia di Eagle Beach ti accoglie con i suoi colori meravigliosi. Le palapas sono statali e non della struttura e vanno quindi occupate sul presto, intorno alle 7/7:30. I lettini e gli asciugamani invece sono gratuiti e forniti dalla struttura. Questa è dotata di parcheggio gratuito e una comoda lavatrice con asciugatrice che all'occorrenza possono essere utilizzate per pochi dollari a lavaggio. Gli addetti alla reception rimangono disponibili a prenotare le escursionive per ogni altra necessità. Le camere sono pulitissime e durante la notte non c'è alcun rumore, si dorme splendidamente. Se torneremo ad Aruba di certo soggiorneremo di nuovo presso questa struttura.

I letti avevano dei coprimaterassi pesantissimi che facevano sudare un sacco! Suggeriamo di sostituirli con biancheria più leggera. Le camere al piano superiore si raggiungono con una scala a chiocciola che deve essere piuttosto scomoda se si hanno bagagli pesanti e voluminosi. Suggeriamo infine di aggiornare le foto delle stanze o magari di ridipingerle come un tempo: erano bellissime!

Además de la ubicación, la atención de Amparo fue excelente y todo el equipo del Hotel nos atendió por segunda vez muy bien.

La única observación que notamos que en nuestra habitación la 203 la televisión no funcionaba

Poca variedad en desayuno

Beautiful property only issue is they need an elevator as I had to ask the staff to carry my bags up and down the stairs. But it’s right in front of Eagle Beach, I had breakfast included which was nice and they made me some beautiful birthday balloons and decorated it on my bed which was so sweet! I loved my time there and highly recommend

Sono stati tutti molto disponibili dal primo momento in cui siamo arrivati. Ci hanno fatto sentire accolti e dopo un lungo viaggio è molto importante. Il mio ragazzo non si è sentito bene i primi giorni e mi hanno aiutato a contattare una farmacia locale per i farmaci, mi sembra il nome della ragazza alla reception fosse Annie?? Non so se sia questo il nome ma vorrei ancora ringraziarla per la gentilezza…in un momento di difficoltà in cui sei lontana da casa avere intorno delle persone empatiche è molto importante! Poi per il resto tutto stupendo, dalla colazione semplice ma buona alle camere. La spiaggia è praticamente di fronte all hotel. Tutto comodo e se vuoi raggiungere Palm Beach o altri posti c’è la fermata del bus proprio davanti all’hotel. Non so se ritornerò mai ad Aruba ma se così fosse tornerei qua. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è il migliore in zona!

It was a pleasant surprise to discover breakfast was included in my stay. Never mind it was the same breakfast everyday but breakfast nevertheless. Location was quite convenient, few footsteps from the beach. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

La ubicación del hotel, frente a la playa es excelente. Si buscas poca aglomeración es una de las playas mas tranquilas de Aruba. Hay sombrillas y tumbonas que el hotel pone a disposición, pero podría ser por lo menos en la misma cantidad de habitaciones que tiene el hotel, porque se ocupan bien rápido. Pero la playa es muy agradable

EL desayuno es muy monótono, todos los días es lo mismo y no hay alternativas. Igualmente, el restaurante Tulip podría tener mas alternativas de menu o hacer algunas variaciones por día pues no hay muchos sitios tan cercanos para almorzar.

I absolutely loved this little boutique style hotel for my solo trip and will definitely be returning with my husband for our next trip to Aruba. We usually stay in the hi-rise end of the island, but I prefer the more personalized touch of this hotel and the proximity to Eagle Beach!

Wonderful staff on the property and very helpful when helping me pick things to while I was staying on the island. I had a lot to do every day and each day was jam packed and fun full of adventure.

We absolutely LOVED MVC at Eagle Beach. Clinton and the rest of staff were so helpful getting us acquainted with the at area & tours..The Breakfast was great & all we needed. Location was perfect with many options nearby for dinner. We will definitely return.

The customer service and hospitality were truly exceptional, extending to the neighboring resorts. On my daughter's 21st birthday, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that everyone around the resort celebrated her special day with heartfelt wishes!

It's a small hotel but perfect to just relax. The staff is very kind and the room is enough. The beach is very close and the option of having chairs on the beach as a courtesy from the hotel is great. The beach is simply beautiful and you can stay there the whole day as there are plenty of restaurants nearby to eat. Particularly, I would recommend the Chalet Suisse, all the staff and the food were absolutely fantastic.

Good value for money. Very friendly staff. The only downside is the outdoor lights shine into the bedroom. We didn’t have blackouts so our bedroom was very light.

I liked Eagle Beach right across the street and restaurants within walking distance. I wish there was a bigger swimming pool to lay out and swim in at times.

When we entered the room we sensed a strong smell. It seemed that someone tried to sanitise the room for something. No we know this was probably a failed attempt to get rid of bed bugs. After the first night my legs were covered with bites and things did not feel right so we decided to check out with one night left. No one asked why we checked out early and it was not after checkout that we pieced things together. You really need to sanitise 104 so no other guests gets this. We spent weeks to sanitise luggage.

All the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is right in front of Eagle Beach and offers rooms at reasonable prices. The facilities are simple and not many frills, but are enough. So I think MVC is not for someone who looks for luxurious experiences, but is for those who appreciate down-to-earth and sincere services.

This is an older hotel but the location couldn't be better. It was clean, the beds are comfy and towels and chairs are provided at the beach. It's in a quieter area than the high rise area but still close enough that a quick bus ride gets you wherever you want in short order. Walking distance to a couple of casinos, superfood and some nice restaurants. Breakfast is also included and they have a restaurant that provides to go meals perfect to take back to the beach and enjoy. Would stay again.

We very much enjoyed our stay at MVC. The proximity to beautiful Eagle Beach was a huge advantage - a stroll across the street! The room was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable. Hot, flaky croissants were served every morning along with other items - good enough for us. The staff was always helpful and so pleasant. The small number of units makes for a cozy, friendly environment. We stayed 5 nights and plan to return. MVC might not be for everyone. There is no swimming pool, but there is a small plunge pool. We likened the our room to a large cruise cabin which happened to be on Eagle Beach. That was perfect for us for our stay.

Amazing location on Eagle Beach, with Staff that went above and beyond to make our experience great! Basic Mom & Pop hotel, with few amenities, but nice when you don’t want to pay for extras that you don’t need or want. Staff was extremely accommodating with requests and suggestions for places to go!

Very nice. Close to attractions. Extended hours on the restaurant would be nice. Other than that, I would highly recommend.

Overall the place was great. Very clean. Location was perfect. You can walk to many different restaurants. Beach was gorgeous. Beach attendant (when he’s there) unlocks and drags your chair to your spot for you. Beach wasn’t super crowded so that was nice. Only 2 things to suggest. I’m an early riser so I went out to Dunkin (5 mins down road) for coffee in the mornings as it’s not available until 730 in restaurant. There are no dressers or drawers to unpack clothes. Small space to hang shirts was all. I’d suggest a dresser or something to put away clothes. We just left them in suitcase all week. Overall it’s a great place to sleep/shower and the people are wonderful. Beach towels are provided and usually always available so that was nice. I’d stay again.

Great location just across the main entrance to Eagle Beach! We loved this area because it feels way more chill than the hotels and resorts in Noord and by the cruise ports. Loved the vibe. The beach was stunning.
