The room is very good: comfortable, spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is good at 5-10’ to the nearest subway station. The staff is friendly.

The wifi does not work if you have a VPN enabled. The staff does not speak English but it’s not a big deal since apps such as DeepL and GoogleTranslate exit.

La stanza era terribilmente maleodorante,da vomito e disgusto . In una stanza c’ era fortissimo odore di muffa e mancanza di finestra ,nell’ altra un odore di fogna davvero allucinante. Essendo agosto e avendo posizionato le ventole dei condizionatori sotto l unica piccola finestra ,risultava impossibile aprirla x cambiare aria xché entrava il caldo afoso di fuori e il caldo della ventola del condizionatore. Inoltre la stanza nn era insonorizzata. La colazione sinceramente è una mezza delusione . Solo fritto che a colazione davvero è immangiabile.ho mangiato una banana e yogurt tutti i giorni e il costo nn vale la spesa ,l unica nota positiva e’ che essendo due adulti e due bambini ,i bambini nn pagano (almeno) Non ci tornerei

OTTIMA colazione, OTTIMA posizione in una strada centrale per lo shopping e vicinissima anche alla stazione della Metro. Stanza pulita e servizi buoni. A disposizione sia lavatrice che asciugatrice.

Posizione tutto sommato comoda per visitare la città (abbastanza vicino alla metro, tutto a portata di didi). Camere relativamente nuove, anche se potrebbero essere rinnovate su alcuni aspetti. Pratico il bagno diviso tra lavabo e doccia/wc.

Cortile esterno di accesso sporco e disordinato. Sala colazione/reception cupa e con un costante odore di umido. Bagno della reception completamente da rivedere (in cura e pulizia). Letto scomodo (privo di rete/doghe, di fatto un materasso appoggiato su un asse di legno). Una delle due nostre camere odorava di fumo (pur essendo non fumatori, ma sembra essere una costante in Cina…).

El desayuno es lo único que se puede salvar y por el hecho de que hay pan bueno, queso y mermelada… el resto horroroso. Una mañana me comí una samosa de curry, que vete a saber cuantos días llevaban reutilizándolas y tuve dolor de estómago todo el día… a parte del desayuno cogido con pinzas, lo único bueno es la ubicación.

Prácticamente todo. El personal horroroso… me intentaron timar diciéndome que anulara la reserva de booking allí mismo y que me harían un descuento si lo pagaba directamente con ellos… me pareció súper poco profesional. El hotel da bastante asco… está todo sucio y descuidado. La entrada del hotel está al lado de las basuras… sinceramente, si volviera atrás, preferiría no estar tan cerca pero ahorrarme la estancia allí, cogiendo un hotel con mejor limpieza, instalaciones y con personal que no intente timarte.

La zona espectacular, en el centro mismo y muy bien conectada. La habitación muy chula y amplia, pasé allí casi una semana entera muy cómoda. Personal atento y siempre dispuesto a resolver dudas, repetiría.

L’emplacement est parfait. La chambre est propre et fonctionnelle.

J’ai été prélevé à mon insu 120€ alors que j’ai utilisé ma carte qu’une seule fois pour le paiement du montant total. Malgré mes inquiétudes, la réception me répond que ce n’est pas eux. Une fois rentrée en France j’ai été bien évidemment prélevé. Merci à booking d’avoir ouvert une enquête, j’ai été remboursé suite à ma plainte.

Convenient and good location with comfortable, clean rooms

Staff did not speak any English and had no means to communicate. Hard to locate the hotel as there was less signage from the street and the reception desk is away from the actual building/rooms.

We arrived and immediately cancelled our booking. The hotel is on a very busy area on a corner surrounded by noisey construction. The rooms stunk of smoke and was not as pictured. Very basic setup. Only good thing was hotel was happy to organise a refund.

我們在此酒店住過好多次，住這裏很方便，市中心，周圍很多店，很多餐廳，交通極其方便，走幾步就到地鐵，去機場，高鐵都非常方便，地鐵直接到。酒店的工作人員非常友善，我們住2天之後需要去其他地方，把行李留在該酒店，後續在外面買的貨發快遞到該酒店也按時收到，再回去續住感覺好像回家了。

早餐的牛角包可以做的再好一點。

«Уставший» номер. Не очень хорошо было убрано, дверь в санузле была грязной и в непонятных разводах, дивану требуется химчистка. Окна заклеены матовой пленкой, не видно, что на улице - некомфортно. Во дворике перед отелем иногда сильно пахло канализацией. Check out в 14.00, но придя за вещами в 13.45 мы обнаружили, что наши ключ-карты заблокированы, девушка на ресепшн была не очень довольна, что мы так поздно выселялись, хотя сама же и подтвердила ранее выезд до 14.00. Сотрудники на ресепшн плохо говорят на английском, объясниться можно только через онлайн-переводчик.

Ik had verwacht dat het personeel aan de receptie Engels zou spreken, dat viel wat tegen. Maar met Google translate is alles gelukt. Ze waren heel behulpzaam, maar niet echt op de hoogte van wat er in de buurt te doen is (wij hadden bv geïnformeerd naar avondactiviteiten).

Despite booking a twin room, we were put into a double. Management rectified when we queried it.

We stayed 5 nights at first and liked the hotel so much that we returned and stayed for another 9 nights. For a 3-star boutique hotel, you won't regret! We chose it for the most convenient location, trains and buses taking us everywhere. The staff went the extra mile to meet our needs, with free toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, water bottles and arranging taxi. The room was clean and spacious. The beds were more comfortable than some of the 4-star and 5-star hotels. The shower had a strong and steady flow. We didn't need to use adapters as the room thought of everything for us. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with excellent coffee choices and for the price. The self laundry service was a plus. Front desk can set up WeChat on your phone or you pay them later after they pay for the service first, washer, dryer, dip dry, and iron/boards ready for your journey. The room was nice and big, so really helpful for all our luggage. The bed was really comfortable. I knew that this hotel was only for two days and I took it for the location so I was not expecting much.

There is no way to close the curtains in the window and there is a lot of light that comes into the room since 6am. The hotel seemed to be well connected and near the centre, but in reality it didn't seem real to me. There is only one metro and you have to change each time the line to go anywhere. Nobody speaks English and they do not do much effort to try. One of them managed to give me a paper with a sentence in English and that was all. For a big, international city as Shanghai, it seems quite bad that nobody at Reception speaks English. Breakfast was quite awful, there was nearly no choice, the croissants and pain au chocolats were burnt and even the information about the food was not in the right product. They kept our luggage but there is no storage room, so our bags were next to the reception, opened to eveyone the whole day.

We stayed here for our first visit in China with my family so we had two rooms, we appreciate the space and interior. Everything is new and clean. The location is truly excellent.

We got two rooms, however, the air con of the other room is malfunctioning throughout the stay. We reported it during the first night but the staff didn't action and only insisted on changing our rooms but we're already checking out and only offered free breakfast.

Hotel bem localizado e bom custo-benefício por estar em uma rua turística e central. Fácil de chegar via metrô. Lavanderia de graça mas precisa de um número de celular chines para conseguir utilizar ou um internacional que consiga receber SMS. Quarto com um bom espaço, não é grande mas não é pequeno. Camas confortáveis e uma TV enorme. Águas eram repostas durante o serviço de quarto.

Um pouco de barulho por conta de construção perto do hotel. Wifi não funcionava direito com VPN.

Great location and comfortable room. Staff was very helpful and kind. It was also possible to send parcels to the hotel and easy to pick them up.

The bathroom smelled a lot like cigarette smoke and I could also sense it when having the bathroom door closed.

Was good. Much pricier than usual for china, but i guess thats how this erea is. Located right by a very good cafe and a macdonalds if you feel homesick. Good erea, in the middle of shanghai, with good access to the sea side and other ereas.

Was pricey. The breakfast was good but also pricey and didn't have much of a veriety. I would much rather eat in a street resturant.

The room, or more like apartment, was very spacious, comfortable beds, clean and featured two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Very good location close both to more modern areas but also the historical French Concession area.

It was a little bit more expensive than you would expect from China - although to be fair it was a last minute booking - but still - the price was aligned with European/Western standards and we were surprised it did not include breakfast. Perhaps I am not used to things in Shanghai but hotels e.g. in modern cities such as Shenzhen feature maaaany more amenities, facilities, services and provide better value.

Les fenêtres ne sont pas terribles. La lumière entre pleinement dans la chambre, ce qui est très dérangeant. Le personnel à l'accueil ne parle pas toujours Anglais et est moins souriant. Ils débarrassent trop tôt au petit déjeuner. Les odeurs à l'entrée de l'hôtel sont trop gênants (poubelles).

- Good hotel & room, clean and all you need - The staff was genuinely trying to help and were really nice. I heard from friends that that's not always the case in Shanghai hotels. - The location was great (except for the construction). You can walk to many places in the French Concession and are incredibly well connected to Metro getting you everywhere very fast (2 stations <5 min away with different metro lines). I found it harder than usual to research before the trip due to China's firewall, so I was hoping for the best and got positively surprised

- Some of the staff didn't speak much English, but they were nice and trying with translator apps. - The room was pretty dark, because the window doesn't get much light, but not a big deal. Also a bit small, but no problem to open suitcases or similar - The wifi was bad - Maybe a temporary problem: there was annoying construction right outside the hotel, which made it harder to find + quite loud + dirty in the morning when leaving the hotel. Nothing they can do, but worth mentioning especially when you're checking in late at night in the dark

The location is not bad at all, with a subway not too far from the hotel, but otherwise it seemed a bit far from the touristy places.
