De koffie in de lobby was onevenredig duur. Dat is onnodig.

前台是整个酒店的门面，需要再培训！！！！！！前台工作态度需要改进 1，我女儿才17岁，和前台小姐说的是英语，我站在旁边，前台全程没主动和我打过招呼，没正脸看我一眼，都是瞟一眼就过去了。五星级饭店的员工就是这种素质吗？ 2,让我多交1500元人民币，全程都没说一个字告诉我为什么要付这笔钱，是我看见了问她，她才很不耐烦的说是保险费。我住过纽约，巴黎，伦敦，都是四星级的酒店，从来都是登记入住时前台主动告知，而且态度都很好。为什么到了中国的五星级酒店就是这种服务态度？和五星级很不匹配

The room was very warm at night (25 C) That is fine during the day but at night it needs to be cooler. We complained but to no avail. Like in many hotels in China the management decided what temperature is comfortable for us.

Lovely garden within hotel grounds, and surrounding roads were leafy and nice to walk around. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. Service was good. Easy to take a Didi anywhere in Shanghai.

長い間愛用していましたが、今回、新しく内装した部屋に案内されました。廊下には空気清浄機がずらりと並び、匂いもかなりきつく、「少しおかしいな」と思いましたが、夜遅くホテルに戻ったため、そのまま宿泊しました。 翌朝、頭痛で目が覚め、ホテルの担当者に連絡したところ、受付のミスで事前にまったく説明がなかったとのことでした（正直、あり得ない対応だと思います）。

Reviewed May 25, 2026The hotel is truly excellent, with very friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay. The superior room was perhaps slightly on the smaller side, but it was well-designed, comfortable, and everything functioned perfectly. The breakfast was outstanding — one of the best I have experienced in a long time, with a wide variety of high-quality options. The location is superb, very close to the Line 1 metro station and within easy reach of shopping centers, restaurants, and other amenities. Overall, an exceptional hotel experience. The swimming pool is designed for actual swimming rather than just relaxing, which I personally appreciated a lot, though some guests might see this as a minor drawback.
I would have prefered more light colours in room, but other than that it was great. Though price of a coffe in lobby bar of 10€ is a bit excessive...

Mooie badkamer met inloopdouche en apart bad. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid met verschillende keukens. Voortreffelijk teppanyaki restaurant op de bovenste verdieping
De airconditioning in de kamer koelt matig waardoor de nachten warm kunnen zijn. De wifi werkt wisselend en regelmatig geen goede verbinding met internet. Het menu dat ze serveren in het teppanyaki restaurant komt in hoog tempo door dus niet op je gemak tafelen.

Die Betten sind bequem. Frühstück ist sehr gut. Der Garten ist eine schöne Oase der Ruhe. Highlight ist auch der Panoramafahrstuhl - Mega Ausblick
Die Zimmer sind relativ klein und man kann keine Fenster öffnen und die Klimaanlage nicht regeln. Draußen gibt es leider keine Sitzmöglichkeiten Friseur, Café sind schon sehr teuer.
