Great location adjacent to the beach and shops. Cleaning and repair staff were great and weee working very hard whenever we saw them.

Desk staff were not great to deal with. We had a couple of issues with the room and they tried to blame issues on us and would roll their eyes or act frustrated when asked for assistance. That might be effective for the pre-pubescent teenagers they usually get, but i was there with my family and found it insulting. The mini split started leaking water all over the floor and the front desk tried to say it was because we had left the patio door open too long (funny it required a maintenance person to fix it) then we had a cockroach in the bathroom on the last day and they tried to say it came in through the patio door as well (i believe it came Through the vent). We had also booked a room for 4 thinking it would be two doubles or queens but it was two singles pushed together and 2 couches. When i also asked for some sheets for the couches, that was a big song and dance from the girl at the front desk as well. It was nice to stay beach front but if you’re not there to drink and party consider staying at Lagos or a town nearby…saw lots of similar comments online for this location as well.

The location is perfect. We had a sea view and that is exactly what you get. View is fantastic. We went for the festival and it was the ideal spot.

I have stayed in the Turial many times. I feel it has gone downhill. In the room we stayed in Everything was old. It was not very clean. The sink in the bathroom, dirt in the corners of the room. Even the beds weren’t made correctly. I was surprised as it was not like this on my previous visits.

A senhora do check out era bastante antipatica . Piscina interior barulhenta , pouca luz e água fria . Quarto pedia mais limpeza . Ac exterior estava a pingar e molhava a varanda . Zona com algum barulho.

I think the cleaning could have been a wee bit better but that's a small thing. Bed linen changed and rubbish cleared every day so that's good enough for me!

We booked 3 apartments and were all put in the same block. Perfect location for exploring the old town (we didn't venture to the new town) Big apartments with plenty of room for 4/5 people in each.

In one room we came home to ants all over the bed on the sofa - not exactly the apartment owners fault and we did see someone going around with what looked like a spray for ants. So they were dealing with it already.

Muy bien ubicado en el centro donde hay playa, muchos restaurantes, pubs, tiendas... El apartamento era amplio y lo limpiaban cada día. La piscina es de agua calentita (a veces no tanto). El parking es barato y apañao.

Menaje muy justo para 4 personas.

Impresionantes vistas al mar y muy buena ubicación .

Excesivo ruido del exterior, pero lógico si se tiene en cuenta la ubicación que tiene en pleno centro de Albufeira.

Great location. Two minutes from the beach. Sea view from the window.

The hotel is old. The kitchen is very small and the smell of mold is spreading from it. We had to keep the windows open all the time. The noise from the street affects sleeping.

La ubicación es ideal...en todo el centro, a 200m de la playa, del fácil acceso. El ambiente y la playa estaba encima del apartamento, muchas tiendas y ambiente... Facil acceso a A.22 qje recorre el Algarve. Parking propio aunque pequeño, nosotros aparcamos P1 por 10€ el día ( 7,9€ con la aplicacion) esta subiendo las escaleras mecánicas.

Lo antiguo y desgastado del edificio, sobretodo de las habitacionés, parcheadas de tuberias, azulejos pintados y descascaritados...maderas de las puertas y ventanas deteriorados y viejos... La limpieza demla habitación dejaba mucho que desear... El cierre de los balcones, era mediante unas cadenas que daban poca seguridad...

Una cucaracha en el baño, en las indicaciones dice que tiene estacionamiento propio y no es así, tuvimos que estacionar en el parking público.

Lo único bueno de mi estancia era la ubicación ya que esta en pleno centro turístico

No tenia nada que ver con las fotos, la iluminación fatal, la cocina solo tenia la luz del extractor, habían pequeñas cucarachas en el baño, no estaba para nada insonorizada y se escuchaba todo el ruido de la calle, era una habitación para 4 y habían dos sofás super incómodos, la limpieza para 4 dias solo nos cambiaba las toallas todo lo demás no cambiaron ni limpiaron nada.

La ubicación, nada mas.

Estaba todo sucio, la cama y el sofa con restos de lo que visible y claramente eran restos de semen. El trato de las recepcionistas pesimo, te levantan la voz y te dicen que lo que estas diciendo que falta en el apartamento (que faltaba) era mentira. Para colmo la ducha no echaba agua apenas y dijeron que irian al dia siguiente, les avisamos que cuando bajasemos los avisabamos para que entraran sin embargo, entraron mientras dormiamos y nos despertamos por el ruido de la puerta. Una decepcion absoluta

La ubicacion es muy buena , frente al mar y en la peatonal prinical . El taxi desde la estacion de Autobuses no npudo dejarnos en la puerta del hotel xq el mismo esta en una calle peatonal con puestos callejeros y negocios. Nos dejo a unos 100- 120 mts . Playas alrededor, bares , restaurants al lado y a cada paso . Zona centrica y comercial con mucha marcha y movimiento.

La habitacion es pequeñay fea para 2 personas con maletas . No me gusto el precio- calidad . Por lo q abonamos esperabamos otro nivel de alojamiento . La salva el blindo alcon q tiene con vista al mar . La habitacion es fea

Upon arrival I was asked for a deposit of 200e per room which was not mentioned on the reservation. Even thought I showed all the details of my reservation, the receptionist did not care and told me that I have to pay it to get the room, which is something I was not prepared for. Rooms are okay but don't expect anything fancy. There is a smell coming from the toilets. The lightning is not great, very dark. There is a lot fo noise at night coming from the street.

Purtroppo il soggiorno non è stato all’altezza delle aspettative. Le stanze risultavano piuttosto vecchie e avrebbero bisogno di una maggiore manutenzione. Nel bagno era presente una vasca con una semplice tenda di plastica e un tappetino di gomma, e la pulizia generale non era eccellente. Avevamo richiesto un appartamento per 3 persone e ci era stato comunicato che sarebbe stato presente un divano letto. Al nostro arrivo, invece, abbiamo trovato un semplice divano e abbiamo dovuto provvedere personalmente a sistemare le lenzuola, che non erano state preparate. Anche gli infissi in legno erano in condizioni poco soddisfacenti: lasciavano passare molto rumore e non si chiudevano correttamente. Gli asciugamani, inoltre, erano molto piccoli, vecchi e alcuni addirittura rotti. Un'altra nota negativa riguarda il parcheggio. Al momento della prenotazione viene indicata la presenza del parcheggio, ma non viene specificato in modo sufficientemente chiaro che è a pagamento e che il costo è di 15 euro al giorno. Questo porta a pensare che il parcheggio sia incluso nel soggiorno, mentre una volta arrivati si scopre che bisogna pagarlo a parte. Nel complesso, la struttura avrebbe bisogno di una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione, alla pulizia e soprattutto di una comunicazione più trasparente riguardo ai servizi e ai relativi costi.

What I like about this dump was the location and air con.

Upon returning to my apartment on my second day, weI discovered a large cockroach. I promptly filmed the incident and reported it to the reception. Unfortunately, the receptionist was dismissive and rude, initially claiming she could not see the cockroach. After I paused the video to show her that I had pushed it out onto the balcony, she only brought bug spray to spray the balcony and removed the cockroach without offering any apology or further assistance. This experience was incredibly disappointing and I have paid way too much for this experience. As we woke up early to checkout i was greeted by yet another cockroach and I told the receptionist as handing in the keys to be told that it happens! And to email! I explained this is not good and we did not leave windows or doors open as he suggested! This place should be shut down and fully cleaned as if this is what I am seeing in my kept clean apartment what is going on under the surface!

Juan à la réception souriant aimable et parlant plusieurs langues (nous avôs échangé en anglais français et espagnol sans spuci )contrairement à 2 autres ne maitrisaant que passablement l'anglais. La proximité de la plage et des rues du fameux Strip. La piscine agréable.

Parking payant: Nous avons dû payer 15 euros par nuits durant tout notre séjour.

Perfect location

Location! I was a bit afraid because of the bad reviews the place had but I didn’t see the reason for it. At least in the two bedroom sea view I didn’t have any problem with insects 🪳 the cleaners would come everyday and change our towels, sweep the floor. Plus you have the sea and all restaurants beside you. (Ps: we had kids (1 and 5yo) and there were a lot of families in there as well)

Everything was fine. Isn’t a new place and by the price paid people shouldn’t expect a 5 star hotel.

The apartments were very spacious. The kitchen was pleasantly stocked with appliances, dishes and cutlery.

The one bedroom apartment's washroom had an unpleasant sewer smell. We did report the issue, but nothing was done. The bathtubs in both rooms were stained and the shower curtains very dirty. We also found a few cockroaches in the hallways. My friend staying in a different room, had one in her room.

The property was in a good spot, about a 2 minute walk from the old town and 25 to new town. The rooms were fairly clean. Pool was nice and the beach is only a 2 minute walk.

The staff were slightly rude and the rooms have physical keys and not key cards. The rooms are a little outdated but were practical. Our rooms bathroom leaked whenever we had a shower and the extractor fan had broken

Apartamento amplio; la ubicación es perfecta, frente a la playa y a toda la zona céntrica. La piscina refrescante para luego de estar en el mar.

Falta un poco de profundidad en el aseo de la habitación, nos tocó ver una cucaracha.

Soluzione assolutamente inadatta alle famiglie. La cucina non è utilizzabile, a meno di portarsi o procurarsi tutti i consumabili, perché mancano sapone, spugne, panni, ecc. I divani non sono divani letto, cosicché due persone hanno letteralmente dormito sul divano per tutto il soggiorno. Il bagno cieco è poco pratico quando una famiglia di 4 persone torna dal mare o da vari giri e deve fare la doccia. Gli ospiti al piano inferiore hanno urlato come scimmie ubriache tutta la notte. Nel complesso la soluzione non va assolutamente bene per famiglie.

Property is very dated , shower wasn’t great & doors and windows were like paper ! but the beds are pretty comfortable We were there as a couple and it was fine for 3 nights without kids but defo not with kids or for any longer

Perfect located next to the beach and close to restaurants and bar's but still not directly in the middle of the action.

The best part of the stay was the location, for people who likes party like me, it was perfect! I also liked the size of the room and the small kitchen available! Very complete and handy.

We had an issue with the door when we came back at night and we got ourselves locked outside the room. The good part was that we got assisted on the same day and they gave us another room to stay until the next day when they could fix the door for us to take our things..

Le personnel est très gentil et professionnel, il explique très bien, et c'est proche de tout : taxi, plage, restaurant. Super emplacement et c'est très propre.

Il manque vraiment des rangements au niveau de la salle de bain, aucun meuble, vraiment aucun. Nous étions trois et on a dû mettre les produits et le maquillage dans le bidet. Le placard dans la chambre était vraiment exigu pour trois, pareil tout est resté dans les valises.

Hébergement en plein centre à deux pas de la plage. Grand appartement avec coin cuisine et petite terrasse vue sur mer. Machine à café et capsules à disposition. Serviettes changées tous les jours.

Attention, le quartier est très animé et bruyant. Le parking est payant, 15€ par jour.

Location was great. Old Town, restaurants, night life within 2 mins walk. Pool, I did not use but opposite 2mins away the Pescadores Beach. Nice golden sand. Room was bigger than I expected. Liked the little terrace outside the flat with the sunbeds and table. Plenty of storage (wardrobe). Comfortable beds and very clean.

I have no complains apart from leaving food on the kitchen counter (my fault) and ants where everywhere my Pastel de Nata I had bought (pack of 6) had to be thrown away. So do not leave any food around.

We stayed for one night last year and came back for 9 nights we booked in for 4 and then for another 5 the first apartment was fine but there was 4 flights of stairs I thought the receptionist would leave us in it but as I had made two bookings she said we would be moving I said would you try and get us one with a lift which she did it was on third floor excellent and great for us
