Ground floor balcony / terrace opened directly onto roadway and rubbish bins which were emptied around 1.30 am. Windows not double glazed therfore not soundproof Taxi called by Reception was not registered and the taxi company overcharged by €12

Las paredes son de papel, todo el mundo está de fiesta y no dejan dormir hasta las 12:00 AM con la música a atope, que salen a las discotecas y luego te despiertan a las 6 am cuando vuelven.. imposible dormir bien.

Je suis toujours en attente d'être remboursé du 31/09 au 2 /10/2025,suite a l'effondrement de la falaise sur l'hôtel, que l'on a du évacué très rapidement, pas de proposition de relogement, j'ai du par mes. Propres. Moyens trouvé un autre hôtel et à mes. Frais, en pleine tempête, aucun appel, ni renseignement de l'hôtel, nous avons pu le lendemain avec la police récupérer nos affaires mais l'hôtel ne nous a rien proposer, pas de relogement, j'ai fait une demande de remboursement, je suis toujours en attente, outre cela la dame de l'accueil n'était pas très agréable, l'appartement était sale, frigo débranché rempli d'eau, très peu de vaisselle et équipements exemple un seul verre et j'en passe, remontées d'eau pas les WC et la baignoire, 'des' couloir inondés, nous avons du gérer nous même pour ne 0as avoir d'eau dans la chambre avec nos serviettes, l'eau de la piscine beaucoup trop froide pas. Possible de se baigner

Good located. Easy to reach the city center

The room is meh. Starting with the fact that the door is not reaching the floor and the window was broken and not closing. This means that there was a lot of noice made by the wind and by the airplanes. I found some insects every day in the room.

In linea di massima la posizione e i servizi sono ok. Il personale è gentile. Anche un garage per l auto che data la scarsità dei parcheggi è molto comodo

Appartamenti da ristrutturare, i mobili mezzi rotti, il frigo anche. Il bagno con quella vasca, scomodissimo. Il letto comodo ma dietro c'era un pannello rovinato e sporco

Hanno cercato di rimediare alle pessime condizioni della camera e dell hotel in generale, facendoci vedere altre due camere, che poi erano molto simili a quella assegnata (abbiamo cambiato appunto camera) e a una colazione in omaggio per due persone per la mattina successiva (valore 12 euro a testa).

Tutto. Hotel vecchio, sporco, ogni mattina passano giusto per "rifare" il letto e cambiare gli asciugamani, non spazzano e non puliscono nient'altro. Parcheggio non prenotabile e da pagare per 15 euro al giorno anche se arrivi a mezza giornata hai le ore rimanenti da usufruire ma paghi sempre 15 euro. Parcheggio accanto l'hotel 1.50 l'ora. Angolo cottura fatiscente e con due padelle e una pentola; ma troppo piccoli i fornelli per usufurirli tutti e due insieme. Specchio in bagno con ruggine, porta del bagno mangiata mezza rotta, sportelli della cucina che si aprono storti. Cappa indecente. Peli in bagno. Allego alcune foto. Ho viaggiato tanto e in tutto il mondo, ma un hotel con questo rapporto qualità prezzo (1400€ x 8 notti) non l ho mai trovato.

I stayed here for 5 days as a solo traveller. It was very clean , beds comfy. The beach of  Figueretes is only 5 minutes away and Ibiza town 10 minutes away. Staff helpful. Pool was a little cold for me but good music there. It's a lively hotel best for those out partying at night, probably not the best for families with young children as little for them to do. The view from the front of the hotel is great, see photo , best to book a sea view as some rooms have no view at all

Una complicación si tenes auto. Tenes que reservar en el lugar al comienzo de la mañana un lugar dentro del edificio. Y a veces no hay lugar. Entonces tienes que dejar el auto en la calle donde es casi imposible encontrar lugar y corriendo riesgo de que lo lleve la grua ya que no hay tiketera de parking. Sino la unica opción es un parking privado a 100 m que cobra 30 euros por dia y 1.50 euros la hora. Lo demas ok

If you look more closely, the rooms are not very clean (mold in the edges in the batheroom, hole in the floor next to the little fridge)

Recepção não é boa minha amiga pediu para liberar o Checkin antes porque ela chegou de viagem cansada e eles não liberaram, chegamos com mala pesada o segurança nem para ajudar com as malas , comunicação com o hotel péssima . Tive problema com o pagamento e não conseguia entrar em contato com eles . Tem tudo para ser um hotel bom e no final não é . E o valor que paguei não é nem um pouco acessível. Tem que melhorar muita coisa .

Nos toco una terraza muy pequeña.

Posizione alloggio comodissima, con possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente nella via della struttura. Il personale è stato molto gentile e ci hanno stupito scrivendo sullo specchio gli auguri di compleanno ad un'amica che compiva gli anni durante il soggiorno offrendoci anche una bottiglia di prosecco. Grazie Marianna! Inoltre il centro storico è veramente a due passi!

La pulizia della camera appena arrivate poteva essere fatta meglio.

Ho soggiornato pochi giorni, ho trovato comodità per gli spostamenti a pochi passi dal centro, l' appartamento è molto funzionale, la piscina del Vibra Tropical Garden era super, Antonia e lo staff super gentili e professionali. Consigliatissimo

Everything was good. The airco is a must have. The lady who works in the night, Daiana, is such an amazing and helpful woman. There were some issues with the taxi driver, our phone got stolen, its a long story. But because of Daiana, we got the phone back. She really helped us so much and saved our trip.

The only bad thing was that the pool closes at 19:00.

Rooms need maintenance.

Bem localizado, quarto confortável, equipe muito simpática e atenciosa e café da manhã maravilhoso. Ótima opção para ir com amigos e em família tambem.

Beds extremely uncomfortable. Our room was road facing & was broken into one night when we weren’t there. Whole room ransacked, yet they have a security guard standing around at all times ? Terrible experience for the money spent.

Hallo. Nichts hat mir gefallen. Musste 3 Nächte zahlen und bin nach 2 Nächte raus. Alles schmutzig und nichts funktioniert. Silberfische im Badezimmer. Ich werde eine Anzeige beim Tourismus Büro auf Ibiza stellen

Very friendly staff, including security, tidy spacious rooms, nice clean pool, working elevator, shop close by, on point with maintenance, great location, short walk to Ibiza town, peaceful and calm, I’d highly recommend this place to my friends and family
