We appreciated the effort that had been put in to create the look of the place but a little bit of decluttering would make it more practical to use.

Modern and sleek looking apartment with excellent location to the shops and pubs. Plenty to do and see then we had the chance to enjoy the stylish interior of the apartment which was comfortable and easy to access. Jane was a super host who communicated well from the booking until after the stay. Highly recommend the apartments and we will be back.

Absolutely lovely place and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. So close to everything as well.

The location was spot on, a very short walk to the shops, bars and restaurants. It was bank holiday weekend and there was a buzz about the town (a lot of people around due to Beverley Races ) but the apartment was still very quiet and had a good nights sleep. There is everything you need whether you stay one night or for longer. Beverley itself is a lovely town with lots of great shops and restaurants. Great to see such a small town so vibrant. Host Jenny contacted us and provided all info we needed for a smooth check in.

Great location for visiting Beverley, and excellent communication with hosts sorting out a couple of questions regarding door code and WiFi. Nice added touches with quality bathroom products, tea, coffee and some biscuits which was much appreciated.

It is quaint which I expected, so you do need to be careful moving about not to bump into things

The TV not working when we got there. But host came out at 10pm to fix. Just in time for England match!! Communal stairwell a bit dirty. Could do with a hoover and dust.

The location was amazing right in the centre of Beverley but very quiet and plenty of places to eat. The apartment was a little home from home much better than a hotel.

Located in heart of Beverley with the added bonus of parking directly behind the property. The property was very clean and the facilities were superb. The outside seating area off the bedroom was a pleasant surprise. Communication from the host was excellent and we had no trouble gaining access to the apartment following Jenny's instructions.

Location was excellent. Free Parking was good. Apartment number 2, very compact. No noise from others using the same house. Host kept in touch with clear instructions.

Steep stairs to get to apartment, pleased there was a bannister. It is unclear when booking from the photos which apartment will be yours so I felt we didn't get the apartment as seen in the photos online and was disappointed. Unfortunately I felt the apartment was grubby in places. I had to throughly clean the kitchen sink and washing bowl on arrival as they were heavily tea stained. The bed linen and towels were poor, over washed and bobbled. The bed was very low to the floor and it felt like a small double bed. The furniture in the bedroom is very dark wood and it made the room feel smaller. Unfortunately we didn't get a good night's rest so sadly I wouldn't stay again. Another guest has left similar comments in a discreet note to the Host in the Guestbook a few months ago but sadly it hasn't been picked up.

Excellent location, well-equipped and pristine. We loved the decoration and the outside seated area. We would definitely choose this property again next time we are in Beverley.

The toilet brush was absolutely disgusting. Can't even clean you teeth in a easy manner in a cramped bathroom. Cups in kitchen cupboard not clean. Even though mentioned in property instructions to make sure you clean whatever you have used before leaving. Practice what you preach. Bowl in kitchen sink. Dirty on the outside. Obviously whoever is cleaning between people staying not doing a satisfactory job. No bedside lamps. But you do get disco lights over the bed head.(Weird) Bed covers way too heavy for the time of year.

A little TLC required. Shower was draining slowly although this was being sorted imminently. The bedroom is very bright with the sunrise so a blackout blind would be a great addition

Cleanliness was below standard, particularly in the kitchen and bathroom, both of which would benefit from a deep clean. We spent time on arrival rewashing cutlery and crockery, sweeping the kitchen floor, and cleaning dust and old hair from the bathroom edges. The mattress was small and unsupportive with a noticeable dip in the middle, causing both of us to roll towards the centre. Bedroom storage space was limited due to excess bedding and cushions being stored there. Heating appeared uncontrollable, and there were also part-used food items left in the cupboards and freezer.

Very comfortable accommodation. Lots of little touches to make it feel like a home from home. Excellent location with town centre yards away. Car parking space a bonus. Host very good at keeping in touch with information and clear instructions on how to enter the property.

The location is so close to the centre, parking on site or just next to the property. The apartment is beautiful and so well decorated. The key pad access is great and especially for a solo traveller. Jenny is an amazing host, very friendly and helpful.i love staying here

Cleanliness was unfortunately to a low standard - my partner suffered badly with her allergies and asthma due to the dust and cobwebs.

Bedding was clean but had a unpleasant background odour, and apartment 1 has a partially blocked shower drain, the tray started to fill rather than drain so had to have a very quick shower.

Location was excellent and entry instructions on arrival were very good. The apartment was spacious with everything you needed. Was left tea, coffee and cleaning materials. Even a coffee machine with coffee. Good having a parking space free of charge.

The stairs to access the second floor were very steep and difficult carrying luggage etc... The bed mattress was extremely hard and very uncomfortable for our liking. The attention to detail for cleaning could be better, for example inside the microwave was mucky and going rusty, inside kitchen cupboards, cutlery and plates not to my standards. Had difficulty opening the kitchen window because didn't realise we needed the key and finally found it on ledge in lounge area.

Lication was great, parking available and very clean and comfortablw with all facilities accessible.

The apartment had everything you needed, proper home from home. Fully equipped kitchen, bed was really comfy, sofa was comfy. The location was perfect, a short walk from the train station, shops, restaurants and pubs. Really quiet despite being so central. Good shower and nice and warm throughout. We stayed on the first floor and had a little balcony with seating which was a nice touch and good to sit out and have a coffee in the morning in the sunshine. Also free parking was handy. Really good communication from the host Jenny and simple check in. Will definitely stay again

Lovely little property. Had absolutely everything for our stay. We used it as a base for a night out in Beverley. It was great value and so cosy. A real gem of a place and the communication with the owner couldn’t of been better

Easy to find, onsite parking, beautifully presented and had everything you needed - only there one night but wish I’d had more time, could have spent all week in this lovely apartment!

From the moment booking was confirmed till the moment I checked out this experience was exceptional. The property location was amazing, right in the centre of Beverley, but just far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the town to be quiet to sleep in. The apartment was spoltlessly clean, stunningly furnished and designed and had a range of delicious complimentary coffee pods on arrival. The bed was also unbelievably comofrtable! The host was friendly, and very easy to understand regarding getting into the flat, and clear on check out and parking. I had a wonderful time and would stay here again in a heartbeat. The check in and out times were different to the ones on booking.com meaning we had to change our plans to fit in. I tried to book parking but got a message to say I had to book it before booking so didn't pursue it and we could have parked there. Which is the point of booking this particular one. The list of things to do on departure. For the amount you pay, you do the work for them.
