Appartamento ben attrezzato, con terrazza e staff molto simpatico.

Dal fatto degli appartamenti, il pubblico è in grande parte giovane e non rispetta la tranquillità del vicino di notte. Non ero al corrente del divieto di fumo dentro gli alberghi per tutta la Spagna ed è diventato in incubo non potere andare bere qualcosa al bar, magiare un qualcosina proposto dall'albergo, ... Per accedere ad un bar corretto, è necessario rivestirsi e camminare qualche minuti.

Dos espaços exteriores essencialmente e do conforto das camas , bem como do espaço dos quartos. Excelente pequeno almoço com bastante variedade. A simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários, principalmente do bar da piscina. Concerteza numa viagem a Maiorca será a minha estadia de eleição.

Acho que podíam oferecer aos hóspedes algum tipo de animação, principalmente á noite e música mais " animada " nas piscinas.

Struttura abbastanza curata nelle zone esterne compreso le piscine, vicinanza al centro di Magaluf, spiaggia, negozi e ristoranti, noi abbiamo preso mezza pensione con cibo nella norma per essere all'estero . Buona posizione per raggiungere il centro di Palma e altre spiagge circostanti tutte in circa 20 minuti in auto. Parcheggio ampio all'esterno dell'albergo. Lo staff è stato disponibile soprattutto Diego e Rosy.

Apenas apontar o barulho que certos clientes fazem de madrugada ao chegarem. Infelizmente esquecem que existem outros a descansar.

Помешкання зручне, номер великий, розташування чудове. Сніданок різноманітний. Можливо, трохи більше овочів би хотілося. І вид на море з номера. Однозначно, рекомендую!

З номерів не видно моря. Але чудовий вид на басейн!

Adquiri a poção tudo incluído, mas estava muito limitado nos serviços disponíveis. As areas de lazer abriam tarde (10h00) também de lamentar que fechavam antes da hora prevista, ou seja, por volta das 18h45/18h50 retiravam as pessoas de toda a piscina e área envolvente. comida muito limitada e sem grande variedade e sem tempero, valeu a pena ter os saleiros em cima da mesa (apesar de ter mais arroz do que sal. Hotel frequentado por escalão etário muito novo, o que faz com que se oiça muito barulho de noite nos corredores dos quartos.

The hotel is wonderful. The staff are very polite, friendly, and welcoming. The breakfasts offer something for every taste. My children and I really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely come back here again! ❤️

We have stayed here 4 times now and we just love it! Excellent facilities, great pools, rooms and staff!

All inclusive food is very much the same day to day. This is okay for breakfast and lunch but a little variety for dinner would be great as by day 3 we were getting a little sick of it.

The rooms were clean modern and plenty of space. The beds were very comfy. The hotel had a nice relax atmosphere, the pools were very clean and a nice setting. It had a mixture of young and old. The breakfasts were all you can eat for 17 euros which was great value.

I didn't like how rough i felt in the morning. But that was nothing to do with the hotel, but more to do with the drinking we did. All round it was a very good trip in a nice hotel.

Der Pool war Ok & die Klimaanlage im Zimmer war auch gut

Die Zimmer waren dreckig, im Bad in der Dusche waren Haare als wir das erste mal rein sind. Das Essen war nicht überzeugend, hätten Abendessen u. Frühstück gehabt. Wir waren nur Frühstücken und 1x Abendessen, die anderen Abende waren wir auswärts. Es ist ein Party Hotel, es war sehr laut, unsere Zimmernachbarn hatten bis 12 Uhr Abends die Musik ganz laut aufgedreht und mitgesungen etc.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel e nel complesso mi sono trovata molto bene. La struttura offre davvero tantissimi servizi, a partire dalle diverse piscine, alla spa, fino alla ristorazione e a tutti gli altri comfort disponibili (avendo usufruito del pacchetto all inclusive). La posizione è sicuramente strategica, soprattutto per chi vuole essere vicino al centro di Magaluf e avere tutto facilmente raggiungibile. Una nota di merito va sicuramente al personale, sempre molto gentile, disponibile e accogliente, che contribuisce a rendere il soggiorno ancora più piacevole.

Per quanto riguarda la pulizia, inizialmente la camera viene consegnata pulita e in ordine, mentre durante le pulizie quotidiane ho notato un servizio un po’ superficiale, che potrebbe essere migliorato. Anche il Wi-Fi non è sempre perfettamente funzionante e a volte la connessione risulta poco stabile.

L hotel est très mal isole Bcp trop de jeunes fetards rentrant à importe qu elle heure de la nuit faisant un boucan monstre . Aucun respect eme dans les parties communes de la réception , affalés dans les canapés boissons a tout va chips ect sans ne respecter jamais la propreté. L hôtel devrait freiner ce genre de clientèle où les recadrer . Dommage .

O que mais gostei foi da limpeza e de alguns funcionários, todos simpáticos mas existe alguns que se destacam.

Não gostei da falta de civismo de outros clientes, e neste campo o alojamento devia de intervir. Por exemplo: terem música nos alojamento as 22:40 em som alto. Permitir que cheguem de madrugada a bater com portas e a fazer barulho como se todos tivéssemos a chegar. Existe crianças a pernoitar nesse hotel mas também outros grupos etários. Tive noites que dormi 3h. Talvez eu é que estava mal…..

Todo muy bien lo pasamos genial la familia el personal una maravilla recepción destaco la amabilidad llegamos a las 10 de la mañana el chekin era a las 2 de la tarde y me dejaron entrar le doy mil gracias por que mis niños estaban reventados del avión y nos dieron la habitación mil gracias.

Не было банально какой -нибудь тряпки чтобы вытереть стол или посуду,гель для душа закончилась в первый же день,и никто не долил ещё..

Hotel was beautiful, bright airy well looked after staff friendly welcoming.

I don't feel its a good idea to situate a smoking area at the adult swimming pool. When having my swim in the morning the fumes were sickening.

* Хорошее расположение — до моря примерно 5–10 минут пешком. * Еда обычная, выбор есть, без излишеств. * Отель и номер визуально выглядят неплохо, но номер требует точечного ремонта.

* В номере были проблемы: возле раковины была дырка, из-за которой при включении воды всё лилось на пол, также был сломан душ. * Фен работал через раз. * Время уборки было очень неудобным: уборщица приходила всегда около 15:00–15:30, когда мы возвращались с пляжа и дети ложились после обеда спать. Из-за этого нам приходилось отказываться от уборки около трех раз. 2 раза спать не ложились , дожидались уборку и во время уборки ждали на балконе. * Ночью прям очень шумно: студенты устраивали вечеринки до глубокой ночи, включали громко музыку, при этом персонал никак на это не реагировал. Я читала перед отпуском отзывы о шуме и о количестве студентов, но и представить не могла что прям настолько все будет шумно. Назвала б отель «студенческим» * Wi-Fi работал плохо.

W basenie można było jedynie pływać- zero skoków do wody, gry w piłkę czy wnoszenia dmuchanych zabawek wodnych. Na minus też brak ogólnodostępnej wody w pokoju hotelowym i okropna kawa w ekspresie na śniadaniach

Petit-déjeuner et dîner : immangeables. Les repas sont toujours les mêmes, avec une qualité très décevante. L’hôtel est extrêmement bruyant, de jour comme de nuit. Les jeunes font la fête toute la nuit, ce qui rend les nuits particulièrement difficiles. Je déconseille fortement cet établissement aux familles avec enfants.

Serviço de comida muito limitado, ter de ir buscar as bebidas ao bar no exterior do restaurante. A nadadora Salvador parecia um polícia, e incomodava toda gente por qualquer motivo. Um TI muito estranho com muitas limitações. Não devo voltar!

Obiekt bardzo duży. W hotelu można kupić dosłownie wszystko. Blisko plaży i promenady.

Ogromny minus dla basenu. Kafle wokół niego bardzo ślizgie, łatwo się przewrócić. W basenie nie można ani grać w piłkę ani używać akcesoriów wodnych.

Man konnte die Badezimmer Tür nicht schließen und die Glas Tür bei der Dusche war undicht weshalb am ersten Tag das Wasser ins ganze Badezimmer ausgelaufen ist. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Pobyt bardzo przyjemny. Hotel zlokalizowany blisko wszystkiego (plaża, sklepy z pamiątkami, deptak) ale wystarczająco oddalony żeby zaznać przyjemnego odpoczynku, tzn. nie dochodzą odgłosy z pobliskich, licznych klubów.

Jedyną rzeczą, którą można byłoby poprawić to wyposażenie kuchni. Kuchnia wyposażona w sztućce, talerze, garnki, ale z komunikatem że obsługa hotelowa nie zmywa naczyń. Nie ma płynu do zmywania. Nie jest to duży problem, bo można kupić w sklepie, ale w ciągu tygodnia, nawet dwóch tygodni wakacji nie zużywa się całej butelki. Wystarczyłoby zamontować tak jak pod prysznicem i przy umywalce w łazience - dozownik z płynem.

Worst experience of my life. It was completely ruined for the environment and, above all, the clientele, who behaved appallingly. Unfortunately, I will not be returning until major changes are made. First of all, our neighbours in the room next to us were taking drugs every day and I have pictures that can prove that. The disgusting smell of marijuana constantly invaded our room, making it impossible to even open the window, which created a deeply uncomfortable situation. For a hotel of this caliber, security should step in and strictly prohibit drug use on the premises. Moreover, I am certainly not the first to report that this hotel is excessively noisy and loud at all hours; guests knocking to doors every second and running away, screaming until late night, I have seen plenty of negative feedback about this, and I genuinely hope management takes action. Drunk and drug addict guests shouted and made noise until 4 AM. To make matters worse, loud music was played right behind the hotel until 3 AM. I woke up every ten minutes and could never sleep, and my stay was completely ruined by the lack of sleep and peace. Also Magaluf is such a bad, and I’d say also dangerous area which you should definitely avoid because of the fact many people come here mainly to abuse alcohol and drugs. Another major issue concerns the wristbands. I completely understand that every country has its own regulations, being originally from Belgium, where wristbands at hotels aren't used, I know I must adapt to local policies. However, being forced to wear a tight wristband that left deep marks on my skin even before we upgraded to an all-inclusive package was excessive. When I kindly asked a restaurant staff member to provide a slightly larger one, given that I am quite big, she refused. Consequently, I ended up removing it myself and asking for a replacement. A security guard and a receptionist (who also works at the bar) rudely informed me that without it I wouldn't even be allowed back in—despite having spent almost 7,000 euros here. To top it off, a receptionist rudely remarked in Spanish that I had already changed it and they wouldn't replace it anymore, and should I have lost it, they would have charged that to me. In my opinion, treating guests in this way to pay for a piece of plastic, after having spent a significant amount of money, is exceptionally unprofessional, especially while simultaneously turning a blind eye to late-night screaming and drug consumption. Things took a much worse turn on my final day, as I fell severely ill while staying at this property with a high fever and widespread body aches, and I’m still ill after so many days. I’ve never felt so bad in my life. Two days later, my family members fell sick as well with the same heavy symptoms. Strangely enough, the exact same scenario happened to us here in 2023, so for sure I don’t think this is a coincidence. On my last day when I was ill with a fever of over 38 degrees Celsius and could barely stand on my feet, my family politely asked for the courtesy of a one-hour check-out extension so I could rest and take my medication, but the receptionist refused, showing zero empathy after we had spent a significant amount of money here. To make matters worse, the housekeeping staff kept opening our door repeatedly—often without even knocking a couple of seconds after the other one, fully aware that I was sick and trying to rest. To cap it all off, I was harassed by a group of drunk British guests simply because I was wearing a French football jersey. They deliberately provoked me right in front of the reception desk, and not a single member of the staff intervened. Additionally, seeing people sleeping on the reception sofas is unacceptable, and charging extra for basic items under an all-inclusive package (like 4.50€ for a water bottle or 15€ for a hamburger) feels entirely unreasonable. Unless major changes are made, avoid this place if you value your health and peace of mind

The location is very beautiful and the food and services are great. The barmans are very nice and do all what they can to see you satisfied, especially Hose.

La scarsa pulizia giornaliera

Only the employers were operating normally in this hotel and were kind enough to assist you with every problem that occurred to this awful experience. I honestly feel pitty for them, they deserve so so so much better than that.

We stayed for 5 nights to the hotel. The experience was awful, I have never been to a worse hotel. Honestly i don’t where to start. The most important problem was the cleanliness. The first night we were there we saw a huge cockroach at the bathroom and a smaller one in the living room, the room was obviously infested. We reported to the reception but at this time at night there wasn’t a manager that could help us however they sent us a guy to kill the cockroach. The next morning we spoke to the manager and she told us the were going to do a pest control and offered us free breakfast. As we expected when we returned at night after the pest control we found again another dead cockroach a huge one and a dead one. We spoke again furiously to the reception and offered us an all inclusive programme and a new room. I have nothing bad to say about the employers, it is the hotel that is disgusting. The new room didn’t have cockroaches but it had an intense smell of vomit. Apart from that the food was nothing special if was ask me it was really bad, but that is sometimes preferences. There were also tourists in the lobby that were waiting in the lobby coughing and laying all over the place. Regarding the swimming pools we didn’t even try to enter because of how many people were in them.

Buffet / piscine ouverte que de 10 à 19h.. sifllet à 18h50 + on doit dégager les transats illico / pas d’eau mise à disposition.. / double paiement d’une séance de padel à 20€ et n’a pas pu me faire mon remboursement sachant la preuve des débits fournis avec date ../ manque animation type aquagym le matin / pas très bien isolé - des boules quies pour dormir ne sont pas du luxe / les installations comme tennis etx sont payants .. sauna allume qu’à partir de 16h en moyenne . Dommage !

We stayed here this week for two nights for our 10th wedding anniversary, we are a couple in our mid thirties. I’d read mixed reviews on groups of young ones ext but when we arrived the place was very relaxed with younger groups. Couples and a few family’s. We were all inclusive the food was ok no issues at all always warm and replaced regularly. The drinks were great estrella on draught along with all your spirits, wines and a small cocktail menu Room was impeccable we had a pool view apartment, one large main bedroom, a bathroom, kitchen area, lounge and a very big balcony. All in all I think this hotel is great for all ages and groups it’s a very relaxed atmosphere great staff too.

There is so noise the hotel is full only with teenagers who during the night disturbs you that I didn’t sleep one single night , if you want to sleep during the night that’s not an option, plus the cleaning lady don’t clean at all is really dirty .. smell bad ..waste of money

Room was full of Ants and the gap at you d the door endured absolutely everything outside could be heard inside. Food - pork pork or pork. Lunch and dinner. Poor quality, terrible choice, cheese served with what looked like dog biscuits. Pool. Very clean. But life guards are on another level. Families on holiday want to play and have fun. One life guard in particular just blew his whistle most of the day. I’m not sure he realised his role is to ensure life not lost. But he wanted to wear the badge of the fun police. Kids couldn’t breathe without his whistle being blown. Dome families tried to reason with him but he seemed incapable of risk assessing. Don’t take your kids here they will be miserable, we paid all inclusive but it’s not and what we did get is not edible.

This hôtel is, as many say, not really appropriate for families. There are many groups of youngsters wanting to party, music, drinking,screaming in thé halls and even thé smell of weed ! Thé life guards are not coherant with rules: one day you çan play with a ball, thé guard thé next day says no....spoilt pool fun and was frustrating. On a good note, thé pool is clean and a nice space, 10 mins walk from thé beach and centre. I found thé staff in général in bé ok - they must find thé younger clientèle challenging, which means that they have a bit of a "we don't care too much" attitude all round, even with "older" guests or familles. Stay August 2026/ family

Quite many drunky youth, from lower claas England. Two times were noisy at night, but Security work perfect, silenced them very rapidly, thanks.

Struttura con buona pulizia, le piscine il servizio pizzeria, la pulizia giornaliera delle camere, la gentilezza in reception e del personale pulizie. I servizi di sosta x l arrivo e ripartenza ottima cosa, l aria condizionata e il wi-fi. Camere e letti comodi e spaziosi, comodo terrazzo con un piccolo stendino. Magari la tv con servizi streeming non sarebbe male.

Colazione e cena pressochè sempre solite cose, paste scotte tanto fritto e cibi avanzati rigenerati l'indomani. L'incività del 90% dei clienti maggiormente inglesi caos a qualsiasi ora soprattutto zona appartamenti dove alloggiava mia moglie e due dei nostri tre figli. La sporcizia lasciata intorno la piscina piu piccola dove gli addetti se pur efficienti non riuscivano a stare al passo. Servirebbe che gli addetti alla piscina puntassero piu all' ordine di quei clienti ubriachi piu che a bambini che giocano in acqua con una piccola pallina.

I came with my friends for my sixth year holiday for a a week and had a great experience. The room and pool were both clean. Staff were great and really helpful especially Ollie and Dale . Ollie was not just a rep to us this holiday he is now a life long friend. He was extremely helpful to us and ensured we had a good time during our stay. I would recommend Ollie and Dale to anyone coming to stay at HM as they were extremely helpful during our time here.

Najbardziej podobało mi się położenie hotelu. Znajdował się w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji, z łatwym dostępem do atrakcji i najważniejszych punktów w okolicy.

Największym problemem podczas pobytu był kompletny brak kontroli nad hałaśliwymi grupami młodzieży. Od późnych godzin nocnych aż do rana w pokojach odbywały się głośne imprezy, którym towarzyszył ciągły hałas i zakłócanie ciszy nocnej. Hotel zdecydowanie nie radzi sobie z takimi sytuacjami i nie zapewnia gościom warunków do spokojnego wypoczynku. Uważam, że personel powinien stanowczo reagować na tego typu zachowania i konsekwentnie egzekwować zasady ciszy nocnej.

Hot meals were as expected and not fantastic, the fruit, bread, salad and other items were lovely! A few nights before we left there was a funny drain, and an odd fishy smell in the evening in the rooms, oddly enough this would not stop me from going back necessarily, but would be something the hotel needs to address

Personeel die bij de ingang stond van het restaurant niet vriendelijk en chagerijnig en geen engels spreken. Life guard aan het zwembad dame had zeker geen zin om te werken. Meren deels op haar telefoon. 18:50 werd je weggejaagd omdat zei rennend naar huis ging. In avond zwaar gehorig door jonge lui! Dit is nog wel het ergste van alles keihard muziek

Dat de airco heel laag stond waardoor wij ook binnen niet gekoeld konden zitten in de hitte. Op de site van Booking stond dat we ontbijt en vervoer vanaf de airport zouden krijgen. Dat bleek bij aankomt niet zo te zijn.

The location is good.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a family travelling with children because the hotel is mostly booked by young people travelling in groups that party on the balconies until 1 am at night. This makes it hard to sleep. Also the beds are quite hard.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic for a younger crowd and first-time travellers looking for a higher standard of accommodation. The location is perfect, with everything you need for both the nightlife and daytime activities in Magaluf just a short walk away. The staff are friendly, the hotel has a great atmosphere, and the facilities are excellent. I would definitely recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Nichts. Zu viele Jugendliche Dino Party Party wollen uns viel zu laut sind. Nur Fleisch der Pool. Sonst nichts Zimmer dreckig Zu viel Lärm in der Nacht. Keiner hält sich an die Regeln, und das Hotel kümmert sich um gar nix.

Die Klimaanlage war relativ laut. Es hatte neben unserem Schlafzimmer eine Maschine/Klimaanalge die ziemlich laut war.

La cosa più bella è la struttura dell’hotel, ricca di attività, soprattutto le piscine, e la sua grandezza nel complesso.

La cosa con cui ci siamo trovati molto male è stata il Wi-Fi, che nella nostra camera non funzionava. Avendo i giga limitati, per noi era un aspetto molto importante. Inoltre, pur essendo presente una cucina, questa non è attrezzata nemmeno con il minimo indispensabile: nella nostra camera c’era soltanto una piccola padella.

Really nice pool with excellent service, especially George the manager. The things the hotel can offer you is as good as it gets, other things, like guest that arrive, they can not influence. Youngsters that haven't started to shave are numerous, but even for families it works. They put us in a part of hotel without party and testosterone inflated small boys, and sound insolation was actually acceptable. Close to beach, excellent pool and good service is all we need. Thank you for that.

You can't sleep in this hotel because of the noise in every night, young people screaming and running in the hallway and the indolent staff taking no action.

Location of hotel is very good. 15 minutes from the strip. Room was big, Pool was enought deep if you like to swim. 4 ft deep is good if you can swim, but also good for people who can't swim. Food in restaurant was very good. I came with party hard travel and it was great experience.

I've stayed in HM Martinique for 8 days in July 2026. That's my second stay in this hotel. First time was in August 2022. This is a lovely hotel. Great restaurant. 15 minutes to the stip (on foot). 24 h reception stuff, Great pool with medium depth (4 ft) which is great for people who can swim, but also for people who can't. Very close to shops.

We are currently on day two of our holiday, and unfortunately our experience has been extremely disappointing. We have a significant leak coming through the ceiling, with water travelling between the ceiling spotlights, which is an obvious safety concern. We reported this to staff immediately, but despite the leak still being active, they have been unwilling to move us to another room or offer a suitable solution. The lack of urgency and concern shown by the staff has been shocking. Rather than taking action to address what is clearly a hazardous situation, they have been unhelpful and dismissive, leaving us to stay in unsafe conditions. We expected much better customer service and for our safety concerns to be taken seriously, we definitely would not recommend staying here unless the management significantly improves how they deal with serious safety issues like this.

We had a wonderful stay at HM Hotels and would highly recommend it. The staff is one of the hotel's greatest strengths. Everyone was warm, friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about making our stay enjoyable. Communication was excellent throughout our visit, and every request was handled quickly, professionally, and with a smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire hotel was clean, organized, and created a relaxing atmosphere that made our holiday even more enjoyable. The food was okay but nothing fancy. There was no entertainment in the evening. You had to get your drinks in a pladtic cup. The airconditioning was not working properly in several areas including in some of the rooms. There was no place to sit and play cards in the evening. There were lots of mosquitoes and other bugs, and we got bitten a lot. And it was VERY NOISY at night. Party "all night long", so ear plugs and sleeping pills were used every night at the hotel. On the plus side: Most of the staff were friendly.

Hotel para adolescentes! Quarto em péssimo estado de conservação. Ar condicionado não funciona direito e os funcionários dizem q é assim mesmo! Secador de cabelo muito ruim e não funcionava direito! Não recomendo esse hotel para ninguém ! Além do barulho e das festas ao longo da madrugada! Tive que trocar 3 vezes de quarto por causa do ar condicionado que não funcionava! Paguei para 3 pessoas cheguei no hotel apenas duas camas feitas . Tive que ir buscar na recepção lençóis e arrumar a minha própria cama! Resumindo não indico a ninguém
