L'emplacement : à proximité de la plage , des clubs , des restaurants. Les réceptionnistes ont été top Les femmes de ménage aussi au top : Mention spéciale à Paula la colombienne super gentille et agréable. Ultra professionnelle.

Désolé mais la nourriture. Il y avait des choses sympa mais par exemple au petit déjeuner ça manquait de fruits. Les pâtes étaient mal cuites. Après le reste pouvaient passer mais pas dingue non plus.

Nous avons aimé : - L'emplacement de l'hôtel, hôtel qui se situe au coeur de Magaluf et à une vingtaine de minutes de Palma en voiture - La réactivité du personnel, lors du changement de notre chambre notamment. Le réceptionniste Khadim a été d'une grande aide lors de notre séjour. En effet, il a pris en compte nos besoins et attentes lors de celui-ci. Nous le remercions énormément !

- La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée. En effet, celle-ci avait plusieurs dysfonctionnements, au niveau hygiène/sanitaire notamment (problèmes d'eau dans la salle de bain, problèmes de lecture de la carte pour entrer dans la chambre, la conformité entre les images de l'hôtel sur l'application Booking et la réalité, dysfonctionnemens au niveau de la lumière) - Le bruit dans la nuit (bruits dûs à l'activité nocturne sur Magaluf + problèmes de sonorisation au niveau des chambres

Great location, friendly staff, and good food. The only downside was the bathroom, which looked a bit old and had a limescale-covered shower. Other than that, everything was good.

- family room for 3 people had 2 sets of towels and 2 blankets - The extra “bed” is something you could die on while sleeping, literally falling between it is a 99% possibility if you even as much as turn in your sleep - You have to be in the shower for 30+ minutes in order to get yourself clean. The water changes from boiling hot to ice cold every 5 seconds and that is IF you get any water at all. At times you can stand freezing in the shower because for 10 seconds nothing comes out of it. - The two main beds have wheels under them (without stoppers) so you’ll be rolling around like on a carousel during the night

When we arrived, we were told that our room had been upgraded, which was a really nice surprise. We had a lovely terrace/balcony, and there was also a small swimming pool shared by the rooms on our side of the floor. Overall, a really nice room.

Unfortunately, the bed linen had some stains, and the towels also had spots. I also found hair inside the towels, which made me feel like the room wasn’t properly prepared. I noticed it quite late, so I had to sleep there anyway. We told the receptionist in the morning, and they cleaned the room and changed everything, which was good. The AC was also leaking water into the room throughout our entire stay. Apart from that, we had a nice stay.

Die Zimmer waren super schön. Wir hatten von unserem Balkon einen Ausblick auf den Pool. Das Essen war echt lecker und es war für jeden was dabei.

Es hieß, dass nach 4 Tagen die Badetücher gewechselt werden, leider war das bei uns nicht der Fall. Man konnte aber zum Glück jederzeit bei der Rezeption neu anfordern.

Le lit trop dure impossible de bien dormir courbatures partout, impossible de dormir sur les deux lit simple puisse qu'ils ne sont pas fixe . Trois piscines signalées mais en fait l'une fait 40cm de profondeur donc pattojoire plutôt et la deuxième 50 cm .. quand à la plus grande des trois est divisée en deux partie pour les activités.. Au final , J'ai rendue les clés trois jours plus tôt je suis rentrée en France le lundi au lieu du jeudi prévu initialement.. pas de remboursement de taxe de séjour ou autre.

Nagyon kedves segítőkész személyzet, a bejelentkezés gyors és egyszerű volt. A szálloda tiszta volt, tökéletesen felszerelt mindennel. A szoba nagy, világos és tiszta. Kényelmes ágy. Bulis környék, rengeteg szuper szórakozóhellyel, bárral,clubbal és éttermekkel!A szobánk utcára néző volt, de még így sem hallatszódott be éjjel a hangzavar, zár ajtónál. Gyönyörű kis öblök vannak a környéken.

Külön fizetni kellett a széf használatért, met nem prémium szobánk volt és a klímát nem lehetett 22 foknál magasabbra venni . éjfél után az egyik liftet ,ami felvitt a szobánkhoz már nem lehetett használni így körbe kellett menni a szállodán.

Extremely disappointing experience. The staff was absolutely unacceptable. The level of service was shockingly poor. The staff showed no patience, no attention to guests, and, most importantly, a complete lack of basic politeness and professionalism. The man who attended to my wife was particularly rude and disrespectful. His attitude was so inappropriate that my wife was genuinely shocked and uncomfortable. We travel extensively around the world and have stayed in countless hotels, from different categories and in many countries. Unfortunately, the staff at this hotel ranks among the worst we have ever encountered. Mistakes or occasional problems can happen anywhere, but treating guests with such a lack of courtesy and respect is simply unacceptable. Good hospitality starts with basic respect, and that was completely missing during our experience. Based on the service we received, we would definitely not return and cannot recommend this hotel to other travelers.

It is very nice hotel comfortable. Ta got everything you need. Fully equipped, they give us an early check-in.

Prasitęsiant dar vienai dienai, teko iš visų mūsų 3 kambarių išsikraustyti.Palikti daiktus jų nurodytoje patalpone, nors viešbutis buvo pustuštis. Pusryčių pasirinkimas yra, tačiau visas 4 dienas tokie patys. Sultys kaip vanduo. Maistas apdžiuvęs. Vakarienės buvo labai geros, tačiau prasitęsus vieną dieną, maisto kokybė buvo labai bloga, mažas pasirinkimas.

A személyzet kedves, segítőkész, barátságos volt.

Háromból két szobában nem volt elég víznyomás a zuhanyzóban, sokszor alig folyt a víz. Többszöri reklamáció után sem sikerült javítani a helyzeten. A bárban, kozösségi térben nem volt klíma, ahol összejöhettünk volna az utitársainkkal, folyton állott volt a levegő. Az erkélyre nyíló ajtó szorult, nagyon nehezen lehetett kinyitni. A klíma megbízhatatlanul működött, egy hét alatt sem sikerült megjavítani, vagy nagyon meleg volt a szobában, vagy indokolatlanul hideg.

Die Lage im Zentrum von Magaluf ist super. Es gibt einen Hoteleigenen Parkplatz.

Das ist wirklich kein 4 Sterne Hotel. Man zahlt für alles extra. Man muss den ganzen Aufenthalt ein unbequemes billiges Plastikband tragen. Am Pool sind viel zu wenig Liegen, man darf kein eigenes Essen und trinken bringen und wird die ganze Zeit mit lauter Musik und einer gefühlten Dauer Werbeveranstaltung beschallt. Ich weiß nicht wieso jemand dieses Hotel bucht. Wir hatten das Zimmer nur zum Koffer abstellen und duschen und für unseren letzten Tag gebucht. Ist wirklich das schlechteste Hotel, das ich in Mallorca jemals betreten habe, aber irgendwie entspricht es auch dem Umstand dass sie vom Billigflieger Jet2 einen Preis bekommen haben. Genauso fühlt es sich hier auch an. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem BCM Club.

Das personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Buffet hatte viel Auswahl und gutes essen. Die Poolanlage war auch cool.

Das Hotel und vorallem die Zimmer waren extrem hellhörig. Man hat alles gehört von den Nachbarn wirklich alles. Man konnte oft nicht schlafen weil es zu laut war. Im Essbereich war es extrem laut. Man erhielt in den gesamten Ferien 1x ein Badetuch und musste dies bis am Schluss behalten was ich sehr unhygienisch fand.

Una delle peggiori esperienze che abbiamo avuto in vacanza. Siamo partiti con aspettative normali, ma purtroppo l’Hotel Samos è riuscito a deluderci sotto praticamente ogni punto di vista. Partiamo dalla mezza pensione: paghi una cifra importante e poi sembra che l’obiettivo della struttura sia farti pagare ancora per qualsiasi cosa. Cassaforte a pagamento, bilancia a pagamento e numerosi servizi che, considerando il prezzo del soggiorno, ci saremmo aspettati fossero quantomeno più accessibili. La sensazione è quella di essere continuamente davanti a un “extra” da pagare. Il problema più grave, però, è stato il personale. In diverse occasioni abbiamo ricevuto un trattamento estremamente scortese e poco professionale. Durante colazione e cena alcuni dipendenti si sono comportati in maniera arrogante e poco rispettosa. Abbiamo avuto persino la netta impressione che alcuni deridessero gli italiani e facessero battute alle nostre spalle. Se lavori a contatto con i turisti, il minimo indispensabile dovrebbe essere educazione e rispetto, indipendentemente dalla nazionalità del cliente. L’episodio delle poltrone massaggianti è stato semplicemente assurdo. Avevamo regolarmente pagato il nostro massaggio di 5 minuti. Non eravamo a conoscenza del fatto che la sala chiudesse a mezzanotte. Invece di venirci semplicemente comunicato che la sala stava per chiudere, è arrivato un poliziotto che ha iniziato a contare il tempo rimanente del nostro massaggio davanti a noi, creando una situazione estremamente imbarazzante e mettendoci completamente a disagio. Mai vissuta una cosa del genere in vacanza. Anche l’atmosfera generale dell’hotel non ci ha fatto sentire per nulla accolti. Troppo spesso abbiamo avuto la sensazione che il cliente fosse visto più come un portafoglio che come un ospite. La qualità del servizio, per quello che abbiamo pagato, è stata assolutamente deludente. In una struttura turistica ci si aspetta almeno un sorriso, disponibilità e rispetto.

First of all the Staff. They are extremely nice and helpful. I think people are the key difference of this hotel! The facilities specially the second swimming pool on the terrace is very calm. Last but not least, the food was perfect (except in the fist day of our trip)

Room and bathroom was dirty. Cleaning staff not cleaning anything. Hotel is for 75+ guests. Pool is small and always full from 0630 - closing. Food was very basic and cheap. Not worth the money at all.

Alcune risposte alla reception relative ai trasporti. Molta incertezza sui tempi dei taxi. Il ragazzo più giovane alla reception ci ha prenotato un taxi per 4 persone + 1 neonato dicendo che era possibile mentre il taxista ha risposto che quelli dell'hotel non conoscono le leggi sul trasporto che non prevede più di 5 persone a borso incluso neonati e guidatore. Abbiamo aspettato quasi un ora per un secondo taxi rischiando di perdere l'aereo.

Sinceramente no es para que sea calificado de 4 estrella ni mucho menos…

Entre otras cosas elegí el Hotel por el parking y cuando llegas allí resulta que no hay disponibilidad, tiene súper pocas plazas de parking y van con reserva según el recepcionista. La piscina de la 2a planta tenia el agua super sucia y el las otras también daban mucho que desear.. Las habitaciones NO estan insonorizadas, se oye todo, cuando van al baño, cuando se duchan y todo lo que hablas..la salida es a las 11:00 y a las 11:02 minutos ha venido la camarera de piso nos ha abierto la puerta y los ha dicho check out!

Checking in late in the evening and checking out at 4 am was very smooth and quick. They serve good breakfast. The beds were pretty good.

They offer parking on a first-come first-served basis which means that if you arrive late in the day like we did you certainly won't get a place. The kettle in the room was broken. For me it was also the first hotel in about 15 years travelling where you need to pay extra for the privilege of using the in-room safe (it won't work without a special key that you have to pay 3 EUR/day for).

Check-in po príchode prebehol bez problémov a rýchlo. Výborný výber na raňajky v cene ubytovania. Blízko autobusová zastávka kde stojí bus A11 priamo z letiska. V okolí množstvo barov, reštaurácií, diskoték, obchodov, kaviarní. Blízko je aj veľká pláž. Pri bazéne dostatok voľných lehátok. Dobré odhlučnenie z ulice. Postele boli pohodlné.

Džúsy na raňajkách boli príliš sladké a keď som ich riedil vodou, mali divnú chuť. Zistil som, že voda pri džúsoch má chuť ako po dezinfekcii, alebo výraznú uhlíkovú chuť z filtrácie. Nerozumel som, prečo upratovačky zastavili a upratovali vždy všetky výťahy ráno o 8:00 v čase, keď začali raňajky. Klimatizácia bola trochu hlučnejšia, keď sme znížili výkon, nestíhala chladiť.

Las animaciones que iba a haber a lo largo del día sólo aparecían en una pantalla cerca de la recepción y no en la zona donde iban a tener lugar. O estabas atento, o no te enterabas. En varias ocasiones la música se distorsionaba al haber dos estilos distintos en las dos piscinas

L'accueil du réceptionniste, qui n'a fait aucun effort pour arranger une situation avec la carte bancaire qui ne passait pas. Il était arrogant et a fait des sousentendus déplacés sur notre manque d'argent, notre manque de préparation, ce qui n'était évidemment pas le cas. On lui a proposé plusieurs solutions mais son manque d'empathie et d'envie de trouver une solution étaient évident. Il restait bloqué sur un "Im so sorry" dans un ton qui en disait tout autre. Heureusement on a pu utiliser une autre carte, mais son accueil et son refus à discuter ont été choquant. D'autant plus qu'il s'agissait de deux jeunes à peine majeur, pour la première fois en vacances et qu'il ne voulait pas parler aux parents par téléphone.

Le chef de la réception, très agressif et désagréable, ils ont posté des fotos de la chambre sans le troisième lit pour qu'on ne puisse pas se rendre conte de la grandeur de la chambre, très mal insonorisé, l'eau c'est arrêté a 19h 40 heure a laquelle on prend une douche pour sortir manger la clef de la chambre pour 2x ne fonctionnait plus ,j'avais déjà et a mayorca de l'autre côté, c'est très bien, l'hôtel samos a fuir.

No funcionó el ascensor en todo el fin de semana, el desayuno de muy mala calidad (evité volver a desayunar aun estando incluido), no ponen el aire acondicionado en la zona del bar y hace mucho calor, la gente se pasea sin camiseta por dentro del hotel, entre la piscina principal y la de la zona de arriba subes por unas escaleras donde están las máquinas de aire acondicionado que hacen un ruido horrible, la suite debería contar con mesas y sillas el balcón

I have just returned home after my stay at Hotel Samos, and my friend and I had the most amazing time! The atmosphere was fantastic, and that’s all thanks to the incredible entertainment team. They were absolutely amazing! They put so much hard work into every show, and each performance was so impressive. Broadway and MJ Tribute was my favourite ❤️ A special thank you to Laura, Ariel, and Bambino – you made our holiday unforgettable. We love you so much! The hotel staff in both the bar and the restaurant were also lovely, welcoming, and always friendly. Thank you to everyone at Hotel Samos!!

We spent a lovely short break at this hotel. It’s right next door to BCM nightclub, but we had no noise disruption from this at all. We had a sea view room, which also had a good pool view. This hotel is really well situated in the resort with lots to do around it. The room was modern and comfortable. The food was good and although the restaurant is a bit “ canteeny” it was fine. There was a good variety of food on offer and the all inclusive drinks were good. A lot of the guests were late teens and 20’s but as a middle aged couple we didn’t feel out of place, there were some families there too, so a real mixture. Lots going on in the main pool during the day, we preferred the upper pool area with the shallow pool. There is a bar up there too and you can sit in the pool and relax. A lovely hotel, we would return.

The food was very good. The town is lively and great for nightlife, but the hotel has excellent soundproofing, so it was easy to get a good night’s sleep. The staff go above and beyond. They are very well organised, friendly, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Richard, the bartender – simply the best! Also, Lauren from the entertainment team was the right person in the right place, making every day more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful experience!

Looks absolutely nothing like the pictures, room is tiny…something like a 18-30’s, got a child and been stuck in a room that is side on to BCM. No iron if u want one u have to hire it…wtf, no safety deposit box again u have to hire that.

The breakfast was huge and had a lot of options to choose from. The rooms were comfortable and clean, it had extra pillows which was great. The staff was the best part of our stay in Hotel Samos, they were all super friendly and kind. Special shoutout to Richard who made our stay amazing!

The location is great if you want to party but if you're in a more chill mood, then the area won't be the best for you.

Excellent location for me. The room was a perfect size and well looked after by the cleaning ladies on a daily basis. The all round atmosphere in the hotel was very good. Noise wise, yes, you are bound to get some. After all, it's mostly youngish people staying here apart from the older generation. You expect a bit of noise. Value wise, I always book direct with the hotel. You can save quite a bit doing that. Everybody working at the hotel are exceptional. Nothing is too much trouble. A great team. I'll be back later in September. It's my 'go to hotel' always. Hotel Samos keep doing what you do best.

Never been ha F board before so was skeptical but hotel Samos was really good all the food was good lots so variety each day and nite drink prices was fair staff really friendly and helpful room was lovely had a pool view with door to pool overall real Y happy and will be back for sure

Cambi asciugamani e da doccia a volte errati, problemi con le card per accedere alla stanza, a volte eccessiva confusione in piscina con troppo affollamento.

Close to beach and strip Overall hotel atmosphere is good Rooms are way too small for a 4 star hotel plus the bathrooms. The toiletries are extremely poor, a 4 star hotel cannot have just one bottle with shampoo and body wash. I hated the glass door between the bathroom and the rest of the room, no privacy whatsoever. The food wasn’t good either very tasteless and limited on products. Fruit and veg again tasteless. And again this is not what a 4 star service should be like, quite disappointing.

We stayed in at the beginning of June on B&B basis. Pros: Hotel in good location. Lovely breakfast, lots of choice. Reception staff and cleaners all lovely and helpful. Pool area is nice. The doors out to the terrace & pool are locked until 9am, so you can’t put your towels on the sunbeds until after then. I liked this idea. Animation team were great. Lots going on with ping pong, archery, bingo, volleyball, aqua gym & evening entertainment (ok, if they don’t cancel it). Cons: Not a 4 star hotel. Room ok but basic. No kettle, water or drinks sachets in the room. No coffee machine in the standard rooms either. Aircon isn’t great. From a building vent that doesn’t even reach the beds! 9th floor is very hot so needed it desperately. Have to pay for a safe (old as the ark) 20 euros. Check-in takes too long, not fun at 3am. Couple of nights no hot water for a shower. The euro deposit on the cups is annoying and they try to keep charging you when you already have cups. The thing that ruined it for us was the stag groups. The guests are 95% couples or families and the stag groups ruined the pool area for everyone by playing their music speakers (clashing with the music already being played by the hotel), taking their drinks in the pool and just being really loud. You cant relax with all that going on. Other guests were abandoning the pool area in the end. Security guy nor Reception did anything about it, despite complaints. We were only bed & breakfast and struggled to find nice restaurants near the hotel. All the fast food chains are there but no thanks. Ended up in Tom Browns by the beach several times. Doubt we would return to this hotel.

Era fecha del mundial y nos echaron del salón principal solo alcanzamos a ver medio tiempo.

Bu oteli sevdik. Çok güzel bir plaja 3 dk mesafede, kahvaltısı ve yemekleri çok güzel. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü. Hepsiyle güzel iletişim kurduk ve bu bizi çok mutlu etti. Tekrar gelsem tercih ederim.

Güvenlik kasasının ücretli olması. Odalarda kahve makinesinin veya su ısıtıcısının olmaması. Kişisel bakım malzemelerinin eksikliği.

So me and my friend both stayed for 3 days over the weekend and overall we did have a fairly average experience. It is a good hotel with easy access to everything (clubs, beach, shops etc) which obviously makes it a major hotspot. The rooms were nice; not exactly outstanding but they did the job. The pool area was nice to sit around doing the day with a good atmosphere and you never struggled to get a sun bed. No issues in relation to cleanliness, the housekeepers were very attentive. The noise level is about what you would expect for a mixed group hotel and we had no major issues at all in this element. In terms of value for money I would say it’s good but then again for several reasons I would also not stay here again. On night 2/3 we received an apparent noise complaint which was extremely unusual and took us by surprise considering that we had literally just got back and we were not even that loud by any means? Just simple talking with some laughing. Also ironic really considering some rooms near us were in fact louder yet seemed to get no reprimand as it carrier on. The check in and check out process was easy with no major issues, apart from when we went to check out. As we had a late evening flight our plan was to sit around by the pool all day and leave our luggage in the luggage room. Anyways fast forward we just got sent over to the luggage room and were told to open it ourselves and whilst the key was in the door we did struggle with it ourselves, we both tried to and ultimately could not open it. I went back over to security/check in desk to ask for some assistance in which both men looked at me as if I was stupid? In the end, the security man, Andrei I believe, came over and was very rude and patronising about the whole thing saying it was ‘very simple’ - it was in fact not and it was a very unneeded comment. Therefore I mean if you are looking for a chill place to just stay for a couple of nights for literally just the element of the ‘room’ this is the place for you, other than that if you are expecting outstanding service and facilities this really is not the place for you.

Aircondition takes a long time to cool the room down. Breakfast was a bit boring. The fruit felt stale.
