Limited storage was ok for our 2 night stay but would not be comfortable for longer vacation.

There wasn't a bar, although apparently there's one at a sister hotel nearby. Breakfast we thought was expensive

Reviewed Sep 11, 2026This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good with a very comfortable bed and excellent pillows. The breakfast buffet was particularly good.
The soap had run out in the bathroom dispenser and the bedroom window wouldn't close. Breakfast was expensive however the breakfast buffet was good which we appreciated.

Our room had a very strong smell when we arrived, like it had not flushed for some time. Also there was one set of towels missing and the shampoo bottle was empty. Since we arrived in the late evening, this was an inconvenient.

La habitación familiar en la que estuvimos estaba genial, era amplia, tranquila y muy limpia. El desayuno buffet es variado y hay opciones para todos los gustos. Por último, mencionar la amabilidad del personal de recepción y del comedor, de 10!

Reviewed Jun 6, 2026Très bon hôtel idéalement situé au cœur de la ville. La grande plage est accessible a pied très rapidement ainsi que de nombreux lieux, plages et activités. Vous retrouverez également des restaurants, bars et boutiques tout autour. Le personnel est très agréable et serviable. Le lit est confortable. Très belle vue de ma chambre et toutes les commodités en plus étaient appréciable (boissons, peignoirs ...). Je recommande et reviendrais !

Quite disappointed with the staff. Especially with the one guy at the front desk, he was not helpful, unfriendly, could not care less. Our friend was sick and we asked if we could have at least 1 room a bit earlier than the 3pm check in time, which he declined. So she had to sit in the lobby for 2 hours while being sick. Nice welcome! No flexibility, no going above and beyond. We had to ask for bathroom towels 3 days in a row, the cleaning lady always "forgot" to provide some. It is the small things like this that matter, and the staff in general were not enthusiastic about their jobs.

Le personnel du petit déjeuner étais très sympathique mais pas trop qualifié….. Débarrasse à la main , tasses par tasses , assiettes par assiettes , n’utilise pas un plateau , ce qui éviterait bcps de pas! Sur le portable régulièrement ou à l’office pour discuter…… Ce matin ( lundi de Pentecôte) 4 personnes pour tenir les petits déjeuners, avec une bonne organisation 2 personnes suffiraient. Ensuite dans notre douche , le gel douche etait vide , sur demande on nous en a remis un . Bref nous étions venus à Noël , ça semblait plus professionnel.

nos ha decepcionado bastante que no limpiaran la habitación, estando fuera prácticamente todo el día, en un hotel esperas que te limpien la habitación. tampoco nos gustó que siendo un grupo de 4 amigas nos pusieran habitaciones con camas de matrimonio, esos detalles marcan ma diferencia entre una atención correcta y excelente

Salle de bain trop étroite Clim mal réglée bloquée a 22 dégrée et étant au 8 eme étage il fesez trop chaud Pas de gant de toilette pour se laver Lumière trop sombre à notre gout dans la salle de bain Pommeau de douche qui fuyer au niveau du joint nous avons dû tous défaire le tuyeau pour remettre le joint afin de ne pas avoir de l’eau qui couler à coter du tuyeau ….

Odeur d’eau stagnante dans la salle de bain. Chambre privilège vue mer, mais avec des vitres extérieures salies. Difficulté à récupérer la chambre avant 15h (heure du check-in) car je cite « nous donnons la priorité à d’autres clients qui ont un statut » (très commerçant de le dire). Tarifs très élevés un week-end de Pâques pour la qualité du service.

If your room is on the front plaza (west side) make sure to have silicone ear plugs that block all sounds. The plaza is very noisy at night due to two bars. One is located next to the hotel entry, and the second one is about 60 feet from the front of the hotel, across the plaza. They seat patrons outside, if warm enough, and there is a lot of hooting and hollering until they close. After these bars close, the entire plaza is cleaned with truck-mounted vacuums, followed by truck-mounted spray-washing. After that, deliveries to restock the stores will begin before sunrise. The ear plugs will also block the sound of motorcycles at the nearby intersection. If you bring silicone ear plugs, you may not hear any of this, as the hotel has good windows that block some of the sound. One other thing, the fire doors into the stairways need simple adjustments to their hydraulic closers. Currently, due to maladjustment, these doors slam to a close with a loud bang when they hit the metal door frames. As designed, they should soft-close.

Hotel Mercure bien situé mais dénué de tout service : pas de bar , pas d’espace extérieur . Supplément exorbitant pour le chien de 25 euros et aucune attention pour Pâques . Chambre sans charme avec toilette minuscule . Rien à voir avec tous les Mercure de centre ville que nous fréquentons régulièrement .
