Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Raja Sansi, Amritsar

Very nice

Nice staff

Excellent hospitality! The staff took very good care of us and made us feel welcomed at home..the room size was good too..they have us interconnected rooms when they realised we are a family. Also, they gave us a room that was well equipped and easily accessible for senior citizens

A little bit more variety in the breakfast would be great...though the food itself was good!

Ambiences and facility.

Room ac not working properly.

Great hotel! It was a very lovely hotel. The rooms were very spacious and we were all next to each other (3 rooms). The pool was excellent. The staff were very courteous and attentive. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and the food was good. Definitely will stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable place.

Approach is little odd.

Everything was good, Debangana Nandy at the front desk was very courteous and made our stay comfortable, thanks to her.

I liked the pool and the spread at breakfast and dinner. The bed was very comfortable.

The size of the room and the cupboard space could be bigger.

Amazing property amazing hospitality…amazing chef, amazing food…room, garden everything is so perfect…jitni tareef kare utni kam hai….best part is thr staff..👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻

Nothing

The property is good.

Air conditioner was not working in restaurant, I was fully sweaty while taking my dinner. No air in lifts, I was staying with my 6 month old kid, the room was far far away, we had to take a long long walk on the 3rd floor. The staff at the restaurant is not warm, experienced similar things in dinner and breakfast.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and professional, and the service was excellent. Overall, a wonderful experience and I would happily stay here again.

Best hotel I have ever been in and u lot know how many hotels I've been

Exceptional Hospitality & Memorable Experience Had a wonderful experience at ITC Amritsar. The dine-in experience was excellent with great food, ambience, and hospitality. A special thanks to @Anjali for her warm service and making the dining experience even more pleasant. Also, heartfelt appreciation to @Sukhman from Housekeeping for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and ensuring a comfortable stay. Their professionalism and care truly made the visit memorable.

The property hugeness

Too far from main city

just loved everything

thanks

Excellent hosts and great service provided throughout stay

The whole property was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and courteous. They were quick to help you in any way possible. The food was very good. The half board option was good considering it’s a bit away from the main city.

The property was far from the main city.

Location

Clean, secluded, buffet selection was great, beautiful interior, very comfortable beds and attentive staff. I’ve stayed in a number of hotels in India, this is one of the top and the staff made it. I can not sing their praises enough. They understand customer service and not only provide the highest level but were also responsive, understanding and accommodating.

The dog barking in the room next to me as the owners had left it whilst they went sightseeing for a few hours!

Location, amenities and design

Everything was good.Chef Jaspal catered to every request and food was excellent

Boutique property

Washrooms , drain blocked , no service

Location - good for airport travelers . Quiet location . Excellent customer service provided by our bar staff member, porters (arrival and departure ) and Restaurant staff member swerving dinner in the hotel restaurant . Evening meal was delicious. Pool facility was very good and staff located there were also helpful.

Reception staff member failed to advise there was an opportunity to visit the Golden Temple in the afternoon utilising the complementary service, when asked . Different times were advised re pool closure times . Billing issue . Breakfast sitting choice not offered despite the restaurant not being busy . Lateness of Cooked breakfast options offered by staff member .

The hotel was very hospitable and friendly. Manjeet was our usherer who was very friendly and warm. This is probably the only hotel that called in to check on something I had mistakenly left behind - and asked if they need to ship it back to me. That was so kind and thoughtful. The food was also amazing and authentic. If you want to try punjabi but are weary of local dhabas hygeine - their kulchas are equally good.

The distance from all attractions makes it hard for short stops and rests in between itineraries. Once you come in you need to stay.

Rooms Good view Decor is lovely

Too far Slow service Haphazhard layout Terrible salon

Was clean

Too noisy people banging at night

Very nice property. Clean rooms. Staff is warm and welcoming. Breakfast is nice large variety to choose from. Restaurant food for lunch and dinner is superb.

Located very near to the airport that's convinent. But 30 mins drive to the Golden Temple.

Elegant, luxurious feel

Unable to charge mobile due to plug socket type

Very good . This hotel is must stay when you visit Amritsar

Everything was fantastic. Great amenities, very beautiful and peaceful and staff were lovely and telling us amazing stories of India and the surrounds. The boutique had amazing products. Fabrics were beautiful, high quality and very reasonably priced. Staff weresuper helpful

My stay was only one night. Wish it was longer!

The breakfast was really good and the fact they were able to make so many varieties of hot dishes

The location - too far off from the prime areas . Also the time taken at the counter to check us in and also checking out took way too long - please improve

The atmosphere, the staff

Took a trip to the saga boarder and wasn’t told we needed a passport but we had our driving licenses so it didn’t matter.

Peaceful location and ambiance

Nothing special

Location

Hospitality, Comfort, Services, and food- everything was top-notch.

Nothing as such.

Only steam and shower for men and not sauna for women. Steam room and sauna not hot enough.

Best services ITC has given to us there is nothing to improve worth each penny.

Breakfast was great we asked for Paratha and within minutes they were delivered hot and tasty. Especially a big thank you to Preet who would always come and ask if everything was ok! Also all the other staff were great organised my taxis to the golden temple and looked out for us. Thank you to all of you we will hopefully be back soon!!
