Hotel muy bueno ubicado dentro de la muralla, excelente ubicación para visitar la ciudad. La habitación familiar es muy espaciosa, con dos habitaciones, dos baños…El servicio y el personal muy buenos. Cerca de muchos restaurantes y malls para comer.

La piscina y el gimnasio, que están muy bien, están en otro edificio, en el hotel Sofitel que está en el mismo recinto privado. En cualquier caso no es un gran inconveniente

Una estancia maravillosa y, sin duda, uno de los hoteles que más nos gustó de nuestro viaje por China. Desde nuestra llegada, todo estuvo cuidado al detalle. El hotel es precioso, moderno y muy acogedor, y nuestra habitación era amplia, impecable y muy cómoda. El personal fue excepcional: amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos con una sonrisa. La atención recibida hizo que nos sintiéramos realmente bienvenidos durante toda nuestra estancia. El desayuno merece una mención especial. Es un buffet muy completo, con opciones tanto chinas como europeas, por lo que hay una gran variedad para elegir y es fácil encontrar algo que te guste, independientemente de tus preferencias.

Просторные комнаты, удобная кровать с белоснежным бельем отличного качества! Великолепный кофе по утрам, завтрак достаточный, с некоторым уклоном в традиционно китайские блюда, но голодным не останешься! Отель не новый, это заметно, но соотношение цены и качества более чем справедливое!!

No meu ponto de vista o café da manhã é comida em geral deixou muito a desejar, se tratando de um hotel renomado internacional, café da manhã com poucas opções internacionais e nacionais também, já fiquei em Xian em outros hotéis mais simples com café da manhã bem melhor que esse.

It was lovely to stay in such a grand old building reminiscent of a bygone era, however the interiors need widespread updating.

Le personnel ne parle pas ou très peu anglais ce qui n'est pas pratique dans une chaîne internationale. Le style de l'hôtel est très européen ce qui dépayse peu. Les services de l'hôtel sont chers notamment celui de nettoyage d'autant plus quand on sait que cela est souvent gratuit dans les autres hôtels.

Disappointing experience — far below what I expected from a 5-star hotel I am currently halfway through my stay, having completed the first of two nights, and I am genuinely considering whether to move to another hotel for the second night. There are several visible signs of deterioration in the room, including damage and wear on the ceiling, walls and cabinets. While these may seem like minor details individually, taken together they give the room a noticeably dated and poorly maintained appearance. More seriously, several electrical outlets do not work for charging devices. As a result, we are practically having to rely on power banks to keep our phones and other essential devices charged. For a hotel at this level, functioning electrical outlets are not a luxury — they are a basic requirement. I booked this hotel largely based on its 5-star rating on Google Maps, and that rating created a certain level of expectation. Unfortunately, the experience so far bears very little resemblance to what I would reasonably expect from a 5-star property. This is not about judging the hotel for not being luxurious enough or expecting perfection. It is about basic standards, maintenance and managing expectations. If a property is presented and rated as a 5-star hotel, guests should at the very least be able to expect a well-maintained room and fully functional basic facilities. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously, because the gap between the rating/positioning of the hotel and the actual condition of the room is significant.

Room was spacious with a massive bed, really clean and comfortable with soft fluffy towels. Staff friendly, special mention to the gentleman on the door who helped us track down our Didi driver on our last morning, he was courteous and friendly sorry I didn't get his name. Great location for exploring.

Please review the photos posted as it infers that this hotel has a pool which it does not. The hotel did feel a little soulless, there is no bar or a restaurant for dinner.

Me cobraram um deposito preventivo de 600 yuans q nao esta mencionado no site do hotel no booking. No check out, o valor foi devolvido para o cartao de credito.E descobri q o valor so me será devolvido pelo cartao entre 5 a 10 dias. Ou seja, vou receber valor em yuans qdo eu nao estiver mais na China. No check in, ganhei um upgrade de quarto. So q o quarto "melhor" tinha tomadas velhas q não carregavam meus gadgets corretamente. A torneira da pia pingava o tempo todo. A descarga precisava de um ajuste manual pra funcionar. E a geladeira nao gelava adequadamente. Em bom português, UMA ROUBADA!

localisation à 5min du métro et proche d’arrêt de bus . le personnel nous accueille à notre arrivé en nous portant les valises douche et baignoire donc incroyable un petit dej varié !!

Ottimo servizio del personale, soprattutto del sig. Warren Wang per servizio concierge che parla un ottimo inglese (molto raro in Cina!) .

le camere sono un po' datate e si sentono ancora i segni di anni fa di fumo di sigaretta ormai impregnati nei muri. Magari potrebbero dare fastidio a qualcuno. Camere molto pulite.

Das Hotel hat historischen Charme, die Zimmer sind riesig. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber voll funktionsfähig und alles ist supersauber. Das Personal ist mehr als zuvorkommend und spricht ausreichend Englisch. Die Lage in einem kleinen Park und dennoch nah an der Innenstadt ist perfekt. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, vielen Dank.

Das Hotel stammt aus einer Zeit mit weniger Bedarf für Steckdosen, mit etwas Koordination kommt man klar. Das Frühstück ist etwas ausbaufähig. Insgesamt ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aber mehr als gut.

Nagyon jó helyen található. A nyüzsgő városban egy kis zöld oázis. Az egész napi nagyvárosi lüktetés, zaj után jó a csend ami körülveszi a szállodát. Hatalmas komplexum, több szálloda található egy helyen. Gyalog könnyen elérhető muszlim negyed. A szoba szép nagy, jó a fürdőszoba is. Reggeli bőséges, nagy választékkal. Személyzet kedves, segítő. Mi egy hetet töltöttünk el itt.

Egy kis felújítás ráférne a szálloda belsőre, főleg a bútorokra.

A equipe é extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. O lugar é muito silencioso e calmo.

O quarto familiar é maravilhoso, tem uma divisória entre os ambientes o que torna ele mais confortável. Ele também é muito espaçoso. Utilizamos a piscina e foi muita também. O café da manhã tem opções locais e europeias, comemos super bem e fomos muito bem atendidos.

A beautiful hotel in a pristine complex, with fountains and gardens. Very peaceful and relaxing. The breakfast buffet was excellent with both western and Chinese dishes.

Struttura in posizione abbastanza centrale, pochi minuti di auto dal centro, hotel elegante e curato, personale gentile e colazione davvero valida, anche tanta scelta per colazione internazionale. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto tempo per piscina e palestra, ma se hanno lo stesso standard dell’hotel sicuramente saranno impeccabili. Uno dei migliori hotel di tutto il viaggio in Cina. Consiglio vivamente!

Very quiet, yet fairly close to the center. Large bed, good size room

There is only breakfast restaurant, all other amenities are in nearby Sofitel. At check in we were given a voucher for welcome drinks at Sofitel’s bar. So, as it was raining, we went there to kill time and ordered two cocktails. When we wanted to pay with the voucher the bar staff told us that the voucher was for soft drinks only (although it and the receptionist who gave it to us, stressed that it was for “drinks in Sofitel’s bar”. No mention that it was for non-alcoholic drinks. We paid inflated price for two cocktails but I complained to the reception at Mercure and to their credit they reimbursed us what we paid at the bar. However this was unpleasant experience and the voucher should have clearly stated that it was for non-alcoholic drinks.

A localização é ótima, com restaurantes bons nas edificações ao redor. Quarto muito bonito, limpo, espaçoso, com tudo que precisávamos. Café da manhã com bastante variedade.

No café da manhã muitas vezes faltavam copos, pratos, talheres e precisava ficar chamando alguém do hotel para repor.

Die Lage in einem Park ist wunderschön, das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Frühstück war köstlich und bot sehr viel Variation.

Located in a large green quiet compound. The rooms were clean and comfortable, The staff were all friendly and helpful. The Manager, Warren Wang, was particularly helpful with essential local tourist information, ensuring that our stay was a good one,

The standard room was really big and quiet with good sound isolation. Opening the windows one could enjoy bird sounds :)

A minor issue which does not with staff to do: since the hotel is located is part of a collection hotels with different buildings number/name, it was difficult for Didi taxi to find right.

We liked the room and the breakfast.

Hotel is gelegen aan een prachtige binnenplaats met veel bomen, waar prachtige vogels rondvliegen. Een oase in de drukke stad.

La suite familiale était parfaite : grande, bien équipée et confortable. Le petit déjeuner était très bon et varié, servi dans un joli cadre . Un personnel professionnel. Un séjour très agréable.

if we need to run this hotel, we could not do it better the carpets may be comfortable in cold wintertime, but are a hygienic problem internet does not work ... yet not really necessary in a real historic hotel nothing to expect more

Room was probably the largest I have ever stayed in in my life! Very spacious, plenty of room to spread out, repack luggage etc. The room was very clean but the hotel overall has seen better days - it's a little tired and worn out but this is just an aesthetic issue, it did not impact negatively at all on our stay. I had the best sleep in this hotel out of our whole holiday in China! Staff friendly, professional, courteous and went out of there way to make sure we were comfortable.

Loved the location..it was a beautiful oasis in the middle of town. Within the old city walls. The staff were charming, friendly and helpful! The biggest bed in any hotel we've ever stayed in...and the linen was beautiful and comfortable.

Beautiful hotel, full of character and with the most helpful English speaking staff ever! We arrived off a night train at 9am and were thrilled to find our room ready and waiting. Nothing was too much trouble.

Breakfast was fine but a little awkward as there were probably more staff than customers - we were obviously there at a quiet time. Room was a little smaller than anticipated but perfectly adequate for a 1 night stay.
