Rien à redire Très bien situé pour activités, restauration, animation visible de loin vastes salons, salle de sport il manque juste un chausse pieds dans la chambre, au moins la mienne

incapable de trouver un colis qui m'était destiné arrivé la vieille de mon arrivé car je n'avais le numéro du colis et ne savent pas chercher par nom comme en France et autres pays d'Europe et USA. Cela a plombé mon séjour car pas de routeur pour ma connction wifi extérieure. ai été obligé d'acheter une carte sim nationale qui n'a pas la même puissance et limitation dû au pays. 2 ascenceurs, c'est insuffisant pour 8 étages et le nombre de chambres par étage

Fraai hotel met geweldige moderne en schone kamers, voorzien van allerlei technische snufjes (geautomatiseerde gordijnen, geavanceerd toilet met afstandsbediening :-), fijne douche). Je komt niets tekort. Mooi interieur, ook van de gangen. Goede centrale ligging, dichtbij de Bell and Drum Towers en de Southgate van de stadsmuur. Het ontbijt is echt super, zeer uitgebreid, zowel de Aziatische alsook de Europese keuken.

Persoon is wat zakelijk in de communicatie. Geen online bericht van het hotel 1-2 dagen voor de incheckdatum, terwijl dit bij vrijwel alle hotels wel standaard is.

Die Ausstattung war praktisch und gut durchdacht.

Die Klimaanlage konnte nur an- oder ausgemacht werden. Eine Temperaturregelung nach oben oder unten war nicht möglich.

It’s a modern hotel. Quite a lot of places to eat around the hotel. Staffs are friendly. Free laundry service was great.

We stayed for 4 nights but one day they forgot to do the clean up service in the room. Another day found out no toilet papers. They sent someone right away and did a great job.

Location couldn't be better — the Bell Tower and Drum Tower are right outside, and the Muslim Quarter street food is a short stroll away, so we barely needed taxis. Breakfast was varied and well presented, with plenty of both Western and local options, and the room quality and service matched a true 5-star experience.

Honestly very little to complain about — the breakfast room got quite busy at peak times, but that was our only minor observation.

The bed was super confortable and the room spacious. There is a free laundry throat was really helpful and complimentary drinks and afternoon tea. Location was convenient closeby walk from malls, coffees, Muslim street and drum tower

The room view was facing … a wall. It was ok since we stayed one night, but in more days can be claustrophobic

Sotto all’hotel c’è la metropolitana, eccellente per chi arriva con la stazione. La reception era cordiale e disponibile, ci ha pure lavato la biancheria gratuitamente.

La nostra cameriera non ha voluto togliere il divano dalla camera perché non voleva fare lo sforzo di toglierlo. Avevo scelto una camera “privilege” per avere più spazio, pagando 27€ in più al giorno per il letto extra di mia figlia: con 4 valigie e borse annesse sarebbe stato utile, visto che ho pagato, accontentare il cliente e togliere i divano. Inoltre,all’arrivo, il letto di mia figlia non era ancora stato inserito in camera.

The staff was helpful, room service was excellent and what I liked the most was the laundry service. You can easily wash, dry and iron your cloths without any charges and any time you want and the laundry room was clean.

For the price we paid, this was a great hotel. Located in the very heart of Xian, we were able to walk to the centre (Bell Tower) within a few minutes and to the walls within 20 minutes. The rooms were well-appointed for the type of hotel. The breakfast was extensive and included hot and cold options. The staff were really helpful (particularly when booking taxis too and from the Terracotta warriors). The free laundry was great and really welcome as we were half way through our stay. Everywhere seemed accessible to wheelchair users, which was important to us.

地點超好，出了大門就是地鐵站，到兵馬俑的直通車也在大門前。 附近很好逛，走幾步就到鐘樓、城牆，再走一會兒就是鼓樓和回民街。 到大唐不夜城只需搭幾站地鐵。 員工服務很熱心，有問必答。 早餐非常棒，包括陝西各色小吃。尤其麵攤，各式面點都非常好吃。 地點好、環境舒適、早餐好吃、房價不貴，性價比非常高。 值得推薦親友，自己也會再度回訪。

可惜房間的冰箱沒有作用，想冰東西還是得找前檯幫忙冰在前台的冰箱。

What a wonderful hotel experience! The rooms are so well-designed, featuring great modern upgrades like multiple outlets and a separate bath/wash layout that made getting ready a breeze. Having water bottles easily accessible in the hallway and a free-to-use guest laundry felt incredibly thoughtful and unique. I also really appreciated how they set up the first floor as a transition zone. It’s a smart way to manage the peak hour rush, while giving everyone a comfortable, welcoming spot to gather before heading out for the day. A perfect, hassle-free setup!

My clothes got taken out of a dryer due to a late pickup.

The location is just perfect - right near the Bell Tower and all main sightseeing points - it is very convenient to caome and leave literally from every point of the city. The room was spacious, we had all the facilites and very nice greeting card which was in Chinese, bit we translated it :) Thanks for the staff who draw the cat on it, now we leave it as a souvenir :) The staff is helpful, reacted to every our demand quick. I liked the delivery robots. Laundry service is nice, but it is hard to install drying time - we had to prolong it 5 times. There is a small gym and chlidren room. Breakfast is mostly Asian-style, but we managed to find something for us and try something new.

The breakfast restaurant is tiny - 2 times we could not find a place to sit and had to wait.

De locatie. Op loopafstand van de "Belltower monument en de drumtower, met direct de gezellihe straatjes van de moslumwijk. De staff was vriendelijk, en het ontbijt was prima en uitgebreid.

The Xian Novotel Bell Tower is newer than the other hotels we have stayed at over our trip, with a prime central location, just steps from the Bell Tower and a short walk to the lively Muslim Quarter. Tucked off the main road, it offers a peaceful and quiet stay despite being in the heart of the city. Room was a good size and well laid out. We appreciated the excellent laundry facilities and comfortable downstairs bar and lounge—great for relaxing while doing your washing. With a Metro station nearby, getting around Xian is easy and convenient. Being in a central location, tours will pick up and drop off at the hotel.

Location is great. Walking distance to Bell/Drum tower/food places. Would highly recommend. Hotel is awesome with laundry facilities. Overall had a great experience.

The location is fantastic. The hotel and the room was very clean and well laid out. The breakfast was nice with a good variety of food.

The constant smell of cigarette smoking. The noise level of the rooms above. The staff speaks very little, usually none at all, English which is not ideal for international travellers.

Hotel clearly had a problem with some guests smoking in rooms when they should not as could smell tobacco in the hallways.

This a perfectly located hotel for staying in Xi’an. The rooms are excellent as is the breakfast with a very wide selection to choose from. It has an added bonus of free washing machines and dryer s. The staff are also very helpful and courteous.

Um dos melhores hotéis onde já fiquei. Deste a atenção ao cliente, super eficientes, upgrade de quatro, cama super grande e confortável, pequeno almoço óptimo, acesso ao metro em frente, a 100m das atrações principais, restaurantes muito perto. Tudo muito bom.

Struttura perfetta, vicinissima a tutto. Presente lavatrice e asciugatrice + palestra. Lo staff super disponibile. Volevo infine complimentarmi per i prodotti che vengono messi a disposizione in bagno, non è scontato trovare un balsamo per capelli! :)

Metro is just infront of the hotel and there's alot of food options nearby. Bell tower and City wall are just walking distance. The room has individual aircon instead of centralised aircon so it's perfect! Room is cleaned everyday and the housekeeper put extra bottled water seeing how much water i drank the night before.

Завтрак состоит из локальных блюд. В моем номере отсутствовало окно с видом на улицу. Окно было в стену, хотя в описании номера этого не было заявлено.
