Posizione, comfort. Visto che ero con mia madre anziana e per non faticare troppo a trovare la casa, Imad è venuto in persona a prenderci al parcheggio!:)

Colazione poteva essere un pò variata per soggiorni lunghi. Succo d'arancia costa poco. Meglio se fosse naturale piuttosto che industriale

Struttura carina ben posizionata, camera grande i letti non erano il massimo del confort, bagno piccolo quando fai la doccia si bagna tutto. Colazione sul rooftop con vista da urlo..

The room was spacious and decorated well. The AC worked well. The location was great and easy to find without entering too far into the medina. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

There wasn’t really any warm water at all. However, the cold water felt nice since it was so hot outside. I didn’t bring this to the attention of the staff, so it may have been easy to fix.

Schöne Dachterrasse. Leckeres Frühstück. Großes, gemütliches Zimmer.

Ce riad nous a vraiment conquis ! Une terrasse avec une vue imprenable que la ville, un personnel adorable et une ambiance chaleureuse. Je ne peux que recommander !

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht uns einen angenehmen Aufenthalt zu bereiten. U.a. hat man uns den Transfer zu einer Wanderung organisiert und auch unsere Wäsche konnte unkompliziert und zu einem fairen Preis gewaschen werden. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und landestypischen dekoriert.

Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre etwas mehr Abwechslung beim Frühstück wünschenswert.

Bellissimo soggiorno in questo Riad nel cuore di Chefchaouen! Stanza molto grande comprendente anche un salottino, splendida terrazza panoramica con una parte verandata dove viene servita la colazione, tutto arredato con gusto con colori e materiali locali.

La chambre était spacieuse et l' emplacement était bon malgré un accès un peu difficile. La terrasse sur le toit pour le petit déjeuner très joliment décorée avec une vue splendide.

L' accueil était très froid par un jeune homme ne parlant que l anglais et qui ne nous a porté aucun intérêt et nous n'avons eu aucun contact avec le personnel pendant notre séjour à part le monsieur qui servait le petit déjeuner et une personne à travers un interphone. Nous avons dû réclamer les draps pour le 2eme lit que nous avons dû faire nous même. Il était mentionné dans l' annonce qu il y avait 2 canapé lits alors que nous avons dû nous contenter d' une banquette très étroite. La chambre n'était pas très bien équipée, pas de lampe ou d' applique près des lits, la salle de bain très sommaire et l arrivée de l' eau chaude à la douche très problématique, voire inexistante par moment. La connexion internet était mauvaise. Aucune information sur les activités ou visites à conseiller. Je m'interroge réellement sur la véracité des commentaires laissés par les clients!!!??

Everything was perfect, it was clean and very comfortable, the location is great, the staff were very kind and nice, and the view from the top was amazing at night.

Chambres très bien décorées et bien équipées. Personnel très prévenant mais qui sait rester discret. Une magnifique terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle pour prendre le petit déjeuner.

Il était difficile de régler la température de la douche. Eau chaude en discontinue.

Location, big spacious rooms with good air conditioning.

The only thing was we asked for the shower to be fixed as the shower head had come off the hose, but this didn't happen. Was a bit awkward to shower but we managed.

Every thing was very good.

The electricity was poor my phone charger died because of the power and no one was there to get me a free charger.

В этом отеле был один из самых красивых интерьеров, оформленный в марокканском стиле. Единственное, что меня немного смутило, — это то, что я жила на втором этаже. В 4 часа утра дети начали играть в догонялки, и их шум был таким громким, будто всё происходило в моём номере. Также в отеле была хорошая слышимость из других домов.

Cozy, authentic, beautifully located. One of the best views. Great breakfast, and super relaxed and nice staff. Will recommend to everyone. You’re just a few steps away from the medina.

The local mosque is right around the corner so if you’re not a steady sleeper, you may be woken up in the middle of the night by the prayer.

Excellent stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were great, and everything was exceptionally clean. The location is perfect, within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and attractions. If you are arriving by car, Parador parking is only 30 DH for 24 hours and just a 4-minute walk away. Highly recommended!

The only issue was the shower, as the water temperature fluctuated between hot and cold and could be improved. Other than that, everything was excellent. Highly recommended!

Odaya ayrıca çöp kutusu ve peçete bırakmak kullanışlı olabilir. Ayrıca sıcak suyu ayarlamak biraz zor olabiliyor.

Magnifique décoration et la vue sur la montagne est grandiose. Le terrasse est tellement agréable.

De locatie is top en de kamer is prachtig! Zelfs de straatjes ernaartoe zijn leiluk. Ook het ontbijt was heel goed. Zeker een aanrader!

De eerste keer was het niet zo makkelijk te vinden.

L’endroit était charmant tout comme le personnel. Le petit déjeuner servit sur la terrasse, le jus d’orange fraîchement pressé… Être au cœur de la Médina reste le meilleur emplacement pour profiter de Chefchaouen!

El desayuno.

Al llegar al hotel nos dijeron que habían tenido un error y que nuestra habitación no estaba disponible. Nos ofrecieron un departamento que quedaba en la otra punta de la ciudad y nisiquiera estaba preparado para recibirnos. No tenía toallas ni sábanas. Al menos nos ofrecieron la cena gratis. Pero la atención no fue buena, somos 3 adultos de los cuales 2 tienen casi 70 años, no podemos cargar las valijas de una punta a la otra. Al menos tendrían que haber ofrecido asistencia al check out ya que tuvimos que ir allí para desayunar y realizarlo. La alternativa era devolvernos el importe pagado!! Que hago con lo que pagué hace 1 mes, un fin de semana que ya todo sale carisimo?

Riad très bien situé dans la médina. Chambres spacieuses. Très belle terrasse intérieure et extérieure où il fait bon flâner.

Le petit-déjeuner est notre plus grande déception : pas de fruits, pas de produit laitier, pas de viennoiseries, pas de miel pour accompagner les msemens et surtout identique chaque matin. Dommage!

El mejor sitio para quedarse en Chaouen. Las habitaciones son preciosas, muy espaciosas y tienen todo lo que necesitas. Esta muy bien situado, cerca de todo pero en una calle silenciosa. La azotea es impresionate y te sirven un desayuno riquísimo. Pero lo mejor de todo sin duda es el personal. Gracias a todos por hacernos sentir como en casa desde el primer día, especialmente a Imad, Omar y Othma ♥️🙏🏻 Hasta pronto!

Tout est bien l emplacement proche du centre. Pas chaud en hiver mais une bonne climatisation.

The location was great right in the center of the blue city. It is a bit of a walk up with plenty of steps so make sure you can carry your bags. Rooms are very spacious. Meals were excellent they catered well for my son with food allergies.

Sheets were a bit worn and hot water in the shower wasn’t great. A bit noisy at night, but only stayed 2 nights so not really a big issue.

Lage ist sehr gut: Zentral in der Medina, aber trotzdem in einer ruhigen Gasse abseits des sonst üblichen Trubels, und hier nur 5 Minuten zu Fuss von der Kasba und dem Outta- Platz. Unterkunft wie üblich in der Medina nur zu Fuß erreichbar und wegen unebenen Wege und engem Treppenhaus nichts für Menschen mit Gehbeeintächtigungen. Frühstück gibt es auf der tollen Dachterasse mit Mega-Aussicht. Parken kann man für 20DAH nahe Unterkunft beim Hotel Parador. Dazu Personal von Blue Star vorher anfragen und kurz vor Ankunft informieren, damit sie bei den Parkwächtern helfen

Nur eine zentrale Lampe im Zimmer, es fehlten Nachttischlampen. Ausserdem kein Duschvorhang. Frühstück sehr einfach, leider kein Obst.

Casa molto bella e colorata, nel centro di Chefchouen. La colazione servita in una terrazza molto graziosa e molto ricca. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia e la gentilezza dello staff. La consigliamo sicuramente.

Unica cosa, bisogna parcheggiare per strada essendo che la casa è nei vicoli della città e le strade sono molto strette.

il ragazzo della reception è stato molto disponibile, ma ha cambiato la prima camera per il letto molto duro (inutilmente, erano tutti più oeno uguali). Terrazza confortevole e ben tenuta.

i letti sono molto duri, non hanno materassi ma sono sofà aperti. Per questo è stato difficile dormire.

Ottimo, sia il personale che la camera, bagno ok, ma l'acqua non era molto calda. comunque nel complesso ok. Il personale in particolare, che ho contattato, per uno smarrimento, si è mostrato molto affabile e disponibile ed ha cercato di aiutarmi. Bella la terrazza, da dove puoi vedere un bel panorama sulla città. Colazione ok, sia dolce che salata, buona la ricotta di capra offerta.

C'è da sistemare l'impianto idrico, l'acqua scorre piano ed è tiepida, inoltre il nostro bagno, non aveva cabina doccia e si allagava facilmente

La gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore che ci ha procurato i biglietti per il bus e il taxi. Nel centro della medina blu e molto silenzioso. Ottima la cena e la colazione: tutto fatto al momento con cibi freschi.

La stanza un po’ fredda, le lenzuola del letto pulite ma molto ruvide e poca luce in camera.

Good Place to stay

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au casa blue star, d’ailleurs nous avions réservé 2 nuits et nous sommes restés 4 nuits ! Nous avons adoré la terrasse sublime avec vue sur la montagne, chambre spacieuse tres bien décorée et le personnel adorable aussi bien a l accueil que notre ami qui faisait les petits déjeuners mais aussi la femme de ménage qui nous a accueilli le 1erjour. En plus l emplacement est top a l entrée de la Medina. Je recommande chaleureusement ce riad. Bonne continuation à l equipe !

Notre logement était très spacieux et cosy. La terrasse est top. C'était propre. Le déjeuner était copieux bien que répétitif. Le personnel était agréable.

The room was very spacious and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed it. The rooftop terrace where breakfast is served has an enchanting view, and the staff was very kind and accommodating. The location in the Medina is excellent for exploring Chefchaouen on foot, and the taxi drop-off point is just a few minutes' walk away.

We enjoyed everything at Casa Blue House! Just a heads up: the staircases are narrow and steep, so keep that in mind if you have trouble with steps.
