The room was quite empty and very sparsely equipped. There were hardly any amenities, such as disposable slippers, cotton pads, cotton swabs, glasses, or a kettle. Overall, the room was very basic and modestly furnished. The staff were not particularly welcoming, and the reception staff were of very little help.

Convenient for city tram line. Some nice restaurants in the area.

Staff were unknowledgeable about Milan. Breakfast borderline inedible. Quite dirty all around the common areas. Rooms were clean enough but quite pokey.

I was very happy to know that there was a luggage room. It's not something you find everywhere but it is paramount to a good service. The location of the Hotel was also strategic if you know your ways with underground and busses.

Conveniently located near the Milano Repubblica metro station. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and luggage storage is available. The room is clean and quiet. All other amenities are fully provided as described.

The booked room is quite small, making it difficult to open luggage. There is only toilet paper and a trash can in the bathroom.

Front desk staff are very helpful and nice, 24/7 bag storage is a wonderful benefit. Location is very convenient. If you have several hours between check out and your flight/next activity, there is a nice cafe, coffee bar, and several lounge spaces you may use as well as chargers for your electronics. Very comfortable and clean.

Only one side of the bed in the 2 twin room has an outlet; the vending machines were not functioning. It didn’t really impact my stay. I really enjoyed the hotel.

Facile da raggiungere dalla stazione di Porta Garibaldi e vicino a ristoranti e locali per cenare la sera.

Camera minimale, bagno molto piccolo, essenziale ma per esempio privo del bidet e con un lavabo davvero ridotto. Materassi e reti dei letti non confortevolissimi. Non manca nulla di essenziale, ma il comfort è certamente migliorabile. Colazione con non troppa varietà: è presente il salato, il dolce, lo yogurth, le marmellate, il miele, brioches, pane e frutta, ma con scelte limitate rispetto a molti altre strutture.

Fica a 10-15 minutos da estação central a pé, e próximo de um mercado. Quarto limpo, bom colchão e chuveiro. Atendentes muito simpáticos.

Das Personal war von Anfang an freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und bei geschlossenem Fenster ruhig.

Die Lage ist etwas abseits vom Stadtleben. Für Sightseeing-Touren etc. musste man immer öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzen, einen Fußweg von ungefähr 15-30 Minuten akzeptieren oder war auf Taxis angewiesen.

Equipe extremamente mal-educada, muitas vezes sendo rude, principalemente a equipe do bistrô. Por volta de umas 22h fomos jantar lá, pois não havia muitas opções por perto fora do hotel, e tudo o que escolhíamos do cardápio do bistrô não estava disponível (era o que a bartender nos dizia). Quando finalmente pudemos escolher o que tinha disponível (depois de muito custo), outro funcionário foi preparar os pedidos e parecia que tínhamos cometido um crime. Bateu a porta dos armários, jogou tampinhas no chão e jogou a nota fiscal na nossa cara praticamente. Além disso, não havia nem frigobar no quarto.

Başlangıçta temizlenmemiş, çarşafları dağınık, her yerde saçlar bulunan bir oda verdiler. Danışmaya tekrar gittiğimizde durumu anlattığımızda farklı bir odaya geçişimizi sağladılar. 2 gün konakladık fakat 1 gün bile odada temizlik yapılmadı. Banyoda giderlerden koku geliyordu.

Arrived very late due to flight delay. Staff were very friendly and even made us a quick toastie before closing the kitchen down! Room was clean, didn’t spend much time in it because of late arrival and early departure but was comfortable enough. Air con was good. Good location for central train station, was about a 15 minute walk but easy enough to find.

Can’t think of anything but it was just an overnight stop.

La habitación amplia, confortable, la cama super cómoda. La limpieza era perfecta.El desayuno es excelente, muy completo y variado. Sobresale la calidad de la atención de todo el personal, amables, educados y simpáticos. La ubicación del hotel inmejorable, cerca del centro y rodeado de medios de transporte. En pocos minutos estábamos en Plaza di Duomo. Como valor agregado el hotel está rodeado de bares y restaurantes.

El estacionamiento del hotel es muy chico, es decir, para muy pocos autos, creo que más de 15 no entran, y los lugares para estacionar, además de no ser fijos, pueden ser de acceso complicado. Terminé dejando el vehículo en el estacionamiento que está frente al hotel. Tiene el mismo valor que dejarlo en el hotel.

The staff made the check-in process smooth and we were allowed to check-in early after along flight from Australia. The buffet breakfast was good value.

Our room was too small and we had trouble to layout our things and we only had two suitcases. So the price we paid for the room wasn’t the best value.

The hotel is well located , walking distance from the station or use the Number 1 tram. Breakfast was fabulous with both hot and cold food options , set in a lovely room Which was bright and welcoming. The hotel gas large bath towels of very good quality . The number 1 tram outside takes you to all sights - very easy to go to Duomo area.

Air condition is so poor. Either they need to make colder at nights and give around 19-20 degree day time or give us fan. Which they refused. Also restaurant was closed for no good reason

Falta de enchufes (solo 1 en la habitación). Solamente 1 tacho en el baño. Aire acondicionado super ruidoso. Maquina de panqueques automática, era casi manual por las veces que había que intervenir para que prepare el producto.

Localización perfecta a 3 paradas de metro del Duomo. Habitación con lo necesario para una estancia correcta. Desayuno completo en una zona agradable.

No destacaría nada que no me gustase de este hotel.

Die Zimmer sind schlicht, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Nachdem das Bett im ersten Zimmer einen gebrochenen Rahmen hatte, wurden wir sofort in ein anderes Zimmer umquartiert. Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, die Fahrt mit dem Taxi in den Stadtkern kostet etwa 10EUR und war bei drei Personen die bequemere Lösung im Vergleich mit der Bahn. Die Umgebung des Hotels an sich ist nicht wirklich hübsch, man hat aber genügend kleine Shops um sich Lebensmittel zu besorgen oder etwas essen zu gehen. Ausserdem war es hier nicht unwichtig, dass man mit dem Auto nicht in die kostenmäßig "gefährlichen" Umweltzonen fahren musste, da das Hotel knapp ausserhalb dieser Zone lag. Frühstück haben wir in der Umgebung bzw. im Stadtkern eingenommen. Innerhalb des Hotels gab es einen netten Lounge-Bereich an dem man bis in die späten Abendstunden noch einen Cocktail und Snacks bekommen konnte.

Ich habe nichts auszusetzen. Das Restaurant war saisonalbedingt geschlossen, aber dafür gab es Snacks in der Lobby bzw. man hat ausreichend Alternativen in der nahen Umgebung.

Die Lage war gut, nahe an der Ubahn und Strassenbahn, das Zentrum ist auch zu Fuss innerhalb von 30 min zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind klein, sauber und erfüllen ihren Zweck für einen kurzen Aufenthalt.

Die Lage ist zentral, aber das Viertel rund herum wirkt eher heruntergekommen. Das Frühstück ist der Standard am unteren Limit. Kaffeemaschine oder Saftmaschine oft länger defekt. Preis Leistung ist für mich an der Grenze. Mitarbeiter wirken nicht motiviert aber vermitteln all ACCOR App. Parkmöglichkeit bei Ankunft vor Hotel nicht möglich.

Pienso que la ubicación del hotel podría estar mejor pero la proximidad del Metro Repubblica y de la Estación del Trenes Central de Milán lo mejora definitivamente. La habitación estuvo muy bien.. somos muy consumidores de Hoteles Ibis.. hemos estado en muchos de ellos en Europa y éste está realmente muy bueno en general. El desayuno me pareció fantástico.. la atención de los chicos de recepción fue genial siempre dispuestos y atentos y también las personas que hacen la Seguridad. Ah !!.. el patio interior nos encantó .. excelente idea..

hay algo que es externo al funcionamiento del hotel pero que no estuvo nada bien.. sobre Vía Antonio Zarotto.. que corre por el lateral del edificio del hotel se juntan en la noche muchos jóvenes que hacen demasiado ruido incluso ponen música hasta entrada la madrugada.. esto deberían tenerlo presente porque afecta al hotel.. nuestra habitación daba a ese lateral y fue realmente incómodo..

Overall, everything went well. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the hotel is a convenient choice, especially because of its location close to the train station. The room was comfortable and the value for money was good.

The only downside was that our room was on the first floor, so we could hear quite a bit of noise from the tram outside. Apart from that, it’s a good cost-quality option for a short stay in Milan.

Decent location and main area seemed modern

Some facilities were poor and quite basic. The shower ran hot and cold. Our room key was temperamental and would flash green but the door wouldn’t unlock. We had to go down to reception to ask for help but were just advised to do the same thing as we had already been doing.

The staff on reception were probably the best thing about this hotel.

Location isn't great. Not much around it. Staff on reception very friendly and helpful but rest of the staff were miserable. Guy in the bar was so unhelpful and unfriendly. Ordered lasagne from the bar and I was given a microwave meal on a plate. Price of food and drink absolutely scandalous for what you get. I wouldn't recommend or return to this hotel. Beds very uncomfortable. Bathroom very outdated. Doors banging in the hotel all night. Way overpriced for what you get.

Reception staff wasn’t good, one lady she doesn’t know how to talk with the customer. Inside the room was bad smell. When I informed the reception told me someone will check the room. After half an hour they informed me go out side for one hour our staff will sorted. That time we was hungry and go to outside for dinner and came back after two hours . When I came back asked to the reception, told me still not ready wait in the lobby. When ready informed you. We were waiting half an hour after that told me go to the room. When I go the room they did not do anything just spray. We were very tried so just go to bed sleep. Early morning we woke up and checked out. You took the money why you do the bad service with the customer?

Największym plusem jest lokalizacja.

Pokoje wymagaja odświeżenia, np zapadajace się materace. Resturacja jest zdecydowanie zbyt mała i na śniadaniu jest tłok, a jedzenie jest słabo uzupełniane.
