Hotel Sitiawan

Friendly and helpful staff. They greet you and offer their help whenever they can. The room and the whole common area is exceptionally clean. The hotel is near a few food court, walking distance if you are hungry and lazy to drive.

The room isnt too soundproved, so it can get a bit noisy if the other guest speaks too loud

All the services provided by the hotel including the staff entertained the customer. Well done.

Staffs were so friendly!! Greetings at every encounter. 5 star hotel standard. Room was very clean. But the best of all was the bed! It was perfect for a good nite sleep. Really really recommended for a worth for value hotel. There were 5 of us so we brought our own toto and the room was just enough & comfortable for us.

Simple, clean, spacious, good bed.

Pillow is too soft.

The room was exceptionally clean and well-equipped, featuring a perfect vanity desk and a dedicated workspace for my laptop or coffee. The long, elegant hallway provides an incredible sense of private sanctuary. I especially loved the air-conditioned comfort and the spacious window looking out at the city street. There is something so peaceful about relaxing in bed and watching the morning or evening sky. It’s so reassuring to know the linens are regularly sanitized. With the perfect mattress and plush pillows, it’s a truly relaxing getaway. "Great shower! The water flow is strong and the temperature is just right." "Perfect location! It’s highly convenient for sightseeing. Plus, the area comes alive at night with a great selection of 868 & 777 Food Courts just steps away."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Although it’s lack of an elevator but the staff were incredibly thoughtful, helpful, and attentive, so it wasn’t a matter. There might have a minor traffic noise at night since it facing street side. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!"

The lobby staff was helpful and informative.

The TV... Not able to operate. The control unit seem not working/communicate. I did not report the incident as I need time to rest. Only 1 glass for 2 guess? Would be nice if coffee or tea bag available.

It's a comfortable, clean hotel. Staff were very helpful and efficient. It's location in Sitiawan town centre is a plus point.

Nothing

television bad without channels like news and sport channel . example cnn

Location was fairly central to everything. The room was clean though minimalistic. The staff very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and ample. Good value for money.

Room very simple and basic. No storage place for luggage nor tables provided. No fridge nor desk. Just room with beds. No toiletries. Very basic.

Everything's great especially the staff. Will definitely stay hear again

I was surprised how good the servis was. Really high-standard service. 10 points to the helpful personal. Very clean, big room and full of light. Laundry right next to.

Reception

Basic but clean. Friendly young staff with good attitudes

The receptionist is friendly, serves us with smiling face, very polite. The room and the toilet are spacious and extremely clean. The mattress is comfortable with cool enough air -cond. The location is good with many eateries nearby. There is a cinema opposite the hotel.

房间干净，大厅宽敞，服务态度佳。

隔音效果不佳

The room is very clean and the shower pressure is strong

I was very happy with the bed condition and also its good if provide extra pillows for free.. The pillows was too soft.... Anyway i manage to sleep

Space for 4/pc bedrooms is little discomfort.... To do make up the make up table too near to bed

Nearby walking distance to food courts, parking, easy check-in and out, polite staff, reasonable price.

Stayed one night, nothing much to comment.
