Only 3 parking lots. We have to park in another location and self pay for the parking. Paid ¥1,900 for overnight parking. Room was big but a bit smelly. Room was upstairs and the staircase was narrow. The bunk beds are too low, kept hitting my head!

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Easy check in process. Nice spacious rooms, very clean and comfortable beds. Was ideal for our family of four. There is a seven 11 just a couple doors down which was very convenient.
It’s quite a distance from the train station - around 15 minutes walk and there was not much around this area in terms of restaurants and cafes. The kitchen was very sparse; only some plastic plates and bowls and minimal cutlery. Not much to cook with. The walls of the building must be very thin, we could hear people stomping around in what I guess was the room above us, it was very loud and continued into the night and early morning.

Notre chambre était très sombre car située au premier niveau. Mon mari a eu mal au dos à cause du sommier du lit qui est dur, mais c'est aussi parce qu'il a une carrure qui ne correspond pas au standard japonais !

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026Self check in is easy as you arrive and do it on the tablet. The room was clean and split in different smaller chambers. The apartment is a bit worn out and there are bout enough tools for cooking and eating there. 15 minutes away by foot from the train station. The price was a little high to be honest, with same money we stayed in Tokyo Koto city large hotel with breakfast included and several other benefits or in Otaru in design hotel without breakfast.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026good location and cozy, lovely spacious living area even with beds set up there. lots of amenities nearby and well equipped kitchen, minus missing knives for cutting. good wifi, comfortable lounge and nice natural light. ample towels and washing area was wonderful. easy check in.
bunk beds took up most of the room and left little room to move, but with beds in the living room, four of us were able to fit comfortably. hallways were slightly narrow which was a little hard with luggage but doable. sensor light was sometimes too sensitive and woke us up if sleeping in the living area.

リビングに2台 ベッドが置かれているのですが ベッドとベッドの間に隙間もなく 動かそうにも固定されているのか 動かず トイレに行くとき苦労しました もう少し間隔を開けて置いてほしかった リビングにある セミダブルのベッド 固くて腰や背中が痛くなり 動く度にギシギシ音がしてうるさく とても 眠れる状態ではありませんでした 奥の部屋にあった2段ベッドで寝ました キッチンペーパーに まな板はあるのに 包丁は なく 慌てて買いに行きました トイレの便座 夜中に座ると暖房きれていて ビックリするくらい冷たかった 夜中は じどうで 切れるのかな？ 入室の時のタブレット操作が うまく行かず 私の前の方も うまくいかないと 管理人に 連絡をしていたので 私も便乗して 開けてもらいました いったい 何が悪かったのでしょう でも 管理人に繋がって 本当に良かったです チェックインの時間 せめて15時からになりませんか？

Reviewed Oct 15, 2025初めてこういうタイプに泊まりました。 我が家がよく使うようなビジネスホテルだと、ベッドの間の狭いところを通り、ユニットバスに気をつけつつ本当に寝るだけに行く感じ。 それが一転広くて快適で！ 二段ベッドに子供達は大喜び。 過ごしやすい広さにキッチン、大きなゴミ箱、そしてなんと言っても各ベッドの頭のところにコンセント穴2つ！これは神。 テレビ位置は二段ベッドを考えてるのか、テーブルにいると少し高い位置ですが、我が家は別に問題なし。 フライパン1つ、お皿、割り箸などはありますがスプーンとフォークはありませんでした。 コップが人数分あったのは助かりました。 誰とも会わずにチェックインチェックアウトが出来るのも良いですが、帰りはたまたま別室の清掃にいらした方と出くわしました。 とても感じの良い方でした。 車は3台駐車可能ですが、16時前に着いたら既に2台停まっていました。 一見もう一台停められそうに見えますが3台までなんですね。 また泊まりたい宿の1つに堂々ランクインです！ お世話になりました。

Reviewed Oct 6, 2025入住四人房，房間寬敞，浴室和廁所是獨立的，附帶廚房和簡單的廚具，有冰箱和微波爐，還有浴衣體驗，房間的隔音不錯，鄰近馬路也聽不到外面的噪音，旁邊就有便利商店，購物也很方便，停車位有3個，先到先停，熱水充足，水溫可以自行調整，入住時在一樓平板掃描護照後取得房間開門密碼，過程簡單，很棒的住宿體驗。
停車位太少，人生地不熟的，很怕開車出去後回來沒位置，又要到處找車位，這是唯一美中不足的地方吧。

Free parking right in front of the apartment but it is on the first come, first serve basis - 3 spots. Walking distance to the city centre and you can reach several several restaurants and café. Reviewed Aug 12, 2025We stayed in one of the apartments on the ground floor. Pretty straight forward check-in using a digital device as you enter the building. After checking in, you get a code to enter your assigned room. The apartment is clean and functional with all the necessary equipment. There were 2 bunk beds in one room and in the living room, 2 separate beds with sofas. Washing machine, great shower with all the amenities. A good 10 minute walk into the main shopping street. We were lucky with the parking. There is only space for 4 cars. Otherwise, there's a carpark behind the building where payment is required.
We could hear the guests above us running around their apartment.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025使いづらいチェックイン端末が全てをダメにしている。 到着時、施設前で車が何台も渋滞。 海外からの3家族10人以上がチェックインの仕方が分からず途方に暮れていた。 結局、当方も部屋に入るのに30分以上かかってしまった。 何時間もかけてようやくたどり着いた宿泊施設にすぐに入れないのは、本当に心が折れそうになる。

Reviewed Jul 28, 2025飯店雖不在車站附近，但旁邊就有超商，過個馬路有連鎖便當店，附近也有小型超市，簡單用餐沒問題。離車站不算遠，走路大概15分鐘，不論是要去逛街或用餐都很方便。飯店房間空間大，整潔舒適，房內就有洗衣機和廚房設備，且鍋碗用品很齊全，整個住宿體驗非常好。
廚房的不沾鍋已經有點變形，建議換個新的
