Staff was very good. Breakfast was a good typical hotel breakfast. The 3rd floor balcony was nice. The room was nice. The hotel was huge.

The traffic was loud, lots of 18 wheelers and car very early in the morning. . The door to the room stuck - hard to open and close. It was an older building.

Breakfast choices were excellent. Location was convenient for a short walk to downtown. Staff was excellent on arrival. good response to our need for bathroom faucet handle tightening.

Road noise on Highway 2. grout around hot tub needed maintenance. Light above spa wasn't working making it a challenge to see steps in hot tub.

ROOM WAS EASY TO ECCESS. BREAKFAST WAS WONDERFUL WITH PLEATY OF OPTIONS FOR HOT AND COLD. PARKING WAS EASY AND SPACES WERE PLENTY.

LAYOUT OF BATHROOM WAS HORRIBLE. LITTLE TO NO ROOM FOR ENTRY AND DOOR CLOSING. SHOWER WATER PRESSURE WAS POOR AT BEST.

The bedroom are comfortable and it was located near everything

They have a wonderful breakfast. We enjoyed the food. The Fairbridge Inn has a very good location in Leavenworth. The staff was friendly and helpful

My family and I actually liked the decor outside of the building, very kitschy Bavarian style design. The staffs were really helpful and friendly. The room was quite modern and comfortable. I will definitely go back again.

None I can think of insofar. If I have to put it promptly, I would say the direction of the carpark at the front of the building seemed unclear. It would be best to put a sign outside to show entrance or exit.

The staff was so nice. Breakfast was great! The room was nice and roomy. Perfect location for walking.

A little lower price. Just because it is tourist season, does not mean it people should pay such a high price.

I wish I could have rated the staff, the breakfast, and the location higher! The staff were knowlegable about the town, and the breakfast was one of the best we have ever had at a hotel that was part of the stay! The location was perfect, between the fun park and the downtown area. I also had one of the best showers of my hotel stays, with lots of spray power and hot water.

It was a little aged, as the bathroom door would not close easily and kept falling open. Navigating the parking lot took a lot of forethought, and the handicapped parking was difficult to find and access, but nothing that would keep us from staying in the future.

Just everything from beginning to end~EXCELLENT! Thank you all so much!

The room was comfortable and had a small fridge, tv, chair and bed. The AC was cool - which was very appreciated since it was in the 90's (F) during my stay. The breakfast had a good variety of protein and other things. Very close to the main shopping area. They also have a nice indoor pool with adult only hours.

The exercise room has one treadmill and one eliptical. That was all I needed for my one night, but it would be nice to have weights for a longer stay.

The staff talked AT me like a rehearsal and if I asked questions they seemed annoyed. I was not comfortable staying there so I did not. But they told me it was “odd” to say that and acted like they didn’t care.

I really liked the location of the hotel — the area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was also very good. I especially want to mention the staff. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, and the staff serving breakfast were incredibly sweet and welcoming. It was such a nice way to start the morning. Another great bonus is that tea, juice, and hot water are available 24/7 on the first floor, which was very convenient. We had a very pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this place!

The property has spectacular views, spacious, extremely clean, very comfortable, great access. Very happy with our stay.

The whole place was a little run down, bathroom floor tile was cracked all the way across, bathroom door wouldn't close all the way, very difficult to get the sink faucet to torn off all the way, free breakfast was horrible, scrambled eggs were so over cooked they were like rubber balls, biscuits very dry, threw it all in the trash and had breakfast in a restaurant.

Excellent location, just a short walk to town. Very attentive staff. Well-stocked and clean room, free parking close to the room. The pool is spectacular and the breakfast is very complete. The price is very affordable even in high season.

You must go outside to access the room. The rooms are small.

The breakfast was very well done. There was such a good variety of food. They even had strawberries for the waffles.

The bedroom is huge and the hotel is very well located. The breakfast was included in the hotel payment and the food was great. There was plenty of parking.

The shower's water went out of the bathtub and got the floor wet. And sometimes the elevator took forever to show up.

This likely was only our room but the toilet made constant noise (slight hissing but not running) and then during the night would randomly screech super high pitched and wake us up, and then go back to the low hissing again. Closing the door helped, but it was a bit jarring to be woken up by the squeal

I had left some items behind when I checked out so I called a couple of days later. They had them and said they would mail them to me. I didn't receive them so I called them again. They didn't seem to care. I even talked to the mgr. I never got them back.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was very good.

The road noise and outside noise was loud, there was no door seal. We had water run into our bathroom from something, likely upstairs overflowing something. The floor appeared as if it had happened a few times. The AC was very loud and would not stay continuous turning on and off a lot through the night.

My spouse and I stayed at this Inn for one night and it was what we envisioned. The best part is it's location to the town....it was a five minute walk to the heart of the Bavarian town, which was super appealing. The front desk interactions were professional and we received answers to all our questions. The breakfast was probably a notch above the standard buffet you may encounter at comparable lodgings, which was good for us. We sampled a few things, but ended up a local Safeway for some breakfast food that was more to our liking. Definitely a nice enough buffet for families, we are just a bit strict on what we like to eat. The AC in our room worked well, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Overall, we booked this place knowing it was a quick overnight on the way to our next destination during a summer vacation. It served it's purpose.

Overall, a decent hotel in Leavenworth that is a 10 minute walk to the main area of Leavenworth. The room was fine and had everything I needed except for the thin veiled curtains that other rooms had, so when I opened the curtains anybody could see inside the room. The breakfast was good and the food workers were friendly and made sure all food and drink items were fully stocked.

The room could use some maintenance. Nails sticking up on the floor going into the bathroom, new outlets, new sink and stopper, the folding door lock. Door is a bad fit. Other than that good.

Perfect location in Leavenworth, good pool, friendly professional staff, beautiful balcony to eat breakfast on, and ginormous and delicious free breakfast spread.

The rooms were not as nice as we were expecting. It is a motel, nor a hotel. The rooms are very dated and could really use a remodel. Also, there was not a lot of parking, which was frustrating at times.

I didn't care for the area where the dogs went to the bathroom. I'm a female dog and she's used to having grass. And the dog area was just basically gravel with weeds and didn't work out the best. She couldn't really find a spot to go to the bathroom was a bit frustrating.

The air conditioner was very loud and too high to reach. The room was very small. The bathroom tub needs to be upgraded. The paint was worn off of the tub, and it did not drain well. It definitely needs replacing. The water was difficult to adjust.

Loved the location since it was close to Leavenworth Village and loved the continental breakfast. We also sat outside on the 3rd floor, where we were staying and enjoyed the large outdoor area. Nice to have elevators and the all staff was very pleasant.

The view from the room was looking at the back of the hotel and saw the old run down homes - not so pleasant. Our comforters most likely were not cleaned prior as I saw some blood on mine and avoided using it. The bathrooms could use some refreshing, cracks in the floor, dirty bathtub and just not very pleasant.
