Hamptons are always clean and the beds always comfortable.

We were so disappointed that the tradition of warm cookies in the afternoon has been discontinued at this location. The Hampton in Woodinville still provides this afternoon treat.

The rooms didn't look like the pictures. They were not that clean. The walls were not nice looking like they had been painted several times. The room is small. They have no rollaway beds. On top of that they will not make exceptions for a refund even though we didn't even stay. On top of that my husband ended up in the hospital and now I'm struggling and tried to call them and they didn't even care. All anyone cares about is money.

Breakfast - liked the waffles, and the coffee was good, too. A nice variety of breakfast items to choose from. Room - was clean and updated.

Breakfast - The scrambled eggs were just okay, and the sausage patties were grossly undercooked. Location - was a bit farther away from the town than I had hoped for. Pricing - We didn't use the pool or anything, so I think I overpaid just to sleep and have a quick breakfast.

The room was clean and the lobby/eating area was large and welcoming. The location was great.

Paper thin walls. You could hear everything from the other rooms. The morning coffee was not good at all. Overall, the hotel was just loud and not relaxing.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. Pool was well kept and towels stocked. Good breakfast in the morning too.

The lighting in the rooms was very minimal and it was dark. Only a desk lamp and side table so made for a yellow and dark feeling.

Parking lot has limited parking spaces

The general manager is very kind and helpful and the staff like Mary are life savers with the breakfast to go bags for us workers who always seems to have to leave before breakfast

Breakfast was pretty ordinary. Very unhealthy food.

Location is great, the Safeway grocery store next door made it really nice to be able to grab kids snacks and pack everyone up and quickly make it into town. It was clean, and they had lots of parking available! The pool was clean and we loved the jets in the hot tub! Also the breakfast was perfect, filling and there was a lot to choose from.

The rooms at the rear a close to US-2 so were a bit noisy at times.

I did like the bagged breakfast. I really liked the muffins and selection of fruit and a piece of candy with a water. This made my day. It was nice to have this while working outside in the heat of the day.

Time limit on the pool and exercise room. I liked to exercise when I can't sleep at night it helps me to fall asleep quicker.

Very helpful and friendly staff. We noticed one night that the hot tub wasn’t working however it was already fixed the next morning. Good coffee!

Poor lighting in our room. Would have been nice to have had another lamp. All of the pillows got flat while you were sleeping and were uncomfortable and not supportive. More variety in breakfast. Stayed a week and it was exactly the same every day. For example, same yogurt and muffin flavors each day!

They screwed up. I was asked for 1 day extension, they said I have to do through booking since I already used booking. I did. Next morning after breakfast I asked about extension, they said there is no such and I have to go through booking again. I did, now I see double charge from Hampton, not booking! I called them and a person said she is manager and named Jennifer called me that it was “no show” while I was staying in their hotel. How hotel managed report no show while I was there you may guess. They refused to return money. So I have to open dispute with credit card company. Do you want to be in my place?

The view from our room was rather disappointing as it was of a wall and what looked like a 'walkway' (we dont think it was since it was 2nd floor).

Clean, close to town, and free breakfast

Small children should be kept on the main floor to help prevent other guests from being awake at 10pm by several small kids running and playing. Also, the chlorine in the pool and hot tub was so strong that it made our eyes water.

The hotel was clean and modern, with plenty of parking space. The front desk staff were super friendly and welcoming. Big pool and lots of facilities, also located close to a supermarket.

Breakfast was different every day. Hot foods - eggs, bacon, sausages - were hot. Waffles were delicious, we particularly liked the blueberry waffles. Lots of choices of food, juices, carbohydrates. The room/bathroom were exceptionally clean. Bed was incredibly comfortable.

The coffee was often luke warm, "hot water" dispenser was never hot.

Room was spacious and very clean. Location of hotel was great, nice & quiet, while being close to downtown. Have stayed there before & it was just as good this time.

Joylene was an exceptional front desk person! She made us feel so welcome and had lots of information to hand us about the town such as transportation since we did not have a car, restaurants, and activities.

We had this booked during December when all the flooding happened. Although we were past the normal window of time to cancel, they refused to let us due to disastrous weather. Their phone lines were down for almost a week, the highways were closed to Leavenworth and it was an impossible trip to make from the Seattle area. Once I did get a hold of them, they refused to refund my money for upcoming weekend. I talked to multiple employees including the manager and all of them were rude. Do the right thing. Horrible horrible customer service. We paid over $800 for two night stay that we never made it to. I will NEVER stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone.

My family and I have stayed here a few times and we enjoy the breakfast and the pool/spa facilities. The amenities definitely fit our needs.

We really enjoyed our room, but we did not enjoy being on the first floor and being across from a room with dogs. Normally a few of the snowy mountains out the window is better than into someone's Toyota Camry. Additionally, being able to open the door and walk without being barked at by a small but loud dog, would have been nice.

You really need to work on the pool area. The smell of chlorine was so over powering it was burning my eyes and throat. When we travel we always look for places with pools to keep our kids entertained but my oldest couldn’t even handle the smell. His eyes were burning and watery. I have never been to a hotel where the smell of chlorine was that bad. There were other parents at the pool complaining as well.

We love this place a lot! We have been here once before, and it was still excellent. I think it was really cool that Mary made to go breakfast bags. Enjoy Lynn at the front counter was super sweet and remembered our names the next day, which is also cool. We also really love the outdoor hot tub.

We mostly spent our time in the pool and our kids ended up with some kind of an allergic rash. Not sure if that’s just because they’re not used to the chlorine or if the mixture was off. And that’s just an FYI. We did not use the cleaning staff while we stayed here, but we did try to put some dirty towels in her cart and that made her her frustrated. Sorry if we offended just trying to help out.

I was told by your front desk, upon arrival, that if the smoke, from NEARBY FIRES in the air affected me, that I could cancel my 2nd day. They wouldn't honor this and charged me for the 2nd day. I was informed that I MAY get my refund if I went to the Hampton's contractual agent (booking.Com ) first. I tried contacting Booking.com 3 times, was put on long holds, over 20 minutes, only to be ultimately disconnected. In other word, the Hampton's /Hilton would ultimately get my money even though I didn't stay the second and (conveniently )hid behind rules they set up. They were hiding behind conveniently set up excuses. Number 1 lesson ...don't book with Booking.com ...you may save a little but you have no recourse. Number 2 lesson ... Hilton does not protect you and doesn't do anything to right wrongs
