Hampton Inn & Suites Laval

I love the location very easy to get too have ample parking. Room was good size and very neat and clean. I do travel occasionally and the bed was one of the most comfortable ones that I have slept in. My room was cleaned daily and she did a great job. They also offer a complimentary breakfast that was pretty good.. I do have a sister inlaw who lives in Canada so this will definitely be were I stay for future visits

I really can't think of anything bad. Room and staff were exceptional

It's a new property. Updated with latest appliances , bathroom and very spacious.

Tout était au goût du jour

Rien, tout était parfait !

The room was so nice, very cleaned and well set up. There’s a paper with all the tv channels (Very useful). The hotel itself look very nice, the rooms are maintained. The breakfast area was nice too. Staff were nice and receptionists understanding & respectful.

Our room was freshly renovated; the staff were polite, helpful and professional. However, my husband slipped when getting into the pool due to the fact that the pool stairs were very slippery. There really should be some sort of non-slip treatment on the stairs to prevent this type of thing from happening. Instead of coming home refreshed from our stay he experienced severe bruising and pain. Use the pool at your own risk.

The hotel was amazing. I have stayed here before and can tell it was recently renovated which is a great thing. Rooms seem soo much more spacious and clean. The pool and gym also were very nice.

All good

The room is big and clean. The comforter is in good size, fitting for two people. Breakfast is great.

It is quite further away from the airport. Each way taxi costs almost $60.

The person at the reception was great and accommodating

The room was clean and the breakfast was good

I didn't realize there would be construction during our stay. It was scheduled to start at 7 AM but they started hammering right outside our door at 6:30. We were told to notify the front desk if they started before 7, but what was the point? We were already awake and they would start at 7 again anyways. As it seemed they were working on our side of the hotel only I'm not sure why they didn't put us on the other side of the hotel. If there hadn't been the construction issue I would have given a higher rating.

Rien.

L'accueil à l'entrée (check in) était impeccable.

Personnel courtois, petit déjeuner offrant plusieurs choix

Comfty beds and soft sheets, nice breakfast food and atmosphere and I liked being able to have a hot chocolate in the evening. Having my dog with me was great since she enjoyed it too since there was lots of grassy area that we could walk around.

Confort absolu. Tout était parfait

They allow pets, they have breakfast, clean, and has pool

Nothing really

Location

Not offering free water bottles, at least to make coffee in your room

Personnel

Location Price Clean

Cups in breakfast room very difficult to pull off. People put their hands on all cups to separate them and use it. Not hygienic. Wheels on luggage cart too soft so difficult to use. Needs maintenance. Water draining very slowly down bathtub drain

Breakfast was okay.

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. First of all, the hotel is old, with worn-out furniture and shabby walls. The carpet in our room was full of stains, and the walls and bathroom doors were dirty, with visible marks and drips. The couch upholstery was also stained, and the window curtains looked old and unwashed. The sink drained very poorly — after running the water for just a minute, the basin would fill up because it drained so slowly. The toilet had the same issue: the water went down extremely slowly, which was very unpleasant. The lighting in the room was dim, and one of the lamps didn’t even work. The service wasn’t much better. We asked for an extra towel, and although the staff said they would bring it to our room, we never received it. Breakfast, which was included, was also disappointing — bland scrambled eggs, tasteless oatmeal and pancakes, plain yogurt, and weak coffee. The breakfast area looked as shabby as the room: dirty, worn-out chairs and tables, uncomfortable low couches, and not enough seating available. Even the luggage carts were in terrible condition — they were so heavy and stiff that it took a lot of strength to move them. For an average woman, it was almost impossible to push one without help. I understand this is not a five-star hotel, but any hotel that charges guests should at least be clean. Old buildings are not an excuse for dirty carpets, stained walls, or broken plumbing. This property really needs serious maintenance and cleaning. I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel was overall very good. Breakfast was actually good, and the staff at reception was nice.

The air conditioner in the room was not clean. Therefore, there was a weird smell in the room.

Hat alles was man benötigt, Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer. Personal freundlich. Gute Frühstücksauswahl in dieser Preisklasse. Parkplatz inklusive.

The hotel room was relatively clean. The hotel room and hotel in general could use some updating to maintain Hilton standards. The carpet and furniture could have used some steam cleaning in my room. Plus sides , the bed was comfortable and clean and was quiet.

La propreté et le service

Personnel sympathique, chambres spacieuses avec lits confortables, piscine à température agréable, bon petit-déjeuner

Bon rapport qualité/prix Bon service client.

la nourriture manque de variete

Rooms were decent value. Breakfast was a bit better than average. Friendly staff

The cleaning lady woke us up by knocking on our room door at 10:45 AM, asking what time we were planning to leave. My husband told her that we would be checking out at the designated time, which is 12:00 PM. She knocked on our door again at 11:45 AM. My husband responded through the door, without opening it, that we would be leaving shortly. We felt rushed and even began to wonder if we had missed the checkout time. It felt as though she simply wanted us to leave early so she could get ahead in her work.

Nice location easy to leave towards Toronto less traffic
