Veranda Resort & Villas Hua Hin Cha Am

It is a clam and peaceful place to stay. The property has two sides. It has been cut off by public road. The pool near the beach is so nice and good for all ages.

We stayed on the high floor villa. The room is equipped but some locks are malfunction. Our senior traveler couldn’t get out from the toilet.

It has been our first stay at the resort. Simply said we had a wonderful time. The resort is located directly at the beach, completely peaceful and quiet. We had a 2 bedroom pool villa, which is well designed and really a nice play to stay. However, we had some maintenance issues, which were taken care of by the staff. We were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which we gladly accepted. The newer 2 bedroom pool villa was incredibly nice and of high quality. I would especially like to mention the recepionist Mrs. Tao as well as the hotel managemend. They were always polite, friendly and willing to help. Breakfast was absolutely fine, and the kindness of the personell there has to be mentioned as well... Overall we had a very nice time there. This is one the most relaxing places we have ever seen...

The best hotel on my holiday trip

This was my first stay here, and I’m so glad I decided to come! I had just purchased the V Escape Pass and used my birthday benefit for a “stay 1 night, get 1 night free” offer. It couldn’t be better value than this! The room was spacious, with a large balcony where I could sit, enjoy the cool breeze, and relax while taking in the view of the swimming pool and even the sea. The hotel is surrounded by lush greenery, creating such a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere. One of the highlights is the swimming pool nestled under the shade of a huge tree, as well as the beautiful beachfront, with its long stretch of white sandy beach extending as far as the eye can see. I highly recommend giving this place a try. It’s truly a wonderful place to stay! On top of that, I also had the chance to enjoy a spa treatment, including an Aroma Massage. The therapist was incredibly skilled and professional. The massage was so relaxing that I ended up booking another session for the following day! It was the perfect way to unwind and made my entire stay feel truly complete and relaxing. And lastly, I would also like to give a special compliment to the security staff at the parking area, as he made a wonderful first impression of the hotel. The staff member on duty between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM on 12 Aug was extremely alert, attentive, and proactive. He warmly welcomed us and made a genuine effort to help us find a parking space.

We had an incredible stay! The absolute highlight is the infinity pool overlooking the ocean And then a private pool in your own room again overlooking ocean. The rooms are clean, modern, and very comfortable. Breakfast had a wide variety of fresh, delicious options, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Perfect spot for a peaceful beachfront escape. Amazing staff, especially Gig at the front desk. Can't wait to come back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Veranda Resort. The combination of ultra professional and friendly staff, customer oriented hospitality and very luxury accommodation resulted in a stay we will not forget as a family with two kids of 3 and 6. The boys were also spoiled by staff: the pool, the room, the breakfast… you made our memories In Thailand very warm. They had a fantastic time! Special shout out to Fon, Gig and Amp for their hospitality!!

We had a very pleasant stay here. The highlight of our trip was definitely the staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The only downside was that our room faced the road, so the view was not as nice as we had expected. However, the excellent service and warm hospitality from the staff more than made up for it. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily return in the future.

Great Pool and Trees around the pool. Situated on a nice stretch of beach with access to good food in the area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Only a couple of hours from Bangkok.

Parts of the hotel were a little worn but easily fixable. Breakfast area was a bit small and couldn't fully accommodate high occupancy making it a very busy breakfast.

Every staff member we came across were above and beyond. Thank you to everyone. Lovely place and lovely staff. Thank you to Lop, Aek, Mhew, Cream, and Fon. Also to the female manager who checked us in. When we lost a bag on a taxi, they did everything to help us get it back. Jesus bless you guys.

Everything pool at our villa beds soo comfy main pool brilliant. Staff wonderful attentive. And call out to our fabulous parking attendent was so helpful older man. Such a livley helpful man made our stay that much better too.

Amazing 3 bed rooftop pool villa has exceeded expectations - it’s worth every penny! Accommodation is spotless, modern and spacious and has everthing you need for a relaxing holiday - lovely to have villa alongside hotel services - rooftop pool area is superb and can also use 2 other pools - massages and restaurants on the beach 2 mins away - only 20 mins from town in taxi

The room is very spacious with complete amenities. The pool and the beach view are very nice and the atmosphere is chill. Perfect for a relaxing vacation. The staff were very helpful throughout the stay. The check-out facilitated by Khun Fon and Khun Cream was very smooth. Would recommend.

Overall all is beyond good and satisfying. I like every corner of room from great ocean view bacony to bathtub. The staff were very attending and kind. Especially thanks to Mr.Ped(?) Who guide me to the room and Ms.Tong who helped me to checked out. Also shout out to Spa mananer and her team for their wondeful service. The place is not just good as view and facilities, but also with good attention to the detail for guest's experience such as cafe with books you can drop by anytime, many different type of furnitures near pool and beachfront so that you can choose etc... ​I will definitely coming back and I hope it’s just as great as it is now

Only one thing that the staff on the site are not ready for guiding the their activity program to the guests. So if you are into the their programs provided by the hotel, I suggest you to check via email earlier before your staying. However other than that everything was beyond great. Cleaness, spacious room with great designing, view, food, cafe, spa, pool, kindess, beachfront.. nothing to complain

The room is big and beautiful and the hotel atmosphere is so relax. Every thing is so clean. Also, the service is the best and staffs are so kind and nice. The location is next to the beach and not so far from the city center. K’Tong and K’Mhew are so kind and help us a lot.

The room and views are really great with excellence service mind with check-in and out from k.Taw and k.Tong . Location is also near bkk for a little getaway needed. Having so much fun with pool and sliders.

Our family really enjoyed the Veranda Resort. Location is perfect. In its own tranquility and has the best part of the beach in the whole area of Hua Hin-Cha Am. If you want to go somewhere, Grab works ok and costs basically nothing. There is a lovely restaurant/drink bar on the beach nearby (The Blue Sea bar) and also an ok selection of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast at the hotel was fabulous and our room spacious and comfortable. Two great pools. Would love to return!

The location is very easy to find. The pool villa room is beautiful, spacious, beachfront, and comes with a private swimming pool. The resort itself is lovely. The reception staff, Khun Nok and Khun Luktoa, provided excellent service. The bar staff at ISEA Bar also took great care of the guests, were very attentive, and everyone spoke politely. The price is definitely worth it for the quality and facilities provided. Thank you so much — we will definitely visit again!

What a beautiful place to wind down and end the trip. The grounds and pool area are stunning. So welcoming and inviting. My rooms was so comfortable with a balcony that overlooked the pool area. I could also see the ocean. The staff was excellent and so friendly. Took very good care of us. The resort was easy to get to and you could walk to some stores if you wanted to. It was extremely quiet at thee end of the day. Everything was clean and the gardens were well groomed. The bath products offered were very nice. The food for both breakfast and dinner was very good. Some of the best Tom Kha Gai I have had. The front office manager: Loetlaksana Lerttarak took excellent care of our group and I can't thank her enough for her attention to detail and caring for us. It was a wonderful place for an excellent price.

A quieter area north of Hua Hin central. Very nice resort and hotel. We as a family of 5 stayed in one of the Luxury Rooftop Pool Villas. It was huge and had its own washing machine with laundry powder supplied which was really useful with 3 children on an extended trip. It also has a full kitchen but no cutlery, plates or bowls which was a bit strange. Breakfast was reasonable with a variation every morning. There is very little in the area other than a few beach massage places which charge 300THB for an hour and small restaurant a few steps down the beach. If you're looking for nightlife or a place to get outside food then expect to travel at least 25 mins into Hua Hin but if you want quiet nights then this is the place for you.

This hotel is on the beach. Breakfast was very good and great choice offering continental Thai dishes and English. The staff were attentive and helpful. My husband was sick and unable to come to breakfast one morning and the restaurant was happy to prepare a plate for him and bring to our roonThe beach has massage huts and a few family run restaurants. We would like to say a very special thank you to SHER she went above and beyond to help us for the whole stay of our holiday.

I was the tourleader for a group. Everything was perfect. 1 guest wanted to change room and we got just the perfect one for her. Thanks to the helpfull staff. Khun Fon was wiht us on 2 tours and again so helpfull. All the staff are so nice and helpfull. My guests enjoyed the Spa and they all loved the massage. Really a nice place

Gorgeous pool and beach views. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Shower with plenty of hot water. Staff very accommodating and kind. Breakfast was delicious with plentiful selections.

First room had a stuffy smell but staff promptly moved us when we asked and even comped us a high tea and drinks the next day. We booked a massage and facial and we were given 15% off!

Restauration très limité et pas la hauteur du prix global (600€ la nuit!!!) Personnel peu aimable et pas très coopératif (pas de possibilité d avoir de conserver la chambre jusqu a 14h… même en ayant payé le prix fort!) L hôtel est loin des centres d intérêt, donc cela engendre l utilisation de taxis…. La plage est assez agitée avec des méduses …

Disgusting hotel, definitely not a 5 star. They reuse room slippers and give it to the next guest. We had blotches of dirt marks and insisted on them being changed. Don’t get fooled by the pictures. The property looks nothing like the pictures on the website - it’s all AI. Lastly it is a 30 minute drive to HUA HIN - again faslse advertising. There is nothing to do in Cha-am. We could not wait to leave! You can spend a little more and stay in Hua Hin than drive up and down. Also their shuttle service costs more than taxi to go in to town.

Not sure where to start but this property is far from being a 5 star. If you have genuinely been used to 5 star hotels, it falls short on every possible metric… 1. Location is NOT Hua Hin , it is 35 mins drive from Hua Hin with nothing to do. Taxis cost at least 300 to 500 thb each way . They charge 250 per person if you want to use their shuttle service. 2. The resort has dated rooms , not quite filthy but not at all 5 star. There is some goofy roof carpet , ours had stains and burns. Bad bathroom with tiny sink . 3. We discovered they re-use slippers , as they wanted to charge extra after we disposed of ours . They basically wipe slippers and give it to the next guest. Filthy , disgusting and downright embarrassing behaviour from a supposed (but not actually) 5 star hotel. I still get shudders thinking about it. And also the nerve to hold back my deposit when I disposed of them in disgust is shocking. Shame on this resort .

Prices for drinks at bar were too high. Bar was empty on evening as beach bars 50 m away were far cheaper for drink and food. Lacked atmosphere although there were not many guests who we stayed. Pool was also very cold and only got in twice in 8 days!

i had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, for a the facilities were exactly what i needed for a relaxing trip. The atmosphere throughout the property felt warm and welcoming. I would especially like to compliment Ped, Who provided outstanding service during my stay. Ped was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with anything i needed. their professionalism and positive attitude truly made my experience even better.

I had a wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel. The view was stunning, the room was spotless, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. The Lobby so cosy and 1st step in can hear water flow and surrounding is awesome, highly recommended to stay in this 5 Star Hotel. Michelin status for 2024 and 2025. LOVELY.
