Fantastic pool. Great staff. We left headphones in our room. They found them and shipped them to us after.

Lovely resort on the beach for a relaxing couple of days. Very peaceful mid-week. Great breakfast. Super friendly staff

Very good facility

The beach was a little dirty

supermooi resort aan het strand, heerlijk groot zwembad. Wij hadden het geluk dat we een goede prijs hadden en bijna leeg resort (dus leeg zwembad). Daarom voor ons fantastisch verblijf met personeel dat op alle vlakken wil helpen en je verzorgen.

Niet de accommodatie, maar de omgeving was zelf niet zo spannend.

Prachtige kamer, goed ontbijt, mooie zwembaden, direct aan het strand en geweldig personeel. Restaurantmanager Bud en medewerkster Ja-Ae zijn zeer betrokken, behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Het hotel is erg afgelegen, in de wijde omtrek zijn geen restaurants of winkels.

Great holiday for a family of 7. Big clean rooms, amazing breakfast, and several pools. One with a slide for the kids. Very calm atmosphere, right next to the beach. The staff was so warm and welcoming. Stayed for two nights, but could have stayed longer.

Everything was perfect. A bit far from shops, but they had 3 bicycles that we could use for free. So 7/11 was 3-4 minutes away on bikes.

Het bed is echt hemels zacht en groot. Ontbijt is echt heel erg lekker en de mensen die hier werken super lief.

Locatie is ietwat afgelegen, veel met grab gedaan. Je mist wel een gezellig straatje bij het hotel met restaurantjes en winkeltjes.

Ein tolles Hotel zum ausspannen und relaxen. Super Frühstück. Tolles Personal.

Leider liegt das Hotel etwas Abseits. Um nach Cha am oder Hua Hin zu kommen, ist man auf ein Verkehrsmittel angewiesen.

The resort and staff were amazing. I highly recommend this place, very kids friendly ;-)

The beds are a bit hard.

Mouse welcomed us professionally, with a smile and always available. During the week, she helped us translate from Thai to English with a young woman who had given us a ride on a Grab. She was patient and always smiling. Bud, on the other hand, was a true ray of sunshine. From our very first breakfast, she knew our names, and in the days that followed, she knew what drinks we wanted and always had a little something extra, like pineapple cut into a heart shape. Every time we met her in the hotel, she always had a kind word and that warm, welcoming smile. As for the youngs mens around the pool, they were always very discreet and polite; they were truly fantastic. This hotel with its ocean view surpasses all the hotels I've ever stayed in. We felt like we were part of the family. The breakfast was fantastic, with delicious dishes prepared by the chefs, whom we could see through the glass. A true paradise. We're already thinking about our next stay, which we know will be at this hotel.

The entire complex is amazing, beach front, on-site restaurant and cafe, wellness centre. Pools and kids- friendly equipment for kids amazing, food was very good and very kind staff. Clean, well kept and tidy. Breakfast (included in my booking) is divine, a highlight. Shuttle bus to town and excursions very good.

Nothing i disliked, maybe coordinate better the in-house activities, currently advertised in the lobby but actually running from the sister hotel 20 mins away.

Fabulous resort on the beach, rooms comfortable and facilities great. Breakfast was brilliant. The staff are very friendly and professional.

Only slight issue is the location away from Cha-am and Hua Hin. However taxis are reasonable.

Egal ob als Paar oder als Familie mit Kindern, hier gibt es das was man von einem Strand und Bade-Resort erwartet. Die Pools sind toll, es gibt viel für die Kinder zu entdecken ohne das sich andere ohne Kinder gestört fühlen müssen. Die Anlage ist weitläufig genug, das sich die Gäste verteilen, aber klein genug das man sich heimelig fühlt - für uns genau richitig. Der Strand war toll, groß und sauber. Das Personal herausragend und die Zimmer ein Traum.

The beach and hotel pools are really good, especially for children.

The hotel's catering and food quality could be significantly better, considering the category of this hotel. The interior of the rooms is also very gloomy.

Fantastisk hotel. Alt klappede. Vi var en familie på ti personer, og alle havde en fantastisk ferie. Personalet var uovertruffet og gjorde det rigtig godt. Hvis nogen skal fremhæves må det være restaurantchef Mam.

It was beautiful hotel next to beach Staff were lovely as were grounds of hotel and pool. Beach was ok but not the nicest we have seen in Thailand. Lovely room with lots of storage. Really appreciated shuttle service but needed to book early to get place.

Service around pool area not particularly good. Also not brilliant food or service over lunchtime. Beds around pool lovely but as usual people were up early putting towels on chairs but not the hotels fault and the same the world over. No restaurants or bars within easy access and prices on site a little high.

Beautiful hotel in terms of design and ambience with a fantastic pool and direct access to the beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Generous size bathroom with a good shower. Hotel location is 1 km from the nearest 7/11 on the main highway but no other shops/restaurants in sight. This is compensated by daily shuttle buses to Hua Hin and Market Village appx 25 mins away and has everything you might need.

Sunbeds were 'reserved' with towels from early morning but often unused for long periods, sometimes all day. We stayed 5 nights but our bedding wasn't changed.

The place is great, amazing location. Great activities for kids.

However, we were there for so long and the housekeeping was really bad. They barely actually cleaned the rooms. Otherwise, everything else was great!

Nic dobrego o tym hotelu nie można napisać. Mieliśmy tam spędzić 4 noce, po 2 nocach wyjechaliśmy.

Brudne pokoje, brudne części wspólne, niesmaczne śniadania, stare- zepsute produkty w „restauracji” dostaliśmy hamburgera z zepsutym mięsem, w „restauracji” podają pizzę mrożoną 🤦🏻‍♀️ obrzydliwe i brudne miejsce, brudne miejsca wspólne, przy basenie zapchane toalety, brak mydła, basen z glonami- glony na dnie basenu i ścianach. Miejsce na wskroś obrzydliwe. Chamska obsługa w „restauracji” przy plaży. Odradzam!

The best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are absolutely fantastic, I could not have had a better experience. The hotel is clean, my room was great and the facilities at the hotel are brilliant. Dining at the hotel was also really nice. Would highly recommend.

Das Frühstück, die Ausstattung der Zimmer, wir hatten die Juniorsuite, diese würde ich nicht nochmal nehmen, da die Betten ebenerdig sind und wir schon ein bißchen älter;-( Wir waren aber schon mal im Springfield und hatten ein normales Zimmer, welches von der Ausstattung auch sehr gut war. Das Personal im Restaurant ist zuvorkommend und aufmerksam und das Essen einfach top. Wir würden es Stoff jeden Fall wieder buchen.
