Reviewed Aug 13, 2026The place was clean and I like that there is cold water available.
The only problem was the air conditioning. It wasn’t working properly. Either it wasn’t powerful enough for the size of the apartment, or it was old and needed maintenance, because we had to wait the entire night for the room to become cool every day. The kitchen was always very hot, and the bathroom was even worse, it felt like a sauna.

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026The flat met fully my personal expectations: central, quiet, equipped for cooking simple plates, clean (except one point, see negative comment), close to train station, reasonable price. The mineral water dispenser was an absolute highlight inside the flat. The contact with the host was great and fast. Nice courtyard creates a special environment. You can dry clothes outside and sit outside, every flat has its own individual small table Authentic neighborhood, no touristic area.
Negative: The bed is very.soft and the springs are squeaking permanently. The bed would be the first one to improve in my opinion. Air conditioning is working with keys only and the flat gets very hot in summer. It takes 1-2 hours to cool down the apartment after arrival. TV is smart TV, I could not figure out how to watch normal TV. However, at 10pm I didn't want to contact the host. I was not able to watch sports television. Cleanliness was fine, however, on the last day I found a cigarette stub under a small table in the corner. This should not happen at this price level. Neutral: carefully look which appartement you are booking. They differ in their appearance. After reading reviews and personal experience, I thjnk some guests had wrong expectations. Several optical damages were there, but no functional defect and everything except above was working fine
