Great location, very close to the main train station (around a 7-minute walk), and the train stop for the airport is just one minute away. The city centre can also be reached easily in about 20 minutes. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus during the very hot days in July.

The main downside was the poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear guests in the neighbouring room talking, as well as the shower and toilet being used. There was also a very loud noise coming from what seemed to be the water tank or plumbing system. We also asked for clean towels and toilet paper. As it was Sunday, we were told that the cleaning staff were not available and that this would be taken care of on Monday. Unfortunately, we checked out on Wednesday and neither the towels were changed nor was toilet paper provided.

The apartmant was ok, the beds were really comfortable. It could be cleaner and they could check on us every day if we need a clean towell or toilet paper or something else. So it was fine, could be better.

Nem ajánlom. A mennyezet beázott és penészes volt teljes egészébén,büdös volt és több helyen omladozott a fal. Egyáltalan nem egy jó érzést keltő szállás. Egyetlen pozitívuma a kapcsolattartó férfi volt,aki próbált segítségünkre lenni,hisz -nyilván- ő is látta ezt a nagy mértékű problémát. Felajánlottak az ingyenes lemondást,de gyerekkel,az utolsó pillanatban lehetetlen volt 400€-ért egy normális szállást találni,dupla áron,más elosztású és/vagy más lokációval nem éltünk. Kitakaritva nem volt,csak ágy húzva. Az előző lakó rohadó szemete és félig hasznàlt tusfürdője is ott volt.

The location is near the train station which is useful if you want to explore Puglia via train. In the roof there is a very pleasant terrace with tables for shared usage.

It wasn't very clean and unfortunately 1 of the bedrooms had a very big water stain in the ceiling which caused a moldy smell when the room windows arr closed (maybe the upper neighbors had a leakage issue). There was literally 1 plate in place (and plenty of glasses). From past comments we saw they were providing some snacks - bear in mind this is not the situation anymore.

Odpovídající poloha blízko k vlaku, blízko do centra. Vlak nebyl absolutně slyšet. Klimatizace super, malinko hlučnější, ale nebudila nás. Káva a čaj k dispozici.

Od prvního dne nám vytékal sprchový kout, i když jsme se nesprchovali celý den, vždy kaluž o objemu 20-40l vody. Nebylo čím vytřít, žádný kýbl,hadr nic. Když jsme poprosili o ručníky, bylo nám oznámeno,že jsou za poplatek ( samozřejmě jsme s nima vytirali, protože nebylo čím) po pěti dnech přišel údržbář, který stejně nic nevyřešil. Pak nám majitel nebo správce netuším psal ať nám neulitnou ručníky z balkonu ( kolíčky samozřejmě nebyly).... Toaletní papír ani pytle do košů nebyly. Na začátek 2 toaletní papíry a když jsme poprosili lidi na úklid tak nic. Celý problém s koupelnou mám velmi zkomplikoval pobyt.

Vieta, netoli Bari Central traukinių stoties(~ 10 min. einant), patogu keliavimui traukiniu po apylinkes, pasiekiant gražius jūros pakrantės miestelius, bei paplūdimius, bei oro uostą. Kambarys gana nemažas( apsistojus dviese)gavome keturvietį kambarį, du balkonai. Kam vaikščiojimas nesudaro sunkumo, o tai malonumas, puiki vieta, pasiekiant centrą, senamiestį, jūrą. Laikas praleistas Baryje ir jo apylinkėse buvo nuostabus 🌞🌞🌞

Dušo kabina - ne pirmos "jaunystės", mažokas, durelės iki galo neužsidaro. Rašyta, kad yra lygintuvas, jo nebuvo..laukėm, bet nesulaukėm...Prieš atvykstant, kambaryje grindys, turbūt neplaunamos, o tiesiog išluojamos, švaru....bet reikėtų jas ir išplauti...menkniekis, tik ne visiems ;-)....Svarbu nuostabus oras 🌞🌞🌞

Pobyt bardzo udany. Byliśmy tu 5 dni. Po pierwsze bardzo sympatyczny Dawid, osoba która zarządza hotelem. Podobała mi się czystość pokoju. Dostaliśmy po 4 ręczniki różnej wielkości co się przydało bo byliśmy tu 5 nocy. Lokalizacja jest dobra. Do dworca głównego 700m, na tej samej ulicy co hotel. 10min piechotą Lidl gdzie można zrobić duże zakupy. 6min od hotelu Eurospar też wielkościowo do Lidla market. Poza tym minutę szybkim krokiem znajduje się świetna pizzeria Mister Pizza gdzie za 5 euro dają bardzo dobrą pizzę na bardzo cienkim cieście. Poza tym czuliśmy się bezpiecznie. Hotel znajduje się na ulicy gdzie jest deptak więc samochody jeżdżą od jednej strony a idąc tym deptakiem szczególnie wieczorem czuć taki włoski klimat. Na ogromny plus dochodzi mały balkon z krzesłami i stolikiem, gdzie można rano wypić kawę. Piękna rzecz. Jesteśmy zadowoleni 10/10 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁♥️

Prace drogowe które jednego dnia mnie obudziły ale to nie jest wina hotelu 😁

Blisko dworca, miły właściciel. Klimatyzacja w pokojach, ekspres do kawy, żelazko a nawet deska do prasowania.

Ogólnie czysto choć ściany proszą o farbę. Na zdjęciach taras, który jest ale jakby w remoncie… ogólnie wszystko super.

Ich habe gezielt nach einer Unterkunft mit Frühstück gesucht. Leider gab es in diesem B+B nur eine Kaffeekapsel. Sie dürften sich so nicht nennen. Das Internet funktionierte nicht und die Schlüsselübergabe fand verspätet statt. Die Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen.

La habitación tenía el aire acondicionado dañado. No ofrecieron repararlo ni cambiar la habitación, me entregaron un ventilador que tampoco funcionaba muy bien Adicionalmente, en booking dice que el checkout es a las 11 pero me querían sacar a las 10

The AC wasn’t working, we reported it from the check in and there was no solution, not even communication. You could tell that they already knew it was broken and they didn't do anything. We had to open the window, there is a lot of noise in the street at night and mosquitoes. In general terrible experience.

Someone was at the reception desk to meet us at the agreed time. The location is conveniently located near a train stop, and not far from the main train station.

L'appartamento è molto rumoroso, non solo per i rumori dalla strada ma anche per una enorme autoclave con relativa pompa all'ingresso del palazzo. Arredamento un po' vetusto. Molte prese non funzionavano. Il bagno con wc e bidet in un piccolissimo spazio erano separati dalla doccia e dal lavandino. Non sono stati in grado di emettere la fattura con i nominativi di entrambi gli occupanti dell'appartamento.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht und im Voraus bezahlen müssen. Die Klimaanlage des Zimmers war aber defekt. Im möglichen Ausweichzimmer war sie ebenfalls defekt. Eine Reperatur war nicht möglich. Es war so heiß, dass wir uns gezwungen sahen, eine andere Unterkunft buchen zu müssen. Da es keine kostenfreie Stornierung gab, wurden uns die Übernachtungskosten nicht erstattet. Es erschien uns so, als ob der Defekt bekannt war. Man forderte uns auf die Buchung zu stornieren. Damit konnte das Zimmer erneut von anderen gebucht werden...🫤

The room is very close to the train station, making it the perfect stop over if you are arriving late in the evening or leaving early in the morning. The room is very clean and perfect for a short stay. Davide was an exceptional host, our train was delayed for 3 hours meaning we only arrived around 2:30am and he very graciously stayed up for us and even picked us up from the train station with his car.

The welcome was quite cold and reserved. It was nothing like what was described in another review about very friendly and welcoming hosts. That was definitely not our experience. There was also no breakfast, despite this being mentioned in one of the reviews we had read before booking. The rooftop terrace shown in the photos apparently only operates during the summer, which was disappointing. The location is about 15 minutes from the train station and around 25 minutes walking distance from the old town. The neighborhood itself did not feel pleasant for walking, and there were many homeless people around. The apartment is extremely noisy. It is located directly next to the boulevard and railway tracks, so you constantly hear trains, traffic, ambulances, and other loud noises. There is also a large water pump on the ground floor that runs continuously and creates constant noise. We barely slept during the first night because of all the noise, and also because there was a late check-in above us and we could hear everything from upstairs. The apartment is spacious and includes a refrigerator, coffee machine, and kettle, which was good. However, it is poorly maintained. Most of the electrical outlets do not work. The toilet seat is broken and moves when you sit on it. One day we left the sign asking for cleaning service, but the towels were not changed — they were simply hung up to dry. The bed sheets were also only rearranged, not replaced. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with our stay.

The apartment is in a perfect location, very close to the train station and the main street leading to the old town. The room was clean, spacious, and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Daily cleaning service and fresh towels every day were a really nice touch. And finally, a special mention to Davide — the heart and soul of this place. He will do everything possible to make you feel at home. I truly hope his employers recognize and appreciate how valuable he is, because the guy is absolutely first class. Greetings from Macedonia🇲🇰

Close to station (10 min walk), basic accommodation, quiet, good beds

Probably not the nicest neighborough, bathroom a bit small, hot water difficult to adjust, coffee undrinkable, we booked for 5 but fortunately we were only 3 as not sure it will accomodate nicely more than 4 people. Find expensive for what is offered

Idealny pokój nr 4 dla dwoch osób, bardzo przestronny, łazienka rowniez duza. Czysto, codziennie sprzątane i wymiana ręczników na życzenie. W pokoju czajnik i herbata. Stolik zeby moc spokojnie zjesc sniadanie. Balkon. Pokoj sloneczny. Ogolnodostępny ekspres do kawy, codziennie zostawiane kapsułki do kawy. Woda filtrowana do picia. Talerze i sztućce, mikrofala. Lodówka. Bardzo milym zaskoczeniem była deska do prasowania i zelazko. Lokalizacja przy samym dworcu głownym (500 m) mimo to zadne odglosy nam nie przeszkadzały. Duzo podrozujemy i to byl najfajniejszy pokoj jaki dostalismy. W pokoju byl telewizor i klimatyzacja. Nie ma sie do czego przyczepić 🙂 bylismy 5 nocy

The property is conveniently located close to a train station (one stop before the central station). The manager called a few days before to schedule the arrival time; the check-in was very easy. It's easy to walk to the historic center of Bari, about half an hour by walking.

camera e bagno piuttosto datati, per arrivare in camera bisogna fare 4 rampe di scale non molto agevoli se hai una valigia un pò grossa, posizione un pò decentrata. Per una notte può andare .

Posizione della struttura, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro.

Due materassi anziché uno matrimoniale; box doccia con porta che non si chiudeva bene lasciando uscire acqua nel pavimento; saliscendi della doccia rotto

Ubytování čisté. Každý den dochází paní na úklid, k dispozici lednice, minibar, nádobí, káva a čaje zdarma. Okna přímo na koleje vlaku, ale hluk není tak hrozný

V pokoji číslo 2 byla rozbitá jedna postel - zlomená noha u postele slepená izolepou. Dalo se vyspat, ale nesměla jsem se moc hýbat. Chtělo by to lepší řešení…

No poder deixar l'equipatge. No es pot fer el check in fins les tres i com que vam arribar abans vam haver de llogar una consigna. Al fer el check out vam haver de fer el mateix. A part de la molèstia d'anar amunt i avall amb les maletes, vam pagar 20€ més per aquest motiu.. El bany necessita uns renovació.

Bardzo sympatyczny i pomocny personel. Dość dobra lokalizacja - z walizką to około 10 minut od dworca głównego. Do starego miasta idzie się z buta jakieś 20-kilka minut, w końcu Bari to spore miasto. Ogólnie lokal w porządku, choć czasy świetności ma już ewidentnie za sobą. Nie mam nic do zarzucenia obsłudze, czystości, jest to wygodne miejsce na krótki pobyt. Bardziej wymagający klient może jednak mieć pewne wątpliwości wobec dość wiekowego wyposażenia (okropne, pordzewiałe grzejniki) i klaustrofobicznych łazienek, gdzie trudno się obrócić czy przebrać. Standard raczej lat 90 niż współczesne; myślę jednak że w tej cenie i lokalizacji to uczciwa propozycja za nieduże pieniądze. Niczego nie brakowało.

Wystrój był uroczy, ale trochę wysłużony. Parę nieprzemyślanych rozwiązań typu - szafka zbyt niosko nad zlewem, więc trudno umyć naczynia nie uderzając w nią głową:) O łazience napisałem wyżej, na plus, że są rozdzielone (kibelek i prysznic). Przy pobycie w 4 osoby trochę nie wiadomo, gdzie rozwieszać ręczniki - w mieszkaniu zbiera się wilgoć - i choć jest obiektywnie dość duże to przestrzeń nie jest wykorzystana do końca optymalnie.
