Tolles, neues Zimmer mit fantastischem Ausblick; stets sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Service, tolles Frühstücksbûffet mit reichhaltiger Frischobstauswahl, frisch zubereitete Eierspeisen, sehr freundliches und höfliches Personal( außeramtlich hauseigenen Strand) Würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Läget är fantastiskt med närhet till det mesta i Maiori, såsom stranden, färjan, restauranger, mataffärer, apotek mm. God frukost och lunch på hotellet (vi testade aldrig hotellrestaurangen middagstid). Bra glutenfria alternativ till frukost så som glutenfritt bröd och croissant. Hotellet har en egen del av stranden som var trevlig att spendera dagarna på.

Badrummen (åtminstone det i vårt rum) var lite väl slitet och med stora sprickor i kaklet. Duschtvål och schampoo satt väggfast vid handfatet och handtvålen satt väggfast i duschen. Vi bad om att få detta åtgärdat första dagen men förblev detsamma under hela vistelsen. Det kostade pengar att få nya, rena strandhanddukar. Solstolar och parasol för två kostade mellan 20-30 EUR per dag trots att det var hotellets strand, så en del kostnader som tillkom. Personalen var överlag väldigt trevlig och hjälpsam med undantag för stranden där bemötandet inte vara lika positivt och service-minded.

Příjemný hotel situovaný blízko u moře. Čistý a pohodlný.

Vlastní bazén se slanou vodou. Slaná byla snad i víc než v moři. Spíše bych preferoval "sladkou". K pokoji jsme dostali jen jednu kartu (komplikace pro dva uzivatele) a když jsem nechal v dokovaci stanici EE "náhradní" kartu (Česká pošta) tak si ji vzala uklízečka asi si myslela, ze je platební. ☹️ Ale ještě večer se po "reklamaci" objevila zpět na recepci.

Fantasztikus 8 napot töltöttünk el ebben a szállodában. Remek helyen, nagyon közel a tengerhez, a főutca elején, közel a kikötőhöz. A szálloda összes dolgozója remek munkát végez, érzi a vendég, hogy tényleg vendég lehet és kikapcsolódhat. Szeretnénk még visszatérni a jövőben. Köszönjük a szívélyes vendéglátásukat!

Struttura bellissima , pulitissima ma soprattutto una squadra di lavoro eccezionale. Dall’accoglienza , signora Ena , professionale , disponibile e gentilissima. Il personale del bar e del ristorante … ragazzi fantastici , educatissimi e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente . Personale pulizie eccezionali e simpaticissime signore specialmente una del secondo piano … donna professionale e gentilissima . Spiaggia stupenda . E poi la proprietà , persone perbene gentili disponibili e sempre pronti a sorridere e soddisfare il cliente . Ci tornerò. Un abbraccio a tutti . Vincenzo Afeltra

El horario de la piscina es muy limitado de 8:30 a 6:00 pm, incluso en verano cuando anochece a las casi 10 de la Noche, uno quisiera poder llegar al hotel después de hacer tour de playas o pueblos y disfrutar de la piscina pero después de las 6pm que aún es de día no lo permiten. Esto lo deberían mejorar

It looked like the vegetables at breakfast had been cut the day before. They didn’t seem fresh. Not too much options, every morning same things.

Another great stay. Great base to visit Amalfi coast. Maiori is no where near a busy as Amalfi/Positano and never felt crowded. Hotel very relaxed with boutique vibe. Nice breakfast. Nice pool area. Staff always friendly and helpful. Loads of nice eateries nearby. Would highly recommend this hote.

I like the location,I like the pool,the plants,the palms.

The breakfast was poor ,the employees were bored.At check in ,they gave us another type of room than the one we had paid .After we return to reception with the booking and change us the room.Was a mistake or not?I believe that was the intention .If we didn’t come back with our booking ….Be careful with the reception staff,as customers we pay for one thing and but get something else.

The toilet room and shower need an update

Adorable hotel...wonderful location, a lot of stairs but there is an elevator. This hotel is a 10 min walk to the ferry area. It's surrounded by beautiful views and fab dining options. There are so many wonderful places to eat or grab / go...so again, great location. We took the ferry one day to Amalfi Coast. We had a private boat to go to Capri one day and stop at other lovely places. We stopped in Massa Lubrense to have lunch, a place called Casa Caputo, one of the best meals we had in Italy. The location is wonderful. We did a day trip to Ravello too. Cabs will charge $100 each way to take you to Ravello, so try and find a private driver. The hotel has a wonderful bar tender named Anthony, he is top-notch. Always happy and willing to help out. The pool is lovely too. All pool's close at 6 p.m. So if you are looking to swim after touring all day, think again. The beach cost money. Each chair etc. We found out on day three the hotel was charging us for our beach towels. I had no idea! I explained to them, I will not use the same towel everyday and I am not paying for them, they never told that when we checked in. The water pressure is awful in the hotel. It shuts off and on...not sure why. But it just does. I think it's a way for them to save water?? But the pressure was awful! Rome however has amazing water pressure! Rooms were lovely. We were lucky and had a water view. It was a lovely town to stay in. Every night my husband and I went for a long walk after dinner, the views are so pretty, so safe and charming.

This was my favorite place I stayed for my 2.5 weeks in Italy. From the cleanliness to the wonderful staff, it was such a great stay. I’d definitely come back again and stay here.

I wish there was transport to and from the ferry for day of arrival and departure.

This is a perfectly positioned hotel for restaurants in the Main Street and the lemon trail. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens. The restaurant has a wide range of breakfast dishes and the evening meals are fabulous. The staff are friendly and helpful. But only gave it 4 stars because we went for a small double room. To say small I mean minute. It’s looks like it was a single room made into a double. With a small double bed against the wall. Usually it doesn’t bother us what room we have as we only sleep in it however there wasn’t much wardrobe or drawer space for over a week’s worth of clothes. Another downside is that there is no poolside service, yes you can go into the hotel and order drinks and food and they will bring it to you but for a 4 star hotel expect poolside service The last negative point and we might have been unlucky. But because of the beautiful surroundings the hotel does events. After a very busy weekend when the hotel was full; on a quiet Monday afternoon there was some sort of children’s party. Nothing against a children’s party but when the compare has a loud microphone shouting at children no more than 4 foot away. What was a nice quiet day turned into a 60’s holiday camp. And you had to negotiate getting through them to get back into the hotel.

Lovely pool. Nice room with large balcony. Staff were excellent in helping with upgrading the room. Perfect location for restaurants and bars.

Exceptionally friendly staff, especially the cleaning staff; who rearranged the beds for us for safe sleeping for the baby, and also the kitchen staff; who made the breakfast experience really pleasant every day, and even held the youngest one so we could serve ourselves. We have never experienced anything like it. Every day they had set out gluten free cakes for me, which was a nice touch. There were also lots of healthy options, such as omelettes made to order, juice press from fruits and vegetables, salads and vegetables etc. The pools were a little cold in May, but I imagine they’ll be very popular in the summer - especially for older children and adults.

The Hotel was ok, The room we had (room 402) was very small, never stayed in hotel room so small. Made the stay very difficult in the room for myself & my wife. One small wardrobe with 7 hangers!!! Had to live out of our suitcases not ideal for a nine night stay. Very disappointed.

The location and room views were wonderful!

Despite having cleaning services everyday and my own cleaning supplies, there were ants in our room and bathroom every day!

The staff at the desk upon arrival were super friendly and fantastic, all the staff at the hotel were excellent and friendly. Easy to travel to amalfi and Positano on nearby ferries and maiori is not that overcrowded with tourists. Perfect amalfi coast stay town.

The pool closes too early at 6, if your visiting other towns nearby you could do with getting back and having some relaxing time at the pool especially for the kids

We had a comfortable room overlooking the sea with a walk-in shower on the third floor. The views from our balcony were amazing and we enjoyed the firework display on our last night. The gardens are beautiful and very well looked after. There was a lot of noise in the corridor from drunk guests at the weekend in the early hours of the morning and this woke us up. We wondered if there had been a wedding as it was only on one night of our stay. There was a lot of traffic noise from motorcycles and scooters when we sat on our balcony particularly at the weekend. The hotel is close to many restaurants where we had some good dinners. Our only complaint - we asked for an alarm call for an early start to go to Capri and the alarm call never came.

What a terrific staff! Sergio, Maria and Eta were there for us whenever we needed assistance. Sergio, along with Maria and Eta even provided extensive help prior to our visit. The location was divine, service terrific, rooms clean and just right. We had a terrific experience!!

Location was amazing - beautiful oasis away from the chaos of Amalfi and Positano. Hotel staff were very helpful- booking transfers for us and making local calls.

Water pressure was pretty average. Time of year (May) the beach chairs were not yet set up so that was a little disappointing.

The hotel was clean and the location was good! The staff was unfriendly at the reception desk were unfriendly and in accommodating. The girls at the breakfast area were very nice. I was checking in with 3 other couples on my 45th wedding anniversary. All 3 other couples were put on the 5th floor with nice balconies and I was put on the 1st floor in a noisy room. I asked if I could change and they said I could not. I they immediately wanted full payment so I assumed they would charge me the correct amount and they did not. They forgot to subtract the deposit taken days before and acted like it was my fault!! They said it would take a few weeks for the credit to go back on my charge card. My room was noisy, but clean. The pool area was small and the pool water was ice cold. Unfortunately, the beach across the street was under construction so we could go to the beach either.. The hotel location was good and the we enjoyed the area. I would not recommend this hotel.. there were other choices in the area.

Gut im Zentrum und am Strand gelegen.

Für einen derart hohen Preis sollte man sich ein Zimmer erwarten können, das nicht von der Pool-Pumpe dauerhaft beschallt wird. Die erste Erfahrung, die ich im Zimmer gemacht habe, war der Sturz der Vorhangstange. Auf dem Boden waren angeschnittene Nägel, offenbar von einem anderen Gast hinterlassen.

If I could I would put more than 5 stars!! An exceptional stay at Reginna Palace Hotel in Maiori. The room was beautiful, comfortable, clean and perfectly maintained. The view was simply breathtaking—like waking up inside a picture every morning. What truly stood out was the staff, who were genuinely exceptional. Every member of the team was warm, professinal and genuinely attentive. They went out of their way to help, always wiith a smile, and made us feel welcomed from the very first moment! It made the stay very special! A wonderful and memorable experience from start to finish, we look forward to going back in the future. Highly recommended!

The care, the cleanness, the service are making this Hotel, a 5 stars Hotel. The Chefs are highly professional, and the personal well trained and friendly. Highly recommended.

This is our second stay at this hotel. The staff, the cleanliness the food the cocktails are all excellent, wonderful friendly people I would go back in a minute! Love the Amalfi coast because of this hotel and staff❤️❤️beautiful view of the sea large balcony!

Nice 4 star hotel. Great location on corner of the main street, right across from the beach. Room was well appointed, small but whatwe paid for, there are bigger. Good a/c. Buffet breakfast was very good 8ncluding omelets station. Lunch and dinner are very good quality. The town is small, quaint and not too busy. Ferries available to take you up and down the coast and even over to Capri. Relaxing vacation spot.

Great location across from the beach, super attentive staff, wonderful breakfast and fabulous pool. Superior rooms with balcony on upper floors definitely worth the value.

Reception Staff were exceptional. Breakfast staff made you feel special and attended to. Our ferry was cancelled and the young man helped us sort other transport. Outstanding help.

Pool was lovely but freezing cold!!!!! I’m not sure why they don’t heat their pools in Italy. Very few people use the pools for obvious reasons. However the hotel rooms, dining and staff were excellent!!!! I’d go back!!

Okay the BREAKFAST. Amazing. This hotel was basically beach front! Their beach club was 25 euros for 2 chairs, so nice!! The pool was beautiful! 10/10 recommend!

Returned back on the 19th September after just a short stay of 4 nights. Really nice place, spotless throughout the hotel, staff are great, Stayed in room 203 with a partial view of the sea & we could look down the main road. Comfy room. Pool was great & loungers available. Prices were reasonable for the area & the hotel, Breakfast was fab.

I highly advise against staying at this hotel. We had stuff stolen from our room, paint coming off the walls and the staff didn’t seem to care. Theft: The staff was very nice when we were checking in. However there was a problem with our room door and therefore the housekeeping didn’t close it (as shown in the video) it happened 4 days in a row where we had to look through our things and tell reception who did not seem to care. When they finally did resolve the problem they didn’t even apologize or mention it. After getting home we found out that we had a pair of expensive earrings stolen from our room. When reaching out they just said I had never happened before and therefore it would never happen. Quality of rooms: Might have been good once, however our bathroom had broken tiles and two times we had paint falling off into our shower or down on the floor What to be aware of: - They charge 40 euro just to use the beach that they own. So if you’re looking forward to beaches, better find a hotel which has it included - The water in the shower changes between temperature by itself I wish we had kept looking for hotels before thinking this was a good idea..

Hotel was very clean and spacious. We loved our stay. Staff was very nice and helpful. The beach and pool were great other than the pool being a bit dirty with debris. Breakfast was wonderful as well. Our other con would be that the wifi in our room was very spotty.

Loved the location of this hotel, staff were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was large with double aspect windows and a balcony overlooking sea and pool area. Breakfast buffet was very good, large selection of food. Pool area was lovely though water in pool and hottub was rather cold. Room was serviced daily and the whole hotel was very clean. Bathroom was spacious with double sinks and lovely towels.

Didn't like that all cups in room were plastic disposable ones, each in a second layer of plastic when we are all trying to cut down in single use plastic. Althougha kettle was supplied we had to get milk and teabags from the restaurant each morning.

Perfect location. Amazing view. Very clean. Great customer service Tasty with variety breakfast. Nice, beautiful swimming pool.. Little pricey, but it’s worth every moment.
