Royal Inn Residence

Staff are very helpful and quick to address your needs.

Room was clean

A/c system needs some attention. Not sure , but outside unit may need to be cleaned.

The location is excellent, situated right in the middle of a lively, active area with easy access to all services. The staff truly made the stay memorable with their warm, smiling faces that instantly make you feel at home. A special thanks to Ahmed, Youssef & Mohammed at reception for being incredibly kind and attentive; they were a fantastic help! Noura, the manager, was equally sweet, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms are clean, well maintained, and equipped with all the essentials. Overall, it offers excellent value for money!

That my stay was too short! I wish I could have stayed longer.

Mr Yousef was very helpful and tried to do his best.

The worst experience ever void this hotel if you want to sleep. The rooms at this hotel are incredibly small, but the biggest issue is the noise at reception. The night receptionist, Mohammed, was extremely loud every single night. He constantly watched TV and videos on his phone at high volume. Furthermore, he regularly invited his friends into the lobby, creating a chaotic and noisy environment. I spoke to them every single night, asking them to lower their voices so guests could sleep. My requests were completely ignored, and the disruptive behavior continued without change. I did not get a single night of good sleep here. I highly recommend staying elsewhere.

It is a cosy homelike place. Staff are very friendly- really no complaints at all. I would book the same place. They are able to arrange airport transfer with English speaking host as not many feel free to speak it sometimes leaving one stranded when using uber. They respond to requests fast and with a smile. Very good service and ready to help.

Breakfast is good/sufficient.....but starts at 8am so not for business trip with early start. Cleaning of room is done on request and when present which is a bit inconveniencing. Room was next to another building hence dark at all times - no reading table.

Good location, big comfy beds.

Bathrom wasnt cleaned. Dirty towel, used shampoo, toothpaste in the bathroom. Room smelled after cigarettes. Its not possible to pay by card, which staff didnt tell me even when texted me earlier that day. Then i went to withdraw the money and then they told me they dont have any change back and expected to leave the rest of the money for them as a tip I guess. Very unprofessional.

The location, the cleanliness, the staff

Fantastic stay—super comfortable, spotless, and the service was excellent 👌 Special thanks to Ahmed at reception for being so friendly and helpful, and big appreciation to the housekeeping team for their great work 👏 I was honestly impressed and amazed by the towel art in the room! 😄 It’s such a beautiful touch and really made the stay feel unique. Definitely coming back again and highly recommend it 🌟

Our stay was absolutely wonderful in every sense. The place is characterized by high cleanliness, calmness, and excellent organization, which made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Many thanks and appreciation to the reception staff, Ahmed and Youssef, for their warm welcome and professionalism. They were always helpful and friendly. We would especially like to thank Ahmed, who followed up with us consistently months before the booking and was keen to answer all our inquiries and facilitate all arrangements. We also thank Maher from housekeeping for his attention to cleanliness and details, which added a special touch to our stay. We will definitely visit again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service.

The front desk and the working staff were very nice. They cared and were very supportive

A bit out of room noise from the TV in the hotel restaurant and people talking outside the room as if thier voices were with me in the room. But it wasnot like alot or something ruining my experience, it was ok.

The place was wonderful, clean, tidy and easy to reach, as well as the staff who made me feel at home, especially Ahmed. Thank you all.

An excellent stay in every sense of the word! The place is clean and comfortable, and the location is great and close to all services. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the experience was smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Everyone was genuinely helpful, respectful, cordial. Herif and colleges make feel comfortable and safe for a solo traveler woman. I did went back to there after sailing the Nile for two weeks. Neighborhood location very local, quiet, safe and lots of shopping and restaurants options around. Nice area to see Cairo's everyday life style

It was my second time there, I really feel comfortable and safe. I went back again next time in Cairo.

Great location. Close to the airport. Big comfortable bed

A little bit noisy in the morning.

The location is excellent, and the staff is wonderful, especially Mr. Ahmed. The best thing about the room is its cleanliness and organization.

An excellent stay in every detail. The hotel is very clean, with tidy and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect—close to all the main attractions and services. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ahmed, who was incredibly kind and assisted us throughout our stay. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Very helpful, kind and nice staff. Thanks to Mohamed, Muhaned and Ahmed!
