Mediterraneo Palace Hotel

Hotel bien ubicado y bien manejado

Stanza comodissima e pulita

Ottima struttura in pieno centro. Stanze comode e pulite.

L’emplacement

The hotel’s location is excellent; right on Via Roma, the most vibrant street in town. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Even though it is entirely a non smoking hotel, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in my room, especially the bathroom.

Confort, emplacement.

Tudo ocorreu perfeito. Atendimento no balcão primou com profissional no meu idioma.

Localização da garagem, embora houvesse.

Nagyon tiszta, modern, bőséges reggeli.

Minden rendben volt

Die zentale Lage

Top Hotel personal super freundlich💪🏻

It’s a good hotel but getting to Ibla centro involves bit of walking through several steps. Otherwise okay place to stay

Clean, street parking available

The breakfast was good. The location is excellent. The front office personnel always ready to help and very courteous.

However the maintenance in the room leaves much to be desired for a for star hotel. It certainly needs a thorough refurbishment.

niente in particolare

Pulizia, ampiezza camere , collocazione

Hotel in pieno centro, comodissimo

Niente

Great staff. Clean rooms. Real nice bathroom. Changed towels and cleaned rooms every day. Good location.

Nothingness

It was a nice roomy hotel, with an elevator, and they also had a parking space for our rental car, we did have to pay 10 euro a day. They also provided a very nice breakfast every morning which was included. The hotel is located in Ragusa Superior - modern part of town, you have to walk to Ragusa Ibla which is the old town and it’s very charming.

The room was freezing. They could not turn off the air conditioner and explained the heat would not be turned on for another 2 weeks. I was uncomfortable the whole time we were in the room because of how cold it was. This made my experience not a very good one. Which is a shame because otherwise I thought it would have been a good stay.

Grandezza stanze, pulizia e posizione

Nulla

Excellent

NA

Location of the hotel - in the center of superior Ragusa. You can easily find a car parking spot nearby.

In my eyes, the hotel doesn't fully match 4*. In the rooms there were no even tea kettle, cups, glasses for wine, or even wine bottle cork opener. We spent a New Year night, but we couldn't open our own bottle of wine (staff in the reception also didn't have any opener). Breakfast selection could be broader.

Servizi inesistenti. Camere datate.

Servizio efficiente in tutto devo dire , il personale fantastico pronte a fornire qualsiasi informazione.

La posizione

Cuscini duri

Accoglienza ottima, posto tranquillo

Non era molto pulito… peli, capelli ecc in giro

Tutto

Il letto un po scomodo.

Great location

The room was great. The staff at reception were very good

The breakfast was the same everyday.

Close to city centre, parking is included for €10 per day, but we were asked to leave our keys with the staff when using their garage. We weren't informed of this before checking in, when we had already seen someone in the garage (I assume the owner) moving cars of guests around. It made me uncomfortable but since I didn't have other options I had to agree. Rooms are spacious, but bland and empty-feeling, and has few amenities (no coffee making and the TV is very small for some reason) Check out is at 10am, which is very early

staff rude, she didn't cooperate when asked for assistance

facility is not user friendly and the room smell cigarettes which is bad for non smokers

Central location, very kind and helpful staff ready to help you anytime.

Very outdated, old shabby hotel needs urgently the renovation. The breakfast was under the average rate, very poor offer, the cleanliness is very much questionable. I feel sorry for the employees working in this hotel as I believe they try very hard to serve the guests best possible way.

Some what good

There is no kettle or coffee in the room

Close to centre, parking included for €10 per day, rooms are large, although few amenities.

You have to give your keys to the staff when parking in the garage. We saw the owner of the garage move cars of guests around when we arrived. This wasn't communicated with us before parking and made us uncomfortable. Breakfast was very limited, and mediocre. Check out is til 10am, which is very early.

Locatie centrala , curat , personal foarte OK .

La posizione

Struttura datata con tante imperfezioni.

The property was very welcoming including staff on duty . Breakfast was very good also.

Staff gentile e professionale, stanza spaziosa e confortevole.
