Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Estuvimos solo una noche y apenas tuvimos tiempo de disfrutar del hotel, pero nos dejó muy buena impresión. Destacaría especialmente el diseño, una bonita mezcla entre el carácter clásico del edificio y una reforma actual hecha con mucho gusto. La habitación, aunque no era especialmente grande, tenía mucho encanto y buenas calidades. El desayuno, correcto. Una estancia breve agradable.

Rien. Un regard expert dira juste de faire attention aux petites réparations à entreprendre pour être à la hauteur du standing des lieux. Mais ce n’est qu’un détail.

We didn't realize when booking the hotel was outside the old town - a 30 minute walk that we walked many times and caught a Taxi back once. We also caught the bus a few times (that was easy from outside the front door)

Ni de lejos es un hotel cinco estrellas. Desayuno muy básico, los huevos se cobran como extra. Pieza amplia, pero con teléfono malo, no hay terraza bien equipada ni decorada, etc.

Prix très excessif des suppléments petit déjeuner : toasts 5€, œuf coque 8€ !!!

The room was fantastic with Ragusa famous curved limestone ceiling, cable TV, very good bathroom, a comfortable gig bed and plenty of room. It had an elevator, safe and mini bar with room for our couple of things. The breakfast and the dining room were marvellous. Highly recommended,

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026The hotel personnel is so friendly - they really wanted us to have a nice stay. The breakfast in the Palazzo is unique - these ceilings, the curtains... Breakfast is simple but ok.
I missed a little garden or outside sitting area. It looked as if there was some space in the back of the Palazzo, but there was no opportunity to sit there (in April) and it was all paved - no green. The furniture in the rooms is spare, but ok.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Haus, ein Palazzo, ist sehr exquisit eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet mit vielen Köstlichkeiten bestückt, die Betten sehr bequem und das Zimmer ruhig. Beim Check in erhielten wir auch ein Parkticket für eine nahe gelegene (5 Minuten Fußweg) Garage, Preis pro Tag € 20,00 Wir können das Hotel mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Paintwork in the spa area (which costs €50 to use) and in our bathroom needed work. The bathroom only had own sink. And no rooms in the hotel have bathtubs. The "heritage view" from the teeny balcony was a bit ridiculous. You basically look into the street and not worth the extra cost.

Reviewed Mar 15, 2026Die perfekte Mischung zwischen Alt und Neu. Dazu ein Frühstück "royal" und dank Michele ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Die durchsichtige Dusche als Trennwand ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, funktioniert aber perfekt. Tolle Tipps vom Personal für Cafés und Restaurants in der Nähe (Cafe italia und taverna cinque sensi).
Da fällt uns nichts ein.

Дизайн номеров уже устарел , не работал кондиционер (возможно он не работает зимой) . На 5-ку не тянет.
