スタッフに日本人がおらず、少し込み入ったリクエストになると理解できないので、英語は？と聞くとわかるというので言語を変えて話したが途中で理解ができない様子でエリアマネージャーらしい方が出てきてくださったが、その話をスタッフ全員で周りで見ている感じになり経験したことのない微妙さになった

特にありませんが、お部屋がロビーと比べるとビジネスホテル感が強かった（居ぬき？）ですが、照明などのデザインは素敵でした。

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026飯店位於貍小路旁，B1直通地下街，可以一路走到薄野站坐南北線，也可以走到大通站坐東西線跟中豐線，機場的巴士上下車位置也都在附近，地理位置非常方便。 房間大小就一般日本飯店的標準，行李如果打開就沒啥地方能走，但可以把行李推在床的兩側擺放。 每天會有免費的飲料兌換券可以使用。 飯店網路好像時順時不順，但回飯店也都晚了也沒什麼用到。 電梯速度偏慢，開關門的時間都是固定的，沒辦法一按關門電梯就直接關門。 總之會是再次入住的選擇之一。

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026일단 숙소 위치가 나카상 사거리 인근인데다가, 주변에 가야할 만한 곳들이 근처에 있어서 좋았어요. 다만, 삿포로 역이랑 거리가 있어서 공항버스를 이용하는게 JR보다는 좋습니다. 웰컴드링크를 주었고 조식이 호텔 셰프가 조리해주는 고급요리였던게 좋았습니다.
다만, 저희가 예약한 숙소는 방이 크진 않았어요. 가격이 조금 높은 편입니다. 그러나 장점이 너무 많은 호텔입니다.

The staff at reception were not nice and unpleasant. The rest of the hotel staff we encountered were very polite and kind. Long wait for lifts, sometimes almost 5 mins.

Reviewed Jun 8, 2026A great choice for Sapporo – the location is incredible, such a central and lively spot, close to all the action. The view from the 12th floor was incredible. Our twin bedroom was spacious, with a lovely bath and shower, and comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and check-in was easy. There are some flaws (eg breakfast) but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, especially as it was good value for money. It's also easily accessible from the train station, and you can wheel your luggage through an underground tunnel/shopping arcade all the way from the station (20 mins walk).
The breakfast was poor. We were given a choice of two 'main dishes': chicken or beef (nothing for vegetarians). Then there was a breakfast buffet with a few options, but really not great. That said, the coffee and tea were excellent, and the staff were kind. The Knot in Tokyo has an incredible bakery so it's a shame this one doesn't have great catering. Secondly, when we checked in, we were given the key to our room, and we opened the door to find another guest's belongings and luggage. It seemed to be a genuine mistake but it was quite unnerving. (We were quickly given a key to a different room)

清潔工人很懶惰兼求其。第二晚 晚上7時垃圾仍然在 毛巾沒有换。我只用過洗臉巾 和地下冲完凉用來抹腳巾 。其實我已將所有垃圾放在用一個膠袋兼打過圈 ，只須拿走袋垃圾，不用換垃圾筒內的膠袋，全間房有兩個細小垃圾桶一個在枱下 一個在浴室 我將所有垃圾 放在枱下垃圾桶，到了第三晚 終於丢了垃圾，到第四晚 洗臉巾只換1條 因晚上7點回來 兩條洗臉巾 第一條依然濕 抹腳巾（自己尋）地下沒有抹腳巾。 浴缸邊沒有抹腳巾 ，整間尋 終於 條抹腳巾放在最高位置。在浴巾上 ，至於樽裝水只在第三晚有，自己落樓下seico Mart 買。或自己煲水。至於有沒有吸塵 上帝才知，我巳經盡力保持清潔。比自己屋企更清潔，不如每層樓 放個垃圾桶， 毛巾 ， 吸塵機 ，叫住客自助。😡😡😡

I know it is a standard now many hotels in japan only does cleaning every 3 days and im totally fine but this hotel has no cleaning even when i stayed 5 days. Thats way too many days without cleaning so eventhough the location is good there are many hotels around that area too. Will not stay again

もたもたのチェックイン 後ろの人にどんどん抜けれた お部屋の確認するとのことだが 要は部屋の清掃が終わってなかったらしい 最初から言えよって話し 隠そうとするとボロがでる
