La localisation - en plein cœur du centre ville dans le quartier de Susukino, très pratique si on veut rester rester sans voiture et rayonner dans Sapporo. Nombreux restaurants, commerces et transports tout autour. Attentons l’hôtel est situé au 7e étage du centre commercial de Cocono Susukino (l’entrée peut être difficile à situer).

À cause de sa localisation, c’est extrêmement bruyant - depuis notre chambre au 10e nous entendions le vacarme de la rue jusque tard dans la nuit. Petit déjeuner type buffet de qualité inférieure a tous les autres de notre road trip.

The laundry service needs improvement, there was no collection service. We had to bring the laundry to reception and service staff remove all the laundry and verify them at the reception, this was somewhat unsightly.

すすきのど真ん中、COCONO SUSUKINOの７階〜18階（最上階）がホテルです。 駐車場の方が親切でチェックインして荷物置く間、仮置きさせてくれました。（その後、レンタカー返却のため出る。） 何と言っても部屋と最上階展望テラス（無料）からの夜景、最高です。

フロントの数が少ない？ チェックインで30分位待った。 理由は、某国の人の宿泊が多く　段取りできてきない感じがした。

1、地點非常方便，薄野站五號出口直通百貨，搭電梯到四樓換另一邊的電梯到七樓就抵達飯店大廳 下樓就很多吃的也有超市，口味都不錯，超方便 2、八樓有洗脫烘洗衣機跟微波爐，方便使用，洗衣機是掃碼選單付款超方便 3、床很舒服，空間足夠

1、房間居然沒有USB插座，看了網路分享有所以我沒帶充電頭😭，是2024開幕的新飯店我無法理解，所以要入住的還是自己帶著充電頭，免得跟我一樣被分配到沒有USB插座的房間 2、飯店備品在大廳自行拿取，可是沒有浴帽？！傷心，幸好有帶一個撐了五晚 3、藍牙音響一直無法連線

시내중심가에 위치해있고 건물안에서 쇼핑,식당,큰마트,편의점 모든게 이용가능해서 좋고, 관람차가 보이는 고층 멋진뷰라 예쁘고, 프리미엄등급 숙박 예약으로 18층 라운지에 무한 주류와,식사제공 그리고 대욕장이용도하고 아이스크림 ,이온음료 무료제공비치되어있어이용 만족도가 높았다. 다음번에도 이용할 수있다면 여기 스트림호텔 이다. 길건너편 공항리무진도 편리했다. 조식 음식들도 훌륭했어요.

Très bel hôtel bien placé dans le quartier animé de susukino. Les chambres commencent au 9e étage avec de belles vues sur la ville et la grande roue illuminée le soir.

La solution de petit-déjeuner est chère et pas très bien adaptée au public occidental. La première fois, il est difficile de trouver l’entrée de l’hôtel qui se situe au 7e étage du centre commercial.

交通很方便 薄野地鐵4號出口出來就是飯店 要先搭電梯到飯7樓大廳 再從另外一邊的電梯🛗搭到8-17樓各個樓層房間 進入電梯要刷卡刷自己的房卡按自己的樓層 才這樣對住宿者來說很安全 我很喜歡這種方式

打掃🧹有一兩天浴室內有用過飯店提供的洗面乳小包裝的產品用完了 沒有清掉 我覺得沒有很用心清潔

La colazione a buffet era molto buona e abbondante. L'albergo é in un piano di un palazzo, all'inizio non lo avevamo capito e all'uscita della metro abbiamo girato un po' per trovarlo. La posizione è eccellente. Sul piano della nostra camera c'erano anche lavatrici e asciugatrici a pagamento.

Clean, good location and nice rooms. The spa was good but no one to assist.

The lounge was not good. Food and drinks were limited considering the extra cost to stay in premium suite. Alcohol selection was poor as were the snacks. No club soda for example. No salt or pepper when asked for them.

셰프가 직접 만들어주는 와규덮밥등의 음식은 최고였습니다. 치킨 가라아게, 스프카레 등의 음식들도 매우 맛있었습니다. 아이들과 함께 이용하기에도 매우 편리했고, 서비스가 좋았습니다.

밤에 오토바이 소리가 좀 들리기는 했으나 불편할 정도는 아니였습니다. 불편한점이 거의 없을 정도로 아이들과 매우 편하게 지내고 온 숙소 였습니다. 지금까지 여행하며 숙박했던 숙소 중 최고로 꼽을 수 있습니다.

Loved this hotel. Fantastic location in heart of Susukino with shops right next door and subway and tram out the front. Wasn’t noisy at all and very sleek and modern.

Incredible location, with easy access to the subway, bus, and tram. Located within the mall Cocono Susukino, which was honestly one of the friendliest and most interesting malls we’ve been to. Very attractive interior design, and the room was clean and comfortable. If you choose to, your room can be cleaned (bedlinen and towels changed) daily. Room was of comfortable size, with well-placed furniture and amenities. Lights and charging outlets easily accessible. Very customer-centric. Wifi was very stable, and the smart TV (with Netflix and YouTube access) and Marshall speaker made our stay more enjoyable. Special shoutout to the room slippers - it’s so cute and comfortable, and thank you for the disposable slippers and laundry bag as well. Also, we were able to watch the Toyohira summer fireworks from our room window! Partially obscured, but with great comfort inside our hotel room. Shower facilities and toilet were great. Perfect water pressure from the shower head, and able to enjoy a bath as well. Overall excellent!

Our only complaint was the coin laundry (washer + dryer) - it was only able to fit up to 3kg, and didn’t dry well, so clothes were still damp afterwards.

Located right in the heart of Susukino, super quick access to Susukino station. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within waking distance.

駅の真上でとにかくアクセスがいいです。地下鉄から外に出ずに行けます。エレベーターの場所を覚えれば、すぐホテルです。 施設が新しいようで、フロントもお部屋も綺麗でした。

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in Sapporo direkt an der U-Bahn Station Susukino. Damit ist es bestens geeignet, wenn man das Stadtzentrum von Sapporo erkunden möchte und auch die Verbindungen bspw. zu Mt. Moiwa oder Sapporo Station sind extrem gut. Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung mit einem tollen Blick auf die zentrale Kreuzung in Sapporo, natürlich etwas Verkehrslärm inklusive. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und vielfältig und im Vergleich zu vielen Hotels in Tokio und Kyoto aufgrund der Mehrzahl an asiatischen Besuchern auch verstärkt asiatisch geprägt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ok im Sommer, da Nebensaison und durch Yen-Kurs begünstigt.

Die Frühstückszeit hat hart um 10 Uhr geendet, was uns mit Jetlag und aufgrund der üppigen Auswahl vor einige Herausforderungen gestellt hat. Die Nasszellen im Zimmer waren etwas klein. Beides aber keine großen Kritikpunkte.

조식이 고기 등 무거운 것이 많은 반면 삶은 계란이나 빵 등 가볍게 먹을 수 있는 것은 미흡하고 조식 시작 시간도 6시부터 하면 너무 좋겠어요.

晚上在房間躺在床上待到一半居然會斷電，飯店人員說明是他們有偵測人體活動的儀器在房間？？ 如果偵測不到就會斷電，問題是我躺在床上滑手機會嚇死欸？？！

The situation in sapporo. Its near all shops and many restaurants. Its located in a tower where you can find a supermarket... shops and restaurants. The bedroom is confortable.(there is two pillows by person). You have two new bottles of water /day.

Breakfast has a very good variety of Hokkaido and international choices. The best part is the location as it is exactly above a mall where you can find a variety of floors to choose where to eat but at a pricier cost. If one needs to explore, the surroundings has other options for food, shopping and drinks. The bus for the airport is just across the street. Everything is walkable.

I dont think I have anything to dislike about Sapporo stream Hotel. It is the best location unless you are looking for a quieter surroundings in Sapporo.

The hotel is situated right above the subway entrance. There were lots of shops and restaurants in the same building and surrounding area. It was super-convenient to everything that you need and want to do. The facility is modern and new - super clean!

This is a fairly new hotel and is very well appointed. The staff are friendly and the beds are very comfortable and even have soft pillows instead of the Japanese buckwheat ones. The amenities are high quality especially the shampoo that got my hair the best it’s been in years! The hotel has parking facilities within the building. However the best thing about this hotel is the location. Right in the heart of Susukino on the upper floors of Cocono building which has shopping and the most amazing eateries, bars and bakeries.

Our room was compact. If I was travelling with large suitcases I would consider upgrading to a larger room.

It was clean and tidy. Bed was okay. That’s always a relief.

Washing machines didn’t work well and we needed to repeatedly feed the machines to get our clothes dry.

Der Godzilla Kopf auf der oberen Etage war aus nicht genannten Gründen nicht betretbar….es ist aber einer der Hauptgründe dort ein Zimmer zu nehmen. Es wird sogar das Zimmer explizit mit einem Zugang verbunden wenn man dieses bezahlt wie bei mir.

Excellent location just above the Susukino station, and there's a mall in the building. 24 hour MEGA Don Quijote in walking distance, and many F&B options around. It's just opposite the signature Nikka whisky sign... so you'll never miss it. Excellent decor, lobby smells wonderful when you arrive with great chill vibes.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely choose this hotel again on a future visit to Sapporo. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is one of the hotel's greatest strengths. Everything you could need is right at your doorstep. The building itself contains restaurants, bars, a movie theater, and a casino, making it incredibly convenient whether you're looking for dining, entertainment, or a night out. The direct subway access underneath the hotel was another major advantage. Being able to step into the station without having to go outside made getting around the city effortless and was especially appreciated after a long day of sightseeing. Sapporo was one of my favorite stops during my trip, and this hotel played a big part in that experience. The convenience, amenities, and unbeatable location made it an excellent base for exploring the city. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo.

The only minor drawbacks were the small bathtub and the lengthy laundry cycle times.

連泊だったのですが、タオル交換などのマグネットをつけ忘れてしまって、フロントに連絡をしたらすぐタオルを部屋に持って来てくれました。対応が早くてすごく有り難かったです。

The lounge was excellent. The onsen was clean and well appointed. I appreciated the Pocari Sweat as well as cold water. Breakfast was excellent selection and quality. The staff were friendly and helpful.

I would have liked to have an outdoor onsen area. One morning the Pocari Sweat was not restocked in the onsen.

Premium rooms are definitely worth the extra money - access to the premium lounge and spa for a soak after the day exploring is just fantastic.
